“oh right i totally should sign my rights away to a government who i exposed to have been infiltrated by nazis for DECADES. i’m sure nothing bad will happen if i do that”
“i should let the government dictate my life when all i’ve ever done is save the world by going AGAINST the government. sounds like a great plan”

For the violence asks: 8 & 13
*chanting* violence, violence, violence-
8 - common fandom opinion that everyone is wrong about: No fandom was specified so we're talking about Tony Stark within the MCU. Specifically that, believe it or not, he's not a completely horrible character with no redeeming qualities or points in his favor! I can totally understand hating him. That's completely fair. BUT. The fandom, or at least the fandom on tumblr, treats him like he's pure evil. I think a good deal of people think that even within the canon of the movies he's worse than Thanos. But I feel like a lot of people want to ignore the fact that, like him or not, he's a complex character with a lot of depth. He's not some golden boy, and imo, he's never treated like one. Not by the movies (except maybe Endgame, but fuck Endgame), and not by the other characters around him. He's a deeply traumatized dumpster fire of a person with too much money and privilege, and I don't think he knows how to be a good person. But damn does he try. He's motivated by an often misguided notion of how to improve the world, one that's influenced by his upbringing. It's strongly implied that he was abused and neglected as a child, and that the butler, Jarvis, was more a parent to him than his actual parents ever were. Howard provided a perfect model of his future pattern of substance abuse and partying. He's been through numerous apocalypse scenarios, and was shown to have strong PTSD, along with likely some form of neurodivergence (I'm sorry, but no neurotypical person is hyperfocusing on an engineering project for days on end with no sleep and losing track of time). Tony was raised surrounded by wealth and privilege, and was never taught how to be a good person. But through the Iron Man trilogy, we see him trying. We see him struggling with facing his own mortality through the thing that once saved him killing him, we see him facing his personal demons in Iron Man 3, and we see him doing his best through all of it to stumble through the path to being someone he can not hate when he looks in the mirror. And yeah, he sucks at it. Watching Tony Stark trying to be a good person is a bit like watching one of those wobbly kittens try to eat out of a food bowl that's not theirs and only succeeding occasionally and very messily. But I think that's part of why I enjoy his character. I think I like watching someone who is so damn far from perfect struggle to become a better person, battling his personal demons, and I don't think his wealth completely erases that battle. Also, the later movies completely fucked over what was being developed through the Iron Man trilogy and just made him into what other people would have seen him as without holding any regard for his internal struggles and characterization, but they also did that with, like, most of the characters. Name a single MCU character they didn't make worse over time. I
13 - worst blorboficiation: I'm a little confused by what this one means. IMO everyone should have a blorbo. I strongly support everyone adopting a character and rotating them in their mind for 8-12 hours a day, no matter who that is. You can pick the most despicable resented character in canon and I will still fight for your right to go a little rabid for them. Foam at the mouth a little, it's good for you
Thanks for the chance to rant, Alex :3

Round 1 of preliminaries, group 4
Tumblr media
The first two places get a place on the bracket
Little reminder: there will be 2 more rounds of preliminaries, the losing blorbos of this poll still have 2 chances of getting in the official bracket
Propaganda under the cut
Legosi (Beastars)
"The guilt and fear of something you could do or become got to me... Also * slaps roof of legosi * this wolf can fit so much autism in it."
Stephen Stills (Scott Pilgrim comics)
"I am also anxious, artsy, bisexual and a penny pincher (The teaser for the animated series got me thinking about it again)"
Sunny (Omori)
"dealt with an obscure and isolating suicide-related trauma through maladaptive daydreaming and severe chronic dissociation. represses all his emotions, memories, and feelings. spent years as a husk as a person. spends all his time in his room. made one group of friends and decided they were the only ones he’d ever need or want. smiles once in the whole game and it’s because he loves his friends so much. undeniably autistic."
Tony Stark (Marvel Avengers)
"He messes up a lot, but tries to do better. He uses humor as a defense mechanism. He's so tired and sad, but pretends to be okay. He hates himself, but pretends not to. He's canonically mentally ill with on screen panic attacks. He's often misunderstood. He's always snacking."
Rookie (Club Penguin)
"He's stays silly. It how he trives. If you want something with a bit more thought. Look at Waddle Squad. He struggles with reading and displaying the right tone. His volume slips up. He's trying so hard to do his job and fit in right. He's autistic just like me your honor."
Charlie Morningstar (Hazbin Hotel)
"her parents suck and she just wants to do the right thing"

Mine to Take 13
Pairing: MC!Peter Parker-Stark x Barnes!Reader
Warnings: Violence. Language. Stalking. Strip Clubs. Death mentioned. Death threats. Sexual content/comments.
Returning home after bailing out without so much as a goodbye. Leaves a lot to deal with when I show up again. Only I’m not alone and this time I’ve got bigger issues than how I left.                   I left to find a normal life, but when you’re raised on chaos and crime, normal isn’t a fit. Now I need the club, and Peter. The two I ran out on without so much as a backwards glance.                 Facing Peter again isn’t something I’d ever be ready for, not after everything that went down the night I left. But I can’t outrun him and I, and without him I’m pretty sure I’m good as dead. Was coming home a good idea when it puts those I love at risk of someone killing them to get their hands on me?
Tumblr media
Peter sits on the edge of his bed, checking his phone. Naked, toned back to me. Rolling to my back, I let out a heavy sigh. He shifts on the bed to look at me.
“What’s wrong?” He asks, his phone forgotten.
Sucking in a slow breathe. “I really fucked up, Peter.”
He moves, scooting in closer to me.
“We’ll find out who is at this, I promise.” He reaches over, brushing away a curl from my face.
Closing my eyes, I drag my hands into my hair.
“I think I already know.”
It’s silent for a moment.
“Okay, who?” He waits.
Chewing my bottom lip, I drop my hands, sitting up suddenly. His sheets and blankets pooling around my waist.
“The club will disown me.” Shrugging a shoulder, looking away from him.
He curses under his breathe.
“What did you do, Darlin?”
When I look over, deep brown eyes are watching me intently.
“I’ll lose you too.” I admit softly.
------
Standing in the chapel of the club, the guys sit around the table, they’re passing around the photos Frank found at the house while getting my things. Howie flicks one to the center of the table, the worse one of them all.
A photo of Peter kissing my cheek, at the bar, before the guys left. A pen carved ‘Mine’ into the photo, over and over. Peter’s face scribbled out.
“Darlin’,” Peter sighs, leaning back in his seat.
“I have something to admit.” I admit, leaning on the window frame, behind the head of the table. My brothers turn quickly in their chairs.
“What’s wrong?” Howie leans forward.
Sucking in a deep breathe. “Broad question, How.” I sigh, rubbing my hands over my face. “What I did, by MC laws you can, the club has the right to disown me.”
“Fuck.” Howie blinks at me.
Steve swallows hard.
“What did you do, Y/N?” Buck looks almost scared for the first time in my life.
Nodding slowly, I chew my bottom lip for a moment. “I mentioned when I showed up, about my almost one night stand.” Peter’s jaw set already. “There’s a reason it was almost.” Sighing.
“What made you run?” Howie asks, the only one brave enough.
Swallowing hard, I look him dead in the eye. “Do you remember when Karen and I were attacked?”
Each one turns pale white.
Rand, Quill, and Luke look confused.
“You were attacked?” Luke asks.
Tony’s hand slips over Peter’s shoulder, gripping.
“I’ll start from the beginning.” I nod.
Howie drags his hands down his face.
TC looks down at his coffee cup, like he wished it was something stronger.
Steve grips the arms on his chair.
Peter doesn’t drag his eyes away from me, once.
Buck tips his head back, staring up at the ceiling.
Tony is the only one to get up, pulling up a chair for me.
“No surprise, I was a wild child.” I start as I take the seat, Tony returns to his own. “A Barnes, born into the MC life, go figure I loved trouble from the go, hell I dated Peter Parker-Stark, trouble with all caps.” I smirk at him, he winks at me. The other guys chuckle.
“Steve and Buck taught me to fight by the time I was in middle school. Not that I needed it, Peter usually was the first to throw hands in my defense.” I shrug. “What’s a wild child without a wild best friend?” A sad smirk on my lips. “I started out with Nat, than she started banging my brother. Somehow, I ended up with Karen as my best friend, just as much of a wild child too.”
Peter looks to be holding his breathe, Howie looks boarder line sick to his stomach. “Karen liked to party and by party, I mean, party, party. I used to like to piss off Peter and Howie, tempt that temper and possessive side of Peter.” The guys laugh, Luke drops his head, laughing hard.
“Used too? Aren’t you still?” TC chuckles.
“Well I mean, some habits never really die.” I wink at him. “Karen had this dealer. Shady as they come, I mean I never gave him a second thought, I never really had anything to do with him. I was with her a few times for deals, to get a fix.”
Peter leans forward, pulling me from the chair, into his lap. I don’t fight it, just let him. He wraps his arms around my waist, forehead resting on my shoulder.
“Why would I worry about some dealer? Daughter of the MC prez, Notorious brawler Bucky Barnes, baby sister. Fuck I was dating Peter Parker-Stark, who hit the captain of the football team so hard he missed the first half of the season, for touching me.” I shrug my other shoulder.
“Karen got herself into trouble, some seriously bad trouble. She messed up big time, her dealer made her hold some junk, to appease her debt to him, but one night she got all messed up and lost it, all.” Sucking in a deep breathe.
“That’s not good.” Rand looks nervous.
“A few weeks later, we’re walking back from the lake, up the road. Heading here to beg Peter to bring us home.” I nod slowly. “They grabbed us, the dealer and some other guys. He had help I guess.” Swallowing hard. “He wanted payment, or to let us work it off.” Peter’s arms tighten around me slowly. “No wasn’t the answer he was looking for. I knew Karen was in deep, I knew they were going to come looking for her. I never said anything to anyone.” Blinking a few times, rapidly.
“When I say they wanted payment, I don’t mean, they wanted cash. Karen start fighting back, she started screaming, scratching, kicking, clawing.” I shake involuntary. Peter hugs me tighter. “It left the one, the, who grabbed me, distracted. I fought back, smashed my knee into his junk, when he folded, I rammed it into his jaw. When he hit the dirt, I bailed out, running. I,” stopping, swallowing thickly.
“She came out on the road, not far from here. She ran till she hit the doors, here. Collapsing in the main room.” Howie nods slowly, finishing for me. “We ordered retaliation instantly.”
“It’s the night Peter was to be VP.” My voice shakes.
“The night you left town.” Peter lifts his head.
Nodding slowly, I chew my bottom lip. Clearing my throat, I suck in a deep breathe.
“I met this guy, one night. He seemed nice, funny, I guess with a few drinks he wasn’t bad looking.” I shrug. Peter snorts softly. “Not everyone moves on sober.” I side glance at him.
His mouth opens to retort, but I cut him off.
“Anyways. I have about six too many after I was already drunk.” I shrug.
“Sounds right.” Howie nods. TC chuckles into his fist.
“Fuck off.” I roll my eyes. “I agreed to go back to his place, cause why not? I’m trying to move on, I’m trying so hard. Only, it doesn’t get to far.” I admit, with the tip of my head.
“How far?” Clint wonders.
“He pulled his hoodie off, the under shirt coming up with it. It was his tattoo, like being sucker punched, I was scrambling for my jacket and purse, I’m pretty sure I left a dent in his door, trying to run.” I sigh.
“Why stop there?” Barney wonders.
“Something about that tattoo. I can’t, I don’t know why, but I swear I’d seen it before. It gave me this gut throbbing bad feeling.”
“Where did you see it before?” Luke asks.
“A rival clubs tattoo.” I swallow.
Peter’s arms drop from me instantly in shock.
The whole table blurts out. “What?” at once.
“What club?” Steve stares at me.
“The Sinners.” I glance away.

Chapter One: Dinner & Introductions
Elizabeth Snow had always been careful, always watching her back, always paranoid that something, someone was out to get her. In come the Avengers: New York's bravest and strongest defense. A particular Super Soldier catches her attention. He is charming and kind and makes her feel safe. Little did you know something much more dark and more sinister than she ever expected is at play.
Warnings: Religious Trauma, Cult, Forced Marriage, Kidnapping, Stalking, Stockholm Syndrome, Non-Con, Dub-Con. Violence against women. Threats and intimidation. Childhood Trauma.
Tumblr media
January 2020
It wasn't all that frequent that the Avengers would humble themselves to dwell amongst the common folk. They all had this somewhat painted facade of perfection. Captain America was national hero, the Winter Soldier was a tortured prisoner of war and Iron Man... if the man himself didn't believe he was a god then over half of the world did.
For whatever the reason, Elizabeth Snow had always felt somewhat uneasy around them. She caught glimpses of who they really were; under the metal, behind the masks and tight spandex, they were still men. They were men who got too frisky with her coworkers, but tipped so well no one ever complained and tonight they sat in her section.
The restaurant could be best described as a high class bar. Although there were technically no poles, there were plenty of beautiful women for anyone who could cover the door fee. Her coworkers joked that it was a brothel that had a food permit. Men, and very seldom women, would come in and have one or a few of the escorts come and join them. Sometimes they bought them dinner, sometimes they even took them on as sugar babies. Elizabeth was at the bottom of the totem pole, merely waitressing. Granted she got paid more than the women who simply sat and talked to these men for hours, but she did a whole hell of a lot more work and had to dress as equally as scandalous.
The restaurant was always dimly lit, giving a relaxing ambiance to her patrons and staff. The room had oak chairs with plush red cushions. A huge golden chandelier hung in the middle of the room. The walls mirrored that of an opera house. Detailed crown molding and an atmosphere that wreaked of privilege and entitlement. She could never relate to this world and yet she were still in it; a mere ant compared to the people who came in to dine on overpriced food and liquor that was older than she was.
It was on tonight's special occasion that the club had been entirely rented out courtesy of Tony Stark. Elizabeth and the other girls guessed that it was something with S•H•I•E•L•D• given that most of the men looked more like secret agents than the usual patrons. Several of the key members seemed to be missing from the group centered in the middle of the room.
At the biggest lounge section sat Thor, Steve Rogers, Bucky Barnes, Tony Stark, and several others she didn't recognize.
In her black cami dress that she bought from some fast fashion website, she straightened herself, kept a good postured and walked over to their table with as much courage as she could muster. "Good evening, Gentlemen." She greeted with a smile and customer service persona on high. "My name is Eliza. What can I get you all started with to drink?"
She could feel their eyes burning on her body. She felt Steve's eyes linger a little bit too long on her bare calves before he answered. "I'll just take a beer, sweetheart." She further asked what kind, having several on tap as well as bottled, both domestic and foreign.
Mr. Stark ordered a Macallan neat and didn't try to hide his ogling as either, but his eyes seemed to venture more north.
"I will have the same as Steve." Thor answered, not being shy to stare blatantly at her chest. It wasn't uncommon for patrons to look. The standard was at long as they looked with their eyes and not their hands.
"And do you have ID?" She asked the boy who appeared to be a bit too young to even be there. He sat there wordlessly, just staring at her. One would have thought the kid never saw a woman before in his life the way he was staring.
Jesus Christ. She thought.
"He's with me," Mr. Stark answered, nonchlantly. "Just get him a Jack and Coke." She was too afraid to confront that the kid was obviously a minor. She would have to give her manager a heads up. It wasn't uncommon for socialites and the occasional trust fund baby to pop in with a bullshit fake, but if they threw enough cash, the higher ups ignored it.
Two others had given their requests and now was the one that made her nervous to walk over to the table. Bucky Barnes, the Winter Soldier, and the only one out of all of them, who actually scared her. She had seen the news stories. She would be stupid not to be scared of any of the Avengers, but something about Bucky was just terrifying. He seemed unpredictable, deadly.
Bucky looked over the wine & spirits menu before answering "Surprise me" and staring her down. Not at her legs, not at her ass or her chest. His eyes connected directly into her deep green eyes. She swallowed nervously but kept her composure. A sweet smile and a forced ignorance at the obvious stares she was getting.
Be sweet. What she had always been told.
"All right, great." She said penciling down everything, sure to get it right. "Did you want a beer or a hard liquor, perhaps more of a cocktail?" He replied with cocktail. Nothing sweet. Unlike the others, he was the only one who kept consistent eye contact instead of staring down at her body; it made Elizabeth's skin tingle uneasily. "I'll get those right out. Can I put in for any appetizers? We have a chef special tonight, the Grand Plateau which has jumbo lump crab cakes, North Atlantic Lobster, shrimp cocktail and six oysters on the half shell."
"Bring us out two," Tony ordered, his eyes darting back to the menu. "And we'll go from there."
"Fantastic. I'll give you minute to look over the menu and if you have any questions, I'll be happy to answer them when I come back." After turning to head toward the kitchen, she felt their eyes glued to her backside. It wasn't uncommon at work since looking attractive was the primary job requirement. But nevertheless, it made her uneasy. Sometimes a patron would get a little too drunk and a little too frisky, they would either pay a fine that was given to the girl or be blacklisted from the establishment.
What scared Elizabeth was that not only that everyone currently at her table powerful beyond inhuman means, but they had the richest man alive buying their dinner tonight. A $5,000 fine was nothing to Tony Stark. The possibilities of the outcomes or what could happen made her want to switch tables. But her boss was insistent that she was the one to take them. Everything needed to be perfect.
What she failed to mention was that she was requested by name and some extra incentive was passed along to make it seem coincidental.
"You should be getting a good tip tonight." Calliope remarked as Elizabeth starting their tab. "Mr. Stark always tips well." Calliope was a bubbly 20-something blonde from Ohio. Since both of them moved to New York and had no connections here, they relied of each other here and there to get by. Often they would switch tables when the other needed to make a little more money.
"Well let's hope that's true for tonight." Elizabeth finished up their tab set up and headed to the kitchen to place their order first before going to the bar. Given the size of the group, the bartenders were a little short staffed working on the back and helping serve.
"What are you making?" Calliope asked following behind Elizabeth like a puppy. "My tables just put in an order for food so I'm just killing time." Time Elizabeth wish she had right now.
"I found online." She dismissed. "One of them said 'surprise me'. Do they not realize how stressful that is? Like I don't know what you like to drink."
"But what is it?"
"I don't know, I didn't make it. Rim the glass with sugar, muddle some cherries, two ounces of bourbon, one ounce orange juice, add some bitters, half an ounce maple syrup, strain over ice."
Like most 20 somethings, Elizabeth spent most of her free time on social media apps, even though she promised herself she would be more productive. She even went as far as buying a few new books that just seem to be collecting dust. When she came across a recipe she liked, she saved it. Her camera roll was more full of screenshots and saved videos than anything else.
"That sounds pretty damn good. Make me one after this shift?" Calliope asked, resting her chin on Elizabeth's shoulder. Calliope was only a little taller than Elizabeth, but she was far more skinny. Elizabeth had thighs that required anti-chub rub powder before every shift or else she would pay for it later.
"If I last that long, I have been cramping literally all day. I almost called out, but Jonathan begged me to come in since the whole place was gonna be packed." Jonathan was their manager and Elizabeth were the first person he always called to come in and cover a shift.
"Are you still not on birth control?" Calliope narrowed her eyes at her. Elizabeth had been complaining of cramps the last couple of months, but never managed the time to get it sorted. She usually just took a Midol and spent the evening cuddle up next to a heating pad.
"No I looked into getting another IUD, but out of pocket is so expensive." With insurance, that she didn't have, she was looking at about $400 for the ultrasound alone. Not to mention she would have to pay for the visit and the implant out of pocket.
"Just go to your gyno and have them write a prescription for the pill." Calliope said, irritated that they two were having this conversation yet again. She never made the time to take care of herself or to just take a day off. Elizabeth was all work, no play and truly dull. Add-in a recent breakup and her social life was, well, pathetic.
"Your first mistake was thinking I had a gynecologist."
"Then go find one." Calliope said. "I have a great one a couple of blocks down."
"With what insurance?" She countered.
"Fair enough." Calliope decided to just drop it. One thing she learned about Elizabeth since the two started working together is that she was sweet, shy and didn't like confrontation. But if there was something Elizabeth didn't want to do, she wasn't going to do it. No arguing. Just a simple 'no, thank you' or 'I'd rather not'.
"It's not like I'm seeing someone anymore." Elizabeth sighed, placing everyone's drinks on her tray before picking it up. "I can't remember the last decent date I went on."
"That's because you won't give anybody a chance."
"I don't like anyone enough to give them a chance. Don't you have food to go check on?"
Calliope rolled her eyes and headed back into the kitchen.
"Alright, gentlemen," She set the tray down at the edge of the table and distributed the drinks. She set the beverages in front of their intended. "Here you go." She was about to put the final one down, when Bucky reached out for his drink instead of letting her just place it on the table. Instantly, her face felt prickly, almost as if she had pre-workout that was a little bit too intense.
The look on his face, she wouldn't call it smiling exactly, but there was definitely a look. Nothing sinister or mischievous. It was just... nice.  "Is there anything else I can get before I check on the food?" They said they still needed time looking over the menu, she nodded, gave a meek 'okay' in response and scurried off into the kitchen.
"See something you like, Barnes?" Tony asked, noticing the Winter Soldier still kept his eyes glued to her as she disappeared behind the doors leading into the kitchen.
"Pretty little thing, isn't she?" Steve remarked. "Told you this one was perfect." Steve had took the liberty in paying to make sure that Elizabeth was the one catering to their needs tonight. He had come several weeks back with just Sam and he knew he would be perfect for her. Unfortunately, he had a different waitress tending to him that evening, so he was left looking at her from a far.
But once he saw her, he knew she would be perfect for him. "You got that right. I can't believe how much she favors Connie" Bucky agreed and took a sip of his cocktail. Bucky ran his tongue along his top lip. "That's pretty good."
"A girl who knows how to make you a drink after a long day." Steve raised his eyebrows, a playful smile on his face. "It'll be nice, Buck. Just what you need."
Once the appetizers were ready, Elizabeth brought them out. Back straight, stomach pulled in and hips swaying. Who would have thought confidence was so easily faked.
"What did you give him?" Tony asked pointing to Bucky.
"Oh it's something I just whipped up behind the bar. Just bourbon, orange juice, some bitters."
"Yeah, but what is it called? In case he wants to order another." Tony pressed and she felt like he was talking to her like a child.
"Nothing. It's just something I made behind the bar." She tried to explain. "Why? Did you not like it?" She her brow furrowed. The concern was written on her face.
"No," Bucky assured, but enjoying that she was worried about whether or not she did something wrong. "It's great, keep 'em coming, doll."A chill ran up her spine at the pet name.
"I'll take one too. Hell," Stark waved her off. "Just make it a round."
She smiled, happy that it wasn't a flop. "Sure thing." She said before shuffling back to the bar, leaving them to peck at the food. More drinks meant more money spent, more money spent meant a bigger tip.
"If you stare any harder at her, you're gonna burn a hole through the back of her head, Bucky." Steve laughed as he sipped his drink. "I told you she wasn't bad on the eyes."
"Nope." Bucky said watching her intently. She was oblivious to his stare; too focused on making him and his friends drinks. "She's something."
"Followed her for a few weeks. Makes a b-line from work to her apartment. Takes her dog on a walk in the morning at 7 am, lunch and 6 pm. I don't think I've seen her actually go anywhere else. Practically a recluse and perfect for snatching." Steve was always proud when it came to that sort of thing. He almost perfected Pepper's behavior. Tony preferred someone that fought back a little, but didn't like things to get physical. And Steve was more than eager to help.
"I want to take it slow." He said. "Ease her into it."
"That's no fun."
"Some of us have patience, Tony." He Bucky finished off his second drink. "Besides, I would be worried if she was eager to jump into it. I like a bit of a chase." That's how things were back in the day. Bucky was still unaccustomed to this new era of 'dating'. Women, men, everyone took things too quickly. There was no build up. Quick satisfaction and very little substance.
She returned with the drinks and hoping for everyone's approval. "Everything come out okay?" She stood, waiting for them to say whether the appetizer or drinks weren't to their liking.
Tony was the first to take a sip of the concoction. "That is good." Tony said sitting back in his chair. "Do you bartend on the side?" His held tilted to the side. It was nice that their gaze had some what changed. Granted, she wasn't oblivious. She knew how she looked, especially in that attire and it didn't make her any less comfortable.
"Oh, no." She replied bashfully. "I just do it sometimes here. Short on staff tonight and it's honestly not that hard."
"Well what's in it?" Steve asked swirling his glass before taking a sip himself. "May have to order me another one."
" It's just muddled cherry, bourbon, orange juice, bitters and maple syrup over ice." She answered,  somewhat proud of Steve's compliment. "So what are we feeling food wise?" They all rattled off their orders, except Bucky, who just replied with "surprise me" again.
"Beef, chicken or seafood?" Again with the option. Although he preferred to be in control, he wanted her to be self-ensured on making certain decisions.
"Let's go beef." He said and gave her a soft smile. Again, the unsettling feeling trickled down her spine.
She wrote down an order for a Wagyu medium rare, sided with lobster Mac & cheese and creamed spinach with garlic confit. When she went to turn away, her heel weirdly turned on the floor causing her to lose her balance and stumble. Bucky's hands quickly shot out to make sure she didn't fall.
"Oh goodness, I-I'm sorry." She apologized, his hands still on her hips. Bucky loved how she seemed so frazzled. She looked cute when she was embarrassed.
"Don't worry about it, Doll." He said slowly letting his hands slip off of her. Her skin felt like it was on fire where his touched lingered a bit too long.
She thanked him again before going to the kitchen to collect herself.
Calliope saw sweat beginning to collect at Elizabeth's forehead. "You good?" She asked.
"Yeah," she reassured. "It's just a busy night."
"Well if you need any help, just let me know." She said before picking up two dishes in the kitchen window. Elizabeth promised to just try and steer clear from the table until their meals were ready.
She carefully set down Bucky's meal last. "I guessed you for a medium rare kind of guy."
"You guessed correctly." He said. "This looks amazing."
"Is there anything else I can get you?"
"Just another round of drinks, but perhaps a surprise shot this time?" Tony ordered.
"Yes, sir."
She made quick work behind the bar. 1 ounce of grenadine, 1/2 ounce of whipped cream vodka, 1 ounces of vanilla schnapps, shaken with ice, poured into an empty shot glass and topped with a small thing of whip cream.
She never liked to taste the alcohol in her drinks. She prefered anything sweet and fruity and would trade beer for a cosmopolitan with heavy cranberry juice any day.
She brought the red shots over and placed them around, having to lean a bit to get them to everyone, being sure to be mindful of her feet this time.
"This is a little bit more sweet than the last one so if you don't like it I can just make another one no problem." She offered.
"I like sweet." Bucky smiled and she gave a smile back, just to be courteous.
Everyone seemed pleased with their drinks and service. They ordered another round of the bourbon drink she made earlier and Elizabeth began to clear plates and empty platters when Steve spoke up.
"What are you doing later?" Steve asked boldly. "After dinner we were going to go to Stark Towers and have a little get together." She was surprised at the offer and felt it would affect her tip if she just flat out said no. The murderous look Bucky flashed Steve went unnoticed.
"Oh, I'm scheduled to close." She lied. "I probably won't be getting off until 4 or so."
"Well no reason why we can't wait up." Tony tilted his head, almost as if he were challenging her.
"Oh you don't need to do that." Elizabeth urged. "Plus, I have to work tomorrow so I really need to go home and rest up." Something in her gut was telling her even those the were the same people who saved the world, protected Earth, and were regarded as unequivocally being the 'good guys', she needed to get the fuck out of there. "Anything else I can bring you? Dessert? Another round?"
"We're fine for now." Tony said. She gave a swift nod and a smile before retreating into the kitchen.
Elizabeth pulled Calliope away from the conversation she was having with the cook. "Hey! What's the deal?" She asked. "I'm trying to cop a free meal."
"I'm not feeling well and Jonathan said I could clock out at 12 since I came in to cover a shift and it's already 1:46. Do you think you can handle my table for the rest of the night?"
"We close in literally another hour, can you not just push through it?"
"Whatever they tip, I'll give you half." Her tone instantly shifted.
"Go home and get some rest, Birdie." She urged pushing Elizabeth toward the back room.
"Thank you, thank you," She said going to the computer in the back room and clocking out. She made haste getting her shit together while Calliope took care of New York's heroes.
"Hi, I'm Calliope and I'll be taking care of you for the rest of the evening."
"What happened to the other girl?" Steve asked pointing to the direction their previous waitress just fled.
"Oh, she wasn't feeling too well so I'll be taking care of you for the rest of the night. Is there anything I can get you? Maybe some more drinks or are we thinking a dessert?"
Steve shot Bucky a look. "I think we're good." He answered. Tony pulled a couple of hundreds from his wallet.
"Here is your tip, my dear." He handed her the money. "I'll be sure to give our waitress her tip when we come in next time. What was her name again?" Calliope told them. Bucky repeated her name, liking the way it felt coming from his mouth. Instantly he imagined him moaning it as he buried himself inside her.
To say Elizabeth ran to her apartment is accurate. She didn't know why but she had the feeling she was being followed, but she always did. Elizabeth always felt afraid of every shadow and strange noise in the darkness. Like something would reach out and grab her.
She finally relaxed when she locked the apartment door behind her. Mia, her 80 pound Rottweiler was ready and greeting her at the door. As intimidating as she was, she didn't growl, much less bark. She initially kept her with the intent of being a guard dog, but turns out she was a social butterfly.
She put on Mia's harness and took her outside to potty before the two of them went to bed. Pulling out her phone, she sent Calliope a text to check-in.
*So how did it go?*
*ok. Stark gave me a $300 tip. Said that you would get your tip next time they came in*
*youre fucking joking*
*i swear . They acted really weird whenI told them you left because you weren't feeling well.*
*shit you told them I wasn't feeling good?* *yeah whats the big deal?* *they asked me did I want to go back to Stark Towers after they finished* *holy shit why didn't you go?* *I just got a really weird feeling. I don't exactly feel comfortable with them.*
*why? They were so nice.* *idk it's just like a gut feeling. Did they stay long after I left?* *no they actually didn't order anything else and headed out.*
Mia finished her business and Elizabeth began to panic. Did she make them mad by refusing their offer? What's going to happen next time they come in? She was so caught up in being worried about having pissed off the strongest people in the world, she didn't even notice a set of eyes watching her, from a car parked across the street.
Stark Towers was dimly lit with they returned. The Avengers had quickly turned Stark Towers into their own home and headquarters after the battle in Wakanda. Tony resided in the penthouse. The floor below him was Steve, then Bucky followed by Sam, Bruce, Natasha and Wanda. Peter still lived with his aunt May and Strange resided... well no one really knew where Strange lived.
Everyone retired to the floor below Wanda's which served as the common area. There was a well stocked kitchen and walk-in pantry, a couple of couches and a pool table.
"So, that made for an interesting dinner." Steve said throwing his coat on a bar stool. "What do you think, Buck?"
"I think you were right, Steve." Bucky remarked taking off his own leather coat. "She's exactly what I had in mind."
"Well I suppose asking her out the old fashioned way isn't the route your taking." Tony remarked.
"I'll try to woo her a bit, but I'm not into a chase if that's what your asking."
"A chase worked for me and Pepper." He defended.
"Where is Pepper?" Peter asked.
"Oh, Pepper," he said. "That's right." His expression was of feigned surprise. "I suppose we forgot to invite her along before we left, Cap."
"I suppose we did." Steve sinfully smirked. "Let's go see if she's still busy."
Tony and Steve walked to the elevator, leaving the others in the common area. "So are you going to help Bucky train this one?"
"If he needs it." Steve offered. "I don't think she'll be much of a fighter. She was so scared she took off before we were even done eating. Not one for confrontation."
"I told Bucky he could borrow the mansion upstate when he was ready. It's hard disciplining them while in the city. You get too worried that they'll try and escape."
"Tell me about it." He said walking into Tony's penthouse. It was nothing short of state of the art. Everything was sharp and clean. They walked into a hallway, where at the end led into Tony's office. On the wall, there was a shelf. Steve rolled up his sleeves as Tony pulled a book, causing the bookcase to move to the side, revealing a hidden door.
Steve and Tony entered the room where Pepper's body hung from the ceiling. Her once perky and neat ponytail now sagged, stray baby hairs flying in different direction. Her arms and legs hogtied together, letting her hang in the air. Her head hung limply down, strings of drool pooling around her gag and falling on her chest. The sounds of her deep breathing and the low hum of the vibrator filled the room.
"So," Steve asked wrapping a hand around Pepper's throat. "Did we learn our lesson?"

Dead Girls Don’t Die
Part 1: We’ve got a live one
Tumblr media
Characters: MCU Tony Stark and Matt Murdock with female witch OC
Warnings: General mentions of death and violence, Abuse against minor by parent. Allusion to NonCon, mention of suicide, just a lot of trauma in general. Read at your own risk ⚠️
AN: I posted this on A03 so I thought I should post here too. Heads up the idea is that the main girl can see ghosts and she has a crap ton of trauma.
Word count 2.3k (sorry if it’s too long)
——————————————
The cold was delicious; it draped over me like a blanket, the edges kissing my skin and caressing my soul. It slowly slipped away leaving me shaking, not from chill, but from power. The witches had been coming for days offering their knowledge. Women from so many different eras with rich and diverse skills.
The dark witches always seemed to stick, all but the chaos they said they belonged to another. They bid me goodbye, placing kisses on my cheek and whispering blessings in my ears. I had always loved the spirits. Most are satisfied with one meeting or they choose to come and go, but a few stayed. Mostly the women, it was a sisterhood connection of sorts. Alice Brody, a 23 year old 1950s housewife, killed her husband for cheating on her after learning of her infertility.
Alice occupied her time in “The Grey” as the spirits called it by taking on a maternal role with me. She gave great housekeeping and sewing advice I was capable of multiple elaborate 50s style hairdos and whenever someone hurt me she comforted me by explaining exactly how she would murder them. Most female killers preferred poison. Alice was not like most.
Joan the depression era pickpocket eternally age 14. She could get into just about anywhere while human so she enjoyed the freedom of her specter- like form. She was stabbed to death over a five dollar debt. She still insists it was better than starving. Dorothy Montie rising star of the cotton club. Her voice was haunting, do deep and sad it could swallow you up. I don't know how she died, all I know is that it was bad and white men with Harlem accents send her running.
Wyatt, one of the few male ghosts, was a cowboy in New Mexico. He talked about his friend and fellow Cowboy Manuel like he was much more than that to him. He wouldn't let me summon him though and despite my hints at modern terms he refused to admit his feelings out loud.
Martin was the other man who stuck around. He was huge and his body was riddled with scars but he called me Miss Sylvia in the softest voice. I had told him that he didn't have to call me Miss but he had scolded me “Ms.Sylvia it ain't nothing like that, you've been good to me and good women are deserving of respect.” He had another name in life but in his words “Since I'm a free man now I oughta have a free name.”
With the aid of my reading skills and multiple history books from the institute's library, he had settled on Martin. No one could be perfect when it came to the topic of race, but despite the fact it wasn't his job Martin sure did help keep all of us in check. He taught himself how to read, and we had a system that whenever he tapped my hand I turned the page for him. Now with concentration he could do it on his own. He was honestly more educated on the current political climate than I was. In my defense he didn't need to sleep.
Being the most modern I had the fewest problems ( note fewest not nonexistent) but the others needed some work. Even though Dorothy had lived in a time with more rights she struggled with believing she was worth it. I wish I could help her but giving my opinion on her no matter how kind wouldn't help. It would only cement the idea that other people’s opinions controlled her. Martin coaxed her out of her shell. They made me believe in true love. How morbid that the best example of a healthy relationship had was two dead people from times nearly seven decades apart.
There was a nun Sister Anne who popped in from time to time. Child ghosts could scare the crap out of you especially if they weren't verbal but I had only ever encountered one who was dangerous. They mostly just wanted to play or be held and talked too. Alice adored them and I had to admit I did too.
“You doing alright Darling, I saw you had another visitor,” she smooths my hair with her cool fingers. Ghosts could be anywhere from seemingly the same temperature as my skin, to cold enough to leave red marks on my body. Alice just felt like someone with poor circulation. “I'm alright, it gets easier every time,” I reassure her.” “It must be such a queer feeling, absorbing another person.” “It's really not they just leave their knowledge, I know how to read ancient languages and cast spells like I know 1+1=2.”
“Cole you have visitors, time for cuffs,” one of the male orderlies shouts unceremoniously. I look up annoyed. “ I oughta teach these brutes a lesson in manners,” Alice huffs, her gray-white tones flashing into color. Her eyes are this striking blue and her blonde hair is in the softest curls. The only harsh things are her blood red lips and nails, and of course the malice in her eyes.
“You can try later Alice. We need to know who the visitors are” I whisper. I stand in position as the guard places the cuffs. They had medicated me to near death and no change in my “Severe Schizophrenia”. So they kept me on low dose antipsychotics and cuffed me in the presence of other patients.
Doug the orderly was superstitious, he recited the exorcism from the exorcist every time he had to check on me. God himself couldn't stop me from killing him if I wanted to so it was pretty useless. Lucky enough for Doug I didn't want to kill him. We had a ghostly entourage as he led me out to the visiting area. The news of living visitors brought everyone out from the grey.
Two men were waiting. One was definitely blind and most definitely a lawyer. The second was wearing an overpriced suit and a little too much confidence for his own good. As we neared I realized the latter was Tony Stark. It was impossible to escape tabloid magazines even living under the rock that was Michael Bronlittle’s hospital for the criminally insane.
“You can take the shackles off of Miss cole” the lawyer speaks. He had the seal of approval from Sister Anne “a good Catholic boy” Alice was raving about how handsome he was and Martin had heard of his humanitarian work in NewYork. He was good in my book. “Are you sure sir, she's killed two men?” Doug sounds shocked that he even considered it.
“Doug look me in the eyes” I say exasperated. I turn around and he looks at me like I might bite him. “Doug if I had any desire to harm you I would have done it by now, I have been here seven years and the only trouble I have ever caused was Jackson three years ago.”
“We both know for a fact he wasn't checking on me just like he wasn't checking on Marcie before she got pregnant and just like he wasn't checking on April before she killed herself.” I can see in his eyes he knows, everyone knew. I was going to end on that note but then I remembered I had a promise to fulfill.
“Also before you go your Aunt Perla says you need to man up and propose to Rebecca already and the secret ingredient in her pound cake is just sour cream not anything fancy.” Perla was a dear, but she was ready to go upstairs and didn't have the energy to deliver the message herself. He goes silent then he sputters and stutters. “We’ll take our chances with Curly Sue Lady of Darkness” Stark Quips. Doug uncuffs me and leaves locking the door behind him. He’d be okay. Eventually.
“Have a seat Ms.Cole?” says the Lawyer “Matthew, Matt Murdock” Martin informs me. “You can call me Sylvia Mr. Murdock, as can you Mr.Stark, it's best to be on a first-name basis with a girl before she performs a seance or discusses her motive for murder.” I state simply sitting down across from them.
“Manners Darling, small talk, polite language.” Alice reminds me looking disdainfully at the shocked faces in front of me. “Oh I'm terribly sorry I'm quite rusty when it comes to conversation. I don't get visitors so I assumed those would be the only reasons someone would bother to come here. I apologize.”
“That's alright I like to cut to the chase, small talk is overrated,” says Stark taking off his shades.” We need to know about your Father he invented a certain device of sorts that we need to know about. It's for the sake of humanity.” My body stiffens and I feel Alice's embrace Wyatt steps forward placing a hand on my shoulder
“Alan has never been my father and he never will be, the last time I saw him was when I killed him and I would do it again. Anything he ever touched turned twisted and broken. Anything he created wouldn't be for the better of anything.” I can feel my nails digging into the skin of my palms and the phantom pains on the parts of my body I can't technically feel anymore.
“Anything at all would be incredibly helpful to our case.” Mr. Murdock urges gently. I feel the floodgates in my mind break open. “What I remember Mr.Murdock doesn't matter in any court of law. I'm just the psycho little girl, the murderous schizophrenic, Humanities little freak show to ogle from time to time,” I snap.
“Everyone says it's such a tragedy, what happened to my poor poor Father. What kind of little girl comes up with such horrible things!? What kind of monster murders her own father and blames it on ghosts!?” I mock the comments I've heard over the years, as hot tears beginning to roll down my cheeks.
“According to society and a multitude of mental health professionals, I'm a violent schizophrenic with extreme and vivid delusions,” I repeat the diagnosis that’s been told to me time and time again. “They say that the only thing in my life that gives it any meaning or inkling of joy is made up in my head,”
I pause for a ragged breath but they still don’t dare to interrupt me Some days I don't know if what my father did to me caused it or if he didn't even do anything at all.” The words are strained. “Even I know I am not sane Mr. Murdock, and I have more faith in myself than anyone else” I finish looking up at them with contempt in my eyes. “Memories, anything at all?,” Stark questions me.
He crossed an invisible line in my head. “What I remember was a man Who was a Sadistic Narcissistic Sociopath, a pedophile and a necrophile.” the list nearly makes me vomit. “A man who got off on my pain and my fear. A man who I know within my heart of hearts killed girls before I killed him.” I look in their eyes silently begging them to believe me.
“The man I know invented and built all manner of things to hurt a person no, a child and not leave a mark.” I’m seething at this point. “A monster so good at manipulating that he did it from his grave.” No one believed me not over him. “Mr.Murdock, Mr.Stark I remember a man that exists to no one except for me and the ghosts of little dead girls.”They're watching pale faces as one does when someone breaks down in front of you. Somehow I just know what I need to do.
“Tony, your mother loves you more than anything and she says that you shouldn't worry about living up to your father because you're ten times the man he ever was and a thousand times better Father. “Mattie I hope you really have the devil in you because God has no domain over where I'm sending you.”
I grab a file and a pen sitting on the table and I begin to write out the address. “Matthew, your father wanted me to remind you that you don't have to win every fight you just gotta survive 'em,” I say, trying not to imitate the man’s accent. “The well at the front of the estate is real but the one in the garden is a tunnel.” I turn to Stark. “I wouldn't recommend visiting all you'll see is your little girl or if I'm as insane as they say you'll find nothing.”
They both start to ask questions but I silence them. “I know what I know. I've already talked more today than I have my entire life,” Maybe it's a deathbed confession of sorts I think to myself. “I truly wish the best for both of you” . I pause cringing at the intense feelings in my body. “I'm sorry for not being able to help you more and for the fuss I'm about to cause.” I'm partially aware of the fall from my chair as I lose control of my body to a Grand mal seizure. I swear I can hear death and the devil laughing at the irony. How funny, a dead girl that's afraid of dying.

sophia keener headcanons, facts and information;
these were all taken from an old multi of mine; most of these can be referenced in threads or used as plotting points between muses. most of these pertain to MCU, but most of it can be adapted. when i say harley i am referring to @goldshadows's harley.
Tumblr media
under a cut because this shit got long. if you read it i love you. thanks.
survived the snap. she was twelve when it happened; she watched harley disintegrate in front of her. she desperately tried to use his phone to call tony and ( most likely ) failed. if she does fail, she assumes that tony was taken during the snap.
was diagnosed with anxiety as a kid, and it's got worse as she's gotten older. she stopped therapy for awhile during the snap because 'why should i, everyone is suffering'.
undiagnosed PTSD after the snap / gets diagnosed sometime before endgame
since she's in new york city when the snap happens she calls number after number that she remembers in rose hill to see if her old friends are still alive. the phone lines are down. she sends letters. she hears back from maybe three people.
really loves animals. desperately wanted to save the planet. so imagine her devastation when thanos kills half of life.
used to think tony’s superhero name was ironing man
works at a froyo shop during the summer she’s sixteen years old
president of her high school’s science club in junior year, vice president during sophomore year
will get degrees in biochemistry and ecology at least, though she might not go to college directly out of high school.
takes a self defense course when she’s fourteen because the world is changing and she’s got to change with it. feels less badass than she thought she would.
the world has a lot of … fiction novels and movies and romcoms based off of the snap and sophia absolutely hates all of them. she lost her brother; she lost several friends. the only constant was her mother. to this day she has no idea if the father she never met disappeared for five years and people want to romanticize that?
her mother made her go to a counseling group for kids who lost siblings and she tried, she really did, but she just did not like it. maybe kept like, one friend out of it.
has never met her father, nor has he ever made any effort to contact her. he wouldn’t recognize her if they met on the street, though she would recognize him from a few old photos, maybe. she doesn’t have a good opinion of him. he left several months before she was born.
kept in touch with tony stark as much as harley did / ( dependent on plotting ) knew morgan and pepper as well during the years between IW and endgame
really really admires bruce banner and hopes to meet him one day ( and would absolutely die if he took her under his wing for mentorship like tony does with harley ) - he’s a well known scientist and she thinks that’s just really cool. she thinks it's cool that he's important too, not just the hulk.
sometimes refers to harley as her twin when he reappears, even though she knows he’s always going to be the older brother no matter what. she thinks she's funny.
sophia was a lot more outgoing as a kid than she is as a teenager, but she’s getting better now ( a lot of it is due to anxiety )
follows superheroes on social media. even ones she's never met. actively checks up on them.
honestly really into fandom and collectibles. pop funkos, hello kitty, dora the explorer (yes she STILL collects), etc.
enjoy sour candy (warheads) IMMENSELY
She does love Warheads, but she also loves Jawbreakers. When living in Rose Hill, she buys them all in bulk from the supermarket with any allowance money that she’s been given. When living in NYC, she discovers Dylan’s Candy Bar for the first time and goes absolutely haywire. ( on that note, she moved to NYC from Rose Hill with Harley and their mom sometime before the snap. )
sophia keener? you mean harley's little lab rat?
used to sit on roofs and throw grapes to bats despite her mother saying 'you're going to get rabies'.
the first time she got to go to a really big museum ( probably after moving to new york ) she definitely disappeared in the building and her mom had to go find her because wow look at everything and Rose Hill didn't have museums like that.
she does like NYC but it takes her awhile to get used to it. a rural girl at heart. sits in central park a lot because she misses nature, but you can still hear the cars and the city all around.
any time someone asks her if she's copying harley by being into science an angel loses it's wings
when harley lost his hand she studied prosthetics obsessively for a month.
goes to the same high school that peter and harley do. since they got snapped she's in their class. fucking menace. all she actually wanted to do on that school trip was by a cast iron pencil sharpener for her mom but no there had to go and be danger.
because their father wasn't there and their mother was at work a lot to keep them afloat, sophia does subconsciously consider her brother to be a parental figure as well as a brother, which makes it doubly hard when he comes back after the snap the same age as her.

Anthony’s Stupid Daily Blog (438): Mon 29th May 2023
I stayed off the internet all day so that I wouldn’t have the results of last nights AEW Double or Nothing pay per view spoiled for me. The battle royal featuring Orange Cassidy defending his International Championship against 20 different challengers was more entertaining than I expected but seriously fuck Tony Khan for having Jay White and Ricky Starks wasted in this fucking thing. It's cool that Cassidy had had the belt so long and he can use the fact that he now has more successful title defenses than any other AEW male wrestler to big himself up but I would have much preferred it if these successful title defenses came after feuds rather than just issuing open challenge after open challenge. The ladder match between Wardlow and Christian Cage was really good and was a great way for Wardlow to rebound after his sucky feud with Powerhouse Hobbs, hopefully they keep the momentum going and get Wardlow into another high profile feud straight away. Toni Storm beating Jamie Hayter for the Women's championship was certainly unexpected as I assumed that if any of The Outcasts was going to take it off her it would be Saraya. I'll be honest I wasn't very big on Hayter winning the belt in the first place. Not that she isn't good but just because there are better wrestlers than her on the roster who could have benefitted from the win, though I'm hoping this loss is going to set in motion a separation from and feud with Britt Baker. Kris Statlander returning and breaking Jade Cargill's legendary undefeated streak was really shocking. I'm a fan of Statlander so I'm happy for her but I still think AEW missed the mark by not going all out with her alien character and having it be full tongue in cheek like The Hurricane or Broken Matt Hardy. The world title Four Pillars match was amazing with all four participants pulling their weight even though I knew there was no chance that any of the three challengers would walk away with the title. The highlight was seeing all of them hit moves paying homage to their mentors with MJF hitting a Cross Rhodes, Jungle Boy hitting a Killswitch, Darby with a Scorpion Death Drop and Sammy with a Walls of Jericho. MJF also brilliantly covered for this not being the main event of the show by saying that he requested not to go on last because he didn't want to roll around in Jon Moxley's blood. This guy is a fucking genius. The main event pitting The Elite against the Blackpool Combat Club was amazing with the action going all over the arena and blood from every man being spilled. I enjoyed the spot where the Bucks double superkicked the lead singer of The Violent Idols to stop him playing Wild Thing. The finish of the match came as Don Callis interfered followed by his new protégé Konosuke Takeshita who cost The Elite the match. As excited as I am to see Takeshita paired up with Callis as he's one of the best hype men in the business (second only to Heyman), I'm also a tad disappointed because this seems to be confirmation that The Elite's feud with the BCC is going to continue and thus Punk's first feud back isn't going to be with The Elite.

Aew revolution predictions
As always this is who I think WILL win not nessacarily who I WANT to win.
John Silver and Alex Reynolds vs. Claudio Castagnoli and Wheeler Yuta : Blackpool combat club but I love TDO so much.
2P Mark Briscoe and The Lucha Brothers (Penta El Zero Miedo and Rey Fenix) (with Alex Abrahantes) vs. Ari Daivari and The Varsity Athletes (Josh Woods and Tony Nese) (with "Smart" Mark Sterling)
I mean gotta be Mark and the boys come on.
3 Christian Cage vs. "Jungle Boy" Jack Perry: Final Burial match
So not interested in this feud but gotta be Jack.
4 Chris Jericho vs. Ricky Starks: Singles match
The Jericho Appreciation Society are banned from ringside
Ughh another fued that should already have ended weeks ago but we know Christopher is that person so he's gonna win cause he doesn't put anyone over.
5 The Elite (Kenny Omega, Matt Jackson, and Nick Jackson) (c)
vs. The House of Black (Malakai Black, Brody King, and Buddy Matthews) Six-man tag team match for the AEW World Trios Championship.
I can't call this match (you'll see that a few times on this lol), I really can't call it , is it the HOBs time? Hell yeah but has it been built up to anyone taking the titles from the boys? No ...
Gonna go with the elite and hope it's wrong lol but I love them both so I'm good for whoever wins.
6 Jamie Hayter (c) vs. Saraya vs. Ruby Soho Three-way match for the AEW Women's World Championship
Jamie
But I feel there's gonna be shenanigans with Britt and Toni.
7 Jon Moxley vs. "Hangman" Adam Page : Texas Death match.
Okay now I'm gonna be watching this through my fingers, I love them both but it's time for Jon to have a break he's been carrying this company on his back for almost 8 months.
Team hangy .
8 Samoa Joe (c) vs. Wardlow Singles match for the AEW TNT Championship
Wardlowwwwwww he gotta win this feud.
9 The Gunns (Austin Gunn and Colten Gunn) (c) vs. The Acclaimed (Anthony Bowens and Max Caster) (with Billy Gunn) vs. Jay Lethal and Jeff Jarrett (with Sonjay Dutt and Satnam Singh) vs. Orange Cassidy and Danhausen Four-way tag team match for the AEW World Tag Team Championship:
YO LISTENNNNN , the acclaimed have been so over for a year taking the titles off them was a stupid idea give my boys there belts back!
I'd love to see Danhausen with a belt though...
10 MJF (c) vs. Bryan Danielson 60-minute Iron man match for the AEW World Championship
Honestly I don't know...
Are we getting Tony's usual build up good first defense lose? Or is he actually gonna pull the trigger on max ...
I'll go with Bryan but I'm honestly not sure
Team Blackpool championships club!!

You beamed at Carol when she walked into the kitchen, still bleary eyed from sleep as she stretched and ran a hand through her hair.
“Hey babe!” You grinned at her. “Guess who made pancakes?”
“You’re the best sweetie.” She murmured, wrapping around your back and nuzzling into your hair. “We’ll make a housewife out of you yet.”
You laughed as she moved to pour herself some coffee when there was a sudden pounding on the front door.
“Danvers!!” A low voice shouted through the door. “Open up, its Rogers!!”
“Shit!” She hissed, looking around frantically as she tried to find someplace to stash you.
“Would you relax?” You said as you rolled your eyes at her. “He has to find out sometime.”
“Yeah, but not today! He already sounds pissed. One second!!” She shouted back, throwing on some sweats. “Just find somewhere to hide, I don’t feel like dealing with this today.”
She moved to open the door as you shook your head at her, weighing your hiding place options.
“Hey Steve, what’s up?” She said, nonchalantly as she let him inside.
“What’s up? Have you watched the news yet this morning?” He seethed as he stormed into the kitchen.
“Oh no. What did she do?” Carol said, taking a deep breath and cursing you in her head for whatever shit storm you’d started now.
“I can’t even talk about it, I’m so mad.” He growled, moving to pour himself a cup of coffee without even asking. “Even Stark was pissed, and he’s usually pretty lenient.”
“Uh-huh.” Carol said as she chewed on her lip and nibbled on a piece of bacon.
“She managed to drag Thor into it, too. We may have to move her to a full time handler, one that she can’t corrupt.” He said, starting to calm down a little bit. “We’re having a meeting about it in 30 minutes, just wanted you to be prepared. How would you feel about taking her on?”
Carol heard a snort from somewhere in the apartment and did her best not to whip around to find you. Unfortunately Steve heard it to with his damn super soldier hearing.
“What was that?” He hissed, his eyes darting all over the quarters.
“Uh, my smoke alarm’s been acting up.” Carol muttered, trying to usher him out the door. “I’ll think about it, see you soon!”
She slammed the door closed and started searching for you.
“What the fuck did you do, baby?” She asked, scanning the apartment for you.
“Y’know, I think I’m gonna leave that for a surprise.” She heard from above her head and shot her gaze upwards.
You had somehow managed to wedge yourself into a tiny corner in the ceiling of the hallway leading to her bedroom. She was giving you a disapproving look as you dropped to the floor with a grunt and grinned at her.
“You think you can handle me babe?” You said as you moved to the bedroom to get dressed.
——————————————————————————
The two of you were sitting across from each other in the conference room half an hour later, trying to act like you didn’t fuck each other’s brains out every chance you got.
Or, at least Carol was. You were sliding your foot up the inside of her leg as she glared murderously at you and you just grinned like an idiot. She shook her head at you and turned to look at the giant screen where Tony was pulling up the surveillance footage as the rest of the team gave you exasperated glances.
“Oh, here we go, we’re getting to the good part.” Tony said, giving you a meaningful look as he slowed the footage down. “Now who’s this guy you just punched in the face and then threw across the club like a rag doll?”
“I think that’s the Duke of Edinburgh.” You said with a shrug, leaning back in your chair.
“No, that’s the Duke of Sussex, y’know, the queen’s nephew.” Nat said as she took a long drink of her coffee, looking exhausted.
“Oh shit, really?” You said, still grinning like an idiot. “Whoops.”
“And wait, here’s where Point Break blows all the lights in the club, which he says was your idea, so the two of you can make a run for it.” Stark said when the video suddenly went black.
“We weren’t making a run for it, we were pursuing our suspect.” You said, staring daggers at Thor as he tried to sink into his chair.
“Uh-huh, and did you catch your suspect?” Steve said through gritted teeth.
“Yeah, he’s in holding right now.” You said with a shrug.
“What?! Why wasn’t that in your report?” Rogers said as he started to dig through the pile of paperwork in front of him.
“I haven’t completed the report yet, Captain Rogers.” You said lightly. “I made sure to update Captain Danvers though.”
“Let’s not get off track, this is about you assaulting a member of the royal family.” Tony said as he tried to redirect the conversation.
“He assaulted me first! He grabbed my ass and made some very ungentlemanly comments about what he would do if he got me in his car.” You said, pouting as you rested your head on your hands.
“He did grab her ass, Stark. I saw it.” Thor piped up before Rogers shot him a look and he went back to inspecting his coffee.
“So you threw him? That seems like a bit of an overreaction.” Tony said with an uncomfortable shrug.
“It’s a reflex, Stark.” You said, your eyes rolling back in your head as the other women frowned at him. “Sorry, I don’t think putting up with sexual harassment is in my job description.”
“Ok, ok fine. Nat, is there anyway you can spin this?” Stark said, turning to Romanoff as she let out a deep sigh.
“Yeah, the man is a pretty notorious dog, shouldn’t be too hard.” She muttered.
“Great! Excellent meeting team, see y’all at the next one!” You said, starting to stand up before Steve turned his attention to you.
“No, we still need to discuss your recklessness, Y/L/N.” He seethed, shooting you a scowl that you returned with a mocking air that had Carol trying to hold back a snort. “I’ve thought about it a lot and I think the best course is to have you under more direct supervision. I considered splitting up you and Odinson but I feel like that would just spread the chaos around after how much you’ve corrupted him.”
You shot a grin and a wink at Thor that he returned as the two of you finally relaxed, but Steve was still talking.
“So, Danvers is going to be accompanying you on your missions now. I feel like her levelheaded attitude is just what’s needed to keep you two in line.” He said with a satisfied smirk.
“Uh, you sure Danvers is the best choice there, Cap?” Tony said whole Nat snickered into her coffee.
“Yeah, why wouldn’t she be?” Steve said as he looked around at everyone’s amused expressions with confusion.
“They’re fucking each other Steve.” Nat said nonchalantly, sending Steve into a spluttering fit as you started cackling and Carol just rolled her eyes and groaned.
“What?!” Rogers roared, his eyes moving frantically between you and Carol as you grinned at him like an idiot. “How long has this been happening?”
“Six months.” Carol said resignedly, taking a gulp of coffee as she shrugged uncomfortably. “Didn’t really feel like dealing with the paperwork.”
“Si... six months?” Steve groaned, burying his face in his hands. “And you didn’t think that might be a conflict of interest?”
“Don’t worry Cap, Danvers is quite the disciplinarian.” You said with a wicked grin as you waggled your eyebrows suggestively.
Carol growled at you and gave you a meaningful look, and you just rolled your eyes at her before leaning back on your chair and propping your boots on the conference table.
“Well... shit.” Steve sighed, running his palm over his face in exasperation. “I guess Bucky can probably oversee some of your ops, and I’ll take over the rest of them. What?”
You and Thor both groaned at that, rolling your eyes at each other.
“Just, Barnes? Could you pick a bigger stick in the mud?” You said with a shrug. “I mean, we get it dude. You were tortured by evil scientists for years who turned you into a mindless killing machine, who wasn’t? And, I love you Steve, but do you even drink?”
“Ok, we’re gonna head out now.” Carol said as she frowned at you, stepping between you and Steve before a real fight broke out. “Guess we’ll report to HR as soon as we can.”
“Uh-huh.” Rogers mumbled, pouting a little as she ushered you out of the room.
Nat followed after the two of you lazily, shaking her head at Steve and Tony as Stark and Thor tried to assure the Captain that he was loads of fun to be around and a blast at all their parties.
“Congrats again you two.” She said with a grin as she split down a different hallway to her own quarters.
“Thanks Nat! You ever gonna tell him about you and Wilson?” You yelled after her, laughing when she flipped you off over her shoulder. “Told ya they knew, babe.”
“Yeah.” She mumbled before grinning at you. “So, you beat up a royal?”
“Shit. In my defense, I didn’t know he was a royal until after I threw him.” You said, following her down the hall back to her apartment. “I thought he was just a smarmy asshole.”
“That’s the problem, sweetheart.” She purred over her shoulder. “You never consider the consequences of your actions.”
“That’s all I think about, babe.” You said with a wicked grin as you waited for her to open the door.
“And now you’re dragging poor Thor into your messes.” She tutted, shaking her head at you as she closed the door and stripped off her jacket. “If I didn’t know better I’d think you had a little crush on that himbo.”
“If you didn’t know better?” You beamed at her, starting to unbutton your jeans and step out of your boots. “Honey, he’s a literal god. I have a massive crush on him.”
“Oh, are you trying to make me jealous?” She ripped off her tank top and threw it aside. “Cuz I’m already pissed at you.”
“Yeah? What’re you gonna do about it?”
She stepped forward and gripped your jaw tightly, smashing her mouth to yours as she started steering you towards the bedroom. You yelped when she tossed you on the bed, grinning as she climbed on top of you.
“You’re such a bad girl.” She growled at you, ripping your bra off in one quick motion.
You screamed when she slapped your tit harshly, the stinging sensation warming your chest while she bent to open the top drawer of the nightstand.
“I am. I’m fucking horrible.” You gasped as she rifled around. “What are you doing?”
She grinned at you as she straightened back up, holding a set of extra shiny looking restraints.
“These are vibranium.” She cooed as she grabbed your wrists and dragged them above your head, hooking them through the headboard as you panted underneath her. “I stole them from R and D, and there’s no way even you can break out of them.”
“Yeah, we’ll see.” You said around a smirk, giving your hands a test yank and nodding appreciatively as Carol shackled each of your feet to the opposing bedposts.
She bit her lip as she stared at you, your legs spread wide over the bed and making your back arch. You moaned as she tore off your panties and slapped your pussy, your muscles twitching as arousal seeped out of you.
“Mmm, you look so good like this.” She mumbled, sliding down until she was laying between your thighs. “Can’t decide whether I should edge you all night or make you come so many times you forget your own name.”
She ran her tongue over your slit in a heavy stripe and you let out a shriek as you came as soon as she reached your clit. She pressed your hips into the mattress as she lashed her tongue against your bundle of nerves, making your legs quiver with the strain of your orgasm.
“Looks like you made my decision for me.” She grinned at you before diving back in.
Her tongue swirled through your folds expertly, sucking your lips into your mouth and humming against you as your pussy started clenching around nothing. She wrapped her lips around your clit and you came again with a sob as your limbs pulled against the restraints, your body trying to arch off the bed.
She shoved her tongue inside you and you screamed as another orgasm crashed over you when her teeth brushed against your tiny bundle of nerves. Carol kept curling her tongue inside you as you vibrated underneath her, moaning as your release flowed into her mouth and soaked her chin.
“Fuck, Carol!” You whined as she sat up between your legs and lightly ran her fingers over your inner thighs. “That was almost too much.”
“Oh, we’re not done yet.” She smirked as she watched you panting underneath her, reaching for the bedside table again while you squirmed.
“Hey!” you exclaimed as she pulled out a massive dildo from the drawer of toys. “Is that my stormbreaker? I’ve been looking for that!”
“Yeah, well I wanted to see what all the fuss was about.” She murmured before dragging the length on the thing through your slick coated folds, making you keen. “Did you know this thing comes with a thruster?”
“Yeah, why do you think I bought it?” You teased before your eyes rolled back in your head as she shoved it inside you.
She started fucking you with the toy at a punishing pace, grinning as you came apart like putty in her hands. Tears started leaking down your cheeks when she turned the vibrating function on and angled it so it was teasing against your clit with each push.
You whined as she bent over you and wrapped her lips around your nipple and swirled her tongue around it. She grinned against your chest as you tried to arch into her mouth, your restraints still holding you in place.
“Mmm, you gonna come again baby?” She muttered, nipping at the curve of your breast as your body started twitching, your release looming over you as you sobbed wordlessly. “Do it, you look so pretty when you fall apart.”
She twisted her wrist and you shrieked as your pussy fluttered wildly, your release leaking out around the dildo and pooling on her sheets. Your cried as she kept fucking you through it, wet sloshing sounds filling her bedroom as the toy slid in and out of you easily.
You let out an inhuman wail when she turned on the thruster and you felt the tip of the toy punch you in the cervix, coming again immediately as your body writhed wildly.
“Shit, I see why you love this thing.” She smirked as she kissed her way up your chest, still shoving the toy into your overworked cunt as your body went lax, your head polling to the side and drool leaking from the corner of your mouth. “You think about Thor fucking you when you use this, babe? Maybe I should bring him in here to fuck you stupid while I watch, would you like that?”
You just mumbled stupidly as your body shook with another orgasm, sinking into the bed in your fucked out state. Her slap snapped you out of it, making you take in a sharp breath as your brain rebooted.
“I asked you a question.” She growled as she twisted the toy again and you let out a low moan.
“I feel like this might be a trap.” You gasped as she palmed at your breast and laid down against your shoulder, still thrusting the toy into you viciously.
“That sounds like a yes to me.” She purred, nuzzling into your neck as she gave the toy a final push.
You screamed as she pulled it out of you suddenly, your release squirting out of you in a violent rush. Your body thrashed violently with the power of your orgasm and Carol cursed as you snapped her headboard and bedposts, the bed frame shuddering before one of the legs gave out and it sank to the floor with a crash.
“Holy fuck, you ok?” She asked, sitting up and grinning at you as she assessed the damage you’d caused.
“Yeah.” You said, swallowing thickly as you moved your limbs with a groan. “At least we know the cuffs work! Sorry about your bed.”
“Don’t worry about it.” She murmured, grabbing the key and unlocking the restraints before pulling you back against her chest. “We’ll just use yours I guess.”
“Are you gonna move in with me? I think that may give Rogers an aneurysm.”
“He’ll get over it.” She shrugged as you nuzzled into her chest. “Now, how do you think we should approach Thor?”
“What?! You were serious?”

Highways and Heart Eyes
A/N: hi it’s been a while...(?) unrelated but the brie larson thing that’s going around is stuck in my head because it’s like 60% of my fyp on tiktok rn. this is inspired/based on a story my mom told me last week lmao
A/N #2 (edit): so i’m an idiot and i forgot to give it a title but if anyone noticed that before i edited it, no you didn’t.
Pairing(s): Natasha Romanoff x Reader
Warning(s): none? my really bad attempts at writing flirting?
Steve can say with one-hundred percent certainty that I-95 is simultaneously one of the greatest and worst things built in his time in the ice. The potholes are concerning enough, add to it the barely-bright-enough street lights and the exhausted, largely untrustworthy drivers racing their way home at almost midnight?
He almost prefers fighting Nazis or the Chitauri.
The drive itself has been boring thus far, but he thinks it might be taking a weird turn when he finds a car sitting on the side of the highway, its driver leaning against the hood flailing their unoccupied arm around while the other holds something up to the side of their face.
Steve puts his blinker on, pulling his Stark-issued (as Tony loves to call it) car up to the parked vehicle.
“Everything alright?” he asks, wincing when the person flinches at his voice. “Sorry, didn’t mean to startle you.”
“I’m fine, just waiting for a friend,” the person answers automatically. They slide their phone into their pocket with a sigh, finally turning to Steve. “Oh my god, you’re Captain America.”
“Please, Steve is fine,” he answers with a soft laugh, trailing off in a silent question.
“Y/N,” they offer in return, their hands fidgeting.
“Nice to meet you, Y/N. Are you sure there’s nothing I can do to help?” he asks one more time; something tells him their earlier remark was a way to ward off creeps, not an actual response to his question.
Y/N looks at the passing traffic for a moment, their eyes squinting in contemplation. “Yeah, actually,” they say through a sigh. “My car’s out of gas and my phone just died…”
“Ah, I see. Let me call a friend of mine and we’ll have you back on the road in no time,” he offers with a smile, already slipping his phone out of his own pocket.
“Thanks, Captain,” they say with a mischievous smile as Steve laughs again.
“Steve,” he jokingly reprimands as he dials the first name he sees on speed dial. “Hey, Nat, I need a favor…”
•••
Steven Grant Rogers is an idiot. A brilliant soldier, a great man, an amazing friend, a fantastic leader (usually), but he is still an idiot out of work and off the field.
He called Natasha at eleven-forty-three at night to ask her to drive all the way to the outskirts of Cecil County, Maryland from New York City, just so she could sit with a complete stranger while he drives to the nearest gas station (it’s forty minutes away, because of course there’s major traffic tonight). If she’d known he just needed to refill someone’s tank, she would’ve stopped and gotten it on the way over.
Though, the person in not-so-perilous peril is pretty cute.
“I’m so sorry,” you ramble for the millionth time. Natasha just smiles and waves you off.
“It’s fine, I promise.” She means it, just as much as the first time she said it. It’s the thirty-seventh, not that she’s counting.
“Yeah, but, you’re an Avenger and like- you probably need as much sleep as you can get and now you’re wasting your night basically babysitting me and-”
“Hey, hey, breathe. I promise this isn’t a waste of my time. It’s not every day I get to spend time with a beautiful person,” Natasha interrupts. Honestly, how you manage to say so much in so little time is baffling.
You look down, and she can just barely make out the small smile on your face. You don’t say anything after that, and Natasha finds your suddenly-flustered state adorable.
“So,” she says. Why not start a conversation? Best way to figure out if you’re secretly a threat or not, it is her job after all. Not because in the fifteen minutes she’s known you, you’ve given her a sense of peace she’s never experienced before, she tells herself. “What were you doing out so late?”
“Oh, I was visiting a friend for the weekend, I’m on my way back to New York now,” you answer. It’s interesting how easily you’ve let your guard down around her.
Natasha hums, nodding her head as you continue to ramble about your trip. She finds herself smiling the more you talk, and eventually she asks you how you and your friend met.
“We met at NYU, she was my girlfriend’s roommate our first two years. Then we broke up and she became my roommate.”
Natasha’s eyebrow raises at the first ‘girlfriend,’ but she frowns when your smile falters. “I’m sorry.”
“Oh, no, it’s fine. It was what, four years ago?” you answer, your smile already back. “I think she’s on the west coast now, probably living out her dream as some old, rich, white guy’s newest plaything.”
Natasha can’t help but laugh, you sound so optimistic and innocent and yet the insult is anything but.
“And what about you? Living out your dream in the Big Apple?” Natasha asks.
You sigh almost dreamily, “Yeah, I work at a boxing club for kids in Queens. We teach them self-defense and give them a place to stay if they need it. Spider-Man actually stopped by a few weeks ago, said he was ‘in the neighborhood.’”
“That’s amazing,” Natasha says honestly.
“It was, he let some of the older kids try out his web shooters.” The redhead holds back a laugh at your obliviousness.
“I meant your job,” she corrects gently.
“Oh,” you laugh. “Yeah, I’m just trying to do my part to help people,” you reply softly. “I didn’t have a lot growing up, and my parents were never really around. I don’t want what happened to me to happen to them, too.”
“You are… something else, Y/N…” she trails off, hoping you catch on.
“Y/L/N,” you supply.
“It’s nice to meet you, Y/N Y/L/N.”
“You too, Natasha Romanoff.” The two of you laugh as Steve’s car finally approaches.
•••
Three days go by and you can’t get your conversation with the Black Widow out of your head. Looking back, you realize she was definitely flirting with you, and you were just too exhausted and oblivious to notice. It’s embarrassing to say the least, but you doubt she even remembers. It was probably just her way of filling the silence.
You internally sigh, refocusing on your surroundings.
“Jab,” you instruct, holding your target pads-clad hands up. Henry, one of the newer kids at the gym, throws his left arm forward, his feet sliding as his glove makes contact with yours. “Stand your ground, plant both feet down firmly.”
The kid corrects his stance, smiling when you nod your head in approval.
“Jab, again.” He hits the target, and you smile again when he doesn’t slip. “Nice job, buddy. Take five. And get some water!” you yell after him as he runs to the bench.
You take your gloves off as the front door’s bells chime, turning to greet the guest. “Hey, welcome, I’ll be right… with you…” you trail off as you make eye contact with a certain redhead.
“You wouldn’t happen to know a Y/N Y/L/N, would you?” she asks playfully. She leans on the front counter as you jog your way over.
“Maybe, anything they might be able to help you with?”
Natasha watches as a kid walks up to you, asking for help with her boxing wraps. “Well,” she watches the way you simultaneously help the little girl and watch Natasha with ease. “I was told there’s this awesome place that helps kids learn how to fight, and I thought I’d stop by and show ‘em how an Avenger does it. Plus, I heard Spider-Man was here once, and I think having the Black Widow come by would be a much cooler story to tell.”
You laugh, ruffling the kid’s hair before whispering to her that she’s good before turning back to the Avenger. “I- Thank you,” you say softly. “You didn’t have to do tha-”
“No, but I wanted to. Plus, I was wondering if you wanted to get coffee after your shift?” she says as you lead her towards a locker in the back.
“You can put your stuff in here, they’re employee lockers, so no one’ll mess with them,” you tell her when she glances around the room. “And yeah, I’d like that.”
Natasha beams, and it’s immediately ingrained into your mind forever. Maybe getting stuck on a busy highway wasn’t too bad after all.

I wish you would write a fic where Howard is the ultimate helicopter dad even once Tony is a legal adult with a job and living on his own aka Howard goes to the bar/club/brunch/yoga practice with Tony and is terrified of being replaced.
I’m so happy everyone knows I’m always down to write “actually a good dad” Howard lmaooooooo:
Tony gets kidnapped once at the age of five. Peggy and Jarvis disappear for three hours and return with a very giggly boy, and Howard crumples to the ground when he realizes that things could have been so much worse if he didn’t have such good (and dangerous) friends. Tony doesn’t seem to have any lingering trauma, but that just means they’re lucky, and it could happen again.
So he keeps a closer eye on Tony, invites him into the workshop to show him things, has Peggy and Jarvis teach him self-defense, urges Tony and Maria into the kitchen so he can learn to cook and not depend on others for (possibly drugged) food, and does not make playdates for Tony outside somewhere with security.
Tony decides to go to MIT at fourteen to get away from his overbearing father, not because he actually wants to leave high school. There’s a setback when his parents convince the dean to let him live off-campus and Howard pops in on him every day regularly, but Maria actually takes him aside and explains that it’s not really fair to make him, at fourteen, room with an eighteen-year-old, and as he’s still a minor, they still have a responsibility to care for him.
Howard only stops showing up every day regularly when he comes to visit Tony and he gets a wooden chair to the head and a stern talking to by some kid named James Rhodes who had him mixed up with an older student who was hounding Tony for an “in” to work at Stark Industries, and well. James Rhodes has made it clear he can and will protect Tony, and he’s over a lot, so. He allows Tony a smidge more freedom. (“Did it physically hurt you to do that?” Peggy asks him, and Howard bellows ‘yes’ loud enough that it makes Jarvis drop a glass in the kitchen.)
One night Maria starts getting texts one evening while she’s trying to relax since Howard is.... out somewhere, he didn’t really say. Finally, she sighs and picks up her phone to find multiple ‘come get your husband!!!!!!!!’ texts from Tony, along with pictures of Tony covering his face in embarrassment at a club while several women are hanging all over Howard, clearly simpering for him. Howard, to his credit, looks absolutely bewildered by the turn of events. Maria stares at the TV, where she is watching a very interesting documentary, then looks at her glass of wine that she’d been about to nurse while waiting for Ana to return with the liquor for cocktails. She thinks about it for only a moment before she texts back, “Perish. Don’t let your father have anything blue” and then shuts her phone off.
Anyway it only comes to an end when Tony is twenty-eight and gets a protective boyfriend and Howard was up in arms about it up until Tiberius Stone approached Tony at one of Maria’s galas and Steve just straight up coldcocked him mid-word.
“Do we seriously need to give your dad a key to our new place,” Steve asks Tony desperately.
“He’ll just break in if we don’t,” Tony says, like it’s a reasonable argument. “And I don’t know why you’re so up in arms about this when it’s really my mom you really have to fear.”
“Fuck,” Steve whispers to himself, rubbing his face tiredly.
