summary: a knight stumbles upon your castle, and unlike anyone you have encountered before, this young man seems to have a scent that you somehow cannot resist.

author’s note: I'm going to be quite honest with you, this fic is long overdue. I planned on releasing it BEFORE enhypen's comeback, since the idea came after I watched their mini-movie where Jay literally got his neck bitten by the actress but moods come and go, ideas appear and fade, so here you go.

initially it was also inspired by their concept pics, the Full ver. of their Dark Blood album, and I also thought of an alternate version (where Jay is the castle resider instead and y/n is the traveler/knight, let me know if that's something you might be interested in).

warning, though, this one might feel a little choppy, a bit hasty, and all over the place. my excuse is that I am drunk in love with Jay, and I take full responsibility.

When Jay heard the words ‘isolated castle’, he was expecting a huge building made of gray bricks with several towers that scraped the sky, sitting in the middle of an endless sea of sand with no roads connected to it. He pictured the sun shining mercilessly on whoever was standing under its light, and he was slightly worried about finding a source of water, as well as food.

Yet here he was, standing on top of a plush bed of grass, staring at the stone path that led to the castle in front of him. It was made of bricks, yes, but they were in the shade of copper, a warm and inviting kind of brown. The castle had no tower, or none that he could see so far, but it stood tall and mighty despite being surrounded by luscious greens and equally tall trees.

Jay reached for the worn-out map in his satchel, but as he stretched his arm, he winced from the sharp stinging pain that he had been feeling since hours ago. He did not know exactly when or how he injured himself—maybe he slept wrong, or maybe he used his hand wrong, or maybe it was just destined for everything to go wrong—but he was sure he had arrived at his destination.

During his years of training to become a knight, Jay had read countless tales, not minding if they were fact or fiction, and he had gained enough knowledge to go on a lot of missions alone. The townspeople were very supportive of him, as it was expected that the men in each family each take a role that was beneficial for the kingdom.

Fortunately, since he managed to capture the attention of the princess, Jay was soon handpicked by the king and queen to become their future son-in-law. When they found out that he was a knight, though, they became quite concerned with the tasks and duties that he had to perform. Eventually, Jay had to promise them he would not die no matter what, and it was a tough one to keep.

As happens in every other kingdom, it was customary for a member of the royal family to request an item as a form of dowry. Since Jay was not exactly born into royalty, he was given a task that would get the princess her dowry as well as prove Jay’s aptitude as a knight.

To retrieve the lost diadem of the Panthera onca.

The sound of his metal boots clinking against the rocky path made the resident of the castle open the doors before he could even reach them. You stood in front of him, and he thought your figure was unlike anyone he had seen before. To start, you were glowing. For some reason, the sunlight shined on your slightly tan skin, and it did not help that the outfit you were wearing was made of a sheer fabric that showed a bit of your curves and more of your skin. Second, you were—

“Are you alright?”

Your voice started ringing in Jay’s ears, and he realized how parched he felt. He couldn’t remember the last time he had a proper meal, or a sip of water, and the sprain in his arm from falling off his horse was not the only injury that he had. Jay reached his hand up to take off his headgear, and his slightly long hair fell immediately to cover his forehead.

“I,” he began, “I need water.”

And then everything went pitch black.

Jay woke up to the sound of birds outside the window, and he instantly noticed that he was lying down in bed. His heavy armor was long gone from his body, and he was only wearing the undergarments he came with. He started backtracking, trying to remember what happened, but then he heard water splashing, so he hopped off the bed and headed directly for the window.

The same woman who opened the castle doors for him was taking a dip in one of the most lavish pools he had ever seen. It was not like Jay had never been to a castle before, but something about this place seemed magical and just so different. He watched as you took laps in the water, and when you emerged out of it, you brushed your hair back as you looked up, and if he did not step away from the window, you would have caught him staring.

Jay sat back on the bed and began to think. Did you undress him? Did you tend to his wounds? Did you carry him up to the second floor by yourself? Are you alone in this castle?

He heard a couple of knocks on his door, and he flinched in his seat. “Come in?” he said timidly.

You pushed the door open and walked in with your hair half-wet, and you were wearing a different gown than before. You were holding a tray that had little trinkets that were supposed to help you with treating Jay’s injury. As you walked up to him, Jay pulled his feet up to the bed and scooted further until his back was against the headboard.

“It’s time to dress your wounds,” you sighed, looking down and avoiding eye contact. “Can you do it alone?”

“I have so many questions right now,” Jay said in a hushed voice as he watched your hands place the tray on top of the bed.

“I’m sure you do,” you replied, scrunching your nose and looking away. “I have to attend to something else, so please.”

You pushed the tray slightly towards Jay and looked at him for a split second before you broke eye contact again. Jay frowned as his eyes followed your movements, and when you disappeared behind the door, he let out a huge sigh that he had been holding in.

The questions he had in his mind multiplied, and he was determined to find the answers soon.

Jay had fallen asleep again, and when he woke up this time it was almost dark outside. The faint light of the sun entered his room through the window, and just as he was adjusting his eyes, he heard a knock on the door.

“Come in,” he said, with more confidence this time.

You had changed into yet another gown and your hair was up in a bun. The tray you were carrying had healing herbs and a plate filled with mashed potatoes and other roasted vegetables. When you tried to put the tray on Jay’s bed, he reached out for it and accidentally brushed his hands with yours as he took it away from you.

“Sorry, I,” Jay’s voice hung in the air as he noticed you take a few steps back with unnecessary haste, “I must be bothering you. You don’t have to bring food here.”

“Oh, I have to,” you replied. “There is nowhere else for you to eat.”

“You mean there is no dining room?” Jay asked, setting the tray in front of him.

“There is, but we don’t use it.”

“We?” Jay asked again, seemingly intrigued. “So, there are other people in this castle?”

“Not at this hour,” you shook your head slowly before looking at him. “I just meant myself. And since you are here, we.”

Jay could not help but notice the way you would scrunch your nose once in a while after talking to him as if you had smelled something foul or your nose was itchy. He began sniffing himself out of self-cautiousness, and when he did not find anything wrong, he became even more confused.

“I suggest you stay for another fortnight,” you continued. Your eyes were set on the left side of his waist, and you tilted your chin pointing to that area. “Your wound has to heal completely.”

“Right, about that,” Jay sat up straight and pulled his top up.

You blinked and immediately looked the other way, not wanting to stare at his bare body. Jay noticed your behavior and smirked to himself.

“I actually can’t reach this part very well since I sprained my arm too,” he said, pointing to his side. “I mean, I could, but it’s quite painful.”

You sighed heavily before licking your lips, and you thought it would be easier to get it done as quickly as possible. You grabbed the chair that faced the vanity and sat it beside Jay’s bed. You reached for the herbs and kept your eye around Jay’s wound, trying your best not to look up into his eyes.

“Are you a princess?” Jay asked carefully, keeping his eyes on you.

You nodded as you cleaned the edges of Jay’s wound, dabbing his skin with a damp cloth.

“Then why are you in this castle alone, Your Highness?” he asked again, adjusting his position, and pulling his top higher.

You paused to look at him for a while, but you managed to avoid his eyes. “It’s a long story,” you finally replied.

“I am a good listener,” Jay said, smiling at you.

You looked out the window and noticed that the sun was almost gone, so you sped up the process and in turn made Jay flustered. The movements of your hands became hasty, and you were sure you pressed on his wound a little too hard because you heard him hiss, but you knew you had to leave the room as soon as you were done.

“Eat your dinner and rest up,” you said as you stood up, wiping your hands with a cloth and brushing the skirt of your gown down. “I will see you in the morning.”

“Your Highness…”

The door slammed behind you and Jay was too shocked to even form a proper reaction.

“…I don’t even know your name,” he murmured to himself, staring blankly at the door and then at the food you had served him.

Jay woke up the next morning to the sound of a horse neighing. He recognized it and immediately jumped out of bed, making his way to the window as he winced in pain at the sudden movement of his arms. He spotted you in the courtyard with three other people he had never seen before, and since he was already feeling better, he decided to approach you.

When Jay entered the courtyard, you were stepping away from the horse, letting the castle’s servants tend to it instead since you figured it grew uneasy around your presence. As you took a couple steps back, though, you felt a pair of hands hovering over your shoulder.

“Whoa,” Jay said in a low voice. “Careful, Princess.”

You turned around and stood straight, nodding your head slightly to greet your guest.

“We found him in the woods this morning,” you explained without waiting for Jay to ask. “I assume he is yours.”

“Thank you,” Jay replied, already approaching his horse. In an instant, the black beast calmed down. “His name is Shadow.”

You nodded and observed the way Jay patted his horse, speaking to him in a calm manner and handling him in the gentlest way you had ever seen a man treating an animal. For a second, you witnessed the way the color of Jay’s face shifted, and you saw him as a commoner with a huge love for creatures instead of a wounded knight.

“Well,” you cleared your throat, breaking your own distraction. “I suppose you can handle him now. I’ll have my people take care of him too.”

Your castle staff hovered around you and spoke to you in whispers, and you responded to them in a similar way, stealing glances at Jay. When you noticed him glancing back at you, you turned around and started walking away with your staff.

“What’s wrong with you, boy?” Jay spoke to Shadow. “You’re usually friendly to strangers. Pretty princesses too, mostly.”

Shadow snorted as he shook his head, almost hitting Jay in the face with his long mane.

As the hours went by, you tried your best to keep a distance from the knight in your castle. Every time Jay asked you a question, you would answer accordingly, trying not to give out too much information. After all, he was a stranger in your place, and you always had your walls up when it comes to protecting yourself.

It wasn’t until Jay revealed the reason he was out and about around your castle’s ground that you became instantly defensive. You were tending to his wounds and scars, the last of them, and once he mentioned the lost diadem, you let go of the cloth in your hands, letting it fall to the floor.

“You’re looking for the diadem?” You asked, not because you didn’t hear him the first time, but because you needed confirmation.

“Do you know where it is?” He asked back, eyes looking at yours full of hope.

You shook your head. “You shouldn’t be looking for it. Many men have died trying to possess it. It wouldn’t be any different this time.”

Jay frowned and almost chuckled. “So, you do know about it? I’m sure if you tell me, I can give it a—”

You snatched the tray away from his bed, your feet scurrying to leave his room as fast as you could. Jay’s mouth hung open as he watched you leave, and he was too stunned to do anything else.

That night, Jay realized he must have made a huge mistake. The distance you put between you and him became bigger, and you had tasked your staff to tend to his wounds and bring him his food instead of coming over yourself. This went on for days, and as much as Jay tried to ask your staff about you, he would receive no valuable information.

One night, Jay decided to take matters into his own hands. He had memorized the staff’s schedule, down to the hour that they would come to his room, so he picked a clear slot in the middle of the night to sneak out, determined to find you. Jay was clearly gifted with cat feet since his movements were barely audible, and as he searched through almost the whole castle, he finally heard some noise coming out of what seemed to be the largest room in the building.

He heard what sounded like a purr, and it was so loud that he could almost feel the walls vibrate. Jay pressed his body to the wall, making zero noise as he craned his neck to peek through the open window.

Jay saw you sleeping on the bed in a curled position. He knew it was you since the bedroom looked royal and you were the only person of royalty in this castle, but he had to do a double take.

You were curled up, indeed, but as he adjusted his eyes to the dark, he saw you lifting up your head and yawning.

Except it wasn’t your head. It was the head of a jaguar.

Jay squinted his eyes as his mind tried to make sense of what he was witnessing. You had the head of a jaguar and the paws of one, but your body remained the same. With a hitched breath, Jay leaned back on the wall and shook his head, thinking he was dreaming. He then decided to look a second time and to his surprise, you were already standing by the window.

“Fuck!” Jay shouted, stumbling back and falling to the ground.

You growled at him, keeping your yellow eyes focused on his figure. Jay managed to regulate his breathing and brushed the grass off his thighs before standing up again.

“Princess?” Jay asked, unsure. “Is that you?”

Jay took a step closer to you and you hissed, pulling the curtains down to cover the whole window before your shadow disappeared into the darkness.

When Jay woke up in the morning, he thought he had an elaborate and odd dream. He was hoping so, but then he heard a knock on the door before one of your staff opened it and peeked inside.

“The princess is expecting you, Sir,” he said. “At the dining room.”

Jay sat up and massaged his temple before responding. “She wants to see me?”

The man nodded once and was about to leave when Jay cleared his throat.

“Do you know what happens to the princess at night?” Jay asked with a raspy voice. He looked at the man, expecting an immediate answer.

“We all do, Sir.”

Jay sat on his bed as he gathered his thoughts, as well as his strength before he stood up and dressed to go see you. He was determined to find out what this was all about, and he decided to just ask you directly this time, no matter how forward it might seem.

At the dining table, though, all Jay could do was stare at the breakfast plate in front of him. He looked to your side and saw that you only had a glass of water. Jay cleared his throat before picking up a fork and starting a conversation.

“Are you not hungry?” He asked, looking at you warily.

“I already hunted last night,” you answered calmly, toying with your bronze cup of water.

Hunted, he thought. So he was not dreaming.

“I’m sure you have questions,” you continued. “And since you already know…”

“What happened to you, Princess?”

You were not expecting Jay to shoot a question as suddenly as he did, so you almost choked on your own words.

“You’re a knight,” you smiled softly. “You must know a lot of tales. Evil witches. Desperate kings and queens. Cursed princesses. I’m just one of them.”

“But what happened?” Jay asked again, completely abandoning his breakfast.

“It doesn’t matter,” you answered, resting both your hands on the dining table.

“Is that why you avoid me during the night?” Jay continued.

You nodded.

“And is that why you have your staff around only during the day?”

You nodded again.

“You’ve been keeping your distance from me, Princess,” Jay said with a desperate sigh. “Is it because I’m a stranger?”

This time you shook your head. “No.”

“Then, why—”

“It’s because of your scent.”

Jay paused and for a while, you thought he had turned into a statue. “I’m sorry?” He finally responded.

“You have a distinctive scent that makes me…”

Your sentence hung in the air and Jay realized you were choosing the appropriate words to voice your thoughts.

“I don’t feed on humans,” you resumed, “and I would like to keep it that way.”

Is she saying I smell like an animal? Jay thought to himself.

“But if it’s a curse,” Jay spoke again, deciding to shift the topic, “how can it be broken?”

You chuckled to yourself, and Jay swore he had just witnessed the most beautiful smile he had ever seen in his life.

���What’s the most cliché thing you can think of?” You asked back before patiently waiting for an answer.

“A kiss?” Jay answered in a tone that sounded more like a question.

You snorted and looked away. “The curse can only be broken if someone sincerely falls in love with me. I bet you can imagine how hard that would be.”

Jay took your answer and started backtracking everything in his mind—from the moment he arrived at your castle, to the way you tended to his wounds and took care of him in every way despite keeping your distance. He wondered if you had done the same thing to other knights or travelers who had stumbled upon your castle.

“I was actually hoping I could keep this hidden from you until your time is up,” you said after noticing he had been silent for too long. “Tomorrow, it will be a fortnight since you came here. I was told that you’re perfectly healed, so you can leave as soon as you want.”

Jay followed your movements as you stood up from your seat, pushing it back before you walked over to a shelf on the other side of the room. You pulled open the lowest drawer and took out a headpiece decorated in the most exquisite set of emeralds and diamonds.

“The diadem you’re looking for,” you said, bringing it to him. “Take it with you.”

You waited for Jay to take the diadem out of your hands, but he just stared at it.

“Sir?” You asked, shaking the diadem a little in front of his eyes.

“You said,” Jay began and licked his lips, “you said many men have died trying to possess it. You told me to forget about it.”

“That was because most of those men tried to take it by force. It did not end well. You were a nice guest, well, most of the time if you weren’t lurking around the castle. My staff also told me how kind you are to them.”

Jay tilted his head. “Let me get this right,” he said, “you’re giving the diadem to me just like that because I’m… nice?”

“Also, because I want you to leave.”

For some reason, your statement felt like it stung his heart.

“I beg your pardon?”

“You already told me your story. I’m helping a knight achieve his goal.”

You set the diadem beside Jay’s plate and started walking towards the door.

“I’ll have my staff ready your horse for tomorrow,” you said without looking back. “Live well, dear knight.”

Jay had lost count of the many times you left him alone in a room during his stay in your castle. However, unlike the previous times where all he felt was mostly confusion, this time it hurt.

It had been days or maybe weeks since Jay left your castle, and although you had grown accustomed to his absence, you could not deny that at times you missed his presence. It was not like you had spent a lot of time together, but you heard from your staff how Jay would behave, how he would treat everyone with kindness and respect, and how gentle he was when it came to animals and plants.

He was unlike any other knight you had met before, but that made him the most dangerous.

Jay did not know that every time you came into his room and caught a whiff of his scent, your eyes glinted in hunger. He was not aware of how hard you were keeping your thoughts to yourself, and he definitely was not aware of how you started to confuse your thoughts with your feelings, thinking that he might be the one who could lift your curse.

The single dream you had was then shattered as quickly as it was built. When you found out that he needed the diadem as a present for his betrothed, you threw all your hope out the window. You wanted to stay civil, though, and you figured that the best way to not act up in front of him was to just stay away from him.

Therefore, you were stunned to find him again on your doorstep this evening. It was almost sunset, and you began to observe his figure under the yellow light. He looked better, healthier, and there was this glow on his face that made him even more handsome.

“Princess,” he greeted you, smiling.

Your eyebrows were furrowed, and your eyes focused on the item in his hand. Your diadem.

“I believe it would be unfair for me to take what is rightfully yours,” Jay said, slightly lifting the diadem.

“What are you doing?” You asked. It was the only thing that came out of your mouth.

“I came back because,” Jay paused, “I want to ask you to marry me.”

You had experienced many odd encounters in your life, but this had to be one of the most bizarre ones.

“This is a sick joke,” you retorted before turning away from him.

“Princess, wait!”

You rushed back into the castle, heading into your room since you knew you were going to change soon. You did not want to end the surprise meeting badly, and your mind was too clouded that you did not notice your staff scurrying back into their chambers, completely ignoring that a knight was chasing after you.

As you finally reached the door to your bedroom, you pushed it open and entered before you slammed it shut. However, you did not hear the door close and when you turned around, Jay was holding it open.

“Please,” Jay begged, looking at you desperately.

You were about to scream at him, but words would not come out, and instead, your voice turned into raspy growls and hisses. Jay let himself inside and closed the door behind him as he witnessed your transformation, and once you were in your jaguar form you jumped onto your bed, trying to get as farther away from him as you could.

“It’s okay,” Jay said, calmly making his way towards you. “You’re okay.”

Jay reached out his hand to your snout and you looked away, sniffing and resting your head on a pillow. It did not deter him, and he even moved closer and made himself comfortable on your bed before placing a hand gently on top of your head.

“It will be okay,” Jay spoke again in a lower tone, a voice of reassurance.

As you felt Jay gently stroking your head, he saw a single tear trickle down your nose. You were gritting your teeth while forcing your eyes closed, trying to block any bestial urges that might arise.

You woke up with your head on top of Jay’s chest, and the way his chest moved up and down with every breath he took made you gather your senses in a faster manner than usual. You realized he had spent the night with you in your room, and you also remembered how you starved yourself the whole night just so you wouldn’t accidentally hurt him.

You quickly came to the conclusion that a relationship with him would never work, and you began to taint your own thoughts by assuming that he came back to tame you, not because he loved you, and that he only saw you as another quest in his life as a knight. With that, you decided to leave the castle before he wakes up, hoping that if you leave him for long enough, he will yield and return to his kingdom.

Unfortunately, after stumbling upon Shadow in the woods, you were forced to return home, with the horse surprisingly following you in a calm manner as if he knew he was there to serve a purpose. You were worried sick, partly because it was only hours left until sunset and also because there was no other way Jay would leave your castle unless his horse was with him. Sure enough, Jay was waiting for your return and his face lit up the second he saw you approaching the grounds with Shadow beside you.

“You need to leave,” you said, handing over Shadow’s lead line to Jay.

You went inside and after a short while, you thought you were safe and that Jay had left, but once again he tailed you right until you reached your chambers, and by that point, you were too exhausted to drive him away.

“My family disowned me,” you began, not bothering to give any preceding context. “I’m not worthy of marrying you.”

“Princess,” Jay scoffed before he licked his lips. “I’m not even royalty.”

“I can’t stand the thought of holding myself back when you’re around,” you continued, covering your mouth with both your hands. “It will never work.”

Jay stood by your bed as you sat on its edge, looking down and resting your elbows on your thighs as you continued to cover your mouth.

“Bite me.”

You frowned and lifted your head from your hands. “What?”

“All you need to do is to get used to my scent,” Jay said, sitting next to you. You shifted in place. “So, bite me.”

You looked at Jay, unsure, and he nodded once before tilting his head, giving you access to his neck. Your hands trembled as you reached for his shoulder, so he grabbed your hand in his and held it tight. When he felt your nose bump into his chin, he closed his eyes, and when he felt the warmth of your breath graze the skin on his neck, he almost shivered.

You bit him once and at the same time, you felt his hand squeeze your waist. His scent flooded your mind, and you could not hold back from biting him one more time, so you did. You let go with a shaky breath and pulled away only to find Jay looking into your eyes.

“It’s not bad, isn’t it?” He asked.

You licked your lips and brought your other hand to his shoulder.

“Do it again,” Jay demanded.

You tilted your head to the other side of his neck, where you found a heart-shaped birthmark, and this time you bit him there without hesitation.

“See?” He spoke, and his voice echoed right into your ear. “It doesn’t hurt.”

Jay squeezed your waist one more time before you decided to bite him a couple more times. He began rubbing your back gently before you suddenly felt a wash of overwhelming feelings. You moved back to the other side and bit him again, but this time you bit too hard that he winced and let go of his grip on your waist.

You flinched at his reaction and immediately felt regret. Your eyes flickered to the window, and you noticed how quickly the sun was setting, so before Jay could say anything you jumped to your feet and ran out of your chambers.

“Princess!”

Your feet took you to the farthest room in the castle and you quickly entered it, locking the door behind you. You leaned back on it and started sobbing, thinking of how foolish you were to even entertain the idea of marrying Jay in your condition. You slumped to the floor and sobbed, ignoring the banging on the door and Jay’s distraught voice begging you to let him in.

“Please leave, Jay.”

Your voice was weak and almost a croak, and you figured it was because of all the crying. But then Jay also stopped knocking on the door, and you heard rustling and a couple of soft taps by the keyhole.

“Princess? I can hear you.”

You almost choked on your own sob at Jay’s obvious remark, but then you paused, and you heard him speak again.

“Look out the window, Princess.”

The sun had set, and you could not believe your eyes. You held up your hands, your fingers, in front of you before you touched your own face to feel your nose, your cheeks, and your lips. Then you checked outside again, making sure your mind was not playing tricks and that you really had not transformed.

You heard another knock on the door and without waiting for another word you opened it. The look on Jay’s face was that of relief mixed with adoration, and he did not waste any time walking towards you to pull you into his embrace. You buried your face in the crook of his neck, staining his skin with your tears and letting him wrap his arms around you as tightly as he could.

You felt him tug one of your sleeves and you pulled back to look at him. He brought his hand up to caress your face, wiping the remaining tears off your cheek.

“Marry me, Princess.”

You answered by inching your face closer to his before nodding slightly and kissing him on the lips. You tasted his sigh right after, loving the way his arms wrapped around you again as you pulled him even closer by the neck. He shut the door behind him with his foot and moved you towards the bed, carefully guiding you all the way as he placed his hand on the small of your back, not even once pulling away from the kiss.

The back of your legs hit the edge of the bed and you both stopped, pulling away to catch your breath and to undress yourselves. Jay pulled his top off quickly while you struggled with your corset, so he gently shoved your hands away so he could undress you himself. When he pulled all of your clothes down to pool at your feet, you could feel his breath against your thighs, and you almost lost your balance if he did not place his hands on your hips.

Jay began kissing your core without warning and you whimpered at the sudden warmth. Just moments ago, you were biting his neck like he was your prey, yet now you are watching him devour you, his face in between your legs as you struggle to even keep your eyes open. At one point, the way his tongue was pressing on your clit made you pull on his hair a little too tight, and when he looked up at you, he grinned before licking his top lip.

You sat down on the bed and pulled him in by his shoulders, and he began to lay you down before he settled over you. He got rid of the last of his clothes and you could feel his tip graze your bottom lips.

“Jay, wait,” you whispered, placing a palm over his chest.

He leaned into you to give you a soft peck on the cheek. “Yes, Princess?”

You chuckled and began caressing his face with one hand. “Do you even know my name?”

Jay let out an airy but silent laugh, burying his face in your neck. “Do you really think I would stay for so long in this castle without knowing the name of the residents? You know my name even without me telling you.”

You rested your thumb on his cheek and the rest of your fingers behind his ear, making him face you again. He moved his face to kiss your palm.

“Then call me by my name,” you requested. “And I shall chant yours like it’s my favorite spell.”

Jay smirked before leaning in to kiss your lips. “Very well then,” he whispered into your mouth, “Y/N.”

You felt him ease into you with a gentle force, and he caught your gasp between his lips. You held on to his shoulders as he began thrusting in and out of you, making you bring your legs up in order to feel him better.

“Slowly, Jay,” you begged him once you felt his pace was going a little too fast.

Jay grunted, seemingly unable to control his thirst for you, so you kept the pace by meeting him halfway and grinding your hips towards his. You could feel his biceps flexing as he held himself up, so you caressed his arms before you made your next request.

“Bite me.”

You brushed his hair back before you let him kiss your lips, and after that his lips traveled down to your chin and to your neck, licking you there several times before he bit you. You chanted his name as you promised, and when it was time for him to reach his high, he moaned your name right into your ear.

As you felt his seed coat your insides, you felt his thumb circling your clit for you to catch up with him. He pulled out of you only to finger his load back inside your hole, and that was how you reached your high of the night.

When Jay collapsed by your side, you became aware of the marks that you had left on his neck earlier that evening. You moved closer to him, and he welcomed you by pulling you to his side with one arm, having you rest your head on his shoulder.

“Are you sure it didn’t hurt?” You whispered, too afraid to disturb the serenity.

“Princess,” Jay began. “My princess,” he corrected himself. “Even if it hurt, I liked it.”

You snorted and tapped Jay’s cheek, and your body moved with his as he started to laugh.

“If you feel the urge next time,” he continued, “just come and leave marks on my neck.”

Jay tilted your chin up with his finger before kissing you softly, and for the first time in forever, you finally felt content.

BTS 2025 Comeback

(Take my tarot interpretation with a grain of salt and sugar)

I asked the BTS members what they envision for the 2025 (or even 2026) comeback. Each one of them has an element that they want to stress on.

Overall and common theme— Two of Wands

They want to open more doors for themselves and expand their legacy

Woodland Oracle— Finding Self Worth, Inspiration, and Wisdom

BTS have felt and seen a lot of things. The process has made them wise and experienced. Their only advice is to not downplay themselves and continue walking with their heads up high.

(Now let’s get to what each member wants to do with the group comeback. I got some interpretations of what they want their music and visuals to look like and sound like.)

(I also used three different decks because the members wanted different pictorial representation. I used the mythology card deck for Namjoon, Jin and Hoseok, original Arthur Waite for Yoongi and Taehyung, and Cat tarot for Jimin and Jungkook)

Namjoon

Ace of swords + The Fool

Namjoon is bursting with creative and intellectual energy. He wants a new chapter for BTS’ perception and career. He’s not too strict with what he wants but he wants something bold, divisive and unique for the comeback.

I see him gravitating towards two songs— Spring Day and Sea (hidden track from ly her). It seems he wants to expand on those two themes. BTS have gone through a lot of seas and deserts and spring days in the past two and a half years and he wants to showcase that pain and fulfilment.

Jin

The Chariot

Well Jin was a bit curt sjdjjdjd. I sort of see him want the same thing as Namjoon— a revisit of the Sea themes. I also see Jin wanting to recreate that map of the soul seven rollout. He really wants to travel and explore a lot with this album. It seems his heart is really all about exploring and trying out new things. He doesn’t seem to want to jinx it or hold himself back by already coming up with an image but he too wants a song like Sea.

Hoseok

King of Swords + Six of Swords

Hoseok also wants a Sea song theme. He sort of wants to show BTS’ self discipline and ability to bounce back. Something about moving on and also rising from ashes. He sort of sees BTS group returning with vengeance and prowess unlike any other.

Yoongi

Ace of Swords + Six of Pentacles reversed + The Fool

Yoongi has similar cards as Namjoon but from a different deck. He’s not really thought of revisiting songs but he too shares the vision of going all out and bold. The reversed six of pentacles is showing me that Yoongi really wants to talk about something that was really unfair that happened to BTS. Something about them being betrayed or cheated out of something. Maybe the media? Or something that happened to them personally? He wants to bare his and BTS’ bruises. If Namjoon wishes for something hopeful, I see Yoongi wishes for something dark and contemplative.

Taehyung

High Priestess Reversed + the Emperor + Knight of Wands

Taehyung wants to make a song about similiar things as Yoongi— something about trust being broken, shallowness, superficiality, ignorance. I think this is because he sees BTS as an outlet that can help bring awareness to certain things. But at the same time he wants to show a “cool” side. Like despite all BTS went through, they came back like the Emperor and Knight card here. He might want something that’s also flirty. My brain heard Fake Love so I guess he wants something like that.

Jimin

The Chariot + The Magician Reversed + Page of Cups.

Like Jin, Jimin wants to travel with this work. He feels the most comfortable with BTS, and he treats their work like a throne. He might want to make a song also talking about some deceit that he has faced— like Yoongi and Taehyung. He also wants to try something super new and connect with his inner child once again with BTS.

Jungkook

The Sun Reversed + Lovers

Awwww… he’s just so happy to unite with the members. I guess that’s what he wants to make the music on— about the period where they weren’t together and then their reunion. It seems he wants this to be the defining track on the album. For him, the BTS bond is what makes the music hit for others and for himself too. So that’s really what he wants to focus on. He might take hands on approach with this track.

Overall I think the men are restless to come back. They have so many stories to share and concepts to explore. They all pretty much want the same thing.

Bangchan - IV of Swords: He’s taking time to rest from all his responsibilities but he’s also mindful about his duties. It's like he still has his burdens in the back of his neck before going to sleep. There’s a saying in Spanish “un ojo al gato y otro al garabato”, which means you’re doing multiple tasks at the same time. Yes, he’s enjoying his time out but he’s working as well and has a anxiety because of his deadlines. Probably he's very anxious about how the shows are going to be, the response, the interactions. His mind is rushing.

Lee Know - Knight of Pentacles: He’s focusing on giving his all in the concerts and really get the good energy of the audience. This is something he’s been waiting for a long time and he feels happy that he can do it now. This is a precious moment for him. He also feels like he has a huge responsibility for taking too long to come. In a general sense I think he's working extra hard and focusing on how he can make the most of this experience for him, skz and stay.

Changbin - II of Wands: He’s super excited. This tour is making him widen his horizons and see beyond his imagination. He’s living the whole experience, he wants to go out, meet people, enjoy the food and deliver a top performance. I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s catching on Latin rhythms and we get a dembow with soca in future comebacks. He’s totally in for some exploration.

Hyunjin - VIII of Swords: For some reason I’m getting he’s not going out as much as the others? Maybe he’s a little hesitant. Maybe he’s a little too tired from all the traveling to go outdoors, but I wonder if he will be more confident to go outside in the next days. I also wonder if it's a decision he's making on his own, maybe even he doesn't know. I'm also getting a "how could they gatekeep this from us??", like he will feel like he was trapped or someone was hiding a whole new world from them before going to latam.

Han - The Tower: His beliefs are being shaken up. I talked about some of them having cultural shocks, I think he might be one of them. The shocks aren't in a bad way, it’s like “the energy is different, what is this?” Pretty much like Jack Skellington when he goes into Christmas town lol. I think if he had expectations about the concerts, the shows they had so far made him throw that away, his expectations were outshined by the reality. He loves it.

Felix - The Strength: He feels confident and ready to share a fiery side of him. Maybe he's going outside a lot, trying to see as much as he can. I'm also getting a protective energy, it's like he wants to take care of his fans in some way. He will come back stronger after this tour and he will feel very proud. He's already proud and grateful for the energy and more connected with the boys and stay than before. From the card image, he feels accompanied. "I'm not walking this road alone".

Seungmin - King of Pentacles: Very happy. He wants to provide to stay, he wants to give them many memories and a good time to remember until the next time they meet. He feels in debt and he's repaying all the years of waiting. He's focused, confident and he feels lucky. It's like he finally realized how abundant he is, in love (stay love), in his career and how important this career is, not only for him, but for all the people around them.

Jeongin - The Hermit: This trip is making him go inwards and reflect. I think he feels accomplished, but at the same time, as he moves forward and spend more time he feels the need to reflect. He might feel inspired. I also get the feeling that he can feel lonely sometimes, and I suppose it's because how far he is from his loved ones and other friends, the time difference and the amount of time they're traveling overseas for the tour.

Let's hear all about the history of chess, please!

Chess is an analog live-action computer game or, "game," invented in the year 1212 B.Y.A. by Shatranj Al-Chessinventir. Designed to teach local rulers about warfare and defending their kingdoms, the game simulated a royal court and its pawns with game pieces. The original pieces were as follows:

King: The ruler of the court, if captured, means the end of the game. Mostly a figurehead, he can only move one tile at a time.

Queen: The most capable piece, she does the most work, but capturing her is unimportant because apparently a woman who can do anything is worth far less than a man who can barely move.

Bishop: Like a real bishop, this piece can only move diagonally, and whenever it takes another piece, it must pray for absolution or it will go to Chess Hell or, "Chell," and burn in Chess Fire or, "Chire," for all Chess Eternity or, "Next Round."

Knight: A knight must move in an L shape as per the rules of Tetris, from which the earliest chess games were inspired. The knight is represented by a horse in honor of Mazura of Parapa Palace.

Royal Piss-Bucket Emptier: Now known as the "Rook" due to Victorian prudery, the Royal Piss-Bucket Emptier runs as far as needed in any cardinal direction because the historical job entailed speed and resolute direction.

Pawn: Also known as a "Serf" or "Retail Clerk," the Pawn is expected to die young and be replaced quickly without the royals so much as noticing, so worthless and ordinary is this piece that just wanted to survive and be with their family. Should a pawn make it to the opposite side however, it can become a Queen or any other piece, a lesson designed to teach players that if they betray their family and join the ranks of the enemy, they will be rewarded with fame, fortune, and optional gender fluidity.

Though only about 24 possible games are playable with chess, two less than tic-tac-toe, many books have been written on Chess Theory by lonely people hoping to impress someone with how smart they think they are. This has sadly never worked.

The company is thinking about them promoting in Australia, Europe and America (the continents). However, it looks like the company will be discreet in some way. They might be scandalous in the future: either will have scandals or have had them already. Despite this, YGE is open with them traveling. Because of previous readings, I’d say BABYMONSTER. However, for TREASURE is also possible to expand their activities and promotions there. If they happen to have scandal(s) in the future, the boys might be the ones too. The numbers in the cards are odd, so as of now i think i see BAEMON.

why Winner renewed their contract with YGE when the agency is doing bare minimum for them?

The boys weren’t forced at all so the company doing the bare minimum doesn’t matter because they’re satisfied. It looks like the bare minimum for WINNER is enough. I also feel the boys are free when they’re in YGE. Maybe they want to be relevant only in South Korea? (and eventually SEA countries)

it looks like as of now it’s up to yge if a subunit of treasure, no matter t5 or 5t (the other sub-unit) will reach similar popularity and success as bts. however.. they will have to work HARD. the potential is there but it’s not as polished answer as i want to see, so i’d say “uncertain”.

I don’t see the girls will disband, I feel they’ll continue as a group. HOWEVER it looks like they’ll be rebranded. I feel they’ll be in ATTRAKT because of the last card, but it will take a lot of time before the whole issue resolves. (excluding the people in WMK and The Givers) The Sun indicates happiness and optimism, so this might be about ATTRAKT’s CEO’s hopes and whole character about everything. 3 of Pentacles is about the girls as a group, if it was reversed, I’d see different answer. Queen of Wands helps the Sun imo, it might be someone specific no matter the girls or someone in ATTRAKT. 10 of Swords RX is the group rebranding such as the name/concept/etc. 5 of Cups RX shows to me that the girls will reconcile with ATTRAKT’s CEO and therefore, someone leaving as of now after this whole issue.. seems unlikely to me. I am aware that FIFTY FIFTY and some other trademarks are already in The Givers’ hands so the girls’ stage names might be changed too. The bottom card to me is about that it will take a lot of time. If the girls happen to leave for The Givers, I can see the idea of creating a new girl group happening, I saw an article hours ago about it. Therefore, 5 of cups RX shows moving on to The Givers and ATTRAKT creating new girl group.

It feels like YGE has nothing to say? Like, i can see they’ll do as similar as previous comebacks. There’s something familiar though, so the numbers might be similar as another comeback/debut release?

Honestly.. their bond seems to be on the business perspective. Despite the bottom card, I think currently they’re not close between each other to the extent they’re having their free time together.. no. I see their relationship in work is wonderful though and even though there’s potential for them to be closer, the boys seem to have issue that has to be resolved before becoming closer between each other. Their bond could be better, but it’s not the worst one I’ve seen.

The energy was odd when shuffling, the cards were even slower to show, so with that, I’d say they.. won’t do as well as YGE is thinking. At its best, similar as previous releases. The energy for the comeback itself is either focused on the company being generous to TREASURE for some reason or to re-gain missed opportunities in the past to the boys. Their 2nd album release seems to be their last chance for real to somehow prove themselves? I’m sensing financial instability for TREASURE. This won’t be what YGE is expecting. Oh, are YGE stealing money or ideas from the boys? Because it looks like they possibly do that. Something might be exposed, like money-related issue? I don’t see scandal personally to someone in the group but probably to the company themselves. It can be similar to the one when a manager stole from Lisa 50 million won, but I don’t really have a clue if this is actually going to happen at all. Even though this might be the moment Treasure should reform and go back to their original idea, it’ll be for the worst. Their future as a group will be uncertain if something happens to YGE’s reputation around Treasure’s upcoming promotions. Overall, possibly worse than usual. Overall Energy (3 of Wands) It seems things move slow for them as a group. It is like they always have to wait for their moment to comeback. Do they have long breaks between comebacks, or do they travel alot? As a group there is a lot they envision and want to do. They also feel they have a long journey together and want to remain together for the long haul.

EJ (Strength) He seems to be the pillar of the group. The one that holds it all together. Is he the leader? He provides comfort and strength to the others. He may also feel like he has to hold it together for the others as well. He seems to be the bold and courageous one of the group.

Fuma (7 of Wands) Well, this dude is a fighter. He may create resistance within the group. May cause a bit of trouble, or create some challenges for the group dynamic. He stands strong in his beliefs, so it may be hard for him to yield to the others. He might feel he always has to push back against them as well. He has a strong determination, so it may be hard for him to back down so easily.

K (6 of Wands) I just realized I forgot to pull a card for him lol Anyway, he may be the one that stands out in the group. Is he the most popular? She is going to be the “talk of the town”. I think she’s mentally ready to accept the judgment (Knight of Swords). Whether good or bad, she willingly learns from the opinion of other people. Because (The Hermit) appeared, I think this might have something to do with a solo project. It is either released or announced around this time. People will definitely talk about it.

Overall, I think Jisoo will do very well in her career. I don’t see anything I am too concerned about. She’s very mentally capable of handling the pressure of her job.

We've discussed on these questions in the fandom: who's the Knight, where the next dark world would be, what the dark world would be about, but I have yet to see anyone ask the question: When wad Ralsei's Dark World created?

Now, a lot of people may ignore this detail, but according to the dialogue in Chapter 1, it's implied that the closet has always been normal, meaning that the Dark World was only recently opened. You can say that it must've happened a long time ago and that no one has been there recently, but Alphys' dialogue about her chalk being in the closet says otherwise as it implies that she has, in fact, been in the closet and to wasn't a goddamn Dark World.

We can assume that this Dark World was opened only at some point before we and Kris came to the closet.

Now this may not make sense, but I have a feeling that it was the Discarded Vessel that opened it. "BUT SPINEY, THE DISCARDED VESSEL ISN'T CANON-" if you're gonna make a theory about weird looking, melty motherfucker being the dad of Sans and Papyrus and make it WD Gaster as canon then complain about this, get the hell off of my blog.

Back to topic, between the moments the vessel we created at the start of the game was discarded and the cutscenes where we reached the closet that became a Dark World, we can assume that it was discarded vessel who did it.

Now, here's where things get interesting. People have noticed that Ralsei's world is too lonely, yet I haven't heard anyone call it too dark, too empty and Ralsei himself being suspicious. Comparing it with the other two dark worlds, the difference is clear.

Not only that, but Ralsei keeps forcing us to follow some sort of script from time to time. This is more obvious in the Snowgrave route with his insistence in imaging what Noelle and Susie were discussing or doing inside the room.

This all points to one conclusion (at least to me): Ralsei is the Knight and the Discarded Vessel.

Now, don't attack me (attack me all you can you fuckers), but I know this may be absurd but HEAR ME OUT.

It has been implied that the Knight is a lightner and therefore can travel from one dark world to another whirl having a shit ton of determination.

Now, it's suspicious enough that Ralsei is not only conveniently there when Kris and Susie fell, but it's also suspicious of him to be alone in a dark world. Since several objects can become darkners when their location becomes a dark world, there should've been a few other items that became darkners, such as Alphys' chalks, papers and dother school materials since the closet is in their school and is actually used.

Here's another detail that seems to be ignored: some of the darkners are, in a way, counterparts of the characters in the first game in the first game, Undertale.

In the business side for things, Muffet would resemble Spamton, but in the battlefield, it'd be sans and spamton

Now we could argue that Lancer's Dad could be similar to Asgore in which despite their cold appearance, they still somewhat care about their kid/s

Now, as for Ralsei, which Undertale character resembles him? You might say Toriel, but I say otherwise.

Flowey was the first monster we meet in the game, and Ralsei was the first darkner Kris and Susie meet. There have also been instances in which Ralsei's dialogue is eerily similar to the flower's.

Now going off topic, but I like to think that some elements in Undertale are referenced in a mirror type of way in the lore of DR, and that if a barrier is broken in Undertale, then a barrier is to be out around a dark world.

Back on topic, the discarded vessel may have managed to make a comeback in the game by taking a form that resembles the one character that both the player and the in-game characters would trust: Asriel.

With how everyone else talks about Asriel, I like to think everyone trusts each other so much that you'd think this is an entire town where everyone is related.

Since Asriel is a familiar face and looks like someone you can trust, the Vessel would use his face, alter it a bit, and made it it's own.

Who do we know resembles Asriel the most without being related to him? Ralsei.

We don't know his motives, but we do know something's up with him based on his actions and dialogue in Chapter 2.

By using an altered version of Asriel's design, not only does the party learn to trust this creature more easily, but the player subconsciously lowers their guard down, rendering all of them vulnerable.

That's what I came how with, so far.

Hii. Can you do a reading on Jeon Somi? On her life, love life and career, if possible, please. It can also be just about her career next year, how it’s showing in the cards, especially because she appear to be preparing for a comeback, I wonder if it will be at least a little successful. I don’t think it will be as successful as fast forward especially with that whole thing in last December. Also, she’s pretty dedicated to her makeup brand. Anyway, thanks in advance.

General Energy || the strength rx, knight of pentacles: Very, very stressed + 130% focused on work. Her health might be a concern right now, like dieting and such, but it could also be because she's so busy and her body's feeling a little out of wack. The Wheel of Fortune at the bottom of the deck also indicates she's gearing up for something new/a new cycle, which doesn't have to be a comeback, exactly (although it could), but it's a big change nontheless. Maybe even moving houses, or travelling somewhere for some overseas activities, for example. And she's dealing with a lot of things on her own, I think, which might also be why she seems to stressed.

Love Life || nine of swords, knight of pentacles + the wheel of fortune at the bottom of the deck, again: So, yeah… this confirms to me that her life love is also adding on to whatever stress she is feeling right now, and it could also be part (somehow) of this big change I'm seeing, or other little changes. She's feeling unsupported, unloved, and like she can't trust or rely the person she's dealing with. They either just broke up or are figuring out the status of their relationship. - behind the WoF is the 4oC, so they will most likely just break up for now and for a good while, even if they come back together in the future.

Career || the hanged man rx, five of cups: I just see a bunch of plans being cancelled or being put on hold. She's very unhappy with whatever it is that she was/is working on, and wants to re-do it, I think, too. The Six of Pentacles in reversed at the bottom of the deck also makes me feel like she's having a hard time working with teams or her team, more specifically, as of late. The King of Cups is behind that = they have been giving her plenty of advice and tell her to do certain things, or schedule certain things, but she's not happy about it. Whatever next activities she might have, I think will be done a little bit against her will, or not the way she wished they would've been done. The Queen of Pentacles and Death card are also behind the King of Cups, so I feel like Somi is just going through a little bit of a rough patch, and so she's being difficult as well. Lots of self-doubt; lot's of emotions to deal with. She doesn't mean to come off as bratty or ungrateful, or difficult to work with, really, but she's also not very good at keeping her feelings to herself or separating her personal life from her work life, I think. Soon things might get better, though! Wishing her well! x

Fairy Tail - Fervent Crimson Flame plotline notes (part 2)

The crowd goes wild with Fairy Tail’s victory, and the guild itself is ecstatic at the outcome. Gray, Gajeel, Laxus, and Erza all recovered enough to wake up to all that thunderous applause, same with all the other competitors throughout Crocus. Lecter gets reunited with Sting, who’s glad to have his buddy back. But Cobra… he’s still bitter about defeat. Racer and Rusty are right there with him, emotionally. Azuma is more composed, and Midnight is of the mindset that a deal is a deal. A bet is a bet. Yukino makes her way over to Natsu, Sting, and Cobra, where she asks about Sorano and why she wasn’t in the match… Sting is equally curious since Fairy Tail was pretty invested in winning; moreso than just for the sake of rivalry. Cobra already knows what’s up, and lets Natsu explain the situation with Lucy. Erza, Gray, Laxus, and Gajeel arrive shortly after and muse how there hasn’t been a signal flare from the rescue squad yet… Something is definitely up.

            During the games, the rescue squad (Mira, Simon, Wally, Millianna, Sho, Kagura, Wendy, Ultear, and Meredy; Sorano and Richard) managed to locate Lucy’s cell and free her… But she doesn’t want to leave without her keys. Shortly after, however, they’re dropped into the “Abyss Palace”, where criminals are left to rot. Hisui isn’t happy about this success of detaining the Fairy Tail mages, but it needed to be done. Carla, Happy, and Panther Lily – all who accompanied the rescue squad – find a badly beaten Arcadios trapped down there with them… And after that discovery, the rescue squad encounters the five Garou Knights. Kamika and Cosmos start off the conflict; Cosmos having powerful plant-based magic and able to move underground; and Kamika able to wield paper to varying effects. Kagura attempts to hack through Cosmos’s plants, but there proves to be too many for her to handle – Wendy and Sho are similarly overwhelmed at first by Kamika’s magic… However, Richard soon discovers he and Cosmos share similar powers, and goes to work in making a comeback. Ultear manages to come to Wendy and Sho’s aid. Hisui hears of the Garou Knights onslaught, and prays for Arcadios’s safety. Uosoke shakes things up with his Terrain magic, and Simon, Meredy, and Sorano attempt to see that he’s dealt with. Neppa wields Acid Magic created to kill people – Wally and Millianna see that he’s taken care of with their long-range attacks and Magic that can cancel out others’ Magic power. This leaves Kama, the leader of the Garou Knights, and Mira takes him on in battle with Panther Lily for backup. It’s rough going, but when Loke manages to enter the palace via the gate, he returns Lucy’s keys to her and she joins in to help her friends take the knights down hard.

After beating the Garou Knights and interrogating Kama on a way out, the rescue squad and Lucy eventually manage to make it to a door which Anna opens from the other side. The rescue squad demands answers, seeing how similar she and Lucy seem to be to each other. Anna reveals to them the truth about herself… How she’s from 400 years in the past, and how she had originally come to this time period with five Dragon Slayers to kill Acnologia. The reason she returned to this castle is because she was under the impression that someone else had used the Eclipse Gate in recent years, and she is unsure of their intentions. However, based on the talk she’s heard around the castle, she knows there is a plot surrounding the Eclipse Gate, and she intends to stop it… With Lucy, Sorano, and Yukino’s help, they can keep the gate closed and deal with this nefarious time traveler. But as Hisui has already taken Lucy’s keys and opened eight of the locks on the Eclipse Gate… It all comes down to Sorano and Yukino. They must not fall into the royal guards’ hands.

            Anna brings the rescue squad back up to the surface, but they’re confronted with reinforcements of the royal guard who they have to fight their way through. The Garou Knights recover and make a comeback as well, intent on taking back Lucy, Sorano, and their keys. In the middle of the fight, Future Rogue makes his move, swallowing up the royal guard and spiriting them away. This leaves him alone with the rescue squad, Lucy, and Anna, and Future Rogue can tell that Anna knows far too much about the gate for him to be able to trick them… So he doesn’t even try tricking them. He overwhelms them with a cheap attack from his magic, which briefly enshrouds everyone in pitch black darkness before he disappears completely… and managing to swipe Sorano’s keys. Anna urges Fairy Tail to follow her and convince Hisui to not open the gate…

            Future Rogue returns to Hisui, revealing that he has already swiped Yukino’s keys while she was knocked out during the games. And as Fairy Tail does the “impossible” and wins, Hisui takes the final four keys to unlock the Eclipse Gate… With Hisui’s full trust in him, Future Rogue urges her to not fall for the lies of Fairy Tail or their allies; they are trying to bring about the invasion of 10,000 dragons, and only the Eclipse Cannon can save Fiore. As the rescue squad catches up thanks to Anna knowing where the gate is, they demand answers from Future Rogue and Hisui, who are mere moments from opening the gate. To Anna’s dismay… all twelve locks are removed, and the gate slowly opens…

            When the first dragon comes through, Hisui knows she was lied to… And it’s too late. The rescue squad attempts to attack Future Rogue and get to the gate to close it… But Rogue keeps them at bay for several minutes – long enough to allow ten dragons to slip through the open gate. Sorano and Yukino manage to take back their keys, and Simon manages to battle Rogue’s shadows, greatly irking the Dragon Slayer before he manages to severely stab through Simon, alarming Kagura. Ultear, Meredy, Richard, Wally, Millianna, Sho, and Mira step up to give Kagura and Wendy cover to treat Simon’s injuries, but Future Rogue winds up calling one of the dragons to forcefully scatter them as Lucy, Sorano, and Yukino close the gate with the Zodiac Spirits. Future Rogue declares this as the beginning of the era of dragons as he uses his powerful Magic to corral the dragons and urge them to slaughter the humans.

            While this is going on, the King has been updated about the situation, and has gathered the guilds from the Grand Magic Games to inform them of the dire situation before them. He needs their help if they’re to save the kingdom. Chelia and various healers step up to help the competitors from the tournament to get back into fighting shape, and they all agree to lend their power to deal with the dragon threat. Natsu in particular is pumped, with Laxus, Gajeel, Cobra, Sting, and Rogue feeling varying amounts of resoluteness to see this battle through. The King is asking for anyone to come and help, but he particularly asks for everyone to be on the lookout for God Serena… if he is even still in Crocus.

            The battles against the dragons go dismally for most mages (not even Makarov, Warrod, or Jura can do much). They’re told that humans can’t kill dragons, and this is about the time that the Dragon Slayers enter the fray. Natsu guns straight for Future Rogue, who he rightfully deems as the main threat. Wendy, Laxus, Gajeel, Cobra, Sting, and Rogue all try to go for other dragons to help out the overwhelmed guilds… but there’s only the six of them. There’s still three other dragons. The battle between Natsu and Future Rogue goes a lot better with Natsu’s current strength, but Rogue is still holding his own and refusing to go down. Motherglare lays her eggs to further overwhelm the mages. Zirconis still taunts Wendy and Lucy. Laxus and the Thunder Legion still try taking down Atlas Flame, but Laxus isn’t very effective against him. The dragon fighting Rogue still tells him of his future fate, trying to win him over to their side… And Sting still comes to aid, having trouble against his own dragon. Gajeel and Cobra are faring neutrally, not really able to overwhelm the dragons just yet…

            When the battles get really nasty, with mages getting critically injured and nearly killed… That’s when God Serena stands up and manages to take out one of the dragons in Fairy Tail’s line of sight. It was an impressive, overwhelming attack that combined all of his elements… And it blew a huge hole through the dragon’s chest. Serena leaps up to a roof, calling out to Natsu and ordering him to stop playing around, that they had work to do. Natsu laughs uproariously, and Future Rogue knocks him back down to Crocus while he’s distracted… But Natsu ends up near Atlas Flame, which gives Natsu an idea. He goes to eat the dragon’s flames, intending on eating him whole… But then Atlas Flame senses the similarity between Natsu and Igneel, and Natsu reveals he’s his son which makes the two of them staunch allies. The two of them go to confront Future Rogue and Motherglare, while Serena goes to work against the other two dragons overwhelming guilds and the other Dragon Slayers step up their efforts seeing Serena’s Magic DID kill a dragon…

            Eventually, Rusty Rose reaches a conclusion that the only real way to survive this catastrophe is to kill the Present Rogue; he overheard the dragon talking to Rogue, and knows that the main threat is that Dragon Slayer controlling the dragons. He attempts to take Rogue’s life, but Ultear gets in the way, claiming this Rogue has done no wrong yet. They can’t just kill him because of his future self’s actions. Rusty scoffs and calls Ultear a softhearted fool; she should know there’s no other way, in the past she was able to make the hard calls. But Ultear fires back that her time in Fairy Tail has shown that she – that they – in Grimoire Heart was wrong. They need to atone, and they need to do it right. Rusty insists on his course of extreme action… But Azuma intercedes as well and makes Rusty stay his hand; they lost the games, so it behooves them to play by Fairy Tail’s rules. Rusty is bitter about that reminder, but stands down.

            Anna and Lucy eventually come to the epiphany of taking out the Eclipse Gate so that Future Rogue is never able to use it. This in turn would mean the dragons never come from the past… Trouble is, the gate is near indestructible, forged of a material that resists Magic attacks. Even with Sorano and Yukino lending their strength, they can’t leave even a scratch on it. Around this time, Natsu interrogates Future Rogue about why he turned out this way, what happened to Sting, Frosch, and all of them in the future… Future Rogue tells of Acnologia reigning supreme over the earth, how Frosch dies a year from now, and how Rogue killed Sting to gain his Dragon Slayer Magic. Natsu is disgusted, and says they can handle Acnologia together; there’s no need for this “slaughter of humanity” to get at one dragon. Future Rogue calls Natsu naïve, and keeps insisting his victory is assured… But Natsu and Atlas Flame’s teamwork manages to blast Future Rogue and Motherglare down toward the Eclipse Gate, annihilating it thoroughly. The Dragon Slayers were making headway on the other dragons, but it was a relief to see them and Future Rogue fading with the gate’s destruction. Spiteful, Future Rogue tells Natsu that Gray’s the one to kill Frosch a year from now, that Rogue will inevitably go down the same dark path… But Natsu is equally adamant they’ll keep their Rogue and Frosch safe.

            Several days of rest pass by after this victory. In this time, the King has honored Warrod’s request to pardon Oracion Seis, Rusty Rose, and Azuma, and to recognize them as members of Fairy Tail. Though Rusty is still the most bitter out of all of them, the others have more or less accepted their new lives… They’re no longer in servitude to anyone. Makarov is more than ready to pass on the torch to Erza, who is equally accepting of her new Guildmaster position… But they decide to hold off on that announcement until they get back to Magnolia. Serena has stuck around knowing that there will be a grand banquet, and subsequently Wolfheim and Hyberion decide to attend the event as well; to show solidarity among the Gods of Ishgar as well as to congratulate the guilds on coming together to protect Crocus and Fiore. Ultear has managed to restore a good amount of Crocus in the past few days, but the remainder she’ll leave to the royal guard and construction crews.

            At the celebration banquet… Mira, Lisanna, Cana, Wendy, Lucy, Levy, Juvia, Ultear, Meredy, Erza, Kagura, Millianna, are welcoming Sorano into their ranks as they get gussied up. Mikoto is a bit young to be dressing up, but Erza spoiled her and gave her daughter a nice little dress anyway. Sorano still feels detached, like none of this is real… She’s still reeling from the pardon she and her guildmates received from the King; part of her wonders if they’d still be free if they had won the Grand Magic Games… Erza snorts good-naturedly and declares that was never going to happen; Fairy Tail’s strategy was to leave Natsu as a last resort, in case the rest of them fell. … And they did. Sabertooth and Hydra Roots fought very hard, and Erza recognizes that strength… She simply has more faith in Natsu’s abilities, and Sorano doesn’t blame the knight. With Fairy Tail’s strongest holding out to the last minute… Sure seemed like a surefire win strategy. Meredy reassures Sorano everything will be fine; joining Fairy Tail might take some getting used to, but it is one of the most liberating guilds to be a part of. As long as they avoid dark, evil paths… They’re as free as can be. Sorano doesn’t mind… But she knows her friends will be mixed about all this.

            The girls enter the ballroom where everyone else is gathering. Elfman, Gray, Gajeel, Simon, Sho, Wally, Richard, and Laxus are already there to greet the ladies. Jet and Droy, too; Alzack holding Asuka and standing with Bisca; the Thunder Legion; Cobra standing off in a corner with Kinana hovering at his side; Racer, Midnight, Azuma, and Rusty are scattered around… although Rusty in particular looks like he’d rather be anywhere but that ballroom. The Exceeds are also there.  

            The other guilds are there, too. Lamia Scale – Jura, Lyon, Sherry, Chelia, Toby, Yuka… Blue Pegasus – Ichiya, Jenny, the Trimens… Quatro Cerberus – Bacchus and his team… Mermaid Heel shows up – Yukino, Flare, Arana, Beth, and Risley. Yukino anxiously tries approaching Sorano again, having heard about her sister’s pardon… And Sorano just embraces her lovingly, a bit too overwhelmed to do much else for the time being. Makarov and Yajima are just happy to relax at the ball as old friends – Makarov very much looking forward to retirement. Warrod seems to be enjoying himself, although Wolfheim is a grump and Hyberion is taking all of this “chaos” in stride with regal ease. Serena looks bored, seeming to be on the lookout for Natsu… and not seeing him anywhere, which has him scowling.

            Gajeel and Levy share their moment alone. Kinana and Erik (he’s allowing her to know and use his name) are getting acquainted better, now that he’s a member of the guild. While he is a little glum over losing the games when they came so close to seizing victory… He can’t deny the satisfaction of being pardoned and just… not having to worry about his past ruling him anymore. He’s a free man, and he’s gonna stay that way. Kinana comforts him about the loss, and Erik just shrugs and accepts that losing too Salamander is… natural. The guy’s the fifth strongest Wizard Saint; and he was smart and kept hidden until the end of the tournament. No one was expecting that. As tough as it is to admit that out loud.

            Hisui bumps into Lucy, thanking her and Fairy Tail for everything; reminiscing that Jude Heartfillia was a close friend of hers. Juvia and Gray share a moment, with Lyon, Toby, and Yuka butting in briefly. Ultear joins in, not wanting to be left out by her “little brothers”… Simon, Kagura, and Meredy share a moment together, helping Erza watch over Mikoto and Ryo since Natsu is conspicuously absent. Wendy and Chelia enjoy time together being adorable, and Mavis’s ghost hovers near them, craving the food but unable to have any of it. Wendy, like Erza, Simon, Meredy, Kagura, Laxus, and the Thunder Legion are rapidly noticing Natsu hasn’t made any appearances or caused any havoc. They’re beginning to get antsy about it… But a number of them are laidback, thinking he’s just sleeping through it. Sho watches Cana and Bacchus having another drinking contest… Wally and Richard are just happy to be reunited, and without the law hanging over Rich’s head. Millianna chats amicably with Flare and the other girls in Mermaid Heel, all while hugging the Exceeds.

            Sabertooth arrives a little late to the party, but it’s just Sting, Rogue, Orga, and Rufus; Minerva is absent. Sting sidles up to Gajeel, asking where Natsu is cuz he wants to share a drink… But Gajeel doesn’t know where the Flamebrain is. And he’s a bit gruff with the White Dragon Slayer because of Sabertooth – or rather, Minerva’s treatment of his friends. But Gajeel stays calm overall, though he reminds Rogue it was his Future self that was the main threat… And Rogue promises he will never become that man, Frosch agreeing with him. Sting “settles” for toasting with Gajeel instead, and Gajeel still plays rough. Seeing Sting act so chummy is new for Orga and Rufus, who have never seen this more positive side of the White Dragon Slayer. Midnight watches the exchange with mild amusement; Racer rolls his eyes, but goes to bother Lyon and Gray.

            The “King” eventually arrives, revealed to be Natsu playing around, wearing the King’s robes and crown. This mortifies his Guildmates, and enrages Wolfheim enough to enter his beast state. However, Hyberion keeps him from launching himself at Salamander, directing Wolfheim’s attention to Serena, who appears irate at him about to go off on HIS protégé. Wolfheim scoffs and settles back down. Serena is most amused with Natsu’s shenanigans, but winds up stealing the crown for himself and letting Natsu keep the robes as a “gift”. Arcadios and the Hungry Wolf Knights are left wondering if they should even try to regain control of this situation, given who’s causing a ruckus. Erza, Mikoto, and Ryo are amused by Natsu’s shenanigans; the rest of Team Crimson Flame are chagrined… except Ultear, who’s also amused. Once things settle down enough, and Serena and Natsu have had their “fun”, the King turns his attention to Hisui, and ends up forgiving her actions… So long as Hisui wears a pumpkin head for a week. The banquet ends on this light note.

            The next day, all the guilds go their separate ways to return home. Serena and the other Gods of Ishgar already took off to go their own ways. To expedite the return to the guild and keep everyone together, Makarov saw to it that they used their airship that they got from Grimoire Heart. The Dragon Slayers aren’t exactly fans of the ride… Azuma muses it’s good the old thing wasn’t just retired, though Rusty is spiteful about how Fairy Tail ACQUIRED it… During the trip, Ultear and Meredy sit down with Azuma and Rusty to enlighten them on how their first period in Fairy Tail is likely going to go… Fairy Tail is permissive of a lot of things, but for new members such as former Grimoire Heart and Oracion Seis, there’s going to be a period of time where they can’t take jobs on their own. Not the S-Class or above ones… That said, they’ll likely be able to take S-Class jobs… Just with supervision. Ultear expresses that’s how it was for her, and Azuma can understand the caution.

Rusty, on the other hand, won’t stop griping about their circumstances… About being stuck in Fairy Tail of all places. Ultear considers his ceaseless complaints, she argues back by asking what Rusty would rather be doing with his life, setting aside the matter of the guild they now call home. Rusty answers back he’d rather spring Master Hades, Kain, and Zancrow from prison, and rebuild Grimoire Heart. Ultear asks in turn why he wants to go back to being a Dark Guild. Zeref doesn’t need awakening, and he has expressed anger at Grimoire Heart’s actions, so what would be the point of reforming an evil guild? Meredy has heard this from Ultear before, but Azuma and Rusty are shocked. Ultear confirms that years ago on Tenrou, Zeref was on the verge of executing them for their actions against Fairy Tail, that the man even SPARED Fairy Tail… Everything Master Hades raised them up to believe in were lies crafted by cultists who were religiously zealous. While he is taken aback by all this information, Rusty insists that he would rather be given the option at least to choose between a Light Guild or a Dark Guild… But Ultear keeps pressing him about what he wants to DO with his life, if not to win the favor of a man that would sooner kill Rusty for his past atrocities. Rusty is left floundering, but keeps insisting that he would prefer the OPTION… Azuma chips in here, pointing out that while joining a legitimate guild will take getting used to, they couldn’t have joined a better guild than the strongest one in Fiore. That was just established in the Grand Magic Games. If they tried to go back to their old ways, they would just be calling down Fairy Tail and their allies down on them… And even if they returned to doing “whatever they wanted”, the loss of their grand goal of acquiring Zeref would make them petty criminals at best. For Azuma’s part, he’s convinced that, for now, giving Fairy Tail life a shot isn’t so bad. Rusty still seems sour about just joining the ranks of their enemies… However, Azuma did make a compelling point about being “petty criminals” without an overarching goal. Until he determines what he really wants to do, Rusty will stay in Fairy Tail… as much as he’s aggravated.

            Oracion Seis are given a similar, albeit gentler talk from Simon and Gajeel. Simon in particular knows that Sawyer, Macbeth, Sorano, Erik, and Richard were all kids at the Tower of Heaven like him. It’s unfortunate the Dark Guilds used them until now… But they do have freedom with Fairy Tail. Of course they’ll be observed at first, but they won’t be in chains or jail cells. It’s possible that with enough time and effort, they could transfer out to any guild they wanted to, but for now they’re stuck with Fairy Tail. Sawyer figures there’s worse places to end up… even if Fairy Tail was once their enemy. Macbeth has long since accepted that was the wager, and he intends to honor it. Erik is of the same mindset, although he does have a reason for sticking around in Kinana. Sorano feels she should pay Natsu back anyway for keeping her keys safe. And Richard, naturally, was onboard with joining the guild from the start.

            Back in Magnolia, they’re welcomed by the townspeople who are ecstatic Fairy Tail won it all. Natsu shows off the trophy they won for it… and the crown he took from the royal palace, but they weren’t supposed to see that~… And so Fairy Tail returns to their guildhall, the former Team Hydra Roots getting their first real taste of it. Erza Scarlet is inducted as Fairy Tail’s Fourth Master, and announced to the people of Magnolia as well. Makarov announces his retirement, his plans to go into the restaurant business with Yajima. Fairy Tail throws a celebration for both their new Master, as well as Makarov’s retirement; there are plans for Laxus to take over his Grandfather’s position amongst the Saints, but they’ll see to that later. Cobra muses how both Fairy Tail and Sabertooth are getting such young Masters in Erza and Sting… But he feels a helluva lot better with Scarlet running things. Sting has a lot of work ahead of him. Team Crimson Flame has one last get-together seeing as how Erza won’t be able to go out on jobs as much anymore… She’ll have a duty to protecting the guild. Not to say the others won’t still team up and go out on adventures, but Erza was one of the founders of the team, alongside Natsu. Besides, Natsu is one of the Wizard Saints; he can’t always be there, and the team’s used to operating independently as much as they are used to doing it together.

            Elsewhere, Mavis senses Zeref near Magnolia, and goes to “confront” him even though they can’t properly talk due to Zeref not being a Fairy Tail mage. He muses to himself how far Natsu is coming along; no one really noticed, but there’s a good chance that Natsu’s combination attack with Atlas Flame killed Motherglare in that last attack. It seems inconsequential with the dragons returning to the past with the Eclipse Gate’s destruction… But Zeref is pleased with Natsu’s growing power. He can only hope that Natsu can keep it up, because Zeref is growing more convinced he must annihilate this world for rejecting him. Mavis denounces this, saying she will stop him and annihilate him instead. Zeref notes his conflict with Mavis is fast approaching…

            As a lead-in to Tartaros, Erza and Ultear question the former Team Hydra Roots if they know anything about Tartaros that they don’t. Even though Ultear was leader of the Seven Kin, she never had much interaction with that section of the Balam Alliance. Cobra snickers and muses how the rumors about Tartaros are about them being demon worshipers… Because in fact, they’re ALL demons. Of course they’d “worship” themselves. Midnight, Azuma, and Rusty concur with him, and they reveal the reason that Tartaros is so hard to pin down is because their guild is a mobile fortress, similar to how Grimoire Heart had that airship… Their clash with Tartaros is imminent, and Erza can only hope Fairy Tail can crush the Balam Alliance for good.

Part 4 I believe, of the lucid-dream-allucination-but-it's-actually-time-travel- AU(?)

Gaius manages to stay calm to wash Merlin up and to check on him to make sure there's nothing wrong with him (physically), and put him to rest in his room. And the breaks down, he honestly thought that this one might be the one. The one time where Merlin goes to defend the kingdom and her king, and does not comeback.

Lately keeping the secret that made sure he was not to be killed immediately was sitting heavier and heavier on Merlin's chest, ever since Arthur's crowning, and he had told Gaius so. He had asked for Gaius's opinion on the matter and had promptly closed up when Gaius said that he hadn't changed his mind.

Obviously the matter of the death of the former king and Merlin involvement in the issue were the main problem now but he didn't think that helped Merlin's mood.

Gaius felt wrong but he honestly didn't know what to do. He remember the worst of the Purge, he remember watching his friends die one after the other and that couldn't happen to Merlin.

When he had informed Merlin that the livestock attacks report that they were receiving were likely from magical creature Merlin just stood up and walked to the door, saying goodbye to Gaius lightly. Like a routine, like he had just assumed that this was gonna be his life, moving in the shadows, protecting his friends from danger by putting himself in danger, and protecting himself from his friends, and everybody really, without help, alone.

By the third day Gaius was cold with worry, he feared that the beast bested Merlin and nobody, not even himself knew where to find him. So he told Lancelot.

It was unusual to involve Lancelot in anything since his knighting ceremony, even if Lancelot really wanted to help, Merlin didn't want to divide his friends loyalties.

He had been distancing himself, from everybody, and nobody actually noticed until he disappeared forcing his friends to remember the last time that he actually spent time with them.

Lancelot changed his patrol routes subtly, and then not so subtly went looking for him in his free time. He couldn't really tell everybody until he was sure that Merlin wasn't caught red-handed, the last thing he needed it's to be found and rescued from a dire situation just to be executed. He didn't have to wait much tho, because Gwaine wasn't as patient.

He loudly demanded Arthur for a explanation on Merlins absence, and when Arthur answered with Merlin's alcohol problem, well... Gwaine laughed a lot... Lancelot tried to buffer, to delay, to stop, but in the end he too was worried for his friend, so he asked too.

And once Arthur was convinced, well nothing could stop him. In the end Lancelot had to search for Merlin while throwing everyone else off the right path.

And Gaius had no better idea than make Merlin look like a mess, in Arthur's eye. Lancelot suspected the overcompensation was not working like Gaius wanted.

Gaius spent all that day besides Merlin. He could do it's thank him for coming home.

Once Arthur received word that Merlin was in Camelot he had to give notice to the knights to stop the search, word to the council that was already on his back for calling the search in the first place.

Then he was nervous which was weird. Gwen told him the news excited, and then Lancelot came to report them. So it was confirmed. He been busy, and everybody else seem to have lost hope, so he was unprepared.

He ought to stop everything and barge into Gaius's workshop, demanding explanation. But that made him feel anxious. He knew, because of Lancelot's report that Merlin was not fine, nobody knew exactly what it was or why, not yet anyway. And Arthur felt... guilty.

Even when Gwaine insisted that something was wrong, even when he knew that Gaius's stories didn't really match, even when Lancelot raised up his worries, he stubbornly denied help.

And everyday that passed since then weighted heavy in his conscience, what if he was ill, or hurt, or lost, or dead, and he denied help.

So he delayed the visit as much as he could.

Long ago, on the island of Cunabula, there were many creatures living in harmony. But this harmony on the outside was holding something dark. Their six most powerful mages found a powerful source of Magic. They did not know what to call this, so they called it Canabulan Magic. With this magic, they brought order to their land by force. And when Canabula was exactly how they wanted it to be, they decided to expand beyond their lands to take over the entire planet.

While in most dimensions they went to other places first, in this universe their first stop was the main lands of Equestria, where Discord was running havoc to all who lived there. The Knights seeing him as a challenge foolishly believed that they could handle the Chaos Spirit. Try as they might, despite their best efforts, Discord easily made short work of them and they were sent packing. Knowing their defeat would lead to the downfall of everything they have built, they spun the narrative.

They returned home to inform their citizens that the outside world was not worth it. That at best they would let them burn themselves into ashes before they go back. The Citizens, fully defeated at this point, truly believed the lie. So the Knights of Order concealed their land under the guise of protecting their land and people from outside sources. In truth, this was to hide them for their eventual comeback. If not this generation, future generations of the Knights of Order will complete their goals.

To know what the outside world was hiding, they have familiars travel across the planet once a year to inform them of the situation outside. It would be one year later when they found out about the Twin Princesses using Canabulan Magic to defeat Discord. The Knights were horrified. How could outsiders use their magic? How come they were successful when the Knights weren’t. They continued to analyze the situation and discover that the Elements of Harmony was the source and they used this to improve their own use of it.

The problem is their ideas of improvement goes against everything the Harmonic Magic stood for. While they accepted Magic and Loyalty being important, they felt that Generosity, Laughter, Kindness and Honesty were not as necessary. They replaced those ideals with Equity, Acceptance, Faith and Pride. They felt the way to use Harmonic Magic was to keep it under six ideals and continued their usual methods of using their magic, only magnifying their specific element.

They continued to do this until the next generation of the Knights of Order rose up. And with the new order came the passing down of their great secret, but not all the information. This continued for many generations to the point that the truth was lost to them. As far as the recent generations believe, they are the Knights of Harmony and that their actions were what was necessary to maintain harmony. As of right now, there are six members of the Knights of Harmony.

Taranis: the Element of Pride. Morrigan: the Element of Faith. Mannah: the Element of Acceptance. Ceridwen: the Element of Equity. Balor: the Element of Magic. And Danu: the leader and Element of Loyalty. They are Chimera: creatures magically created to ensure no one outside the Knights can infect their Order. And they were leagues more powerful than the original Knights who fought Discord. And Danu knew this.

So on one day, Danu told the Knights that now is the time to bring Harmony to the rest of Equestria. And with their people cheering for them since they know nothing else, the Knights of Harmony have decided to go back to the Main Lands of Equestria and show them how to truly use Harmonic Magic. And their first location will be to attack the current source of Harmony Magic: the Treehouse of Harmony.
