well in my head there's a story where wilbur didn't leave tommy behind. or maybe he apologized, grew vulnerable for just a moment and finally said 'i'm sorry i hurt you' and they could both find peace from it. there's a story where tubbo heals from his grief or maybe manages to bring ranboo back and they can be a family again. there's a story where quackity finds success with his casino so Las Nevadas isn't always so empty or maybe karl gains control over his powers and memories and sapnap can sigh in relief knowing his people are okay. there's a story where sam managed to keep tommy safe or at least keeps dream locked away and he forgives himself for doing terrible things to save people. a story where jack and fundy and niki don't feel so left out and powerless and alone and a story where phil has his son alive, cracked and splintered and raw but alive, a story where technoblade can find peace knowing tyrannical governments are things of the past, a story where hannah finds her wings again, a story where captain puffy seeks her lost memories and crew, a story where eret discovers what the mystery of her own past is, a story where george finally wakes up from an endless dream, a story where friends are reunited and homes are rebuilt and the universe learns to read its own code and it talked about love. there's a story in my head where everyone gets a happy ending, or at least one more day of happiness, forever. the story ends with a happy ending, to me. it does to me

They are two immortals with a ship full of people who will leave them, and somehow she cannot feel the same dread that she sees in Jack’s eyes, that she saw in the Doctor’s sunken cheeks when he told her that she would wither and die. Maybe she is still too young. 

“How long are you going to stay with me?” She says instead of responding, her hands in her pockets, their lonely figures lit only by moonlight. 

“Oh, Rosie,” Jack says, the love plain in his tone, the empathy overflowing. “Lifetimes,” he replies, and she wraps her arms around him slowly, letting her forehead thunk on his sternum as he holds her back. An indeterminable amount of time passes before they turn and go home. 

It’s not enough. It’s more than she could’ve hoped for.

This has been plaguing my mind for a while, so have this

What gets him the kithies?

He himself is pretty physically affectionate, so it works out quite well with the two

Drapes himself over their back when they’re counting how much they earned this week, lays his head on their laps, hangs off their side

Yeah he’s like a kitten that simply won’t let you go, the asshole

It was glaringly obvious that Ace liked to be showered in love, so they did what any mother would do and absolutely smothered him in it

Hugs? Head pats? Getting his cheeks pinched? The worst baby names to ever exist????

Trust, they’ve got it all down

Calls him by their chosen name of Cenuora (means carrot, very affectionate)

He bites.

No, I will not be giving further comments on that.

He struggles a lot in school and getting passing grades, but he does try his best

And they know just how much effort he’s been putting in to get a good mark on his upcoming exam

So when he came up to them with a hesitation he’s only shown on occasion, slowly handing them his paper with an 85% slapped on it (the highest he’s gotten so far)

They’re overjoyed

They take his face in their hands and give him little bunny kisses

They’re. Large. To say the least. (Taller than Mal if you don’t count his horns)

So he feels a sense of security and overall comfort just being in their arms

He’s a sleep cuddler, ends up with his limbs tangled with theirs

As long as he doesn’t touch their hair in their sleep then they’re not complaining

He gets a lot of comfort kisses, in a way

Like he’s upset about not being a “good honour student” and they smack him upside the head and crush him in a hug

They’re not one for words, so he gets his face and head littered with kisses and his tears gently wiped away

And he’s staying in their embrace for who knows how long till he’s calmed down and ready to talk or just chill, it’s fully up to him what he wants

And if he ever needs help deciding? He’s got a “fuck it” kinda person right there to pick him up (literally) and drag him to their garage to take a ride around town on their bike (I forgot what motorcycles are in twst 💔)

Extra note that I deem important: They always style his hair when they get the chance. He’s got long hair, why wouldn’t they take the chance to play with it?
