When piercings mean much more then the actual piercing itself. 18 year old Enid finally has the ability to do what she wants.
Enid always saw werewolves at nevermore with piercings. All the earrings, lip piercings, tongue piercings, nose piercings and one werewolf with a belly piercing.
She wanted one, even begged her parents one year to let her have a nose piercing.
Enid got stuck with just “pretty” earrings her mom thought made her look pretty. And sure! They were nice but Enid wanted to be cool
At 18 Enids parents could no longer tell her not to modify her body in “horrific ways” as they would say
On her 18th birthday Enid got a septum piercing and was absolutely *vibrating* because now she was just as cool as those old werewolves at nevermore
Wednesday sees her for the first time with it and has to do a double take. Enid asks her if she likes it, Wednesday says no and looks away.
Wednesday secretly stares at Enid sometimes because she does like the septum piercing and is silently cursing Enids parents for not allowing her to do it sooner
Enid is happy, even if her parents say it doesn’t fit her, she can finally do what she wants and that’s what matters. The piercing has a special place, it says something, it screams it. Freedoms.
It’s honestly not even about if the piercing looks good or not, but the idea of Enid having a breakout moment is so there. I imagine it can be hard for her sometimes and even if we don’t know her parents I kind of feel like they are ducks so.
(Enid getting the cutest wolf tattoo would also be very !!!)

Anyway. Bi and Mspec Lesbians aren't a hotly "debated" topic or even new to queer culture, it's just the newest thing that bullies who REALLY want to be homophobic and even racist use to justify harassing gay people they don't like.
It's the thinnest possible veneer of progressive language wrapped around TERF and reactionary rhetoric so that they can feel righteous for forming an angry mob against vulnerable targets. If you're gullible enough to fall for the newest wave of bigotry within the queer community, and turn on your allies because they're "confusing" or "invading your spaces," the SAME way they turned on bi/pan labels, trans people, xenogenders, neopronouns, and aroace people before this, then get lost.

rivulet has arrived, sent from a far-off land by someone to repair and maintain other iterators
theyre surprisingly smart, when it comes to iterators and general ancient history that is
their general backstory is a mystery to even pebbles and moon, refusing to state where or who they came from
pebbles has a decent amount of respect for rivulet despite his rude exterior and disinterest for slugcats and scavengers

First off this absolutely cursed AU was inspired by Lemonomelette and a post they made -X
Secondly I imagine it all being about bots and cons trying to one up each others factions and not actually helping in any serious way because their too busy with their own faction bs.
Think of two rival car dealerships across the street one upping each other to get business and instead of business with cars its interstellar robot fairys trying to woo sm children to let them grant their inconsequential wishes (which may or may not be worth it) instead of the other guy next door.

The tragic idea that the Betrayers loved their siblings so much that it ended up being what drove them apart. They didn't want to settle for anything that could hurt their family, and mortals were doing so, either directly (a mortal usurping one of them) or indirectly (emotionally hurting them during the Schism by just. dying so much). To the Betrayers, it wasn't worth it. They wanted their beloved family to leave and go somewhere that wouldn’t hurt them.
To them, it's the primes who are the betrayers. The primes were motivated by more than just love for their immediate family - they loved their creation, too, and more than that, felt a responsibility for it. They would rather fight their own siblings than leave it.
We saw all the gods love and protect each other during the opening of Downfall. The Betrayers were not uniquely evil from the start. They wanted to save themselves and their family from hardship and suffering, even if it meant leaving their creation, their game, and in response their siblings locked them away. Not only do they not love mortals, they view mortals as this corruptive force that somehow turned their family against them. Do they think that, if they succeed in exterminating them, the Primes will be freed from their influence? Maybe - perhaps some of them are waiting to forgive and embrace their siblings, but far from all, I suspect. Asmodeus certainly expressed during Calamity that he didn’t so much want to be reunited with his siblings as he wanted to punish them. He was betrayed by the ones he loved most for the sake of a game! Maybe togetherness and forgiveness was once an obtainable goal, but not anymore. Even if the Betrayers succeeded in ending Exandria, the Primes would never forgive them, and they would never forgive the primes. Their family can never be whole again because of, as they see it, the toxic influence of mortals. So they hate mortals for this influence, but more than that, they hate their siblings for being so weak as to fall for it.
