Keep hearing people say maribug keep asking adricat if he's ok and he keep saying he's ok instead of telling her his problem but I don't remember it happened more than once in s4 in Rockettear but even then the circumstances of that episode did warrant the "nothing" answer he gave her unless he want to tell her that "nino tell me you let nino and alya know each other identity" which will reveal adricat identity. So when else did she ask? about the thing in hack-san, I think another credit goes to alya since she's the one who bring the topic to maribug who seems to be blissfully unaware that her leaving without telling adeicat that she send subtitute would be a problem.

I didn't get into this side of things in my other post because it was long and I wanted to focus on why Chat Noir's behavior was so frustrating, but this ask brings up the other big reason why the season four conflict was such a frustrating and terribly written plot line. Specifically, the part of your ask where you point out that Maribug seems blissfully unaware that her actions are having a negative impact on Chat Noir until someone points it out to her.

Yes, she is presented as blissfully unaware of this and every other interpersonal conflict we're given in season four. Your ask treats this as a failing on Maribug's part as if she should have obviously realized that she was in the wrong, but that's the whole problem. Telling kids - telling anyone really - that they should just magically know what others need is a frankly terrible life lesson as that's just not how the world works. You cannot just assume that everyone will have the same view of the world as you do and instantly pick up on the same issues as you do. That is the path to easily avoidable frustration and conflict. It also teaches people to assume that their view of the world is inherently correct when that is rarely the case. We often don't know the whole story and the other person's point of view may end up being equally or even more valid. This issue is extremely present in season four as Marinette has legitimate reasons to behave the way she does, which I'll get into in a bit.

If Marinette were written as feeling guilty about how she was treating Chat Noir, then this would be a different story. She'd be way more in the wrong and would shoulder a much greater portion of the blame. But as is? She has no idea that she's doing anything wrong. And until someone takes the time to tell her that her actions are causing harm, she is going to continue causing harm because she has no idea that she's causing harm.

In fact, I'd argue that the Alya thing in Hack San is a point in Maribug's favor. Throughout the episode, we see Marinette sending Alya messages on ways to be a good partner to Chat Noir, proving that she does in fact care about him. And then, as soon as Alya says, "You need to talk to Chat Noir," what does Maribug do?

She goes and talks to Chat Noir, giving him a pretty good apology for the problem she now knows she caused. Because, shockingly, Maribug doesn't actually want to hurt her partner. She also clearly cares about his feelings, making me want to take the season four conflict and tear it into itty bitty pieces because what is the conflict even supposed to be when you write shit like this?

I want to briefly step away from Miraculous and talk about this issue in a broader context via this YouTube short:

This short is from a Vietnamese woman who moved to Germany. Her YouTube channel is about her experiences there, including things like the short above which goes into the differences between what it means to be a dinner guest in Vietnam and what it means to be a dinner guest in Germany. In Vietnam, it's apparently standard for the guests to cook dinner with you where as, in Germany, you're expected to have the meal ready when the guests arrive, making this a situation where it's super easy to come across as rude just by doing what you think is normal.

Society is relatively aware that these types of culture clashes are a thing, but you don't have to be from different cultures to have these types of situations. Every person has their own unique needs and ideas of what "normal" is. The culture they were raised in will affect this, but so will their family, their personal needs, and many other factors. Two people can be raised on the same street and wind up with wildly different world views even though they supposedly share a culture. This is extra true when you add in compounding factors like neurodiversity, which is why it's an exercise in futility to say, "But Maribug should have realized..."

Well, she clearly didn't. And you can't change that she didn't realize whatever you're mad about. All you can do is have someone tell her what she's doing wrong. If she then continues the behavior, go ahead and judge away. But if she immediately corrects it like she did in Hack San? Doesn't that just prove that she truly didn't know that Chat Noir was hurting and would have probably fixed all of his problems if someone just pointed them out to her?

This is only exacerbated by the fact that Marinette's behavior in season four is largely unchanged from her behavior in previous seasons. The only major change is that she revealed her identity to Alya, but as soon as that's pointed out as a problem, she course corrects with an apology. After that, she thinks that everything is okay because why wouldn't she? Chat Noir said it was fine and everything else has been business as usual.

Bringing temp heroes into help as needed? That's been going on since season two. Having these additional members has been vital in multiple battles and there have been plenty of times where Chat Noir took a background role to the temp hero of the day like in Sapotis, Rena Rouge's season two debut. So why would Maribug suddenly think that this dynamic is a problem when it's been working fine for so long? We even had a whole episode about how Chat Noir was still needed in spite of the new heroes back in season three! Or, at least, I think that was Desperada's message? This show is shockingly bad at giving clear lessons.

Keeping guardian knowledge from Chat Noir? That's also been going on since season two and was even treated as a conflict that supposedly got resolved in the episode Syren which was the episode that ended with Master Fu coming to the mansion to talk to Adrien after everything was over.

When I watched that episode, I assumed this meant that Chat Noir was going to be more involved in things like picking the temp heroes. I actually thought this was how we were going to get Queen Bee because I knew she was going to be a thing, but it made no sense for Marinette to pick Chloe for a miraculous. Of course, I was wrong. Nothing changed after Syren. Chat Noir remained nothing more than the comic relief while Ladybug got all the insider info.

To be clear, I think that was a terrible move writing wise, but it doesn't change the fact that this is what they went with. This is the established dynamic. I can't even say that Alya learning Marinette's secret led to something new. She's just taken Marinette's old role while Marinette has taken on Master Fu's old role. This show loves it's status quo and Chat Noir has been at least tolerant of that status quo since Syren, so it's not surprising that Maribug doesn't register that this is a thing that should change and no one bothers to point it out to her even though she has a mentor in Tikki (and Su Han, I guess?) and a confidant in Alya and a whole slew of Kwamis who could also provide insight if they were allowed to do that sort of thing. (Sass and Wayzz were robbed of mentor roles.) Additional blame goes to Plagg because he should absolutely have told Adrien to talk to Ladybug. What is the point of giving these characters mentors who never mentor? It's aggravating in the extreme.

To circle back to the first part of your ask, outside of Hack San and Rocketear, I don't think there are any times when Ladybug invites feedback from Chat Noir unless you want to give credit to the end of Kuro Neko:

Cat Noir: (lands next to her) I've been a really temperamental kitty, m'lady. I didn't realize how much trouble I'd make for you by giving back my Miraculous. Ladybug: (sits closer to him) Just because I don't need you all the time doesn't mean that I don't need you at all, Cat Noir. No one could ever replace you.

Which isn't Maribug inviting him to tell her what's up, but she is clearly willing to listen to him and reassure him, further backing up my point about this conflict being some of the worst writing I've ever had to suffer through. If Maribug always fixes the issue as soon as she learns about it, you are not writing a situation where she's clearly in the wrong. You are writing an easily solved communication issue where she gets blamed for something she clearly doesn't realize she's doing wrong and it is so frustrating!!! I feel so bad for her. The next episode is Penalteam, btw, which starts the battle with this gem:

Ladybug: (laughs) Nice scare tactics, but it's not gonna work. Cat Noir and I are the best at soccer! Cat Noir: (Whispers to Ladybug) I don't know a thing about soccer M'lady. Maybe it's time to call the real team?

And basically just spends the whole episode making Chat Noir seems like a worthless partner while Maribug tries her best to make him - and everyone else - feel special.

Oh, and the episode before Kuro Neko? Well, it's technically Ephemeral, but that got magically overwritten so let's go one further back and we get to Dearest Family, which ends with this:

Cat Noir: (grabs a golden paper crown on the coffee table) Since I'm the king, (wears the crown on his head) would you be my queen, Ladybug? Ladybug: With pleasure, kitty cat! Tradition is tradition!

Oh yes, these two are in such conflict and Maribug does nothing to validate Chat Noir. He's in pain every episode and she's just totally oblivious to it.

If that was what they wrote, then I'd probably agree that we needed more instances of her asking if Chat Noir was okay. But it's not what they wrote. If you look through the list of season four episodes, you'll find that less than half of them deal with the supposed conflict of the season (by my count, only 8 of the 24 episodes before the final actually showcase the conflict and they are not in a logical order in terms of escalation as I tried to demonstrate above). The rest of the episodes flat out ignore it or even straight up work against the conflict like when Ladybug says this to Chat Noir in Guilttrip: "I probably don't tell you this enough, but I couldn't do this without you. And it'd be a lot less fun too."

Seriously, what even is this season? What is the conflict supposed to be? Because it sure as shit isn't Maribug undervaluing Chat Noir, if memory servers, season four sees her validate him more times than any other season. And it isn't her guiltily hiding things from him like so many fanfics claim because we have multiple points of evidence that prove that she's completely oblivious that there even is a conflict. So what conflict are the writers actually trying to write?

What's even more baffling is that none of this logically leads to the loss at the end of the season:

Maribug's new secrets didn't lead to her downfall. The only reason she lost was because of the secret that's always been there - a fact that's never revealed to her - and a freaking evil twin! So why did it matter that Maribug was keeping secrets? This is made even worse by season five maintaining all of the secrets, once again begging the question of what lesson were we trying to teach here???

Chat Noir wasn't needed for the final fight of the season, Maribug only needed the powers of a few of the temp heroes to win, a baffling ending to a season whose focus was Chat Noir feeling unimportant. You could scrap that conflict entirely and the ending would not change. In fact....

Adrien quitting to be nothing more than a good little boy who obeys his father would have actually saved the world from eventually being rewritten. If you think about it, the season four final actually punishes Adrien for being defiant. So does season five as, if Chat Noir had quit, his father would still be alive. I thought this show was supposed to be a romcom, not a tragedy. Why is Adrien being punished for being a hero? Is this supposed to be karma for lying to Ladybug with the whole Catwalker thing?

This shit is why I say I'm a writing salt, character sugar blog. I can't get mad at the characters when they're in such a nonsense story where things never logically tie together. They all deserve so much better.

None of this is meant to imply that ignorance is a blanket excuse for hurting others. Nor is it meant to imply that you have to forgive someone who hurt you just because they didn't mean to. There's a ton of nuance around these topics. But season four acknowledges none of that nuance while creating a situation that desperately needed nuance because there was no clear right and wrong here. Should Maribug work to be more aware of others feelings? Sure, but that journey can only start after she's made aware of her faults and no one ever points them out to her. Does Chat Noir need to work on clearly communicating his needs? Desperately, but no one is teaching him that lesson so he remains a terrible communicator who suffers in silence. What impressively bad writing.

i'm still stuck on the scene where ana brings chris to the firehouse during the blackout, but specifically buck's behavior in it. like. god, there is SO MUCH to unpack there.

buck sees them and he immediately zeroes in on christopher, doesn't even so much as BLINK in ana's direction. he has THEE biggest, brightest smile on his face when he greets chris, and then that "looks like the new chief is here" said in that tone, paired with the great big double-armed bear hug?? like, hello!!!!! parent behavior!!!!!

but then the way he just. Does Not acknowledge ana after that?? and like. we KNOW they've met before. even if there was no like dedicated scene for a formal meeting, we know they've met — and like that was at the hospital, where their minds were very obviously elsewhere (eddie), so i wouldn't even necessarily classify that as like a proper meeting, y'know? it was surely pretty hurried, a basic exchange of names, maybe a handshake or something, but like that's the extent of it, i'm sure. there's no way they were like sitting there chatting it up or making any effort to get to know one another when the most important thing in, supposedly, both of their lives was in the other room, injured.

and like i doubt they've met outside of that instance too. so like when ana shows up with chris that would be the perfect opportunity for buck to like reintroduce himself (which, i fully believe he would, if it was literally anybody else), or for eddie to make the introduction, like officially, or something. but neither one of them do that. and buck? he doesn't even offer a simple hi. doesn't even look her way.

which is like. WILD. because — one, buck is a human :D emoticon, and he is a chronic yapper and he fully gives off "puppy dog at the park that runs up to everything and everyone to say hello" energy, so like i do not believe for one second that he wouldn't even say hi to her! and two, like. wouldn't you think that, as eddie's best friend, buck would be idk a little more enthusiastic about meeting her? the woman who, supposedly, his best friend is getting serious with? the woman who, supposedly, is meant to be making him happy? the woman who, supposedly, is someone important to eddie? and to chris? like, idk as eddie's best friend, and chris' too for that matter, i would certainly be invested in trying to build a relationship there!

but like. buck so clearly isn't? and this is all before he and eddie have the talk about how ana/the relationship with her is the thing causing eddie's panic attacks and how he doesn't actually think he loves her in the way he should and that he's just. trying to force it. so like buck doesn't even have that context to apply here!! he is just. Like That with ana from the get go!!

and the thing is — ana has literally done nothing. like. she has not said or done anything to buck, or to eddie or chris, that would make buck's behavior towards her make any sense. she literally just. exists. in the vicinity of eddie and chris. that's it.

jann was definitely not the type to attend parties, but for you? he'd do it, no questions asked. so when his brother practically begged jann to drive him to said party, jann couldn't pass up the opportunity to see you, which is how he found himself in that rare situation; standing awkwardly by your side as all the others drunkenly shouted and laughed.

now, you'd be lying if you said you didn't find jann absolutely adorable, but you weren't quite sure if he was equally as interested in you. you never wanted to make him feel uncomfortable, and for this reason, your relationship never went past a small hug or longing gazes.

you were tipsy, not drunk, but you were confident, and all nerves had washed away with the first drink. you swayed, your pinky finger grazing his, which caused him to noticeably tense up just a bit. his cheeks were dusted with a light shade of pink. you wished you could say you hadn't done it on purpose, but you wanted to see a reaction out of him. it was amusing to you, to say the least.

"you know what we should do?" coby asks, in a loud voice. he had definitely had one too many to drink. he stumbled around, making his way across the room haphazardly, before resting his hand on janns shoulder. "we should totally play seven minutes in heaven!" you chuckled.

"what are we, sixth graders ?" you laughed, teasingly. you weren't entirely against the idea. however, you also weren't entirely for the idea of being stuffed in a closet with anyone else but jann. you also didn't seem to like the idea of jann being stuffed in a closet with anyone but you.

"oh cmon, it'll be fun," audrey replied, and coby nodded eagerly. everyone else seemed willing to play, and even jann wasn't necessarily protesting.

"i mean sure, im surely not stopping you," you said, as you sat down, joining the circle that the other people had already started to form. coby ushered jann to the opposite side of the circle, likely to raise the chances of your spin landing on him. you weren't sure of that at the time, though. looking back, you should've known why he did that, but the alcohol clouded your better judgement.

coby placed an empty glass bottle in the middle of the circle with a cunning grin. he sat back down next to jann, before asking the question, "who's spinning first?" audrey volunteered, willingly so. it landed on someone neither you nor jann knew; one of coby's friends, presumably. the two entered the small closet at the back of the room, before coby started the seven minute timer.

not much could be heard, which was climactic. everyone was chit-chatting. some were talking about who they hoped the bottle landed on, others were talking about what they thought audrey and the guy were actually doing. then, the timer rang startlingly. coby walked by the closet door and knocked.

"hey lovers, your times up!" he shouted, laughing. a few moments after, audrey slowly opened the door, hair tousled around a bit. her lipstick was slightly smeared, and she wore a giddy smile. context clues were enough for everyone to start teasing the two as they entered the main room. audrey sat back down next to you, and you smirked suggestively.

"well then, looks like you had fun," you said, frivolously. audrey scoffed and elbowed you in a playful manner, but she couldn't fight the growing smile on her face.

"maybe..." she answered, with an eye roll.

"well, i think we all know what happened there," coby began. "so...who's next?" for a minute, nobody volunteered.

"i guess i am," you said, with a slight shrug. jann's head perked up, his eyes meeting yours. neither of you dared to look away, so you shot him a soft smile. he returned the gesture, a bit of color returning to his cheeks before he got kicked out of his trance by coby, who was wiggling his brows up and down obnoxiously.

you placed your hand on the bottle, before giving it a forceful spin. the moments of waiting were pure agony, as you kept your eyes on the bottle which was spinning around tauntingly. it started to slow, and finally came to a halt. your eyes trailed up to who it landed on, and sure enough, it was jann. his eyes widened, as he blinked a few times. he wasn't sure whether or not he was seeing things.

coby and the rest of the group started hyping jann up, and even audrey threw you a quick thumbs up with an eye brow raise. so, you stood, feet planted on the ground. jann followed suit, before you both walked into the closet. you clicked on the light bulb, and he shut the door behind him.

"your seven minutes starts now!" coby announced. suddenly, the closet felt so stuffy with the air that reeked of awkwardness. you made yourself comfortable, trying to find some words to say to him. in reality, this game could be quite unpleasant if you didn't want to do anything with the other person.

"i-uh, sorry...i've never played this before and..." he stammered, swallowing nervously.

"you've never played seven minutes in heaven before?" you asked, smiling softly.

"yeah uh-no. no i haven't," he replied, before laughing softly and looking down at his hands.

"it's alright, we don't have to do anything if you don't want to," you said, placing a hand on his knee, trying to make him feel more comfortable. he looked at your hand, then up to you. was this a dream? was he dreaming? if so, he'd rather die than wake up. "or...we could have some fun."

"what do you mean?" he asked, interest piqued. you tittered, and tapped your index finger against his leg.

"i think you know, jann," you replied, smiling. "just tell me what you want." he thought about it for a moment, as he collected his composure. there were many things he wanted. he wanted for you to touch him more, get impossibly closer to him--even kiss him...hell, he wanted a billion dollars. and he was good under pressure, he didn't let it crack him completely just yet.

"i want..." he had to force the words out, feeling as though it were almost embarrassing to seem so desperate. "i want you to...kiss...me." he sounded sure of it, but nervous as well. you hummed softly in approval. you had to applaud him, you didn't think he'd ever say it. but now that he did, you swiftly climbed over his lap, straddling him, wasting no time. you steadied yourself by placing one hand at his shoulder and one at his hip.

"is this okay?" you asked, wanting to check with him before you took things any further. he nodded eagerly, and you laughed. you cupped his cheeks, before leaning in, admiring him. his face became a crimson, as his eyes flickered between yours and your lips. you finally closed the gap, and captured him in a kiss. he sighed into it, melting into you.

your touch, the way you handled him with care was all too much for him. his head was reeling, and all you had done was kiss him. when you pulled away, he smiled gingerly.

"you're a good kisser," he said, with a small laugh, as his gaze averted.

"likewise." his grin widened. you leaned back in, as did he. you kissed him once again, but with a sort of fervor this time around. jann felt cloudy, like it was heaven. he'd finally understood the name of the game. when you pulled away for the second time, he had to resist the urge to pout. his mood was quickly lifted once again, though, when you started trailing soft kisses down his jaw and to his neck.

"let me know if you want me to stop," you mumbled against his soft skin. he nodded, but he had no intentions of doing so. you continued, starting to bite softly, only to test the waters. his breath stuttered, and his left hand found its way to your hip, as a way to ground himself. you left light pink hickeys down his neck. something he would possibly be forced to talk about with his parents, but he couldn't care less in that moment.

after you felt satisfied, you went back up for another kiss on the lips. he met you halfway, and he hummed into it, feeling a wave of bliss wash over him. he would have to thank his brother when they got home, because never in a million years would this had happened without him. and just when nothing could get in the way--something did, indeed, get in the way.

So, these two pages from chapter 88 have been causing a lot of confusion due to inconsistent translations, and I've decided to set the record straight as best I can with the knowledge at my disposal.

Starting with the first page, this is where Mitsuki says that he and Eida are similar. In the next panel, he says: 「どうしてカワキを好きなのか。。。その理由が自分で分からない」

This is the first point where fan translations and the official VIZ translation differ. Fans generally seemed to agree that he's saying he doesn't understand why Eida loves Kawaki, while the official version has him say that he doesn't understand why he himself loves Kawaki.

And unfortunately, both of those are understandable translations. The first part of the sentence contains no indication of whether he's talking about himself or Eida; the most literal translation I can do is "Why is Kawaki loved... that reason, [I/you] don't understand."

The reason it's "I/you" is because he uses the word 自分 (jibun), which depending on context, can be equivalent to either "my" or "your." It's not really the same deal as 僕 (boku), Mitsuki's primary first-person indicator, which makes it extremely annoying to translate.

So, which is it? Well, as vague as it is, my best guess is actually based on the dialogue of the second page.

Thankfully, this one is much easier to answer. In the largest panel, Eida says: 「あたし達。。。超恋バナしてるね」

The conversation around this line seemed to be, "she clearly said they're talking about romantic love!" "No, she's just using a slang term akin to 'girl talk,' so she only means that they're bonding!" And guess what? They're both right!

I consulted a friend of mine who speaks Japanese natively on Eida's word choice, and he said that while "girl talk" is closer on the basis of it being a casual/slang term, it's gender-neutral and is more about people "talking about their love."

In other words, "we're both chatting about love" or "we're having a love talk" would probably be the most accurate ways to translate it.

At this point, I want to bring attention to Daemon and Mitsuki's reactions to what Eida just said:

Daemon is flabbergasted, only able to say "Huh...?" while Mitsuki blushes for a second, then turns away and says "Well... I guess it didn't matter."

What exactly would Daemon be surprised about, if not the implication that Mitsuki loves someone who isn't Eida (and a guy, no less)? Why would he be showing that surprise now, instead of when Mitsuki allegedly announced that he loved Kawaki a few pages ago?

Likewise, while Mitsuki blushing around Eida isn't unusual, he actually spent the vast majority of this conversation remarkably composed. He only blushed for a single panel when he first noticed Eida was in the area, so having it come back after he's basically called out for being in love (real love, as it was already established that they both knew his feelings for Eida are fabricated) is a very deliberate choice.

While Mitsuki doesn't always emote very much, we can assume he was taken a little off-guard here - and again, if he was already confident enough in his love for Kawaki, why this reaction? Why all the talk before now about how he wasn't sure he'd know what romance felt like without Eida's ability?

The only conclusion I can make is that, in the first page, he's not saying "I don't know why I love Kawaki" like in the VIZ translation. It's much more likely that he's saying "I don't know why you love Kawaki." That's the only way that Mitsuki's feelings for Kawaki can be treated as a reveal, to both Daemon and himself.

And given that his love for Kawaki stems from his love for Boruto, due to the memory swap... yeah, if his side of Mitsuboru wasn't canon before, I think it's safe to say that it is now. Now excuse me while I go be extremely sane and normal about this information

Ace is generally kind of a clingy person in general so it would be kind of hard to prank him without him knowing or even being by your side 24/7.

Not to mention, Ace could probably read through your actions like a book (yet he can't read through emotions. so good luck.

The moment you ever pass through a sly comment when you're talking to "someone else". his head darts over to you.

"Y/N, who are you talking to~' He'd say in a cherry monotone, then his mood shortly changes when he hears obvious flirts come from your lips.

Ace isn't one to become territorial real fast, but that comment triggered something in his brain. He is quick to action, as he makes his way over to your frame on the floor.

Then he takes the headset off your head mid-speech, and he then speaks into the microphone himself. For there only to be no answer.

But, nope. You were occupied 'flirting' with someone over a video game you both were playing.

Now Vil never was the type to jump to conclusions... but he could tell you were just enjoying as much as the person you were talking to was.

One thing that kind of (absolutely) bothers me about this show is the weird… avoidance?? Or major mistakes or flaws the characters have??

(This is me going off of the top of my head, and sooooo much personal bias is in this, be warned)

I’ve seen this being talked around the critical tab a bit and I just wanted to ramble: for some odd reason, the show is very consistent with blaming/placing fault on a character’s minor flaws, but the major shortcomings are just brushed aside (this somewhat applies to some parts of the fandom as well)! A few examples I could think of off the top of my head:

Marinette- Marinette’s blamed by the narrative for things she can’t even control or have nothing to do with anything. Like, in Penalteam, where she has to work to be a team player?? Even though in the episodes beforehand Chat’s whole thing was that he felt like he was being replaced/ set aside by the whole team??? At the same time, Derision made every instance of Marinette’s more unsavory acts in regards to Adrien (which was originally absurd comedy) into something serious because it’s a trauma response now! Which means every instance of her doing those things is now under the context of “oh god this is a traumatized teenager potentially breaking the law due to a trauma response and absolutely needs therapy!!”, while also… just… quietly sweeping all that under the rug under the guise of “well she does those things BECAUSE of the trauma” while not acknowledging just how many bad implications are there now. (I could go a full hour talking about how much Derision fucked EVERY. SINGLE. CHARACTER. OVER.) Oh, and her being secretive with Chat for… no reason? This one is kind of acknowledged but also, the crux of the issue is brushed aside in the season 4 finale? Like, in Kuro Neko when Chat is trying to, like alleviate some of her duties by gathering some of the Miraculous cause he also knows some of their identities? And she says no and says he’s wasting her time? I get he was pestering her about it, I do, but the authors were saying that her reasoning with being secretive was that she was had so much responsibility… but when the opportunity arises for someone to alleviate that, she turns it down? (Honestly liked the fanon reason that she was scared of Chat Blanc timeline and him getting to close to her way more)

Adrien- His naivety in specific situations (the whole “taking the high road” advice) being criticized HEAVILY, when it’s kind of understandable he would give that? I get that it’s bad advice in this situation, I don’t think he’s part of the problem for giving it though. But his pushiness towards Ladybug? The godawful communication he had in Season 4 (this is a Ladybug issue too)? Nah, let’s just ignore that. His… really concerning mental health (Guilttrip anyone? I mean he literally tries to cataclysm himself why is no one talking about this?) What are you talkin’ aboutttt, it’s all good here! In fact, we’ll never bring that up again, how does that sound? (Please delve more into that in season 6 dear god)

Chloe- It’s… understandable??? When the show harps on her being a bully I guess?? But the issue I have with that is that the show acts like this is the WORST thing she’s done, being a petty vindictive teenager. The show rarely brings up her failures at being a superhero (for how much some fans bring up the train scene, I’m 1000% sure the show literally forgot) or the fact that she, y’know. Literally betrayed Ladybug and worked with Hawkmoth! For how much the show loves dogging on her and treating her like a secondary villain I’d expect like, a little bit more in showing that off? Also, the literal two grown adults setting her up as a scapegoat for the whole mayor thing, then the show acting like she’s the one at fault still?? And that sending her away with her mother was a good thing????

Gabriel- “Oh he’s too obsessed with his Ladybug to actually save his wife! He’s cold and distant but still loving actually!” What about his neglect? What about him literally ignoring his wife’s wishes (there was no way he didn’t know beforehand I’m sorry)? I genuinely don’t care that he “made the right choice” with his wish, he stabbed Marinette in the back to do so. Literally LOCKED ADRIEN IN A WHITE ROOM AND AT SOME POINT WAS ATTEMPTING TO AKUMATIZE HIM…! But nah, he’s just too ambitious, he’s a loving father, whatareyatalkinabout? He’s a hero! (😨)

Andre (Bourgeois)- “His flaws are that he gave up on his dream to live an unhappy life! Oh but we’re gonna ignore his role as a literal corrupt politician, look he’s redeemed now! He even sent that she-demon Chloe away! What do you mean he literally raised this child to act this way? Nah, everything is Chloe’s fault and we’re not even going to acknowledge his hand in literally raising her with these values since she was basically in elementary school! Look he’s adopting Zoe, isn’t that sweet? Nevermind how we just won’t acknowledge where Mr. Lee is, if he’s alive, or if Zoe is even okay with everything that just happened! (I mean, cmon, she literally lived with Audrey for years, she would reasonably be a little put off by this, even if she thinks Chloe is a lost cause)

These are just a few I could think of, though. Honestly my biggest wish is that the show would stop bringing the character’s least offensive trait/fault (compared to others) and truly acknowledge the worse aspects of them.

AITA for ghosting a friend over one word? (tw: rape mention) II was friends with this guy for almost two years. We met when he moved in after there was a vacancy at our apartment and my roommate posted on Facebook looking for another roommate (they were acquainted but didn't know each other well). He moved in and was much quicker to call us his friends than we were, I think because he was just really grateful to have a stable and steady home without yelling/hateful relatives and after experiencing an armed robbery in his previous home. He'd chat with us endlessly every other day, which left both of us feeling extremely burnt out and wanting to be alone most of the time. In his own words he considered us like his brother and sister, meanwhile he was sorta just a friend and a roommate to us. Despite this I knew he was a good guy and decided to stay in touch after we all moved out of that apartment a year later. I invited him to an online D&D campaign I was in which lasted another year, and that was pretty much our only communication weekly for about a year besides texting and catching up occasionally. A little while after the campaign ended he was able to move out of his mom's place into his own apartment, and invited me over to hang. I said yeah cause why not, I could tell he really wanted some company (I was his first-ever guest at his new place,) and I figured it wouldn't hurt to hang. We chat for a couple hours, he's real enthused to have me over but I'm just kinda hanging out and keeping up with small talk. After that we decided to play some Super Smash Bros, and for some reason he thinks it'd be a good idea to put the two of us on a team against six mid-level CPUs with items on, and the match is just an overstimulation shitshow and we get the hell beat out of us. At one point before we lost, he got knocked out by a Bewear NPC, and yells out "Oh my God, Bewear, I will RAPE you" ... I was disturbed. Silent for a few seconds before he mutters an apology for getting angry. I told him it's alright, but to think about his choice of words, since I'm not very confrontational and didn't want to make a scene of it. Inside, though, I was thoroughly disgusted at him for thinking it's okay to say something like that. I'd kinda experienced this from him before while we were living together, basically the same thing happened but he called the NPC r-----ed, he said he was actually directing the word at himself cause of his aspergers and needed to work on his internalized guilt. I think he's just indecent.

Anyway I went home from that visit and never talked to him again. he texted me a while later and asked if it was about the rape thing. He thought that I wasn't talking to him because I thought the rape comment was directed at me, which I knew it wasn't. I don't think he understands that that was a fucked up thing to say to anyone, ever, in any context. I don't feel like I should have to explain that to him, cause it should be fucking obvious how unacceptable that is. I don't wanna be friends with someone who starts yelling about rape whenever they get angry at a videogame.

"Rita of Gokkan"

I'm surprised they managed to create a webcomic in Rita's POV as well as having a weekly release to show more of what was going on in their head.

The chapters are rather short to fit the format of a weekly series (especially a full-colored one), but shows enough of what is going on in Rita's POV. The first Chapter is 43 pages compared to the 14 of other chapters simply bc it goes over the entire opening monologue of the pilot.

(Please note that I am not fluent, the lack of furigana makes it hard for me to read kanji, but I know enough to use context clues to get a general yet vague grasp of what is happening).

The first chapter takes place during the events of episode 4 given it's before arresting Gira but about a week after episode 1. It starts with Morfonia running and Rita then fights off Sanegims outside the castle reminiscent of Episode 5's first fight scene. Even down to Rita's speech as they enter the castle as well as sentencing someone to a -10° cell during a trial.

The rest of the chapter would show a little more insight on Rita and Morf's relationship as Morf does seem to show concern over Rita's behavior after the first Bugnarok attack. The chapter ends with Rita entering their office and cuts to the events of Chapter 1 as Rita recalls it after picking up Gira's Wanted flier (cut to Chapters 2-9)

This is where we actually get more of Rita's inner thoughts and perspectives of the other Kings in the first episode. Specifically Racles and Yanma as those two were the ones causing the most problems for the Chief Justice. Not so much Kaguragi, but there is a moment during the fight where Rita and Himeno kinda butt heads because Himeno jumped into the line of fire after Rita takes a shot at a Sanegim.

I won't say much else as a good chunk of the comic is retelling what happened in the first episode, but it does confirm my headcanon of Rita being way too suspicious of Racles in the early episodes prior to watching "Racles's Secret" which led to them being more than happy to get a DNA sample by smacking the absolute shit out of him. It also shows how Rita is sick and tired of each King's selfishness when all they want is for the Alliance to work for the sake of the people but learn none of the Kings can work together. Something that explains why Rita was so close to throwing hands with Yanma and Himeno in Episode 5 while going "i don't give a fck if you're a royal" to their faces 😂

Chapter 10 is more of Rita going over their past and shedding details on how they grew up after becoming King at 10 years old. It also features a chat with Moffun that is a 180 in style which is very fitting for Rita's mental state (i love it so much~). The chapter ends with Morf calling Rita before Rita heads to Toufu for the arrest.

Honestly, the webcomic is pretty good at being very close to how the episodes played out while also bringing in another perspective of the whole situation. Some details were added in that weren't in the show simply because it makes more sense to know now rather than putting random tiny details together and have a huge theory board throughout the show.

I mean I do have one, but y'know. KingOh lore is insane.

What I do appreciate about this webcomic is how it touches on Rita and Morfonia's relationship in more detail. Even down to Rita's thinking whenever Morf's laid back personality and disrespecting authority makes them hold back a scream mid-meeting 😂

I do wonder how much input Kamihori and TakaMina have and how much discussions made with the artist to bring this side project to life. Or at least how much was planned or if TakaMina was just begging for his little autistic blorbo to have some shining moments that were glossed over in the show in favor of getting the plot moving.

I have far too many and I physically can’t pick favorites, so I present you; Pop’s Fukalen Headcanon Masterlist (that hasn’t been updated in a good while)

-They get into dumb stupid trouble a lot, Len cuz he’s overly confident, stubborn and stupid, and Fukase because he’s an agent of chaos

-They casually bully (not really, just tease) each other a lot

-They don’t really need to communicate to cause havoc, they just sorta catch each others dumbass brain waves

-Though Luka is the main English tutor for the Kagamines, Fukase also helps Len with his English a lot

-After Fukase has helped Len with English so much, it became a habit for Fukase to speak English to Len so that he could hear it more and learn, so though it’s not actually necessary it has become natural for them to have conversations where Len speaks Japanese and Fukase speaks English

-Fukase’s kinda jealous of Len’s dance skills but refuses to admit it, instead just saying Len’s a show off (he’s not wrong)

-They’re both gamers and play together a lot, though Fukase leans more towards shooters and Len’s a bit of a rhythm game fanatic

-They played Portal 2 together which consisted of Fukase carrying and Len fucking around bc he wasn’t built for puzzle games

-Fukase says project diva is dumb and not even a good game because he generally doesn’t like rhythm games as he tends to suck at them, but he’s secretly a hardcore project diva fan and plays it a lot

-Similarly, he complains about Sekai being cashgrab trash and just another shitty gacha game but he’s mildly addicted

-Oh and his fave module is Len’s Trickster one because then they have a matching cane and hat vibe goin’ on

-Sometimes when they’re in group chat with friends Fukase and Len will argue, and Fukase will say something like “shut up bb”, earning something like a “lmao you calling him baby that’s kinda gay” from the others, and the response is usually something along the lines of “YOU ALL KNOW ITS SHORT FOR BANANA BOY SHUT THE HELL UP”

-Len makes fun of Fukase’s overly complicated design a lot but had an edgy phase where he thought it was the peek of fashion and secretly wanted to look like him

-Len really likes Fukase’s lower range (especially when paired with his softer voice), but keeps that secret locked up and kept away from everyone and anyone

-Len assumed for ages that Fukase wore eyeliner until he did his makeup once and told him to take it off and Fukase was like “what eyeliner” and Len was like “you’re not wearing eyeliner???”

-Fukase gets super easily cold which is why he wears so many layers, meanwhile Len is that kid that walks around in a t-shirt and shorts all year around, a bit of a living heater if you will. It can either be optimal for cuddling or make it impossible, depends

-They use a lot of different nicknames for each other depending on context- usually Fukase might call Len “Banana Boy”, “Blondie”, “Twink” or “Dumbass” and Len might call Fukase “Clown” “Fuckass” “Fuka” or “Kase”. You’ll probably never catch Fukase saying “Babe” (Banana Boy > BB > Baby/Babe)or Len saying “Fukafuka” (fluffy/soft) out in the open tho

-Fukase and Flower are best friends, and Flower has a habit of giving people nicknames based on flowers. Fukase sorta picked up on this, occasionally calling Len “Buttercup”

-Every time someone asks Fukase how his face got scarred he comes up with the most wild and shocking story he can think of on the spot to get a reaction out of whoever is asking, but none of these manage to shock Len anymore because he’s heard every single one Fukase has managed to conjure up

-Fukase has multiple sorted reference, meme, quote, and random picture folders so he can send whatever he deems perfect in any given situation at any given time. Depending on context Len will more often than not know ���oh this person said this, so Fuka is gonna send/show this specific thing in three, two, one- there it is”

-Whenever Len comes over to Fukase he will prioritize saying hi to Point before Fukase. Fukase‘s kinda accepted that Len likes Point more than him

-Len likes having one hand on each side of Fukase’s face because the difference in skin texture on each side feels funny. Fukase says it’s weird that he likes doing that, but doesn’t stop him from squishing his face

-Fukase always ponders how the Cryptons have perfect skin, or well, at least he knows Len does- perfect nails too, great for head scratches

-While Fuka is normally not the biggest fan of surprise physical contact, it’s kinda become a habit of Len to just randomly scratch his head or run his hand through his hair. This is an exception. If you comment on it tho, Fukase will suddenly start acting annoyed by it and smack Len’s hand away. Len teases him a bit for liking it

-Len absolutely adores how fluffy and messy Fukase’s hair is

-Fukase has his reasons for keeping his arm bandages, maybe health, convenience, not wanting to freak people out- but one is because he has a habit of picking at the skin there, which Len is trying to get him to stop doing

-Fukase’s arm picking worries Len, so sometimes he changes Fukase’s bandages for him just to make sure he won’t do it

-Len’s a trans guy and Fukase is one of the few people Len’s comfortable not binding his chest in front of, other than the other Cryptons and Piko (bc Piko’s his best friend)

-Fuka barely needs any sleep getting like 4 hours on average, while is a professional honk mimimier who likes getting his 8 hours of beauty sleep

-Because of Len’s habit of sleeping like a baby and the fact that he’s usually busy as fuck, Fukase always lets him sleep in when they have sleepovers at his place, not having the heart to wake him up

-When they have sleepovers they always end up having an argument a little while after Len starts showing signs of being tired. These basically consist of Len saying “if I go to bed now I know you’re just gonna stay up all night, get your ass to bed now or I’m staying up and annoying you while sleep deprived” and Fukase saying “you look like you’re gonna pass out and you know damn well I won’t be able to sleep for a while, go to bed or I’m carrying your sleepy ass over there“. Which of them wins varies

-Though they both frequently tease each other and are okay with teasing/being teased about pretty much anything, they also know exactly when they’re crossing a line or pushing certain buttons. Sometimes they’ll push the others buttons just a little or see how far they can go, but they always know when to stop and when the other isn’t cool with it anymore

-Fukase adores the horror genre as a whole, while Len’s more easily freaked out but pretends like he has no fear- so, when they’re for example picking out a movie to watch, Fukase might wanna watch a horror movie and Len will be like “Pft of course no problem I’m not a wimp” but then later in the middle of the movie they’ll have to pause and chill together for a bit because Fukase’s like “dude you look like you’re gonna cry maybe let’s not, want some hot coco?”

-Fukase and Len once started talking about some English tv show and after it came up in conversation Len confessed that he had a hard time following without Japanese subtitles, especially when he wants to sing along to the songs. This lead Fuka to say he could help him if there was anything he needed clarified when watching it, which lead to them watching the show together. Now they’ve developed a habit of watching stuff together so Fukase can help translate and clarify, even though Len doesn’t need it much anymore

-While Len loves doing concerts and performances, he gets very homesick and missed his friends since he’s so social. He’ll text people non stop, though he’s sometimes worried that it gets a little annoying- but Fukase doesn’t mind at all. Len always somehow gives him the ability to watch them live from his home and tells him about how it is and that he misses him, and since Fukase doesn’t have a sleep schedule it usually works wherever Len is. Len also hooked him up with some real nice glowsticks that he furiously waved around when watching

-Since Fukase and especially Len are both pretty dang successful and feel like can’t really comfortably talk about their insecurities or negative feelings regarding their loid status in front of less successful loids, like Piko or Lui, they kinda just talk about it to each other. They bond over it- knowing Piko has it worse, Fuka isn’t as bothered much by his licensing, but is ashamed that his VP doesn’t care for him. And Len, tho almost always feeling like he’s the best he could be, sometimes feels inferior to Rin when remembering that he’s just kind of an add on to her

-Len has little to no insecurities regarding his looks, though he spent like his eye color very much, partially bc he’s often made to wear brighter green or blue contacts for promo stuff. Fukase thinks this is bullshit and Len’s eyes are pretty as hell

-Fukase is disabled, hence the cane, and doesn’t typically mind it too much because it lets him skip out on a lot of stuff in PE and other such things. His one complaint is that he can’t really carry Len bc of his balance, but Len insists it’s ok

-While being a bit of a twig and not a fan of exercise, but he does have a bit of upper body mass because he plays drums and has used crutches/wheelchairs at several points in life. Len’s the more athletic of the two tho and likes to brag about

-Len has dog energy and Fukase has cat energy

-Len bought Fukase a pair of those headphones with cat ears on them. Fukase said it was stupid, asked why he spent money on them and claimed he’d never wear them, but he often uses them at home

-They’ve faked a proposal for free food

-Len kinda doesn’t really know what exactly Fukase is or how he works but also doesn’t really care

-Fukase loves showing Len games that are actually horror games but don’t seem like it at first. Len always gets suspicion and Fukase always goes “nonono this ones’s fine it’s not scary at all I promise” and Len always falls for it

-After Len complained about it enough he finally manages to get Fukase to eat three meals a day (or at least try to). Fukase forgets to every now and again but Len’s usually there to remind him

-Despite the fact that nothing seems to make Len insecure ever, there was one time his perfect skin had a pimple and he refused to come out of his room for almost anything. Fukase had to sit outside his room and convince him it really wasn’t that bad on three separate occasions

-One time when Len and Rin were hanging out with Miku and some popular friends after a concert Fukase borrowed Flower’s motorbike to pick Len up so he’d seem cool. Was very effective on Len but the others were like “lmao you two are dorks” and “Wait is Fukase even allowed to drive that”

-Their friends were genuinely very surprised to find out that they liked each other because they both had this very tsundere-esque, mean, teasing and pulling no punches way of interacting so everyone figured they really disliked each other (both of them were surprised to find that the other liked them back too)

-When Fukase and Moke, who were the last members to join the friend group, first met Len, Fukase really disliked him while Moke adored him. This was in big part because Fukase knew Len’s celebrity image as an arrogant, self obsessed, annoying asshole, and Moke, being very into otaku culture, was a big fan who idolizes him and found his celebrity image to be talented and charming. However, when they actually got to know him, the script completely flipped and Fukase now finds him dumb, but charming, while Moke just finds him unbearable

Etoiles can message him anything at any given time with no context and Phil will just. follow, trust him blindly with no second thought because he knows that he can trust Etoiles without having to think about it. There are no doubts between them no matter what people say. He wouldn‘t be scared if his life was in Etoiles hands, because he knows Etoiles will do the right decision no matter the outcome.

In context If Jahla had made some tribal progression of allies from the story but the allied tribes changed tune. Implying that Ranach actually went through the tribes and having Flameguard and the SouthSpear members to spread out and talk with other tribes around the region. Shiverfall would be the one to Keep strong ties with them and also declines Ranach for his bad reputation and the fact he uses the Red wolf tactic intrigues Eopei enough to hear what he says, just enough to get insight and later have someone to speak with a Flame guard tribe While she goes and discusses with Havenreach and her bodyguards. Ranach also has been the one to spread information over at the two raiding tribes; Skullcrest & Dragonsfall. To cause more distress and tension over on his side to take down the Capitol for many of Meteor are not severely injured or dead only the Raiders, adding that they taken their items and have not burned the bodies of their fallen comrades. It just keeps building up of Meteor being a scam. Also Thakir is their because he's the adviser and Thane along with Rome who has some ways of ' diplomatic ways of locals ' especially being around them more then Jahla and Thakir PLUS the panels would be on the next page and not crammed into one.

You were hanging out with Sucrose, enjoying lunch together when the topic of Albedo came up.

"I haven't been able to find my boyfriend...Do you know where he is?" You ask, Sucrose letting out a thoughtful noise. "Usually we spend more time with each other, but I've not seen him in the last week..."

"Well, I think he's working on a commission. If you want, I can show you where I last saw him." Sucrose suggests, you nodding. "L-lets finish this first though." She states, looking down at her plate.

You hear Albedo talking to Mona, someone you didn't know especially well. You did, however, know that she was a very attractive woman, and the fact Albedo could have been spending time with her gave you a bad feeling. They were talking to each other, clearly sorting out some sort of arrangement, and you were hoping to wait until their conversation was complete to see him again.

But then you heard Mona say something that concerned you.

"It's a date, then." She states, nodding before walking back to her home. You look at Sucrose, hoping for some sort of reassurance that this wasn't actually what it sounds like. Unfortunately, the look you received was one of pity.

Albedo was finishing up his packing, his plans for illustrating Mona's readings in place and ready to be discussed further.

"When was I supposed to find out?" You ask, storming up to Albedo. "When it was too late?"

"I'm afraid I don't know what-"

"You and Mona! Mona said you two had a date, I heard it!" You exclaim, Albedo still processing what exactly this meant for them. He understood that with Mona, she sometimes said a meetup was a date, even if it was purely friendly and nothing romantic ever occurred on these meetups.

"It all makes sense now. I feel so silly, all of this festival, I was trying to distract myself because I knew you kept your work to yourself." You shake your head, clenching your hands. "I should have connected the dots sooner."

"I can explain." Albedo starts, Sucrose not entirely sure which friend she was to support in this case given the lack of context. "Please, take a seat."

"And listen to you elaborate on you realising you could do better than me? No thank you." You huff, walking back to the city gates as Sucrose, looks between you both before sitting with Albedo.

"No, that was entirely my fault. I ought to schedule these dates. Admittedly, I have a habit of getting caught up in a research topic that takes my interest." Albedo tuts.

"Do you want me to say anything to them?" Sucrose asks. Albedo shakes his head no, causing her confusion to come back.

"I need to be the one to explain this. If you would be alright with being there as well, I would appreciate that."

I do not own any character’s mentioned in this fic, they are not my oc’s. This fic is based of this post from @aller-geez here (idk if this link works or not. It should bring you to her POV post but it might just bring you to her profile. I’m to tired to mess with it tbh.)

TW: illness, male x male, sneezes (barely any. There’s like three. My brain is really not cooperating), swearing? I honestly don’t remember but there probably is, and there is slight amounts of mess but not anything excessive.

anyway I hope this turned out alright. I’m not the best at writing but I’m trying lol.

fic after the cut:

The whole gang had decided to go on a trip to… well there wasn’t really a destination. They were all just going. It was truly mostly Levi’s idea. And with Levi so hyped for it, Remi just couldn’t say no to his kitten. So, somewhat begrudgingly, Remi went along with his mate’s and his mate’s friend’s idea of a group road-trip, despite the fact that Remi could feel sickness building in his sinuses. 

That speeds us up to now, where Remi sat on his hotel bed next to his beloved mate who was fast asleep as he had driven the group down here through the night. Remi look at Levi as he slept peacefully and juggled with the idea of waking him and asking him to go to the store and pick up some things to help his steadily declining condition. But as he saw his kitten getting his first traces of desperately needed sleep, he couldn’t bring himself to wake Levi. So with a sigh that sounded so scratchy that it was no longer recognizable as a sigh, Remi rose and slipped out of his hotel room and walked down the hall to your room. He went to you for many reasons: he could somewhat tolerate your existence (to an extent), you had a room to yourself so that would minimize the amount of people who got to see him vulnerable, your room was far away from Al’s so he didn’t risk that perverted bastard getting off to his misery, and you suffered from allergies so you were likely to have desperately needed tissues. 

The more he walks to your room, the more he wishes he had woken Levi. But he’s pretty much sealed his fate at this point. He knows he looks like shit, eye bags dark swollen and tinged red near the eye and bruise purple near his cheek, his skin paler then normal, sweat on his brow causing his baby hairs to cling to his clammy forehead. But worst of all, in his opinion, was the terrible unceasing itch in his sinuses. It caused him to hitch and hitch but it refused to manifest into an actual sneeze yet also refused to stop plaguing him. Plus it caused his nose to run like a faucet, and with no tissues in sight he kept having to wipe his runny appendage on the collar or sleeve of his shirt. 

Soon he finds himself at your door, he didn’t quite know how long he’d been standing there since he zoned out thinking about how utterly ridiculous this is going to be. Just walking up to someone he only knows through his boyfriend hotel door and begging for tissues after practically ignoring this individual’s existence up until now. But with an aggravated sigh Remi knocks on your door. 

Remi is surprised when the door swings open almost immediately but he quickly looks off to the side and forces his expression to be neutral. 

"Aye. You got any tissues?" Remi asks, trying to ignore the tickle in the back of his nose

"Levi’s asleep" Remi adds, feeling the need to explain further when met with silence. Though the statement doesn’t do much to explain with no context. But it makes sense in Remi’s fever clouded brain

"Ooookayy?" You mumble, opening your door more for Remi to come in. 

Remi shakes his head no as you motion for him to come in.

"Nah, just hiiiheh’… just give me some tissues and I’ll be on my way. I’m not here for chit chat" Remi says, stoping just before say ‘I’m not here for chit chat with a stranger’. He didn’t figure calling someone he technically knew of as a stranger would help him get tissues any faster. And he definitely needed tissues and soon because that little tickle in the back of his sinuses had decided that now, in front of someone he wasn’t the most fond of, he really needed to sneeze. And he could feel the amount of mucus in his sinuses and he didn’t want to be caught with no tissues when this tickle turned into a sneeze.

You cock an eyebrow as his breath hitches mid sentence but you can piece together why he’s in such a rush to get tissues as his breath hitches and his nose leaks. So you trudge into you hotel room, grab the whole box of tissues, and press them to Remi’s chest.

"Here, take care." You say, then you shut your door, sensing he wants to go back to his hotel room as quickly as possible so he can curl up next to his mate. 

As the tissues are pressed into his grasp and you promptly leave, Remi realizes that maybe your not that bad. You either A: picked up on the fact he did not want to be here, or B: you didn’t want him here to begin with. But something told Remi that it wasn’t the last option. 

So with a faint, unseen smile, Remi turns to walk back to his own temporary quarters. But immediately that itchy tickle in the back of his sinuses reared it’s head. 

His nose flairs as he fumbles to grab a tissue. Then he manages to his his fingers around it just as his brows furrow together. Then with one more breathy inhale, Remi buries his abused nose into the tissue and pitches forward with three large sneezes that make his head spin.

"Hii’ Hetchuu’iew! Hitttchiiew! Hetsheew! Snerrf!" 

From inside your hotel room your could hear Remi’s wet, desperate, and sickly sneezes. The walls were thin so you said a quick "bless you" that Remi was able to hear through the walls. 

Remi blushes slightly out of embarrassment, adding to his feverish flush. Then he makes a mental note to tell Levi of his encounter with you. With that, and a box of tissues, Remi retreats to his mate, cuddling up to him as soon as he can slip under the covers beside him.
