Reading the comedic timing part on Acorn Swoop’s post has me wondering: is she considered a trickster god of sorts? Being blamed for when you trip over things when you look away from where you’re going for a moment, dropping acorns on your head while you aren’t looking at the trees and all that?

Star Trek: The Next Generation takes place years into a future where humans have coexisted with aliens. Even if there were stigma around sex with aliens on Earth, there will ALWAYS be alienfuckers. Hear me out.. what if some of the human crew started devolving in dumbass nonsensical ways because not all of the human crewmates are 100% human? Maybe Barclay devolved into a spider humanoid because some random ancestor fucked a humanoid alien species that is evolved from arachnids? And so the virus just activated that part of his DNA? Maybe in the future, it’s perfectly normal to have like one great great grea grandpa who’s a Betazoid or something.

So strange! I got an email addressed to me about an interview for job title that i had applied for but I’m confused because it’s for a different city/company that I had applied for, but it was in the city that i just moved from and loved. So I’m trying to figure out if it’s a scam or if my dad applied for me. It doesn’t seem like a scam, the woman who emailed me exists and my dad said he didn’t apply for me.

And then I remembered. So I have a common first name but pretty rare last name so there’s a only a few people with the same name as me so I’m vaguely aware of them, just from googling myself and finding them. And I remembered that there was another [first name last name] that had lived in the same city as me, was around the same age. And sure enough I found her LinkedIn and she had the qualifications for the position and had the same title at a previous job. So I emailed back saying, hi wrong person/email here’s the LinkedIn of the person I think you’re trying to reach.

But it’s just so strange because we have the same name, are about the same age, had lived in the same city, had been applying to jobs with the same title, she had gone to a university that I did a summer program at (at the time I got the username lastname1 or lastname2 so I knew there was someone with the same last name but not that she had the exact same name). Like it’s just so weird, it seems like we’re living parallel lives.

See, it bugs me a lot how in-canon, she has done NOTHING wrong. It's frustrating to me that this is a character who tried to MURDER Onestar, has a horrible mite of a son, and jumped into a relationship with Crowfeather to prove her own loyalty... and she is canonically blameless for everything

She didn't turn Breeze against Crow. She didn't have a deep and toxic mindset about power that drove her to kill. She wasn't using Crowfeather. AND YET-- the moment Crow says, "actually our son being shitty is your fault" he is to be believed.

This should not be a character that is blameless, but she hasn't been SHOWN having evil thoughts or actively being a problem. Yet, Crowfeather can make a spurious claim based on jack shit and that's the official narrative.

You may have seen by now that Bonefall Crowfeather is a lot more emotional, and Breezepelt's redemption is set up as early as Po3 with a real friendship he carries with the Three before the reveal. Nightcloud is now part of that.

She was sympathetic to Thistle Law, and part of Mudclaw's rebellion. She is sick of WindClan seeming weak, and she wants nothing to do with the other Clans. That is a mindset she tries to teach her son, and Crowfeather doesn't provide good counter examples. He is a horrible father.

At the same time, Night isn't a terrible mother. She loves her son, they're very close and she's involved in his life. She wants what she thinks is best for him! The problem is that her idea of what's best can be destructive.

So TL;DR Not the best person. Good mom. Contributive to Breezepelt's problems but not the cause.

okay im stressed im trying to think of a fic for wings of fire and i wont say much but i was thinking about if sunny had a dragonet but like... who would she even have it with cause shes never shown interest in anyone really and maybe she would be aro but then i looked some stuff up and found this quote from an interview thing from tui about, i think, book 9?
