when i saw that shit airing i yelled and spilled wine on my carpet.

like. i feel like this is common sense but i dont know if people realize how intentional each second of a show/movie is. like whether the show is a silly sitcom or a serious drama everything is so intentional and purposeful. of course theres always continuity errors and mistakes that happen when you’re creating a show of that size thats been running for so long but for the most part everything has its intentions. its why you see certain themes come back again and again. im not gonna get into outfit meta or anything like that because its not really my wheelhouse but i did learn a lot about camera techniques and im a writer so. yeah.

shots are one of the most important aspects of a movie or a tv show. they set the mood. close up shots convey intensity and emotion while more wide shots establish a scene etc. they gave us a lot of close up shots of eddie’s face in the kim and eddie scene at the end of 7x09 because it was an intense moment for eddie as a character for example. you have to get the shot right to convey what you want your audience to see yknow.

so. you have the medal ceremony. they couldve done the announcements for these people in literally any order because they fucking wrote the script. they didnt do it alphabetically or anything normal they literally had the trio of triangulated desire standing in the back with buck in the middle AGAIN while chim and hen were being normal and serving cunt up front. and when they were sitting they had buck in the middle again because reasons. then once they got their medals itd pan to their families and significant others clapping. ofc for tommy they pan to buck because thats the person there supporting him. for BUCK they had so many options. they had bobby, his captain that he verbally said was his father figure the next episode, they had maddie, his fucking SISTER AND THE WOMAN WHO RAISED HIM, and they had tommy, the dude he’s dating. instead they pan to eddie.

literally that is the absolute LOUDEST fucking thing the show has done so far in my opinion. they panned to buck for tommy!!! they couldve panned back to buck or done it in a different order if they didnt wanna repeat so they could pan to them for each other!!! but they panned to eddie and the director of photography was even emphasizing that choice on twitter.

the entire bi arc had eddie written all over it. they had so many opportunities to shove their relationship to the side and double down on their friendship but they didnt. instead we had buck tweaking at the gym where we have no idea who eddie was even talking to on that phone, eddie constantly mentioned by buck in a kiss scene with someone else, the line of all time ‘MY attention?’, eddie interrupting the date next episode, buck not even giving a FUCK about the date because he lied to eddie, the shit maddie said that episode about being confused about his feelings, eddie saying nothing is gonna change between them (which. thats a chekov’s gun if ive ever seen one), and all the entire shit with the bachelor party. not even mentioning the implications of the song choice for the karaoke scene that paralleled madney because we didnt get it in the episode. they couldve completely avoided all of that but they didnt and then when buck is dating someone else they dont pan to HIM being happy and supportive for buck, they pan to EDDIE. it feels as if its supposed to remind us what’s actually going on or another attempt to clue us in

also like right after they had the two who were dating acting as acquaintances. and had that guy also kinda put buck’s excitement down at said ceremony. and later in that episode had buck ditch plans with the guy he was dating to make sure eddie was okay. for reasons i guess. so buddie canon or theyre doing a real bad job at getting me to care about bucks actual man

well, at the beginning, its mostly sukuna dragging you around to places after school... he knows all the obscure food places that nobody is aware of- you know those dingy looking places that serve top tier food? yea.

I was alone in my hotel room, scrolling through my phone, trying to ignore the growing sense of unease that gnawed at me.

The Euros had been keeping Arda busy, and while I was thrilled to be here with him, I hadn’t seen him much since I’d arrived.

A flash of lightning lit up the room, followed by a low, menacing roll of thunder. My stomach tightened, memories of countless childhood nights filled with similar storms flooding back.

I hated storms—always had. The way the wind howled and the rain pounded against the windows made me feel small and vulnerable.

I glanced at the clock. It was late, and I knew Arda would probably be resting or preparing for the next game.

But the thought of staying in this room alone, with the storm growing worse, made my chest tighten with anxiety.

Before I could second-guess myself, I grabbed a blanket and tiptoed out into the hallway, making my way to his room.

When I reached his door, I hesitated for a moment, feeling a bit silly. But another crack of thunder shook the walls, and that was all the encouragement I needed. I knocked softly, hoping he was still awake.

“What do you want to watch? Something funny? Or maybe something we used to watch when we were kids?”

“Something funny,” I replied, climbing onto the bed and wrapping the blanket around myself. “I need something to distract me.”

He nodded, settling on an old comedy we used to watch together. As the movie started, he lay down beside me, and I leaned against him, feeling the comforting weight of his presence.

The sound of the storm outside seemed to fade into the background as the familiar scenes played out on the screen.

Arda chuckled at a particularly silly joke, and I couldn’t help but laugh along with him. It was just like old times—when we were kids and he would distract me from the storm by making me laugh, by making me forget that the world outside was scary and unpredictable.

“You know,” he said quietly during a lull in the movie, “I missed this. Just hanging out with you, like we used to.”

“Me too,” I whispered, glancing up at him. “I’m glad I’m here, Arda.”

He smiled down at me, ruffling my hair like he used to when we were younger. “Anytime you need me, I’m here. Storm or no storm.”

We continued watching the movie, the familiar sound of his laughter soothing my nerves.

i've been into fandoms since i was like 12 and now so shocked that theres SO MANY kids on here ☠️ it makes me wonder, is this how the fandom people who were 21+ when i was 14 felt? i feel like the fandom climate has changed so much too, maybe it's cus i'm getting old...

i dont know why i'm so genuinely surprised that a solid half of the clockwork orange fandom is in high school. not hating, just realizing that fandom stuff on tumblr/twitter is a very teenager type of thing to be into. i guess that's why so many of us that are adults are autistic. (me included) we're kind of known for sticking to more childlike/teenlike behavioral patterns and i guess now i'm realizing that this isn't typical adult behavior. nothing wrong with it, obviously. it's fun. i like being in spaces with a lot of other wacky autistic people.

i think it's fine if a minor enjoys or shares my art or whatever. i interacted with plenty of normal fandom adults back in the day, after all. it's nice to see people of all ages making cool art.

Okay so there are five main types of love languages.

Physical touch, Words of Affirmation, Receiving Gifts, Acts of Service, and Quality Time.

I would also like anyone reading this to remember that these love languages are how you want to be loved/receive love not how you show love to others.

I do think that Rasmodius is very connected to himself

And by that I mean I think he knows himself very well, or at least he thinks he knows himself very well.

And for a long time I think he probably thought that Quality Time and Physical Touch were his main two love languages.

I mean idk if it’s canon but in my opinion I do think he cheated on the witch with Caroline

And I’m not gonna go into it here because this isn’t about them, but I think it might’ve had to do with that and his own struggles with temptations.

And I also think gift giving is canon for literally every single character in stardew because that’s the main way to befriend someone.

But I think that after marrying you/beginning to date you he realizes that his actual love language is words of affirmation.

While Physical touch and quality time are still very important to him, being with you makes him see that he really does like being praised.

Like whenever you say that he has done something well, or that you like something he has done his heart flutters as if he were a teenager again.

Especially when it comes to his magic

now onto stan, i dont think he works with anyone but wendy. lets take a look at style. first of all kyle has left stan several times before. he left him for token and he also never helped him with his depression in your getting old. but guess who was there to cheer him up? wendy was. wendy was one of the only people that didnt get sick of him in that episode and it really shows how much she cares for stan. and in you have 0 friends even though wendy was kinda being... weird, stan did listen to her and tried to edit his settings on his facebook.

also i wanna bring up... best friends doesnt = dating.

also i wanna talk abt stendy as a relationship. i think that they might be able to work as friends but as partners is when theyre dynamic works best. girlboss and loser bf. in all honesty stan and wendy might have the best dynamic/healthiest relationship out of everyone. theyve been shown to care about eachother lots of times and in the older seasons was when they really had their cutest moments. modern stendy isnt bad either, wendy is able to forgive stan at the end of the chat gpt episode because she loves him. and stan really cares for wendy too. he went with wendy to see shitty movies just to spend time with her and he also wrote a song for her. stendy is my absolute favorite ship and i hate when ppl make them cheat on eachother. stan would never and wendy wouldnt either. and one thing i noticed is that stan is loyal to wendy, sure he may have had a few crushes on other girls but, he never actually tried to make a move on any of them (except ms ellen) but through out all their break ups, stan never dating anyone besides wendy, which shows he really does love her enough to the point where he would hit on anyone while she was gone

its always nice to come back to a ship after a "break" from it to be able to look back at things and look at everything with fresh eyes and stuff.

(but i obviously dont look at that as too bad, i guess in fanon you can play with the idea that stone fucks with it) but with them deleting all of those scenes for s2, for a few reasons ig, it tells a slightly different story to me... does this make sense? the way he talks to stone at the start in s1 and in the good cop bad cop scene is like quite calm to me for robotnik. thats how i imagine he would normally be around stone. smiling at him more often than snarling, showing off etc. the way the manifesto is written too, theres respect given to stone, and i doubt it was written inbetween the movies or last second. like that is something that he made x time ago imo way before s1, so the way he barked at him in the 'pin yourself to the wall' scene, to me thats just plain frustration and lack of emotion control taking over. plus how he completely switches that off once he notices the quill, no he doesnt hate stone, hes not angry at him, hes just angry. and stone was the closest person to take it out on. is that healthy? no, but it makes for the most fun dynamic ive seen in my fav media so i love that.

and the whole thing with him grabbing stone and shoving fingers in his mouth and what not, in all fairness your honor, he is literally innocent. he is neurodivergent and his love language is on the same level as people biting other people they like. its literally just that (reminds me of someone that i strongly believe had a crush on me in hs and they would ask to sit next to me in class and then push me off my chair and write on and tear my notes and it was cute to me. so im projecting that onto stone okay)

Anon over there referred to a little convo I had with somebody on Insta, below that (young Magnifico/Prince) post. I explained that this isn't a canon fact but my headcanon!! Yet, they still found the time to misinterpret my comment and then annoy me with it as if I'm committing a crime by posting my headcanons on my social media accounts!

Normally I would ignore and delete such a message, but I cannot help but show off my inner geek now. Anon wants to be so smart, yes? Knowing so much better and the aim of this message is to - what? Make me feel bad? Hurt me? Insult me? .... Hmmm no!

So they talked to people who worked on the movie? Guess what? I couldn't care less.

Look. If someone wants to "correct" me on something, they should make sure that their claim is valid. If it is, and I do make mistakes too, and I see someone is in the right, I'm the last person to then say "no, but I'm right!" I can admit mistakes or faults if I made some. However, if I'm being accused of saying something I didn't, and then am challanged for something I clearly stated as a headcanon ... that's like running around and bashing people for their OC-ships. Do they also go and attack AshaxStar shippers? Being like "Ehmememe, starwasn'tahumanandtherewasnoromanceplannedforashaandstar-memememe"

Do I go around and bash on Amaya-simps and shippers just because I can't stand her guts? NO! I leave them alone! I don't agree with them and I don't care as long as they leave me alone.

They key of communication always lays in the way the sentences are formed!

A simple "Hi, I saw this post of yours where you call Magnifico a prince. But I found that this isn't a canon fact." Would have been enough.

Then, they could have followed up by saying something nice, despite not agreeing with my headcanons. Not straight up coming at me with "You are wrong!" Followed by a pharagraph of facts that aren't even "facts"! There are so many ways to start a message the nice way. But a message such as the one I got will only make me uncomfortable, make me feel attacked and cause me to block and delete it.

But, again, this challanged my nerd side so ...lets analize the woven tapestry closer then!

Starting in the top left corner, we have a sunflower field on a high hill. Right next to it, the palace. Then we see a few houses. The first house shows a couple.

The second shows a mother with her toddler, followed by the third house and a man, two slightly older children, a couple and their toddler, a woman wearing a poncho/scarf and a toddler, a brown cow and two running children.

Hmm, no working people so far.

Then to our right, we have a forest or a apple tree plantation. Not entirely clear. And yet again, we see a woman with a toddler. Back to the left, horsies! Happy horsies and a foal.

And lastly, we have the biggest part, young Magnifico and his parents. Magnifico is elevated here, indicating he's of importance nr 1. Nr. 2 his clothes are slightly different! He has a blue sash/belt and a golden trim on his garnment.

Nr 3. He and his parents are right below the castle. No where else do we see them a second time.

Also, the very first thing we see appear right next to Magnifico at the beginning, is this :

A zoom-in of the palace and the lands in front of it. No people here this time, just Magnifico right next to it. (Not included here, cause I cropped the screenshot) Not to mention, that the sun looks very similar to the star attached to his belt!

All of this doesn't prove 100% that he's a prince yet but it makes it highly likely. I mean, if the castle isn't important, why show it? Why not show fields and regular houses only? But the castle is there. And as far as I know, the producers hardly said "anything" about Magnifico's past, other than that it's very tragic!

Even if one or more of those who worked on the movie claimed that Mags wasn't born royal, I wouldn't care! My headcanons are mine. And I'll keep them.

Moving on to the next claim. I'm not an expert in history but I'd consider myself nerdy enough to at least google a fact or two before I make a statement or I just mention that I'm not too sure! Now, what exactly does history say about woven tapestry then? Was it common for peasants to have them? Let's see!

Before the mediaval ages, woven tapestry has been a widely spread form of art. It was found in many countries. The egyptians and the incas burried their dead in woven tapestry. Later the greek followed, having the walls of very important civil buildings covered with it. But it was only through the french mediaval weavers, that the things became truly popular.

Going back to what anon accused me of claiming. No, I never said "only royals" had woven tapestry. What I said in that one comment was, I quote : "as far as I know-" (mostly royals and important people got portrayed on tapestry, exceptions being scenes of historic events or made up stories for "art sake") I hadn't done an in depth research at this point because I didn't think I needed it, since ... pff I didn't even consider someone getting offended by a headcanon of mine that literally does no harm!

Anyway!

In the 13th and 14th centuries, the churches recognized the value of woven tapestry and used it to display scenes from the bible. After the 100 years war, woven tapestry became a status symbol among aristocracy. They didn't only look nice, they were also a very practical solution, providing insulation in the castle walls, covers for openings or being a source for privacy around the beds.

Kings and nobels ( knights for example) took them with them on travels for comfort and prestige.

By the 15th century, woven tapestry became similar to paintings. Often certain scenes were portrayed : myths, legends, cartoons or copies of existing art pieces. By 1663 a factory was founded, employing more than 800 weavers to create tapestry for the royal court.

By the 1800s woven tapestry had become very expensive. And even before that, it is to be assumed that royals and nobility paid a great deal for a woven tapestry, making weavers more than poor farmers. Actually the more skilled an artist was and the more important their work was for the "rich" people and the society in general, the better off they were. Many craftsmen were considered "middle class".

That was a lot of info dumping here, huh? But pretty interesting, no?

So what else made me lean into my headcanon? Magnifico's very own words! He called the land "our lands." Now, regular peasants didn't "own" any land, let alone the plural! "Lands" They were lucky to have a roof above their heads. Farmers did own a small part of land, which was basically the fields they grew food and wine. But Magnifico specifically spoke of the lands he and his parents owned. And who owned lands? Aristocrats. Royalty.

So, still not a 100%, but for me this is enough to sustain my headcanon. Either you like it or you don't. Either you agree with me or you don't. If you don't, you ignore me and my headcanons and move along! Coming at me and accusing me of spreading false information won't get anyone anything but getting blocked and or reported by me 🤷🏻‍♀️ and no, I do not feel caught, cause I didn't do anything wrong.

Furthermore, the castle being in the background literally is 0 proof that it isn't Magnifico's former home! That is like saying, the big fancy house in the back doesn't belong to the knight because he is shown riding his horse in the fields! So my claims are "wrong" but theirs are valid?

The last argument made me laugh. For real. "Greedy thieves cannot invade a castle because it's made of stone." Oh really? Do I have to enroll several cases during history, how and where exactly castles and fortesses were invaded?

Let me give a few methods used to invade castles!

There are hundreds of historical records of such events!

If "greedy thieves" were able to destroy and murder a whole land and it's community, we are not talking about some itty bitty poor criminals roaming the streets stealing food and other things. We are talking armed, barbarians, who throughly planned their attack. And guess what the main reason for attacks and invations were.

Greed.

Just because someone was of higher status and sat in a castle, didn't save their head. Many were killed despite being royal. Many castles and fortesses were destroyed or invaded over the course of time. Wars got held because of "castles". And it didn't matter if they were made of stone. What do you think happens to a stone wall that is bombaded by canons?

Hey! Could you write a Grusha x reader fic where he does his SO's hair because they're stressed? It has literally been on my mind since I got the game and having my hair dyed is a big help too lol.

Title— Stress Affection

Author Note— I have my hair dyed too, this one hits home. I’m on it!

The first time Grusha had touched your hair had been an impromptu movie night; caught up in bad weather he bribed you to stay with some hot chocolate and an eevee he found recently to cuddle with. He was seated behind you on a soft sofa while you sat down on some pillows closer to the floor with the bundle of fluff in your arms. He had initially fought you over treating you well and wanting you on the cushions but his words backfired beautifully in your favour after you did exactly that and grabbed his pillows, causing you both to settle down with his legs sitting beside you and your head comfortably pressed back close between them.

The silent trust you both shared needed no spoken words or encouragement to continue, the two of you found comfort in the presence of each other simply just being close by. Knowing the other wouldn’t do anything without asking; when you suddenly felt his hand on your hair it was certainly a surprise, although a very welcomed one. His touch was light at first, gentle and unsure, almost as if he was absent-mindedly twirling some strands of your hair around his fingertips. Twisting and turning small strands until he formed a loose braid of sorts.

Just as quickly as the affection started however it abruptly ended with a small almost gasp like sound from behind you. His hands retreated immediately but he never spoke a word about it, perhaps hoping you didn’t notice what he had done or maybe even just being too shy to comment on it. The comfortable silence managed to continue just fine from then as usual, though you couldn’t help but miss the faintest of touch he gave you...

The second time he touched your hair had been in bed, curled up in his arms he found his hand rested against the soft strands. He made no move to touch at first but his better judgement eventually lost to indulgence with the soft feeling under his hand and he lightly picked up some pieces to hold, brushing his thumb over it in a way you likely couldn’t even feel. He found himself wrapped up easily in the smallest affectionate acts and this was beginning to be one of his favourites even though he had only done it a few times.

The third time he touched your hair he had been direct about it, outright asking for you to let him style your hair a little, as much as he enjoyed the small fleeting touches Grusha couldn’t resist the urge for more of it, more of the affection, more of you close to him. His voice held a little hesitance to it but in that soft loving and just a little bit shy kind of way you loved so much, how could you say no? You did miss the touch too so why hold back?

His hands tugging carefully on your hair felt like heaven, his fingers combing slowly through any knots and twists slowly undoing each and every one with extreme care as he tugged your hair back into a small bundle. You made a rough guess he was tying it up like his own but it didn’t bother you much what he had done to it, the sweet affection he offered you quickly melted through you right to your heart. Feeling your body slowly give into him and relax back into everything he was doing, you found yourself leaning your head back to meet his eyes at some point. Sharing a smile before he continued contently.

The next few times had been much the same, he was always the one to initiate it. It didn’t matter when or where for either of you, public or not; whenever you showed even the slightest discomfort generally to unexpected hot weather, he had been quick to offer support and tie back your hair with those soft loving hands all over again. The gentle acts continued just like that for many more months...

Until one day Grusha found himself caught in your demands this time, a particularly rough few days left you tired, angry and very clearly stressed; something he luckily picked up on immediately. He had been on his bed at the time sorting some kind of paperwork when you asked and he wasted not a second more with the confusion of you asking for it, the tone your voice held was more then enough for him. Petting his leg lightly you found no reason to disagree and collapsed right onto his bed letting your head fall into his lap, resting lightly against his thigh so he had access to your hair.

A small whispered plea is all it took before you felt the welcomed familiar touch all over again, gentle and caring as ever Grusha had taken to petting over your head in-between braiding small strands for you. Letting the silence linger for now and simply doing exactly as you asked of him, though he was a little worried this wouldn’t exactly be enough after seeing you in such a state it was the least he could do for you and left everything he was working on tossed to the side giving you his full attention.

Grusha stayed like that for hours with you curled up on his lap slowly relaxing into him more and more, his legs had long felt the ache of being left to sleep but he was far too focused on you to care. Even enlisting the help of his pokemon who were more then happy to bring you both drinks and snacks on occasion. The eevee you had grown close too had come in at some point as well and curled up against your chest, the soft fluff and vague warmth an even more pleasant feeling after such a stressful time. It hurt your head to even think about the last few days, forcing a small displeased sound from you at the mere thought of needing to do that again.

The sound somehow caught Grusha’s attention first before his eevee perked up right after, the bundle of fluff nudging at your cheek in that adorable way that always made you smile. Which you sort of did, not wanting them to feel bad...

Luckily for the both of you it seemed, the eevee was rather clever and took a glance up at Grusha with a small pleading look, more then enough for him to finally stop what he was doing. Moving a hand to your cheek instead he gently guided you to look at him, wondering for a moment if this would even work though he had thought about it for at least an hour now.

��How about something a little more permanent?”

To his surprise it took barely anything for you to agree to it, managing to get himself up and walking with a small trip or two and an amused eevee at his side. The two of you ended up in the bathroom picking out some spare coloured dye he had saved but never got to using, it was rather weak stuff being able to wash out in just a few tries however this was very much more then enough.

While there wasn’t exactly a lot to work with, Grusha managed to pick a few colours that suited your hairs natural tones. Showing you how he liked to mix everything together; guiding you to help him with soft kisses on your cheeks and forehead as little in-between rewards, keeping you interested with ease he was faster on the clean up preparation and gathered everything in a minute or less, leaving you to figure out where you wanted the colours to go.

When you both finally settled down on an option you found yourself seated on his lap while he began to touch over your hair again, carefully placing each colour onto small chunks of your hair. Massaging the colour in with ease while managing not to move an inch on the flimsy chair he found laying around, holding you on his lap through the entire process showing just how skilled he was and how much he truly cared how you felt about this. Every action held an undeniable sweetness to it, every time he was forced to tug a little rougher or massage the colours in closer to the base of your head or neck Grusha always offered quiet praise and apologies for his treatment of you. Although it never hurt even the tiniest bit the fact he was so worried about it filled your heart with that familiar warmth he always gave you.

The stress lingering in your mind melting away as excitement took over instead, how would it look? What would the colours come out as against your natural hair? So many curious questions and not a single one of them had been even the slightest bit bad. Grusha knew what he was doing and that was very clear to you both, even your little eevee seated on the sink near by looked a bit impressed by the work.

After some time every drop of coloured dye had been placed in all the right spots, Grusha watching carefully how each piece of your hair reacted to the colour in silence. Finally being done with it his hands gave a small throb of pain in response, paying it no attention or the fact the smell had gotten a bit overwhelming from his position behind you. He didn’t even notice when his eyes began to prick with tears of irritation, nothing he minded though. You were far more important then a little itchiness he could rub away with ease.

With a few minutes feeling like a lifetime without his hands on you, the time spent waiting for the colours to settle in properly surprisingly left a nice feeling this time. Knowing that now you had a small piece of him with you wherever you went brought a smile back onto your lips, something Grusha immediately noticed; content with what he had done a small excitement begun burning inside him as well now he didn’t need to be so careful.

By the time the colour was ready to come out you had plenty of time to spend talking and thinking quietly, eventually having accepted the stressful day had lead you to something wonderful. Maybe Grusha would come help you next time you had to endure it? Having him with you always made everything so much better, this sweet moment was no exception.

Moving from your comfortable seat on his lap and leaning in to the small stream of water after a small adjustment to the warmth of it; with complete trust in Grusha leaning in so close to you and just about over the top of you in the small room, he was quicker with his hands this time getting any excess dye off of your hair in just a few minutes, sneaking a little kiss over your ear since he was close enough to manage it. You couldn’t help the small laugh when your eevee rolled its eyes at the affectionate act.

You could have easily dried off your hair by yourself but Grusha was stubborn in a rather sweet way, holding his hand out immediately when you picked up the towel he gave a small content sound when you gave into him so easily, choosing to occupy your hands with the bundle of fluff waiting to be picked back up for a while now. With the little eevee close to you again Grusha started drying off your hair carefully, not at all minding the tiny spots of colour that bled through into his towel far too used to it now to even care. Having it tainted with a lovely memory of you until he washed it was a nice thought anyway for a moment he almost hoped the towel suffered and didn’t ever get rid of that small stain.

Finally managing to get your hair dry, mildly impressed your hair put up such a fight for it. Grusha eventually got it to cooperate with him and quickly moved onto styling it, deciding to pull it back in a similar style to his own. He found you leaning back into him again, looking into the small mirror in amazement for what he had done to you. Every single drop of colour had been placed exactly where you said you wanted it with not even the smallest error to see, even as he lovingly styled your hair like his own, pulling back and exposing some of the underside to the colour; even those parts remained perfect like some sort of miracle.

Your hair was absolutely gorgeous, Grusha seemed to be in a content trance as he worked his magic and your stressed mind had let go of it’s ruthless grip on you. Although the pain wasn’t over, this small act of kindness would be more then enough for you to put up a fight against anything the world would throw at you, able to carry a small memory of Grusha everywhere you went and even better, when the colours finally fell away. You absolutely planned to ask him again for this. Though this was never what you wanted originally or expected to happen when you came to him, the ending to such a worrisome day; curled up in his arms at the end of it all, made everything worth it.

Some things abt monster high (2022) ships!

Draculaura x Lagoona

This ship made some sense to me after the episode w who gets voted head fearleader. They really seem to at least, connect with each other. And hinted at a bit in over bro tective. Probably my second favorite mh ship. However I believe the movie episode makes Lagoona x Gill seem like it could become canon however they have literally never interacted onscreen yet. Lagoona has two hands too so. Honorable mention to Twyla x Lagoona bc of the movie episode although as an nd person it came off more like nd solidarity. I relate Lagoona's 'chomps' to some aspects of my bpd and Twyla is of course canonically autistic. But also as a ship I think it could work, as literally nd4nd is so real.

Draculaura x Manny Taur

This is one of those one-sided rivalry turned study buddies turned ship things, I don't think I ship it a lot but it seems plausible except that Manny seems to be more a side character. The kind of ship that would probably happen irl and be relatively stable. The episode where Clawd first appears was when I felt this seemed to show up.

Draculaura x Clawd

This. Like. Tbh I feel Draculaura didn't exactly show kindness towards Clawd due to being worried about her vampirism in that ep. But the resolution of the conflict in this ep kind of made me realise that they may actually be hinting at this ship in canon(maybe a call back to older versions of mh) although I did not expect that

For what it's worth I don't really know if I see Draculaura as into any of these characters romantically. Maybe bc she always seems more focused on other things but. Also I feel that makes her come off as a character whos either into multiple people or not into anyone, also gives room for an aro or arospec interpretation but.

I feel that could be true of Clawdeen and Clawd as well, tbh those three just. Don't seem all that invested in romance or interested in others that way. I also think Twyla and Draculaura(more so movie version than show tho) and Torelei (yeah ik shes like. mean but Im apl and literally not my fault half the apl coded characters r villains or bullies) also come off as aplatonic or aplspec coded.

Frankie x Cleo

This. Probably my mh otp. Horoscare hints at this ship so much and so does that episode where they find the mummy necklace thing! The ship I think is most likely to be canon! They even show Frankie blushing and stuff like. Theres a lot of things that make it clear they're implying romance in terms of how cartoons tend to imply ships. Also one episode description for a future episode literally involves Deuce being a wingman for Frankie to ask Cleo to the monster ball!!

I think I definitely ship this in an arospec way bc Im arospec but. Quoiromantic greyromantic Frankie is such a headcanon I have and maybe Demiromantic Cleo bc. I also feel Cleo would realise her feelings after Frankie realised theirs. Although I also see Frankie having trouble interpreting their feelings towards Cleo or maybe not.

In one episode a playback of Clawdeen's monster minute is shown in which she says something about who she thinks is cute but it cuts off before any names are said (I believe it could be Deuce or Howleen. My partner and I even have a lighthearted bet on this in case it gets revealed, they guess Duece and I guess Howleen. Theres also the chance that neither and/or it is not revealed). It is to be considered that in the movie Deuce and Clawdeen do have chemistry but. I don't see that in this version at all tbh. Clawdeen doesn't seem to have romantic chemistry with anyone in the show tbh. And neither does Deuce imo

I do know that one sided Heath x Abbey is. Kind of noticeable but tbh Abbey is new to school at monster high and also I dont think its ever hinted that she feels the same about Heath although its possible she does and this ship may become canon?

Not really a ship at all for me but. Ghoulia seems like she really looks up to admires Skelly maybe in a fangirl-y way and that may be like. A celeb crush thing there and/or gender envy?

ok so i watched 2007 movie for the first time (ive read about it and seen some scenes, but never watched the whole thing) anyways finally got a hold of myself and watched it! Specially bc of 3 reasons

aaaaaand the movie is over! honestly there were some parts i didnt see it coming and udsjnounsoa like the little things they got away with it while being a children movie is surprising, sucks they couldnt make the other 3 movies :(
