A direct quote from C2 getting ready for the shirt-buttoning challenge:
Carlos: Just make sure you don't show too much (Charles doesn't have an undershirt). I'll report you to your girlfriend.
Charles: You already reported! Don't play to that!
Carlos: Yeah you and me reported-
Interviewer: Did you really report him?
Charles: *goes red*
Carlos: *giggles*

I was still debating it by second episode, but now I’m 100% positive.
The characters are absolutely based on the main crew of The Wizard of Oz.
Malcolm is the Tin Man (metal arm, family works in munitions).
Edgar is the Scarecrow (tall, spindly, has burns on his body)
Leo is the Lion (cowardly, foppish, literally named after a lion)
Grimoria is Dorothy, a little girl desperately trying to find a home.

The firmament glimpsed in a reflected moon
"You needn't fret, nor should you feel like you have to change your own habits. But you should know that genuine understanding can only be found, not sought. A true companion is someone who can read your 'signals.'"
— Arlecchino
◆ Name: Lynette
◆ Title: Elegance in the Shadows
◆ "Multi-Function Magic Assistant"
◆ Vision: Anemo
◆ Constellation: Felis Alba
In their little team of three at the Hotel Bouffes d'ete, Lynette plays an essential role in making sure that their work runs smoothly. When Lyney's bold nature clashes with Freminet's cautiousness, instead of taking sides, Lynette stands back and analyzes the situation in a calm and collected manner. She resolves their disputes by helping them find a middle ground.
She's generally very quiet and is in the habit of constantly observing other members of her "family." If Lyney accidentally cut his finger in the middle of a performance, or Freminet suddenly looked downcast, Lynette would make a mental note of it. When she had a suitable opportunity, she'd be there with a bandage or a cup of tea.
She loves her "family" and her "family" love her. Waking up by the fireplace, she's become accustomed to the familiar sight of Lyney at the table practicing card tricks and Freminet cleaning the living room. It was in such a moment that she suddenly realized how long it had been since the memory of those sleepless nights of fearful anticipation had vanished — just like a lump of coal that had burned itself into oblivion.

My family have a ling tradition of 'typing' the newborns. This includes blankets, clothes ect with the colour of a specific pokemon type.
With this typing we get a pokemon to grow up along side, I was a 'water type' baby and grew up along side Queenie who is now a gorgeous Gyrados!
-@ask-pokeprofvoid
I like this way better than normal "boy/girl" colours that parents usually stick their kids with! That's super sweet you get to grow up alongside a 'mon - that kind of bond is irreplaceable!
Do you know how the tradition picks types for each newborn👀 (or young child, depending on when you get the type assigned)? Is it like, a certain order or is it just vibes?
Give Queenie a big hug and a PokéTreat from me! She sounds wonderful!!

"The infrastructural properties of the Folkhemmet are often taken for granted, and not in need of protection. Yet, the public values of openness, affordability of connection and universal access to infrastructure can make societies susceptible to developments that not only undermine public values, but can create problems that we are not prepared to handle. While Big Tech leverages existing public infrastructures, the promises of progress might turn out to be limiting of local development. If we do not take this seriously, tomorrow we might not have lost only public values of the welfare state, but also access to much of the basic infrastructures which we rely on – like electricity, local economies and the trust in our own institutions."

I’m seeing a student prod of Hamlet and (at least tonight? Maybe they have multiple casts?) Hamlet’s played by a mezzo. Have you seen this before?? Do people do this?? My theory is that they just have a good mezzo and maybe not a good enough baritone?? Also this place did Cendrillon in the fall and I feel like Hamlet and Le Prince Charmant are similar. Idk
the thomas hamlet?
if so, FASCINATING choice and i am intrigued 👀 (no, i have never seen that done nor have i heard of that being done, although iirc there is an alternate version where hamlet is a tenor)

I come with an update: I discovered last night that some of you were not in fact joking about hearing your thoughts. I’m not sure how to describe how I think, but it’s not auditory or pictures/visualization. What a wild time I’m having this week, all sorts of discoveries occurring at this time
..............I have literally never thought about this before. I guess I do hear my thoughts, and I "hear" when I'm reading as well. But it's always in my own voice; I can never make the voice in my head sound like anything else. So even if I'm reading a character with an accent, and even if I KNOW what that accent sounds like.........nope, can't make it happen.

On a completely unrelated note to everything we have been talking about, were you aware that raccoons cannot have bread
I was not! That is very interesting
Were you aware that raccoons and dogs can pass certain diseases back and forth?
