Your Pokemon headcanons are always SO great to read through! Could I share more of my own, although these ones might be too much. My brain has been floating around these HCs in my head for a while now.

Tulip owns around 3 or 4 Galarian Rapidash. Despite this, I actually do not think Tulip is a horse girl or any type/variant of a horse girl. She does ride them, but not often or consistently thanks to her jobs. Those Galarian Rapidash were actually gifts from when she travels to Galar for either a business trip, vacation, or something else. They are extremely well taken care of and maintained (by whoever Tulip hires, I can't see her doing it by herself alone sadly; especially because of her status and jobs.), but they are not a primary priority. Tulip still stops by the stables to give her Rapidash apples and pats whenever she could though.

Tulip is still intent on keeping them and in good shape, because she wants to have Galarian Rapidash riding dates with Dendra. Dendra has ridden one of Tulip's Galarian Rapidash and both of them ridden together (same steed or separate steeds) already, but Tulip doesn't think those count because they were not officially on a date during them as they were 'hanging out like old friends' like Dendra puts it (Dendra is too oblivious and Tulip has high standards for what counts as a date).

Dendra, although not a horse girl, still has horse girl energy to her. She definitely rode her Paldean Tauros before, similar to bucking bull rodeo, and had more injuries and trips to Miriam than she could count. Dendra thinks Tulip's Galarian Rapidash are badass sword horses (& has called them that) and attempted to play-fight with them. Tulip, not wanting Dendra to get stabbed by Galarian Rapidash's horn, put a stop to it. Dendra has carried a G-Rapidash bridal style at least twice. Neither of them is particularity good at horseback riding (both are decent or OK at best).

After a while Dendra starts to bring Miriam with her when she goes over to Tulip's stables. Miriam, I personally think, is a horse girl and she dotes on the Galarian Rapidash and they adore her back. Miriam always gives them healthy treats, quick checkups to see to make sure they're healthy (G-Rapidash pass with flying colors everytime) and brushes their manes. Galarian Rapidash love to give her nuzzles and return 'hugs' from her. I feel that Miriam would be a generally great rider or at least far better than either Dendra or Tulip. Tulip is thinking of giving Miriam one or two of her Galarian Rapidash, but worries that the unicorn(s) would get in the way of Miriam's nursing job. Ironically, Galarian Rapidash would actually be beneficial to Nurse Miriam's duties.

Do you have any top favourite scenes from the show/comics?

First, anon, thank you for your patience while I thought long and in-depth about this. I love the show so much, it's easy for me to come up with 30 different examples of moments I love but that's not very exclusive ^^;

Some of my top scenes, in my rewatch of season 1 I'm undergoing at the moment, have been the little character-building moments between the Manhattan clan. For all of it's behind-the-scenes production struggles, "Enter Macbeth" has some very nice character interplay between Lexington, Brooklyn, and Goliath. "Sorry I was too busy WRITHING in AGONY to notice," and *DISTANT ROARING* "Looks like Bronx found Goliath," come to mind as moments that make me smile.

Another of my top favorite moments, (putting aside all OwenPuck scenes because otherwise this answer would be all about him, lmao) is the scene where Coyote and Dingo break The Pack out of jail. Fox reading Jean-Paul Sartre. "Nietzsche's too butch and Kafka reminds me of your little friends over there." The excellent sequence where Dingo breaks into the building with his powersuit and unleashes high-key horror imagery on the prison guard. It all fits so neatly together, and is such a well-paced scene it feels so luxurious in what it gives you. It's a top-tier scene for a season opener.

I've talked previously about "Kingdom," and what a great episode it is - I think what it really comes down to for me for "favorites" is how lived-in an episode feels. There's a lot of great character work in Gargoyles, which is one of the reasons people keep going back, in that it feels like a tangible world. When Matt comes back home to his tiny little apartment and loosens his tie and then gets startled by Broadway waiting for him. They way the clan collects Cagney to take care of back at the clock tower once it's apparent Elisa isn't coming back (an small but important detail not to forget, from a writing perspective - she's got a cat!) The dramatic but relatively domestic drama of the mutates in the Labryinth (oh no, someone in your underground collective is a major asshole!) Owen also sitting at David's desk with his jacket off and his tie loose. The little details like this make the show feel less like a cartoon where someone opens their closet and has ten of the same outfit as a gag, but like a world that belongs to the characters who live in it. If that makes sense?

Truly, the list does go on, but I'm going to transition to the comics now :)

I need to read the SLG run again; I've read it multiple times, but sometimes the more disparate quality of it's narrative and artistic elements distract me from forming a coherent opinion. But I adore the following moments:

Owen and Delilah bring Free Will to the Table

This is an interesting little interplay that frustrates me on the whole because I'm not entirely sure the Goliath / Thailog part of it is earned, but it does develop Delilah's sense of personhood in the narrative and also gives us a window into Puck's code-of-ethics-as-Owen. Goliath makes a mistake (girlfriends can be won like a prize) but Owen says essentially "Aren't you going to ask her what she wants? Doesn't she have free will?" which is a fascinating conk-on-the-noggin for the faerie-stuck-as-a-mortal-and-is-your-part-time-nemesis to deliver to the protagonist of your story.

And it does deliver in that Delilah says, "Fuck all this" (i wish she literally said that) and ends the party without being hitched to either Goliath or Thailog. She itches something in me because she's claiming some agency. She didn't ask to be here (who does, tbr) and was created from the DNA of two very complicated, very different women (who were unwilling donors to top it off) for the purposes of satisfying Thailog's desire for a romatic partner. NOT OKAY! What does Delilah want? For so much of her existence, what she's wanted has been a foregone conclusion (in that, it doesn't matter) and any move she makes in the narrative on her own agenda is one more step towards actualizating her sense of self. That being said - I would like more Delilah.

Shari = Shaharazade

Shari is such an interesting, stand-out character to me, and I wish she'd been around in the show because I'd love to see her animated. She's mystery wrapped in mystery - her motives are so opaque! She's a high-ranking Illuminati member who has presumably been alive for thousands of years - and she's helping Thailog for some inscrutible reason. I get really excited when she shows up. I'm also interested to see how Thailog and Shari pose as narrative foils to Xanatos and Co in the future, given their parallel but opposing structure.

Mary, Finella, and Brooklyn's timedance adventure begins

I think the last two issues of the SLG run were the strongest, and the content in them literally made me shriek when I read it. For one, you've got delicious interplay between Brooklyn's existence in the narrative. He's from the past in the future in the past in the present. Mary and Finella's relationship is great (and for the part of me that reads with shipping goggles - gay, please? they can bond over missing their kids and then kiss about it....a fine lady and her handmaiden, nothing to look at here boss, no sir!) Truly I want more Mary, Finella, and Brooklyn adventures. I think the beginning of their story was the best thing to come out of the 2006 comics run. Also, "You named the horse Magus?" "Something about his face...." (Magus confirmed horsey face🐴✨ ✊😔)

As for the new runs, I'm soaking it all in. I'm very excited for Quest - I don't have a "Top Favorite" scene from it yet, though I very much enjoy the fact we're getting a fleshed out picture of the NYC world of organized crime as it exists in Gargoyles. I like that they're all scared shitless of Uncle Dracon and I want him to show up more, he's been a very interesting player in the plot. I also really like the sequence where Renard says his goodbyes to his friends and family, even if it does implode ~10k words of unpublished fic I have on my Google Drive. But that's what the canon non-compliant tag on AO3 is for 👍! This is the short way to say I think Titania should be scarier. Like, shit-your-pants scary. I love women.

I’m not the anon who asked this but I find it really hard to narrow down what Harry’s of yours are my top picks to be with! BUT this doesn’t apply what are my fave stories of yours! In no particular order:

1) A good boy Harry is absolutely so top tier! I NEED him so badly it’s insane how much I’ve thought out him once the story ended lol he’s so sweet yet so confident and so charming it makes me GIGGLE IN A SWEET WAY! I’m in love with him lol he’s so emotional and expressive of his emotions which I adore!

2) Scientist’ Harry!!!! He is absolutely so hot to me for many reasons! He’s smart obviously lol and He’s a guy in STEM that actually respects women! Because as a women in stem the guys be little any non-masculine person so much it’s crazy how often and normalized that is. Anyways I know this Harry WOULD NEVER!! And I constantly think of how he might be once he taps into his more dominant side in bed solely because of the latest check in you did with him. That bit of jealousyrry and the slight breeding kink did something to me! If you ever have time can we please get another check in on them?

3) Mixed Signals Harry! Or Best Friend Harry! I am a slut for friends to lovers and since they are CHILDHOOD friends to lovers is just so perfect! I just love how this trope gives so much to work with in the sense it has so much mutual pinning and angst! And I just love it.

4) the con artist Harry is definitely one that comes to mind! I LOVE HIM

this is a bit shorter as I can’t properly envision a taller insert or their experience (given that I myself am only 5’2”), but feel free to request again if you’d like a new set of headcanons.

note : not really confident in the format of this post and how I portrayed the character as I haven’t written for Hunter much and am only able to base his characterisation on available clips and the wiki. so this may be reworked in the future.

Hunter is around 6’1”, meaning that he’s already quite tall. So, he’d probably prefer a s/o that’s around his height or taller for a multitude of reasons.

He doesn’t have to crane his neck downwards to talk to or kiss you

You’re able to do things for yourself and he doesn’t feel the need to constantly protect you from the world

(Though he will still be rather protective of you due to the risks posed by his position in the coven)

He can be the little spoon comfortably and hugs are just so much better

If you were the same height as him…

Hunter would definitely take to resting his head on your shoulder just to be intimate or to tease you (by whispering directly in your ear)

He wouldn’t make as many comments about your height given how you’re always roughly eye to eye

It’s wind anon! Coming to react to the update from yesterday~

I fully admit to the fact that I could’ve actually sent an ask then, because I had free time—but I also admit that it would have just been something that would amount to an incoherent keysmash of pure delight.

So I pushed it until now~

Anyway. Time to try to depict what my reactions were because the rush that went through me is hard to put into words.

Firstly, Suga’s POV? Aaaaa I greatly adore. You wrote it all very very well. Spot on! (Imagination Library of Sugawara Koushi wwww. Very cute.) But he really underestimated the reactions and emotions that would come after he told them what happened. I mean, all have been hurt by Meiko in some way...and honestly, he should know that what she did went too far. Anger, sadness, frustration are all linked. But also Suga thinking YN’s anger is being endearing I cannot.

Nothing like YN stalking into Meiko’s room... and Iwaizumi being in there still helping her with stuff. Sigh. But yes, YN is an avenging angel. I would 10/10 love being friends with YN.

And then the escalation—I cannot, I’m just (keyboard smash noises). Yes, I still am feeling the rush just thinking about it. Yes, I have been very very happy because of the updates, but this one in particular has made me ecstatic! YN having a stoic face and a fiery glare,,, all I’m thinking is if someone were to dance with YN,,,YN dipping them,,, ah, dance headcanons. I need to put them somewhere. Maybe at the end if I remember.

Meiko’s scandalized gasp... and Iwaizumi pushing himself closer to YN. I would whack him with his flag. It’s one thing to step in between people to stop physical fighting...but do not intrude on our girl’s personal space. Also, Iwaizumi talking YN not to talk to Meiko like that... Meiko...did it first? Are you kidding me? And YN has been so complacent. I’m impressed at the fact he wasn’t focused on the reasoning as to why YN was angry at all. Part of de-escalation of a situation is getting rid of the issue... but it’s to be expected that Iwaizumi hasn’t focused at all on that. As a manager, he is okay at planning things and events and such...but he’s absolutely terrible on the people side of things.

YN is just ////. I blush. I swoon. I adore. YN Supremacy! Her pushing away Iwaizumi is top tier imagery, I cannot explain how fast my heart went doki-doki at that. And Atsumu as the number 1 fan!!

I cannot believe it took this long for Meiko to finally get a danger sense as to how far she has pushed YN. But I guess she definitely learned her lesson...unless she does something idiotic again.

YN whispering something in Meiko’s ear... probably a threat/promise of sorts... Meiko called YN evil in an update before... but if YN was evil, Meiko wouldn’t even be in the realm any longer. YN may be kind, but she’s not weak. Besides that, you have crossed enough lines that it doesn’t matter—people become stronger when angry and determined.

Meiko slapping YN. Actually, if it was me, I would’ve laughed instead of being nonchalant like YN. Do you know how... pitiful you are? How much of an idiot you are for starting a physical altercation? I would’ve laughed hysterically, so much so that tears would be dripping down my face. Meiko is 5’7, like half a foot taller than me. Imagine how’d this look if I didn’t bother fighting physically. Osamu, Daichi, Oikawa, they would go into there to see me with a hand shaped bruise across my face and Meiko looking unharmed. Meiko is so impulsive it’s a wonder how she hasn’t condemned her entire career to doom.

Besides that, everyone in the room saw what happened. Iwaizumi saw. How bold do you think Iwaizumi would be if he’d blatantly lie about who hit first? Especially because YN has 7 people on her side.

But I guess Meiko isn’t going to be in any position to make videos or social media posts... imagine the backlash. And she can’t say anything because she’s spread so many lies that once a few are debunked her credibility is automatically going to be questioned.

Oh well. I’m quite happy with how it went down. I suppose I’ll go back to the dance headcanons and ideas from earlier to end on something a bit less violent haha.

Anyway, dancing... I imagine YN in red. Sharp dance moves...bold lines and such. Like, good at everything—dancing with a fan for example, like flicking it open with a quick move of her wrist, or maybe like,,, flamenco/tango, swooping skirts and pair dancing, but what if YN learning how to do pole dancing because honestly the amount of core strength that would require—I am just,,, a mess of appreciation towards YN. Kenma would be...like...rhythmic gymnastics perhaps? It contemporary type dancing because he’s really flexible. Bokuto...something with like, full body control—like boy group stuff? Akaashi is waltz. I cannot hear anything else, Akaashi is definitely waltz. He has the posture for it. I think Sakusa in aerial silks and stuff would be really cool,,, his lines,,, I think Suga would be good in ballet. I don’t know about Atsumu and Kuroo though... I don’t know enough about dance to accurately place them in any group, so take these with a pinch of salt. I just think that they’re cool www.
