DEAREST FRIENDS AND FOLLOWERS (and potential haters??)
any tips for chronic tennis elbow? every webpage just says rest and careful stretching but it comes back time and time again. i read an article today that basically said it's possible that tension points in my forearm muscles could be pulling on my tendon and causing it to flare up constantly. im going to try switching up my massaging technique on my arm but do any of you have any other tips? i believe one of the reasons it keeps popping up in my left elbow is because that's my cane arm, so the constant gripping and pressure is probably the culprit, but it's not like i can stop using my cane right?

tell me i'm not the only person in this kink who has a thing for belts…..
i mean, belts and stuffed bellies? when the belly is heavy enough to push on the belt, and when it hangs enough to completely hide the belt buckle?? having to start loosening a belt by several notches because of a steadily increasing waistline….
….unbuckling someone’s belt for them + unbuttoning their pants after a heavy meal and they let out an involuntary groan of relief. good god.
