He absolutely has to be the most interesting bitch in town at all times and Halloween is no exception. Floating lights, disembodied voices, and mystical or spooky projections would be more his speed than putting out pumpkins and cotton webbing.

I think one of his favorite things to do is a fog/mist that rolls around your legs and never dissipates.

He absolutely believes in spirits and frankly knows them to be real. He doesn't really like them, but he subscribes to the 'you don't bother me I won't bother you' mindset with them.

He didn't grow up where trick or treating was a thing and he doesn't do it at this age, he's much more for relaxing at home and "dressing up" to hand out tricks n' treats, rather than to go seek them out.

Also, he loves to play little tricks on people, he doesn't need a reason for it.

I think he likes caramels in the general sense, but his favorite is probably those eclairs caramels by Cadbury with eh chocolate filling. I also think he likes less artificial-tasting candies in general. He probably hates stuff like blue raspberry candies bc it's purely fake.

I think this reflects in the types of candies he would give out pretty well too tbh.

This year he disguised/physically altered himself to look like a devil, with bat wings, a tail, hooves, and all! But he tends to change it up every year because repeats bore him. One year he made himself look like a scarecrow and for another, he was a faerie dragon. :]

He magically creates all of his bodily alterations/visuals and for clothes, he'll either use things he already has or get them custom-made for the occasion. He does not pay money for literally anything though, so in that sense, everything is very cheap lol,

He's gotten to like Halloween more and more over the years, especially since the town he currently lives in is one that celebrates it! I don't think he really has a favorite holiday per se, but Halloween is defo on his list of favorites.

I think he's gone to a haunted house before, to see what all the fuss was about. I imagine him to have been largely unaffected by the scares, but if any of them did get him he'd probably freeze up momentarily and flare his wings out-- then he'd, of course, suavely play it off once he calmed down.

Tavian has wanted to go to a Halloween party (or even throw one), but he's never had enough people to actually celebrate with so he usually just stays home alone every year. And, as it's been said, his reputation can be quite divisive, so it'd be difficult for him to find a party where everyone would want him there to begin with.

😈: How much of a trickster are you? What's the biggest trick or prank that you've ever thrown before? Did you ever get caught when pulling said trick?

They looove tricks and the like, they are fae after all! People will usually know if it's them pulling some shit because it's almost always magical in nature, so it'd be hard to attribute to someone else-- plus, they like taking credit most of the time.

Their tricks range from innocent and small to somewhat mean-spirited, depending on what their personal opinion of you is. If you show up with a bad attitude and disrespect, they'll offer you the same back.

😱: Do you get scared easily? Or are you the one scaring people? Can you name something that really scared you before in the past or currently?

He's hard to scare or intimidate unless you happen to fit a particular small list of things that terrify him. Anything strongly fleet symboled can give him a headrush of anxiety, for example. Nothing is scarier to him than something dangerous or sharp near his wings though.

Aside from his particulars-- of which none are common knowledge-- he much prefers to be the scary one. He's quite powerful after all and he wants people to know that!

🌙: What's your favorite ghost story or Halloween legend if any? Do you believe in it or think it's all just a story? Do you have any spooky stories to share? If so mind sharing one with us?

I think he believes most stories and legends he hears about that carry some history to them, or rather, he's willing to believe in them if given adequate proof. If it's a local story, he's even pretty likely to look into and verify it himself out of curiosity.

Their plans are fairly similar every year, with the details being the things that keep it fresh. Generally, it's a 'chill' time at home with drinks and spooky movies running quietly in the background while they hand out little tricks and treats.

Sometimes though, they'll wander about the town to see what people are getting up to, although they usually do so quite stealthily, keeping more to themself and watching the fun than interacting.

Both lol But really, he’s actually surprisingly good with kids! Despite this, they make him anxious, and he feels very awkward around them, so he generally tries to avoid them for the most part (though he does have a soft spot for them regardless).

Oatmeal with cinnamon and a little honey =o) Partly it’s just because it’s good and partly because he has Food Problems sometimes but he can almost always have a little oatmeal (and keep it down, too). No nostalgic reasons at all of course. None at all.

Not a lot tbh. I kinda hc monsters in general are a lot more laid back/don’t care about that sort of thing, so it probably never impacted his life at all underground. Above ground, well, he might face some prejudice for that stuff, but he’d likely face more just from being a monster at all.

One random hc specifically is that, when they still could, Undyne and Papyrus shared clothes sometimes, since both of them have similar tastes anyway.

He never really had a dream career honestly, at least not one he wanted because he likes it. Going back to that whole responsibility thing, the “jobs” he strives for are whatever best allow him to protect himself, his brother, and eventually, monsterkind in general. I wouldn’t say he enjoys it, but he takes a lot of pride in working with the embassy, and it’s actually pretty good for him to feel like he’s genuinely making a difference (and he is!).

After tipping over some clutter in Albedo's office and knocking over a test tube laying unsealed on the counter, you had realized the contents spilled on your skin, bleaching into your pores. You had been tasked with bringing the famed alchemist and his assistant some vials and materials for the collection of a rare butterfly they had found. It was both telling and obvious that something was wrong when you never showed up with the required materials requested and it was already too late hours later when the chief Alchemist, his assistant, and Alchemist in training came bounding down the stairs of Albedo's home laboratory.

It didn't take long for the trio to realize something was wrong. Sucrose had found the vile on the floor, most of its contents spilled and in a little puddle, plus your state on a nearby lounge chair was obvious; slumped awkwardly, forehead visibly sweating, eyes closed, breathing raspily.

You accepted the first doses of the supposed nullifying medicine without hesitation, just wanting the numbing feeling to go away. But when it never kicked in you decided it would be best to save the medicine, because it wasn't working. Your time was coming.

"Since the medicine is taking immediate effect, you should try to get the contents out of your system," He said, reaching out for you.
