I finally got to watch the whole trilogy of Unbreakable, Split and Glass and I just gotta say I’m so mad M. Night killed Kevin. Like I legit started crying bc he deserved so much better, he deserved to be able to be loved and happy and to understand what he did wasn’t his fault, wasn’t his actions.

ty to @coldcrashpictures for putting this on his list in the top 10 superhero movies redux video bc i honestly wouldn't have seen it otherwise and now i have a potential new favorite of all time.
lads, girls, cryptids, they got me. they fucking got me. officially a Shyamalan convert. this is PHENOMENAL. a fucking masterpiece. it goes so much harder than it had to. now i need to watch the rest of the trilogy ASAP. purpose is god. this movie — and one scene in particular — is EXTREMELY funny if you've read Scott McCloud's Understanding Comics. this is an experience i will be cherishing forever. this is kinda the spiritual opposite of Josh Trank's Chronicle.

Don’t you ever make no mistake -
Baby, I’ve got what it takes -
And there’s no way you’ll ever get to me.
Why can’t you see that you’ll never ever hurt me?
‘Cause I won’t let it be; see, I’m too much for you, baby.

I saw 2 guys on tumblr doing this pose and immediately thought of these 2 and I just had to draw them I'm so glad it came out good I'm trying something different with my style and using a new brush hope y'all like it.^^ the only thing I wish I could change is the background, it looks to poppy I guess and bright sticks out like a sore thumb. Oh whatever enjoy.

seated to watch Unbreakable (2000) bc it was on coldcrashpictures's top 10 superhero films redux list and thought i might as well watch it (though, given my usual tolerance for spoilers, i skipped past him talking about it after he said the movie title to avoid spoilers. also this will be technically fourth Shyamalan movie i have knowingly watched besides The Sixth Sense and The ATLA movie, i have seen After Earth like. twice. last watch was in like 2016ish. but never knew he made it. also saw like bits of Split when it was airing on TV like almost a decade ago but never saw the whole thing) ANYWAY point is, i'm only 4:38 in and he's got my attention but the shot of Bruce Willis seeing her tattoo and then the camera panning down made me think it was gonna pan down to something much weirder than his wedding ring ajdhsdhshshahs
