Edvin being "best part" of 28 years later just doesn't make sense because he obviously will have very short screentime since he's not one of the mains. As for him being the best part, it's like, my opinion? I think he's got like 30 minutes of screentime, he's not an extra. He was the best because he was funny, he had some great moments, obviously everyone else was great too. People like side characters the best all the fucking time. I went to a screening marketed as "unknown horror movie" because I like horror movies. Literally didn't even know he was going to be in the movie, so I don't feel biased here.
Finally, obviously the message wasn't actually for Edvin, I was joking around. Like those tiktoks, "this message is for this person and if you aren't that person please scroll." I wanted to post to let other people know he was really good and I thought he'd become much more popular for American audiences after this. Straight up, that's it.

There seems to be a general malaise on most of Tumblr about TikTok getting banned in the United States.
I understand the problems, "brain rot", whatever but- A government banning a social media app that opened the world for many people is legitimately scary and upsetting. Say what you want but, there are MANY global and local issues that would not have gotten the same traction, recognition, and outreach without TikTok.
And then add to this that Meta/Facebook was one the largest lobbyists working to get TikTok banned... Like- I think folks should be more concerned about the implications of what this means, especially since the ban goes into effect the day before inauguration.
