Vaarsuvius and Marcille would absolutely despise each other until they saw each others spell lists, then they'd be besties.

Vaarsuvius, from the Order of the Stick webcomic
Pros:
- VERY powerful spellcaster (D&D 3.5 style), could talk to dracula about that
- constantly flies everywhere with an Overland Flight spell, so climbing isn't an issue
- knows vampires very well, they're not exactly like dracula but still
- As a wizard, has a high Will save, so might be protected from the trance
- Doesn't sleep (elf)
- Genre-aware, but the genre is fantasy action-comedy
Cons
- ABSOLUTELY would not accept the crucifix. Christianity doesn't exist in their world, and even if they're genre-aware enough to know about it, they are
- super egotistical
Oooooh, Vaarsuvius!
I think the dangers Dracula poses to Vaarsuvius are not physical. As you say, vampires are in the monster manual alongside the rest of us. Vaarsuvius is powerful enough to wipe out Black Dragons as a species (at least occasionally) - and is not Dracula the Son of the Dragon? Who would win in a fight is not the interesting side of this question. Nor is ability to escape - as you say, V can fly. But then, so can Dracula.
Being an Elf, V doesn't shave any more than they sleep, and as you say, can probably make their will saves against direct hypnosis. However -
Okay I was gonna go into fatal flaws but I thought of something extremely funny hang on.
May 28th
Dracula: *holding letters* My servants have given me these, of which, though I know not whence they come, I shall, of course, take care.
Dracula: See! One is from you, and to my friend Durkon; the other -
Dracula: *peers*
Dracula: *reading* I prepared explosive runes this morning!?
*KABOOM*
Ehehehehe okay I'm done. As I was saying, the danger to Vaarsuvius is not physical but psychological or possibly spiritual. V's fatal flaw is ambition and hubris, especially about the arcane - and of course denying their own complicity in their corruption arc. The temptation to gain arcane power through Dracula's knowledge of Scholomancy will be too great for them. They will engage in lots of Wizard to Wizard communication. And on the flipside, I think Dracula will be able to swallow his dissatisfaction with V's attitude to pursue the temptation of corrupting himself a new apprentice. Enter freely, and of your own will.
So anyway, I think technically Vaarsuvius of the Order of the Stick can survive Castle Dracula, but their alignment can not. And there's a nonzero chance that if V ever leaves, it will be as a vampire

Quick pen sketch of V that became an inadverent cautionary tale about the importance of hand studies, at last before you try something as daring as doodling without a pencil undersketch
On the bright side, the Ohuhu brush markers continue to make me giddy with their affordable quality
