why am i so bad with food? i had a panic attack eating a pb&j because after looking at the sell by date (the sell by date was just yesterday) i immediately took that as it was bad so i did 15-30 minutes of research on bread expiration dates while breathing quickly and trying not to cry and so i told someone about how this could be ocd based on this and other experiences and symptoms and was told “you’ve never eaten bad food, just calm down”
