Help /lh
Wanna help me plan the best christmas party by answering a few trivia questions?
Link to QUIZ
You might have heard of the British game show Pointless, in which contestants have to answer questions that had previously been given to the public. Their scores correspond with the amount of people who had also answered the questions correctly, but the catch is that they [the contestants] are aiming for the lowest *correct* score possible, with 0 (Pointless) being the winning score. They have to basically make the judgement call of their own knowledge and hope to answer the questions that the smallest amount of the public knew.
I am trying to recreate this for a family holiday party, but for authenticity's sake, I will need public answers to start with.
The questions will be quite simple in format, only requiring a 1 word/phrase answer at a time, but will differ in level of difficulty (depending on subject's familiarity of the topics) and be mostly about pop music, movies, tv, iconography + a little bit of general knowledge. Just to be sure, at the beginning of each round, there will be short instructions.
You will be able to view your own score at the end, but don't sweat it if you don't know the answer, just go with your gut feeling, and most importantly, have fun
Thank you for participating and helping out.
note: Google Forms is case and spelling-sensitive... unless someone could maybe help me with this? So far i just accounted for various capitalisation options but not sure how to account for spelling in people's individual scores
Edit: description of the game

It amuses me to this day that HBO managed to get away with producing “Tell Me You Love Me”. You know how it’s a joke that “Game of Thrones” can come off as porn at times? “Tell Me You Love Me” had scenes that were so explicit that people legitimately thought they were watching porn.
In case someone thinks I’m exaggerating how people reacted to the show:
