Here's' a Konbart dynamic to play with; Kon spent more time with The Legion and being in the real 30th century than Bart ever did. Kon was made an honorary member where Bart was rejected any semblance of Legionnaire status. Both have been yelled at profusely by Rokk.

Kon was particularly close to Luornu and Rokk. Bart was close to Jenni and Querl. Querl had a... tough time with Kon.

It's just interesting to me that they both share a relationship with The Legion but in drastically different ways and Bart is never shown to have any resentment to Kon about him spending more time with them than he ever did.

I still think it would be funny if Kon proposed to Bart witht he Legionnaire ring he was given (then had it taken away when he gave it to Roxy, but it was given back again under strong orders to not give it out again).
