omg im obsessed with your dasha n katya designs i love madoka magica and pafl!! i wanted to ask what were their magical girl contract events? like what were the reasons why they chose to become magical girls? also feel free to talk about it more in general because i love this concept and find it fascinating

so!! to explain dasha's, i gotta explain this au a bit before i dive into it.

even though a lot is similiar to mm in this au, the incubators dont work alone. they work with the facility!:3 the facility studies how much despair a witch can produce, how much despair a magical girl can endure, how strong a magical girl can be, what the limits are of what you can and can't wish for (even though the incubators say 'anything', the facility isnt That trusting of them. for obvious reasons, such as, incubators withhold so much information. and then use the excuse that you just didn't ask. so !! though they work together, they don't rlly, trust them 100%.), etc !! temnova is the leading head of this experiment. soo . as you might suspect from 'like a dog', and all the "how old is temnova?" "wouldnt you like to know:)" things, temnovas a mutant in canon - most likely anyways lol. so, in this au, shes a magical girl, too:) she doesnt fight witches tho, just studies them. she herself was very fascinated with kyubey and the concept of magical girls, so, she wished (like 50 years ago btw) for something along the lines of "i want to be alive as long as my soul gem is intact" . she has a higher resistance to despair, and, she ages Very slowly! kyubey approached her when she was like 15, and during these 50 years shes aged like, less than a decade. when she got into her twenties she demanded kyubey stop aging her, for if he keeps doing that, she will become Old and Fragile in no time. so. she ages slowly! and all that shit. or something.

the facility also like. it doesnt kidnap magical girls. not rlly ❤️tries to contain the witches though (with varying degrees of success)

now. about dasha. my girl dasha !!! shes been a magical since she was like, a child, seven years old or smth. temnova was always curious about what would happen if a magical girl made her wish at a young age - how long she could go until she turned into a witch, how much power her wish could hold, how her despair would look n such... dasha most likely isn't her first 'experiment' like this. dasha didn't make her own wish. temnova told her to wish "I want to be able to locate other magical girls", so she did. when dasha grows older, she starts recruiting magical girls. as in, once shes old enough, convincing enough, she starts finding MMs and telling them "Hi i have a group of magical girl friends back at home. do you wanna fight with us" . and youre lying. youre fucking lying if you say that any magical girl wouldnt go "what the hell this is a child. what the hell. why is she fighting witches. what the fuck kyubey" and follow her, to the facility. the scientists ask her questions, "what did you wish for?" "how long have you been a magical girl?" "what's your weapon?" "can you fight a witch for us?" "can you describe some of the witches you've fought?" nothing too drastic - can't have her telling the other magical girls about them - all under the guise of being dashas family, studying magical girls, keeping statistics, just curiousity. but magical girls arent stupid. some Would try to trust them. maybe temnova does these interviews, since shes a magical girl herself. or Something i dont have this that developed. im making some of this up as i go lol

when shes around 15, temnova takes her aside one day and says "hey. i love you like a daughte.r ok. thats why i'm going to tell you this. because i trust you can handle it. its a disgrace! im amazed at the boards lack of scientific taste, they just dont understand youre too precious to witch out! shame. yeah they think youre a loser and they wanna turn you into a witch, study that form and all." bc . shes put far too much work into dasha to lose her at 15!

dasha breaks out.

also, if you're wondering, "how did she survive without turning into a witch for eight years??" wellll theres this thing called bottling up your feelings so hard you dont even know they're there. hope this helps. she distances herself from literally everything.

katya!! katya lives with nadya in this au. (under the theory that nikita and nadya are her parents, which is, practically canon to me - nikita still bailed) her twin sister, which she has in the canon human au that ferry sometimes talks about, doesnt exist. why? ❤️because. im silly like that.

one day she meets yulya (fem!yura :3 get GIRLED), and the two become friends! sorta. katya hears yulya being self depricating n shit and decides "ok thats gonna be my big sister figure now:)" mm. about yulya. to explain things a bit: stalkers still exist in this. theyre not as illegal, but theyre not really legal either ! no law about them. they work for the facility - non magical girls that venture into witch's labyrinth, retrieving curses, scouting the labyrinth out, taking back 'artifacts', etc etc... yulya wants to be one ! for funsies, maybe. idk. she knows about magical girls because of sergei (unsure if ill girl him or not) !! she still tutors sanya, and, bc of sergeis stalker profession, shes heard a bit about labyrinths and such. thinks it could be interesting. or whatever. who knwos ... so !! she wants to be a stalker. katya doesnt know magical girls exist, theyre like, cryptids to her still. like the tooth fairy.

one day, the duo (maybe trio .. sanyas there, maybe), one way or another, they get stuck in a witchs labyrinth. they get cornered by curses, or the witch herself. no magical girl in sight. kyubey appears, explains the deal (not rlly, though. mostly "make a wish!! and youll be ok!!") and . yulya . she cannot bring herself to do it. she knows that the magical girls turn into witches, always eventually, from sergei. and she cant bring herself to do it. she loves katya like a sister, she doesnt want her to seal the contract either - but, she cant. do it. she freezes. katya doesnt know who the witches rlly are, though. so. in a fit of panic and desperation, she wishes something along the lines of "i just want my friends and i to be happy!!" or something. n. to her, this is magic! she gets a magical girl transformation! she gets a cute outfit, she gets a way to protect yulya!! she survives!! shes happy!! but to yulya. this is fucked up messed up shit and fuck. katya has already died, to her. "it was always going to end this way, shes been dead since the beginning" n shit. so she cant fucking. bear to be happy. but she cant tell katya the truth either!! shed witch out!! so shes. stuck. katya too.

katyas weapons are balloons that she can make, like animal balloons, that explode! so. she makes a silly dog balloon and throws it at the witch! and thats how she deals damage:) maybe shes got juggling balls idk !

mm. also, about that witching out...

she doesnt rlly make it out the story in one piece lol. she learns the truth about magical girls one day. and ummm . she cant really handle it. she doesnt explode right away. tries to be positive, like, "oh i can. do htis. i can handle this" . she tries . but she fails . she cant bear to fight a witch again. and succumbs

neleppy p'yerro is her witch name. the laughable witch. pathetic. tries to keep her audience, people in her labyrinth, happy, joyful. isnt outright violent, but. shes still a witch. she doesnt mean to harm you. she only wants to make you happy, to prevent you from reaching the fate that she did. doesnt want you to be sad, succumb and witch out. but she doesnt know how.

25. What expansion/game/stuff pack do you want next? none, id like them to fix the game we already have 😘 but if i had to ig faeries for gamepack, travel for expansion (with 3 decent worlds & hotels plz) and literally any stuff pack so they can say they didnt lie to us about it 🤡

hello hello hello! and welcome to Season 12 of Supernatural.

I admit that initially I STRUGGLED WITH SEASON 12. I LOATHED the British Men of Letters (other than Lady Antonia Bevell; her hot working mom energy can get it); I have...mixed feelings about Mary; overall it was not a stellar season for me the first go-round. HOWEVER I shall now give it a second chance, and look for the subtext within the bad (and if my theory tracks, there will be much subtext as...there is much bad). Maybe I’ll even develop Ketch appreciation. **ONWARDS ONCE MORE INTO THE BREACH, MY FRIENDS:

When we last left Dean, I neglected to mention that Amara brought his mom back (this is how much I repressed Mary Winchester I guess?) We cut to Mary, confused, in a nightgown (I get this is part of the character and that’s why she is wearing it sO wE kNOw iTS rEAlLy MaRY WinCHEstEr because of her nightgown and not Sam Smith’s exquisite face, but honestly WHY - LIKE DID SHE WEAR THE DAMN THING IN HEAVEN THE ENTIRE TIME TOO?).

DEAN [breathing heavily]

***DEAN DESCRIBING EVERY DAMN DETAIL OF THIS HAS MURDERED ME. Also, I know John Winchester “told him the story,” but something about this retelling - these are NOT John Winchester’s words (other than maybe “big Marine”). The emotions, the feelings, the “you talked and he was cute” Dean is describing is Dean’s retelling, the version he created in his mind of this damn meet-cute, this little love story he played over and over in his head, and that makes me feel warm and tingly and also want to ingest sharp knives.

***Everyone already knows about the damn Zeppelin reference but just in case you wanted to be tortured, please recall that later on we will get

THIS FUCKING SHIT

Nothing to see here other than Dean using a reference from this LOVE STORY on Cas. I HATE it here in super hell. Next rounds on you, Sam.

Anyway, Mary has caught on:

I paused here just now because I had a tHoUGHt. This season is all about exploring Dean and Sam in their role as sons (this is discussed at the SDCC panel prior to the season; btw they are all free on Prime and I recommend watching before you start each new season for little “reveals” behind some of the plot lines). We know Sam has no relationship to Mary really, he was a baby when she died, but Dean was a little boy - with a personality, character traits, identifying characteristics that his mother probably knew like the back of her hand. That’s why my first run-in with Mary left a bad taste in mouth during this season - LIKE THIS IS YOUR KID, and there is NO inkling or recognition until THIS moment? In a show that just spent an entire season exploring the “unexplained connection” between Dean and GODS SISTER, there no immediate “OH” from his own mother?!

But then I realized why she only connected at this very moment. This particular moment - and not the moment where he lists the factual details about her before the story of the night she met John. That little story with all those cute details - that’s the part of Dean that Mary knew before she died - when that part was ALL of Dean. Before hunting, before John’s quest for revenge turned him into the person he is today, before he saw himself as a blunt little instrument. That’s why initially Mary has no recognition that this is her son - because the Dean she knew was sensitive, and kind, and OPEN, and liked love stories, and laughing, and warm hugs and maybe flowers. Because if you think about it WE DONT KNOW THAT DEAN. We only know Dean AMD. (After Mary’s Death).

So maybe Mary represents Dean Before Mary’s Death, and whatever part of that Dean remains, no matter how deep he has been buried. The part that connects with people; the part that doesn’t want to be alone. The part that helped Amara. The part that loves Cas. And that’s why Amara brought her back.

Ok, if I think of it this way, I may like Mary a little better now.

***Also, I often wonder if in his mind’s inner GPS, Cas bases distances on how far he is from Dean.

Other than noting that this is yet another too oft- repeated Sam, the Victim, Always Gets Tortured scenario, I see no point in recapping these parts.

BACK TO THE BUNKER:

I already posted this sweet baby reunion in my final Season 11 analysis/recap, but lets see it again at another angle and from Mary’s perspective CAUSE CLEARLY she has...*thoughts*

Poor Cas had no idea he was about to MEET THE PARENT

It melts my little heart that Dean uses Cas’s full name to introduce him to people. Especially members of his family who are trying to kill him.

Anyway, then we get a much longed for gem of typical Cas deadpan:

At the SDCC panel, Misha specifically noted that both Mary and Cas are outsiders, so this tracks.

They head to the garage:

DEAN Hell, yeah, she is.

MARY Hi, sweetheart. Remember me?

[MARY LEANS DOWN AND LOOKS INTO THE CAR SMILING. SHE STARTS LOOKING AT THE FRONT SEAT BUT HER EYES AND HER THOUGHTS LINGER ON THE BACK SEAT. DEAN LEANS DOWN LOOKING AT THE INTERIOR OF THE CAR WITH PRIDE. DEAN LOOKS AT HIS MOM AND REALIZES SHE’S HAVING VERY SPECIFIC MEMORIES OF TIME IN THE BACK SEAT. DEAN LOOKS AROUND THE CAR, AND LOOKS AT HIS MOM.]

This is usually a look Reserved For Dean, so its interesting Cas is looking at Mary here [they also weirdly joked about Cas hitting on Mary at the SDCC panel and now I'm giggling because if Mary represents the soft part of Dean this all makes PERFECT SENSE).

I recall that I spent most of my first watch of Season 12 gushing over Toni Bevell, so I’m glad to know this won’t be changing. You’ve been warned.

Despite his parting message, Odd shows up anyway.

He slinks into her dorm room as it draws to 4:00AM, half-heartedly kicking off his shoes at the door and closing it with a softness that’s surprising given how exhausted he looks; almost as though it is second nature at this point to keep quiet, avoid drawing more attention. Her boyfriend is a professional, after all, when it comes to saving the world on the down-low.

Samantha watches Odd from her desk, where she is sat up browsing Twitter and waiting for the inevitable ‘we need you to do something else before the night is through’ messages from Jeremie. She’s been listening to the same Jay Som song on loop for over an hour now, and it leaks quietly from her laptop speakers, a strange extra layer of ambiance to the puzzle that is the hour before birdsong begins. A Baymax-patterned blanket is thrown around her shoulders for warmth, and there’s an empty can of energy drink within arms reach.

“Wrong room,” she says in a low voice, expecting him to jump anyway; he doesn’t. Instead he squints at her in the dim light, leaning back against the door with a weary sigh. “Didn’t think you were coming.”

“Wasn’t, but… here I am.”

He doesn’t really elaborate further than that.

“Ulrich know you came this way?”

“He stayed behind to talk things over with Jeremie. The overbike got fucked up in Lyoko and they’re gonna upgrade it or something. Jer-bear needed to know the specifics about his experience driving it so they can do some fine-tuning, I think. Y’know, so he doesn’t drift too far and plunge into the digital sea. Shit can get real bad, real fast.”

“I’ll bet. So, you triumphed over evil tonight?” she guesses, shutting her laptop lid and rising to her feet. Her blanket trails behind her as she does. “XANA can’t attempt to destroy the world for another 24 hours?”

“You know it,” he says, yawning. “And now, it’s bedtime.”

Thank fuck they don’t have classes tomorrow. She’ll happily lie in til noon with Odd, catching up on these lost hours.

Sam steps over her skateboard and some laundry she kicked aside earlier, a little embarrassed that her floor is so messy, but she knows Odd is too tired to even comprehend the state of her room right now. As it is, he’s swaying a little while standing, stifling a yawn against his hand - it’s only a matter of time til he crashes.

“All right, guess you’re here to stay. Hop in.”

“Did you know? You’re a goddess. An angel. A truly spectacular woman among women,” he mumbles.

“Flattery won’t give me back the hours of sleep I lost sending Jim on that wild goose chase earlier,” Sam muses, wiggling under her covers, still bundled up in the blanket like a crepe. She doesn’t know the full story, nor does she imagine she’ll get it until tomorrow when the group meet up for lunch - something about XANA threatening to blow up a reactor on some nearby building site, creating some devastating damage to the local area - but at this point she’s too tired to listen and Odd is too tired to explain.

Odd flops down on the bed beside her.

“Thank you for helping us out,” he sighs, too tired to even look at her. His limbs are all floppy. If she nudged him off the edge of the bed now, he’d probably just fold up like a pair of pants and stay there til morning. “What did you do, exactly?”

“Told him I heard someone crying in the bathroom and thought maybe someone was unwell,” she says with a shrug. “Jim checked the girls bathroom and did room checks, which gave me, William and Laura some time to sneak into your respective rooms and act as extra head counts. Just being under the covers was enough, I don’t think he was doing anything more than cursory peeking into rooms with a tiny flashlight. Wasn’t the most innovative red herring to give him, but it did the trick.”

“If it keeps them off our backs, the creativity isn’t worth factoring in,” Odd murmurs, tugging off his jeans and chucking them at the wall opposite. The impact scuffs the wall slightly, but Sam doesn’t care. Delmas doesn’t give them shit about damages to the room unless it makes the room completely uninhabitable anyway, which is why there’s a literal hole in her wall through to the room next door that she’s had to artfully cover with a Front Bottoms poster.

“Anyway, Sissi distracted him. I’ll let her tell the story herself, it was fucking hilarious. Then Ulrich messaged to say he needed me to keep watch while Laura sent over some files from the computer in Jeremie’s room to the supercomputer, which - I mean, in this day and age, why the fuck doesn’t he keep everything on the cloud anyway? So I was stuck doing that, because apparently, William had already fallen asleep again, the fucking lug. Can you believe that? You’d think, being your Lyoko pinch hitter and all, he’d be better at staying awake.”

“Oh, I can believe it,” Odd drawls, tugging off his shirt and balling it up, sending it to land atop his crumpled jeans with a flourish. He rubs his eyes and peers around. “Got that old shirt for me to sleep in?”

Rolling her eyes fondly, Sam reluctantly peels back the bedsheets once more and pads over to her wardrobe, pulling it open and sifting through until she finds what she’s looking for; an old Hootie & The Blowfish T-shirt, handed down to her by one of her older brothers. It always hangs right off of her, so on Odd’s scrawny frame, it’s basically an Ebenezer Scrooge nightgown.

“Here.” She tosses it over to him and he wriggles into it happily. “You might as well keep it, these days you wear it more than me.”

“If I walked around in a band shirt that hangs off me like a smock I’d never hear the end of it from Ulrich,” he says with a laugh, flopping back against the covers and sighing deeply. “He makes fun of my little chicken legs enough as it is.”

“Well, I love your little chicken legs, so he can keep his opinions to himself.”

She slides into bed beside him and he’s cold to touch; the freezing factory, coupled with walking back in the chilly night air, must have really done a number on him. He snuggles against her happily, mumbling, “Can I warm my feet on you?”

“Will you respect my wishes if I say no?” she retorts. He grins as she sends him a knowing look, before placing his feet, two tiny, stinky blocks of ice, against her shins. They both pull the covers up over their noses, staring at the ceiling in dazed silence for a few moments, before she adds, “He won’t miss you when you get back?”

“Not likely, I don’t fucking spoon him to sleep, Sam,” he snorts. “He’ll be too tired to care where the fuck I’ve snuck off to, and he can handle anything Kiwi throws his way, so it’s fine. I’m sure he’s capable of connecting the dots.”

“Fine, shithead, I’ll drop it.”

She continues to stare up at the ceiling, but she can feel his keen gaze on her, and rolls over to face him. He watches her carefully.

“Are you mad at me?”

“What? No.”

“Even though it’s nearly four in the morning and you spent the whole night covering for us?”

“It’s what happens when you agree to saving the world, isn’t it?” she points out. Sam’s eyes adjust to the darkness, and she notices for the first time that there’s the beginnings of bruises around his neck. She reaches up to trace them with her fingers, and he instinctively wriggles away. Her breath catches in her throat. “…XANA did this to you?”

“Actually, it was a building contractor,” he corrects. “He started to choke me, but then Ulrich got him in a headlock and next thing you know… we pushed him down some stairs.”

“It must have been scary,” she mutters. At that, his face melts into a smile, and he prods at her face.

“You’re so serious! Sam, trust me, this happens all the time. I’m indestructible, so it’s fine.”

“How else am I supposed to react, huh? My boyfriend comes home with strangulation marks on his neck and you want me to be all cavalier about it…”

“Because I’m used to it.” Odd pauses. “Well, not strangulation in particular, but getting hurt on the job is kinda everyday stuff.”

Sam scowls. “You're not supposed to pretend like this is normal, Odd.”

“What, you want me to cry and be vulnerable on you?”

“No.”

“You do.”

“Okay, fine, I do! What about it?!” She fixes him with a stern look. “You have to be careful! What’s the point in me staying awake and making distractions and shit if you’re just going to fucking die at the end of it, huh?”

“I’m not going to die.” He cups her face in his hands and fixes her with his own stern look. “Look. I know you haven’t been doing this long, but this happens, okay? Not always, but it does. I mean, you remember the kind of fights you used to pick with me when I would come over with these bruises without telling you why.”

She thinks back to the months leading up to him finally telling her the truth. How scared and hurt she felt, seeing him with these cuts and scrapes, bruises, occasionally even a sprain. She’d gone through all the possibilities in her head - bullying, hate crimes, mugging even. Still, he refused to budge, until one day he just… stopped pretending it was all some big coincidence.

“It was scarier not knowing,” she decides. “At least this way I know what you’re up against, but… I don’t know.”

He leans forward and kisses her on the nose. “I promise you I’m fine. But look, part of being a Lyoko pinch hitter is knowing things get hairy sometimes. I’m gonna get hurt from time to time but if I don’t, the whole world explodes. Or, okay, maybe not literally , most of the time, but I’m like, a drop in the bucket.”

“Well, you’re a drop in the bucket who matters to me,” she reinforces. Staring into his eyes, she can feel her body relax slightly. “Look, I’ll drop it. I’m just glad you’re okay.”

“Good. Now, can we please sleep? I am so tired, I’m starting to forget who I am. You’re about to encounter Grinch Odd, and he’s no fun whatsoever.”

“Oh, is he the one who said my face looked like a beet that one time?” she wonders, raising her eyebrows at him. He groans and pushes her away, covering his face with his hands.

“How many times do I have to tell you XANA fucked with my speech?” he grumbles. “Completely scrambled my words. I was going for beautiful.”

“Sure, sure. When in doubt, blame it on XANA?”

“I mean it! I would never call you a beet! A potato, maybe…”

She shoves him and he both winces and laughs. “Oof, that guy did a number on me.”

“I never really thought about how long you guys have been going without us, though.”

Odd quirks an eyebrow. “What do you mean?”

“Us. The B-Team, the Pinch Hitters. The Lyoko Warriors’ freaking PR Team! Without someone pulling the strings you must have run into all sorts of trouble, right?”

“Oh, yeah,” Odd laughs. “We used to have the authorities trying to invade the factory. Almost got expelled by Delmas. I almost got sent to a psych ward before, that was fun.”

“Jesus, Odd. Why did it take you so long to introduce other people to the fray?”

He shrugs. “No clue, really. One day we just kinda realised… sometimes it’s better to have people around. No man is an island. That can apply to groups too, I guess.”

“And why would you trust me?” Sam presses on, arms folded over her chest. “Sure, I’m your girlfriend, but I’ve hurt you before. I mean really fucked you over. That whole thing with William…”

“You had no way of knowing,” he says firmly. “It was stupid and immature, sure, but how could you have known?”

She shrugs. “I’ve just been thinking about it, I guess.”

They both lapse into silence, but beneath the covers, Odd reaches for her hand.

“I trust you because I trust you,” he says eventually. “And because if we need some big Lyoko Warriors PR Team, I’d want you at the helm. Who else is going to keep William from swaggering off the side of the planet? He can be kinda self-absorbed.”

“Sissi,” Sam deadpans.

“And who else is going to keep Sissi from turning every XANA distraction into a fucking performative art piece?”

“...Okay, fair.”

“By the way, you still taking her out to dinner tomorrow?”

“Apparently. You should tag along as my date.”

He laughs. “No way, I’m no third wheel.”

Sam leans forward and kisses him gently, before muttering, “By the way, I told Ulrich to get me in the main group chat. Think he’ll do it?”

“Absolutely not,” Odd says cheerfully, kissing her back. “But nice try. Here’s to next time.”

I am looking for recommendation for Dean/Cas fics. Since there are so many I figured I would seek out people’s favorites. Here is what I look for a in fic:

Long- I am looking for something with substance, not a beach read more like Tolstoy 😂 Finished- I am way too impatient to wait for new chapters Fluffy- give me all the romantic mush Angst- I dont mind a little anxiety from the characters Mature rating- I dont need to explain this one, do I? Happy Ending- I cannot stress enough how I do not want to read anything involving major character death

My 14x10 Opinion

Nihilism 14x10

After that long stupid hiatus, I needed this episode!! Right away Ill tell you I enjoyed it thoroughly. Very few complaints and those are minor ones. Lets get them out of the way shall we?

The voice overs are TERRIBLE! Vamps and Werewolves never had huge teeth before so no need for them now, especially since the actors obviously cant talk with them in their mouth, so go back to smaller ones please! Cas’s was bad too, because he must have had his face stuffed with cotton to make it look swollen.

I love the tie ins and flash backs to old episodes, but the explaining them is annoying. Cas didnt need to tell Sam that Pamala was blinded by his true form, Sam didnt need to remind Cas that Pamala is dead either. Sure its been 10 years so it doesnt hurt to remind viewers, but a brief flashback is enough. I know the writer may feel the need to recap everything bring brought back from the past just in case, but just lessen them is all, or make them relevant, like Cas telling someone who doesnt know how Pamala was blinded would have worked better.

The episode could have used more Sam, but Ill say that for every episode so... thats just a gimme. His parts were great so Im not gonna whine about it. Now lets move on with the show!

I think the beginning was great at Rocky’s bar! I loved the squirrel holding the beer bottle, and the moose head. (Rocky and Bullwinkle) we get a shout out to Crowley and a sublte broment in the first 10 seconds :) Pamala looks fantastic!! She had to be coming up on 40 when we saw her 10 yrs ago, so whatever shes doing, shes doing it right! I do like to see old characters come back in dreams and such, more than them literally coming back to life for the most part. Some characters Im glad came back, some not so much, and maybe a few I hope will still come back.

I loved the shout out to FBBC, and I saw a bunch of you whine about it, hating on it and saying its tacky... I dont know why so many of you hate J2 have businesses outside of the show, it means theyre trying to be smart with their money and have things they can pass down to their kids. I am SURE not a single one of you complained about the shout outs to Jared and Jensens TV/movie projects in the early seasons, so you all just look unnecessarily bitter now :P

Moving forward, the scene in the office with Michael was a bit chaotic but its ok, a mood was being set. I loved that Sam thought to call Jessica the Reaper, and I also think its cool only he and Michael could see her. I didnt know that was the case. So he got Violet instead, and it was funny that she said they need to have shifts now because they mess things up a LOT. I always found it endearing that my big bad heros save the world and break the world in the process. Its the whole “one step forward 2 steps back” trope, and I think it keeps them sympathetic, humble, and human.

I loved “Put Michael in the trunk of the Impala” “Garth is in the trunk” “Its a big trunk” LOL Im glad they remembered Garth is in the trunk, and that was a fun exchange. Lets ffwd to the meat. I knew there would be a time when Michael would expose whats it Dean’s head. What he thinks about the others and though I know he wasnt telling the whole truth, I believe they all started with an ounce of truth. He told Jack that Dean doesnt love, him, he doesnt hate him, he just really doesnt care. Hes not Sam or Cas, he’s a burden he never asked for. Im sure Dean actually does care about Jack, but its probably true that deep inside he feels like a burden.

Michael really told Cas huh? The only reason Dean keeps him around is because he “raised him from perdition..... or whatever” (great Cas impression btw hehe) and though I know Dean cares about Cas, Ive always felt like he and Sam kept taking him back because he rescued both of them from Hell.

Now we have Sam, and this is most important. I know Dean wasnt happy when Sam left hunting, but hes always felt like Sam would eventually leave him anyway. That right there, proves who he actually loves in this whole little family. He can live without Cas or Jack, even if he would be sad without them, but he just cant fathom being without Sam. I also believe that deep inside Dean just wants to die. I feel this is true for both Sam and Dean, thats why they’ll martyr themselves so easily, because both of them just want this all to be over.

Now, I totally love when Sam and Cas were sifting through Deans memories that Sam was smart enough to figure Mike would keep him content so he wouldnt fight back, and, that when they listened to his good memories, most of what I could hear were good moments with Sam, and also Sam knew right away which one wasnt a memory. No one knows Dean better than Sam :) So Sam pushes Mike into the walk-in fridge and Dean locks him in. Go Team SWDW!! But the story isnt over. Billie shows up and tells Dean all the books have changed and now they all say that Michael breaks through and uses Dean to burn down the universe..... all but one (dun dun dunnnnnn) So Im betting the only other option is either a) Dean has to kill himself or b) Sam has to kill him. Either works for the scenario, but the scenes from next week looks kinda like Dean is gonna try to kill himself. Need I say this hug that he gives Sam, that makes Sam concerned enough to tell mom about it, has my little wincest feels all tingly! It looks like a stealthy, from behind hug Sam isnt expecting, and ALMOST looks like Dean may kiss his head? (OH MY CHUCK ID DIE!!) I can imagine that Dean feels bad about what Mike said about everyone, and also if he plans to kill himself, he might want to tell Sam he loves him. (maybe even vocally?? ) in any sense, it looks wonderfully different!

All in all I really liked this episode, it was suspenseful and kept me interested. Some interesting revelations and twists, I think they did 1000 times better than last seasons return,

On a scale of Bloodlines to Who We Are Im gonna give this one a strong 8. A little more Sam would have pushed it to a 9 :) So looking fwd to next week!

akcjwjxia i had to wait like SIX HOURS to answer this bc of a goddamn test i had bUT OH BOY ANON AM I GONNA LOVE DOING IT alfjadjsk i just love talking about my gf i love her so much i wanna gush about her 25/8

the short answer would be basically in every way bUt imma do it part by part.

okay so, in a simplified version i’ve had relationships with people whose personalities worked well with me but who were shitty girlfriends or a good girlfriend who just didnt really fit with my personality. i’ve actually given that so much thought even before i met cass, but the point is that i met her and she was just perfect for me in both ways (technically its more complicated bc theres a bunch of logic into this that im not explaining bc my mind is weird and it would be Way too long but anyways). but ok let get into How she fits me perfectly.

first of all literally no one ever in my entire life has made me laugh as easily and genuinely as she does. im not even exaggerating, like laughing was never really A Thing for me to look for in girls bc it just never happened???? like i had fun conversations and stuff but there was never anyone that made me go “holy shit i have never laughed this much with anyone else” and we have So many inside jokes, which is a thing that i almost never have????? and i always used to wish i did bc everyone would talk about it and i’d feel like i just wasnt funny and That was the problem. and also this is really important bc its one of the things that made me realize that i liked (and eventually, came to love) her. bUT its not the only one so theres also like all these things that we like and we can talk about for HOURS like i remember when i watched infinity war and the first thing i did when i got home was call her and we talked about it for like 2 hours idek but it was great. the point is, we have a bunch of shared interests (which isnt like 100% necessary but its still really nice), wHICH LEADS ME TO: her music taste is amazing and i love that so much bc i love music With My Entire Soul and its the best thing in the fucking world (after cass & my friends and tied with the ocean) but yeah thats great too. AND i think more importantly than the last 2 things is that she is literally so fucking easy to talk to. like ever since the beginning we didnt really have that awkward phase where we run out of things to talk about and the conversation keeps dying like we never had that it just flowed so well and that was such a good feeling. another thing is also how comfortable i feel talking to her.

like i have never felt this way with any of my girlfriends bc i was always scared that i was gonna be annoying or say something Wrong and they’d start to realize i sucked and then break up with me, but shes just so kind and idk she just has this way about her that makes me feel at home and its always been there like i dont believe in love at first sight or anything like that but i swear to god the day after i met her i already felt like i could tell her anything and that was such a comforting thing and i needed that so badly at the time. i dont feel like i was able to describe this aspect very well tbh like im not doing it justice. like, she makes me feel like im not annoying at all, and like i could just randomly start ranting about anything and she would be like super invested in it, and just literally so comfortable in every sense of the word. she is my home, no ifs ands or buts, i just feel it every single time that we talk or that i simply think about her, and i have never felt this so clearly with anyone. and i think this comfort i feel with her is kinda connected with how she has always made me felt so appreciated, in a way that no one has ever done. like, i had like 2 tags about my wants and needs in a relationship, there was “my dream girl” to remind me that i shouldnt settle for anyone after i got out of a rlly bad relationship, and there was “things i wish someone would tell me” after my “first” relationship (i dont really count it bc Officially™ we only dated for a week) because my gf at the time would almost never be affectionate with me and it made me really insecure so i started that tag as a way to vent kinda. anyways my point is that i made those tags bc i would always feel super anxious in my relationships bc i never really felt loved or even wanted (aka the good personalities awful gfs relationships) i just felt like a burden and it was such a big thing for me.

okay now i’ll say that there Kinda was an exception to this before cass, because it would be unfair to say that that relationship was detrimental to my mental health, but it was still different. like, that ex did make me feel wanted most times, but not only did i still have A Lot of insecurities about the whole thing bc of some things she would say and do or not say and not do and i’d get like super uncomfortable or just sad really but also bc whenever the conversation would start to die out i was Absolutely Certain that she was gonna break up with me. it was pretty bad im not even joking. and like ofc my anxiety isnt her fault OR responsibility and like sure i still get anxious about cass sometimes but its not like that its basically just when she doesnt answer for a long time i think that something bad might have happened but even when my rude ass brain does try to tell me that she doesnt love me i KNOW that its not true, and that is a kind of peace that i have never ever had before. but anyways, so that was the good gf whose personality didnt fit mine and its weird now bc that is so obvious but i really didnt wanna believe it at the time even though i knew it wasnt gonna work out, but now its just really weird ngl (but i wont get into the why).

and now cass. wow okay let me tell you about cass. she is perfection. she is literally everything i have ever wanted AND things i didnt even know i wanted. she is everything no one else ever was and i just remembered that when we started dating in may i said that exact same sentence to abby. its just so true, she really is everything that no one else could be. because theyre not her. i’ve said this a lot of times but i really dont see how i could ever love anyone else after loving her, it just doesnt make sense to me because she really is like,, as good as it gets. there is no one better than her for me. we’re literally meant to be i s2g like when we broke up for a while i would tell everyone i wasnt really trying to move on at all bc i just hoped she would come back to me and i couldnt miss that chance. i knew she was my soulmate, although at some points i lost almost all hope (but never all) and i started thinking that maybe she was the love of my life but i wasnt the love of hers. and thats bc she really is everything ive ever dreamed of like she has all these little things that she does or say that sometimes wouldnt even mean anything to other people but to me they are So important bc theyre things ive dreamed about while my ex girlfriends ignored me akcjsjxn like, i was talking about how comfortable she feels to me and a big part of that comes from little things like the fact that even when we were just friends she would spam me when i was gone for a long time and that not only made me feel missed and appreciated but also it meant i could do that to her and it wouldnt be annoying bc she felt the same!! like, she missed me too! and me knowing that she actually Wanted to talk to me and the fact that she actually showed me she cared was super great when we started dating bc it made me feel like if i was feeling sad or insecure, i could literally just ask her to be a little more affectionate and it wouldnt feel fake bc i actually knew she cared. and you have No idea how much that meant to me bc i literally didnt know it was possible for me to feel that way. like honestly i thought it was an innate aspect of who i am that like if i asked for affection it would be meaningless? bc i’d be lowkey forcing the person to say something? but with her it felt different bc we had enough intimacy for me to feel comfortable enough to do that.

HOWEVER i never actually Had to do that bc i got insecure exactly once (1) on the first night we started dating back in may bc i didnt know how much she liked me and i was like in love with her so i thought she would think i was too much and then i told her i was sad and that i was gonna sleep and the next day when i woke up she said something along the lines of “how are you babe bc i remember you said you were sad last night and i couldnt stop thinking about it bc i want you to feel good all the time” and thats something so small but wow it just meant so much to me bc i would cry and beg any fucking force in the universe to make my last ex do Anything At All to try to make me Not Sad and it would be awful and i would feel so so unloved and then cass just said that and something clicked in me and i never doubted her feelings to an actual Meaningful extent while we’ve been together anymore (like ofc i get insecure sometimes and especially when we broke up, but while we have been dating ive never gotten like actually Sad™ specifically bc i wasnt sure she liked me) but it gets even better because some of the things she does are so so special that i never even imagined them like shes literally unreal, i literally never thought someone like her existed and its just so wild to me that i get to be with her.

and i know im saying a bunch of cliches but i mean it all so much like i remember when i was dating one of my exes i was learning her first language but she didnt try to learn mine and i really wished she would bc i just always loved the idea that someone would do that for me?? (and she was like the good gf so yknow,, just how that relationship literally did Not even compare to cass) and guess what yes cass is learning portuguese and its the cutest thing ever btw bUt the point is she does all the little things ive ever wanted in a partner (i literally have a post with a list of things i appreciate in a partner and she does all of them!! well, the ones that arent like irl or smth) also i literally have a draft in this blog that is a list of cute things cass has done/said that means a lot to me personally but i didnt post it yet ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ and like theres just so so many things that i havent talked about, like how im not even sure if i was ever in love with anyone of them anymore because what i feel for cass is just so different and so much more, or like how cass actually makes me want to try to get better, which ive never actually wanted before bc it always seemed to scary, like she literally makes me wanna be not only alive but also happy bc she makes me feel like i deserve it. she has been such a good influence on me and my mental health and thats so important and its the first time someone has been this good for me.

but anyways the point is that cass is right for me in every single way like she really is my other half she literally just is everything that she is and thats how shes different from my ex girlfriends.

Audatex is not kelly blue book they look at craigslist & not the dealer. Craigslist sometimes has cars where a mechanic might not catch it but is damaged. How much can Insurer charge me to SALVAGE my OWN CAR?!?!?!?

Some background first, i was hit from behind whilst stationary in traffic the other week by a works van. the damage was not too sever that i couldn't limp back home (sore and car bashed but still alive) got the other drivers details at the scene and reported the incident to my insurance company. As the accident was not my fault my insurer passed this to their dedicated Non-Fault (NF) accident claim company (i'll not name them at the moment) who in turn provided me with a hire car and collected my car to have it assessed for REPAIR. At no point was writing off the car mentioned. Then i got a call from the garage dealing with my car (NF appointed) a week later telling me of the damage and repair value and that the engineers working for the NF, different company again, were going to deem the car a write off, CAT D as i later found out. Now the fun part - the engineers have made an offer for settlement and to write off of my car, which is a good 500 below what is would cost to replace it with a like-for-like car in my local area (replace cost circa 2.8k-3k) they are adamant they will not repair my car even though the repairs would cost LESS than the write off - because the repair is too close to the market value and they can make a killing on salvage apparently. so fighting this out at the moment. NOW FOR THE QUESTION: They have advised me that should i wish to keep the car after they write it off (which i want to avoid if at all possible) i can accept the settlement and pay them a salvage fee to retain my car. This i understand as technically they buy my car when they write it off and then i have to buy it back. The problem is that they have a flat 30% !!! salvage fee which on their offer would almost negate me being able to get the repairs covered. What i really need to know is if anyone else has been in this position and if there is a maximum salvage fee they can charge - bearing in mind that this is my car to start with - and if there is any way i can make them drop this percentage. Forcing them to drop the percentage might not only let me repair the car after retaining but might also swing in favour of repair instead of write off if they cannot justify such a big payout for themselves. Any help here would be appreciated fast as i'm still bouncing between the parties here to get this resolved. In case your wondering the damage constitutes a bumper rear panel and a kink in the boot floor - VERY repairable.""

I have a cockles tinhat theory AGAIN. I think that occasionally when Jensen has performed at the SNS and Misha is watching in the audience, I think that sometimes Jensen will motion to him. Or maybe indicate that whatever he is singing at the moment, is about or for Misha. The first time I thought this was at the Atlanta con in 2016. (Can I just post the videos and list the timestamps that things happen because my computer wont currently let me make shit quality gifs right now. Sorry.)

So Jensen points to someone off in the distance at 2m39s, possibly to someone in the balcony, right before he goes off stage for the instrumental break that Louden Swain rocks. We actually have video from Ruth who was watching and recording this performance from the balcony. Stephanie from Creation Ent was up there, and imo there is a good chance that other cast members, including Misha, were up there too. From Ruth’s vantage point in the balcony, you can clearly see Jensen pointing right at them in the balcony. And I understand that there are a lot of assumptions on my part here because we dont see or hear Misha, but who knows, maybe it was him that Jensen was indicating to. Also if you watch the group sing a few songs later, you see Ruth walk on stage hand-in-hand with Misha, which I think might support the theory that he was up there with her in the balcony. We also know that Jensen has occasionally referred to Misha as a whipping post during the Cockles panel at the spnhon. Imo it looks like it means something specific and painful to Misha because he reacts emotionally and bites his lips as if trying not to break down even more.They’re broken up at the time btw and Misha just keeps digging himself in a hole deeper and deeper. So at vegascon last weekend, Jensen sang this song and it was a pretty spirited rendition, to say the least. Definitely compared to the disheartened performance he gave in Atlanta 2016 in that first video I posted. But in Las Vegas, he rocked the air guitar and he just gave an overall fierce performance. Maybe it was because Corey Taylor was there, idk. I have no idea what their friendship is or how long they have known each other, but maybe having him back stage really had Jensen pumped because the dude was on fire and it was glorious.

So after Jensen melted our faces off with Whipping Post (or if you’re my dumb autocorrect, melted your feces. Grow up, AC!), imo it kinda looked like he was trying to keep his distance from Corey. Now Corey was all about Jensen, and ngl I adore the dude more for it. He kept trying to look to Jensen for maybe a connection and it wasn’t until half the song was over, did jensen finally really connect and get into it. Again, this is all my stupid, completely biased opinion. Now full disclosure, I am not positive when Misha went into the crowd to watch, but some of the fans there said that it was while Jensen was singing. So with the big assumption that Misha happened to be in the audience during the time they sang Wanted: Dead or Alive, I wonder if the vibe or Jensen’s comfort level changed from when he and Corey rehearsed earlier in the day, which might explain why Corey was looking to him. Or maybe Corey is like all of us, and cant help but look at Jensen. Or maybe Jensen got nervous having Corey on stage with him with an audience there this time to compare him to the actual rock star. It was also weird/cute the way that after blowing our minds with an incredible version of Whipping Post, Jensen turns on his beta and puts his hand in his pocket. So yeah maybe it was having a real rock star on stage with him because if you ask me, it did look like Jensen was fangirling. but it’s not like Corey wasn’t either. He was facing Jensen as much as he could and he was cheating towards him when he couldn’t face. Anyways, I noticed that when Jensen was singing his paty at the beginning, his last “I’m wanted” at 8m16s he points out into the crowd. Interestingly enough, right before Corey Taylor starts in on his part, he noticed what Jensen had done and flashes his eyebrows, smirks knowingly, and then points to, what I assume, the same person that Jensen pointed to. Looks that way to me at least. But while looking all smuggy and hot (fuck me I had no idea the guy was so hot and really good), Corey scratches his chin with his middle finger.

Generally speaking, when someone flips the bird like that, it is an emblematic partial slip. Meaning, whoever Corey was nonverbally communicating with, he was subconsciously (or possibly consciously since he cant flick off someone on stage so he had to make it subtle) telling that person, fuck you or fuck off. So, I think Jensen clued Corey in on his situation with Misha. If that was Misha both Jensen and Corey were signalling to, of course. Maybe Corey wasnt too happy with Misha in that moment.

And towards the end of the song, there is also this soft moment between Corey and Jensen. While they’re rocking their beautiful hearts out towards the end, they are leaning into each other and singing the chorus and at 11m16s Jensen puts his hand on his heart, and on the last “alive” when they’re both singing together, Corey puts his hand on Jensen’s shoulder.

Maybe it was like a way of saying, yeah this hurts, but you’re ALIVE! It was like he was reassuring him that as painful and shitty as this is now, you will survive and make it out alive. Or it means nothing. I really don’t know if it’s significant, but I was moved. Support! That's the word I couldnt remember. And not at all was I reminded of Cas’s handprint on Dean’s shoulder. Fuck.

- oK Richies tattoo would be “Don’t call me that” and it’d be on his arm and Richie gets constantly pissed bc he doesn’t know what he;s been CALLING THEM that irritates them sm. One day he’s walking with Eddie and he’s like “so, eds whats g-” and Eddie HALTS and he’s like “nOOnoNOOO don’t” and rich is lime”wtf? dont wat??” and Eddie replies like “dont call me that” and it takes Richie a second but he kind if??? he dies a little??? he gets so sad and takes eddies hand and just like?? he breaks down. he literally breaks down in the street. He tries to avoid calling Eddie “Eds” bc he thinks that could stop him dying, and everytime Eddie says “dont call me that” he pulls him closer and makes sure theres nothing around to harm him. btw - Eddies will also be on his arm and it’ll say “Eds” bc even in his old age, Richie is always thinking about Eddie.

- Stans will be on his ankle?? and it’d say “Im s-s-sorry” bc Bill is a literal angel and is always apolgising even if he’s dying and he;s just sorry all the time okaY? Buy anyway, Stan knows straight away when he meets Bill that he’s his soulmate. He’s a stuttering mess. Stan loves him sm. Bills tattoo will be on his shoulder and it’d be like “Goodbye Bill” bc in my dreams, Stan would always be thinking about Bill even in his worst hour aka the bath and will be so sorry about what he was about to do bc he knows Bill needs him and he just?? he ca nT!! Stan always gets upset when Bill apologises to him, and Bill always gets upset when they have to say goodbye. They’re pure angels so instead of saying “I’m sorry” they say “I’m scooby” and instead of saying “Goodbye” they say “Goodbizzle”. The rest of the losers literally have no idea what’s going on when Stan yells at Bill for spillng his OJ on him and Bill just yells back “im scOOBY OKAY, ILL JUST LEAVE” and Stans like “good FREAKIN BIZZLE”

- Bens will be “January embers” and Bevs will be “My heart burns there, too” imagine benverly growing old together and one day Bev just gets this??feeling. so she dresses up in her fave dress and dances to her fave slow song with Ben in their little living room, they look through old poloroids of the losers and read letters them from when they were all at college. And then they lay down together and Bev kisses Bens head as he reads her their poem and she just whispers “january embers” before falling asleep. a couple months later, Ben puts on the same suit from before, lays down in the same bed and finishes the poem with “my heart burns there, too” before also falling asleep??? BYE

- Mike falls in love with an art major from college and his back has the words “i’ve always been a loser” on them which makes him exteremly happy bc he’s also a loser, it also makes him sketchy bc all of his friends are losers so for a long time he tried flrting with each member of the loser club to see which one it could be. He meets this be a u t i F UL girl in college and her tattoo says “you like poetry?” bc when he meets her, he asked that but she didnt have time to answer. they fall in love anyway and they grow old together and have beautiful children and on Mikes death bed, he’ll ask her if she likes poetry bc he never got her answer before and she’ll just cry and befre she can answer, he’s already gone??

I actually don’t get that much hate! I never really pay them any mind bc I know as long as it is something I like that I will release it. People do def prob get jealous they can’t mesh stuff that well, not saying I am the god at it, but I do have some talent in that area from doing it for a while.
