Max: definitely acts of service. they’re not an openly affectionate individual so they rarely express their care verbally, it’s just not something they feel comfortable doing. but when it comes to doing things for someone they care about? no hesitation. even if it’s something small or something unexpected, they’ll show their love in doing things for you
R: a mix of words of affirmation and quality time. you’ll be in no shortage of compliments and endearments when you’re around R. they can be very affectionate with people they’re close to, and even with people they don’t know at all (as shown by how affectionate they act with fans). they’re the RO that will say “I love you” the most and are not afraid to say it. but they also appreciate spending quality time together as well. it’s primarily because they’re very physically affectionate and will enjoy spending time just laying or sitting together
Beck: words of affirmation and physical touch. they don’t often use words of affirmation, but boy do they love to hear it used on them. they love when pet names are used for them, and a genuine “I love you” said to them will always leave their heart skipping a beat. the way they often show care, however, is through physical touch. they never force it, but they show their love through gentle touches and chaste kisses. hugs, playing with your hair, holding hands, etc., they enjoy to do all
G: oh definitely quality time. there is nothing they enjoy more than spending time with just the mc. they’ve done it practically their entire life and hope to continue it well into their future. they appreciate all the big and little moments they get to spend with the mc, and your presence around them is enough to make them feel at home

2 of my favorites^
👑 If you could add an award to the NHL awards, what would it be and who would be its inaugural recipient?
I would make an Goalie Tandem award that goes to the Tandem that lets in least Goals over Expected throughout the season (minimum of 25 games each). And I would want Sorokin and Varlamov to win, but I’ll admit rn it would likely be Swayman and Ullmark.
🎶 What would your goal song be and why?
My goal song would be Shut Up and Dance by WALKTHEMOON because it’s well known enough for the crowd to sing along to, it’s a positive upbeat bop, and it’s like inviting everyone into the celebration “don’t you dare look back/just keep your eyes on me!” And I just love love that song. It was played so much when it came out but I’ve never gotten tired of it.
🧠: which emotional traits does your child get from you? which do they get from your f/o?
Oh this one is pretty easy! Sheep kiddo is the more outgoing sibling, she's a lot like Snow actually! Like Snow, she really loves the idea of being a hero like her parents! She's also pretty clever sometimes which she got from Panchi!
💬: what was your child's first word? was it a nickname for you or your f/o or something entirely different?
Hmmmm...I never thought about that before! Methinks her first word was probably "Dad" or something like that. Since "Dad" can apply to both Snow and Panchi, they were both very happy-gjdjffjf
🍼: what's your child's comfort item and where did it come from? is it a hand-me-down?
Oh that's also a very easy one! Her comfort item is a Sheep plushie by the name of Mr. Sheep (Hence why I refer to her as Sheep Kiddo)!
The whole backstory surrounding Mr. Sheep is basically that the kiddo was too nervous/scared to sleep in her own bed for the first time so Panchi bought her a sheep plush and told her that "Mr. Sheep" (Panchi is a creative genius with names I know /s) would keep her safe! And since then, She's been carrying Mr. Sheep around everywhere!
Thank you for asking! I've missed doing these question games lol.
9. Who/what are your inspirations for truly fucked up content?
Oooooh okay. I have a long and complex relationship with fucked up content, that's the tl;dr lol. The longer explanation is that I've always been fascinated by dark things. As a kid I was obsessed with ghosts - ghost stories, ghost hunting shows, trying to talk to ghosts, reading about ghosts, on and on. This led into a general interest in the macabre as I got older. The icing on the cake was definitely me being deep in the trenches for a fandom that I won't name right now lol. I'm sure I've mentioned it before, but I go back and forth on how comfortable I am with people being able to find my fanfics from when I was 13. That fandom was made up almost exclusively of fucked up content, and I think that was what really kicked it up a notch for me in being able to dream up this stuff. As for where I draw my inspiration, I've always had the perspective that if you want to write something scary, you have to write about something that scares you. So if I want something fucked up to happen, I put myself in the scenario and ask "if I was here, what would be the worst thing that could happen to me?" Is this a healthy way to draw inspiration? Maybe not. But it's what I do.
14. What's your favourite way to emotionally destroy your favourite character?
I really don't think you can top having a character realize they've made a decision, or a choice, or a mistake, that they cannot take back, regardless of their intent and regardless of the consequences. I think it's interesting to delve into how characters process that feeling of "This thing has happened, and it's awful, and there's no undoing it. So what do I do now? How do I live with it, or with myself?" Every now and then I'll write a story that ends with the decision they can't take back, but those are never a favorite with me. It's the after part that holds my interest.
@timesense sent a letter to irene evangelista: ‘‘ the clip clop of heels comes to an abrupt stop as the raven-haired woman takes them off and hooks her fingers through the ankle straps. She‘s careful not to angle her head towards the security cameras. Marble tile is cool against her feet, and at least, it’s not cobblestone. “ We should go, ” comes her rushed whisper. Words are at odd with the grin on her face. ’’
prompt: impromptu.
In the silence draped over this particular hall, the sound of their footsteps echoes; It bounces from wall to opposite wall, echoing in such a way that it gives the impression that there are more than two people in the room. How eerie, Irene thinks to herself, resisting the urge to look around. It would not be wise to show her face to the security cameras River warned her about, no matter how curious she is to see what the room contains.
Indeed, it would not ! Doing so would not only put her at risk, but River as well, and ruin the entire trip to boot. Thus fearing making even the slightest mistake, she is walking rigidly beside her friend, keeping her head bowed and her shoulders tense; She did not even dare take the quickest, slightest peek at her surroundings when they entered the building, and the many rooms that followed. A shame, for she was told they were marvelous, but it's a necessary precaution.
As the clip-clopping of River's heels come to an abrupt stop, so do Irene's heeless footsteps, and silence, up until now disturbed by the noise, finally settles. It falls heavily around them, and Irene shifts from one foot to the other, much preferring all that noise to this sudden silence.
Yes, it was loud, but at least it did not make her feel as though something was going to happen !
While she is lifting her shoulders to ease some of the tension weighing there, a rushed whisper reaches her ears, which prompts Irene to heavily lower her shoulders and turn her head towards her friend; She does so in such a rigid manner, that her aching shoulders briefly twinge in protest, making her wince. Looking up at River from under her lashes, Irene catches sight of her grin, and for a moment she is not sure if she should trust its appearance. ❝ What happened ? ❞ is what she asks then, whispering also. ❝ Did... did you see someone ? ❞ or did someone see them, rather ? An unspotted guard or employee ?
Ok so Danny has essentially claimed earth as his. And he is fully aware that there are constant threats to the planet. Now he can’t stop a threat that originates on earth (that’s something he’ll leave to the Justice league) but he can do something about outside threats. Doing some research on ancient spells, rituals, and artifacts, he cast a world wide barrier on the planet to protect it from hostile threats so they cannot enter. This will prevent another Pariah Dark incident. However, barriers like this come at a price. You see, there are two ways to make a barrier. Either make one powered up by your own energy and power (which would be constantly draining) or set up a barrier with rules. The way magic works is that nothing can be absolutely indestructible. It must have a weakness. The most powerful barriers weren’t the ones reinforced with layer after layer of protective charms and buffed up with power. Those could eventually be destroyed either by being overpowered, wearing them down, or by cutting off the original power source. No, the most powerful barriers were the ones with a deliberate weakness. A barrier indestructible except for one spot. A cage that can only be opened from the outside. Or that can only be passed with a key or by solving a riddle. So Danny chooses this type of barrier and does the necessary ritual and pours in enough power to make it. And he adds his condition for anyone to enter.
Now the Justice league? Find out about the barrier when Trigon attempts to attack, they were preparing after he threatened what he would do once he got to earth. How he would destroy them. The Justice league tried to take the fight to him first but were utterly destroyed, so they retreated home to tend to their injuries, and fortify earth for one. Last. Stand. Only when Trigon makes his big entrance…he’s stopped.
The Justice league watch in awe as this thin see-through barrier with beautiful green swirls and speckled white lights like stars apears blocking Trigon and his army’s advance. The barrier looks so thin and fragile yet no matter how hard the warlord hits, none of his attacks can get through and neither can he damage said barrier. That’s when Constantine and Zatanna recognizes what this barrier is. Something only a powerful entity could create. For a moment, the league is filled with hope that Trigon can’t get through yet Constantine also explains that it’s not impenetrable. And clearly Trigon knows this too for he calls out a challenge.
And that’s when, in a flash of light, a tiny glowing teenager appears. He looked absolutly minuscule compared to Trigon and yet practically glowed with power (this isn’t a King Danny AU though).
And that is when the conditions for passing the barrier are revealed. And the Justice realize that the only thing stopping Trigon and his army from decimating earth. The only way he can get through….is by beating this glowing teenager in a card game.
Not just any card game though. The most convoluted game Sam, Danny, and Tucker invented themselves. It’s like the infinite realms version of magic the gathering, combined with Pokémon, and chess. And Danny is the master. So sit down Trigon and let’s play.
(The most intense card game of the Justice league’s life).
After Danny wins, this happens a few more times with outer word beings and possibly even demons attempting to invade earth, yet none have been able to beat the mysterious teenager in a card game. Constantine might even take a crack at it and try to figure out how to play. He’s really bad though. Every time this happens, the Justice league worry that this might be the time the teenager looses. Yet every time, he wins (even if only barely).
Meanwhile, Danny, Sam, and Tucker have gotten addicted to the game and play it almost daily. Some teachers might seem them playing the game are are like ‘awww how cute’ not realizing this game is literally saving the world. Jazz is just happy they aren’t spending as much time on their screens playing Doomed.
