Disney Villain Recruiters Personalities: Part 9

The lawless lassie on land! The duchess of doubloons! The swashbuckling sailor of the seven seas, herself!

Put your hands of all kinds together for:

Lady Hock! (Or Hook)

For those of you who don't know, the Disney Villain Recruiters was a Tokyo Disneyland-only show held every Halloween. Basically, the minions of famous Disney villains come to our world to try and tempt us to join their villain bosses.

- By the way, they are not the sons, daughters, or genderbent versions of the villains. They are just minions.

- Also! I do not speak Japanese. Thankfully, there were a few that had English subtitles, but not a lot. These are just my interpretations of her based on the videos I've seen, along with my own personal ideas about his character. So, let's get started!

Lady Hock (Hook)🪝

Working as part of Captain James Hook's crew, Hock is one of the only underlings, aside from Mr. Smee, who her master trusts the most.

No one truly knows Hock's origin, but most speculate that, similarly to most residents of Neverland, were transported to the sacred land decades, or even centuries ago, by chance or destiny. Hock, perhaps, was a troubled young woman living in England who desired to escape her former life. Regardless, her heart belongs to the ocean and the boundless adventures Neverland has to offer, and whatever her life was before this place, before her joining her captain's crew, is long forgotten. Good riddance! Or, perhaps not...

Despite her stoicism, Hock is very social, charismatic, and gentlemanly to her fellow female recruiters, who she makes a habit of escorting on stage. Perhaps her behavior comes from the fact that she has been surrounded by men, her crew, for most of her life. She even speaks in a more masculine tone to her relatively quiet voice, all of which, in turn, makes her more "prince-like" in comparison to most of her colleagues.

As she is a pirate though, Hock has a mischievous side to her, often pulling pranks on the male recruiters, such as hiding props or annoying them by casually placing her arms on their shoulders.

As is befitting of her home in Neverland, Hock adores children and has been seen by many guests comforting little ones and caring for sleeping babies. This, along with her friendly, laid-back personality, makes Hock a fan favorite among guests and her colleagues.

Captain Hook: In spite of his temper and occasional bumbling on missions, Hock cares for her captain. Unlike most of the recruiters, Hock has the luxury of having an almost casual relationship with her master, as he views her and Smee as his closets confidantes, as proven by Hook trusting Hock with his famous hook hand that she carries around the park. She understands Hook's emotional vulnerability since she is aware of his insecurities and remains incredibly loyal despite his faults. However, Hock is aware of her captain's more sadistic side, and while she may harbor hatred for Peter Pan, Hock understands that the young boy is just that: a boy. Though, while she can excuse most actions taken by Hook and the rest of the crew against Peter, as he has magic that none of them have, she cannot excuse her captain's actions against Wendy, her brothers, and the lost boys; they are innocent children in her eyes.

Mr. Smee: Hock and Smee have an amicable relationship, as the two of them are the only ones to speak to Hook in a less formal capacity, even though they hold a slight fear of their captain, Smee most of all. Hock appreciates Smee's kind and gentle nature, perhaps reminding her of someone in her distant past. They have a strong bond between them, and while Hook dismisses their more kind and empathetic nature's as weakness, Hock and Smee understand each other. Maybe someday, should something ever happen to their captain, Lady Hock and Mr. Smee could rule the seven seas together, high-stake adventures and all, but more peaceful.

Peter Pan: Although Peter is her master's enemy, and she despises him for getting in her Hook's way, Hock can admit that his pranks on the captain make for good fun, and a challenge to capture the boy whatever it takes. Hock is not nearly as obsessed with capturing Peter like Hook is, preferring to travel and find sacred treasures, but that doesn't mean she won't try! She will strike, and she strikes fierce and hard. There is no escape from her. However, Hock refuses to kill him or any of the children they may fight, only wanting to wound or stop them however she can. Peter or Wendy may see this, this compassion she holds within, and talk to her one-on-one. Maybe the "boy who never grows up" isn't so bad after all. Annoying, yes, but not worth killing.

Apple Poison: If there is one thing about Apple that most of the recruiters are not aware of, is his fear of sharp objects. As such, he can't stand look at hook Lady H carries for longer than a few seconds. And the poor elder will get slightly irritated by her pranks and trying to steal his apple to eat. Aside from that, Apple and Hock have a fairly peaceful relationship. He appreciates that she's not as chaotic as Jack or Dalmatia, and is a lot more tolerable than the latter two. He also admires her for her ability to charm and comfort guests, even though she may be more sincere than she lets on.

Jack Heart: These two have a more "mature but still fun older sister" and "goofball little brother" relationship. While she may not approve of ALL the pranks Jack pulls, especially towards Veil, Hock often joins in on the fun. They have been seen playfully fencing and cracking jokes together. The little squabbles she and Dalma have are entertaining to watch, but because Dalma is more sensitive and prone to irritation, Jack will calmly stop the argument. And hey! Anyone who can pick on Apple and get away with it is a friend in his book.

Malfie (Malfi): Hock loves to mess with Malfie; a perfect target due to his ego. Especially when he stutters during his dramatic "I'm the most beautiful creature to ever exist" speech. She often steals his mirror right out of hands to check herself in the mirror, or just to startle him. Either way, Malfie doesn't appreciate being a target of ridicule, but that's not new, given Jack and Dalmatia's behavior towards him. The two of them have a pleasant relationship, all in all, and he might join in on the pranks every once in a while if he's up for it. Just don't touch his hat!

Eight Foot Joe: Hock doesn't find Joe to be so bad to be around. They don't really interact a lot, but that's partly because of Joe's hesitation to talk to women, aside from Ms. Hades. As a result, she doesn't bother pranking him as much as the others, though she may steal his umbrella from time to time. Once he and Ms. Hades have interacted long enough, Lady H becomes the second female recruiter he trusts the most. They might bond over their shared love of the sea, and how they both feel slightly homesick, despite Joe's less than enthusiastic experience at home. So, they have a fairly passive relationship.

Mr. Dalmatia: Hock's habit of treating Dalmatia more like a dog than a person irks the speckled canine to no end. She enjoys annoying him by using him as an arm rest, and playing fetch with him, much to his slight dismay. However, they share a likeness for stealing their colleague's stuff, and they have fun doing so. Both Hock and Dalma are great friends with Jack, so they have to interact with one another. But they themselves are good friends and enjoy each other's company. Besides, Dalma would take Hock over Pretty Scar any day (for now at least).

Pretty Scar (Mzuri): Although Lady Hock has a high tolerance rate for the people around her, she tends to avoid attracting the young hyena's attention. Hock doesn't despise Pretty Scar as much as others might, but she can find her cutesy persona grating at times. She does find it hilarious, however, that such a "cute" young woman can eat as much or as violently as she does. Hock is used to this, of course, given how disgusting most of her captain's men eat back at home. Mzuri admires Hock and looks up to her as a big sister, and over time, Hock helps Mzuri relax and comforts her as any good big sister would do. They'll get there, all it takes character is development!

Ms. Hades: Ah, the den mother, and one of Hock's greatest friends. The fire maiden and pirate gal are somewhat of an unlikely duo, but they certainly make up the collection of colleagues who are on good terms with one another. Despite how Hock's pranks, sword fighting, and overall pirateness can cause chaos and a lot of damage to their theme park home, she makes up for it in her laid-back attitude, self-control, and fabulous charisma. Hock, meanwhile, appreciates Ms. Hades' maturity, even if she may be a stick in the mud at times (though not nearly as often as Apple). Generally speaking, the two care for and respect each other, like sisters!

Veil: Hock and Veil are incredibly close and consider each other best friends. They have been seen holding hands, linking arms, gazing into each other's eyes...caressing each other's faces.......something tells me that these two are a bit more than just friends. Maybe, or they're just incredibly cuddly. No judgment here. Either way, it's adorable. Hock is protective of Veil, defending her from Jack when the card and bell clash in an argument or if the former goes too far with teasing her. Hock knows that despite Veil's "mysterious" nature, she's secretly insecure about herself, and based on her experience with her captain, Hock knows how to help boost Veil's spirits. Friendship? Sisterhood? Lovers? Doesn't matter! These two love each other.

Faja (Farja): These two are the female versions of Jack and Dalma. Chaos just follows them everywhere! Best friends and practically sisters, Faja is always excited to get up to some mischief, intentionally or not. Hock is used to seeing magic on account of her living on an island existing within a star, so she'll sit next to Faja, maybe sharpening her sword to pass the time, while the erratic bird lady unsuccessfully creates a potion. Hock is one of the first to calm Faja down when she's on one of her shouting rampages when she's frustrated, which is often. Again, older sister energy is a common feeling within the ladies' group.

Overall: Lady Hock is a confident, friendly, and not-so-secretly kindhearted "villain" whose previous experience with her fellow pirates and residents of Neverland has helped the lass develop her social skills, in comparison to her more socially inept colleagues.

As much as she cares deeply for her captain, Hock's refusal for harming children may one day lead her to oppose him. And her experience with her new crew, her new friends, her new family, may lead her to betray her old family.

Only time will tell...may the ocean breeze guide Hock the right way.

I’ve had this idea for a while, and the six pose dance song has been stuck in my head for a week. So, this new girl with the striking resemblance to Minako is an alternate version of Minako from another dimension. She’s now Mika, an orphan and high school student in Japan. Watch me as I make some self-indulgent found family content with a very niche part of disney.

A few warnings: Content is mostly sad since I can't seem to make ocs without torturing them or giving them tragic backstories. I was also kind of sad doing research about orphaned children in Japan.

Bio

As a baby, she was found on the doorstep of a child institution without a single piece of information to identify her biological family. Mika has lived in three institutions and with two different families. Her status of being an orphan has often left her friendless and discriminated within not just her school, but almost every place outside an institution.

Currently, Mika resides in her second foster home with the Arai family that neglects her and only took her in to get the government money. She works as a waitress at a diner in hopes of surviving the adult world once her foster family kicks her out after she graduates from high school or even sooner once she turns eighteen in November.

Meeting the Villain Recruiters

(I couldn't find a lot of information on if Japanese schools going to field trips to Disneyland, but for the sake of this plot, just go with it)

Mika's homeroom wins an all-expense school field trip to Tokyo DisneySea set during the week leading up to Halloween. Much to her delight, she gets the opportunity to attend the Disney Villain Recruiters Atmos show event and the Sailing Day Buffet event. Little does she know, the recruiters are not just actors, but actual henchman of infamous Disney villains.

...And all 10 of them are scouting her long after the trip is over.

Personality

While her twst counterpart, Minako has little sister energy being the youngest in her family, Mika in comparison has big sister vibes. On the surface level, Mika can seem childish due to her naivety and her need for attention from adults. However, she’s quite responsible as she is rather efficient at time-management between work and school, doing chores around the house, and even helping the child care workers take care of the younger children when she was still living in an institution.

Mika maintains a soft-spoken persona, but holds strong convictions about how unfairly institutionalized children are treated and how biological parents aren't always good parents. She is more perceptive than she lets on as she is well aware that the recruiters are making excuses to spend time with her in order to gain her favour and later be recruited. She rarely voices her opinions and inner thoughts out loud.

Having spent most of her childhood as a lonely orphan, she craves attention and affection from others, especially from adults. In spite of knowing the ulterior motives of the recruiters, she continues to consort with them as they were the closest thing she had to a group of friends.

Abilities

Unlike Minako, Mika is not a witch or that much of athlete, but she's near-indestructible. She doesn't know why. She can survive the heaviest falling debris, gunshot wounds, stabbing, decapitation poisoning, and cannot be burned by even hellfire. Mika has only gotten sick twice in her life, but her illnesses tend to hit very hard.

Hey, I only said "near-indestructible."

Other Facts

Up until she was six, Mika was called Hanako Yamada or Yamada Hanako in Japanese. And no, I don't mean the little sister from Yandere Simulator or the comedian. Hanako Yamada and Taro Yamada are the Japanese equivalent of Jane/John Doe.

Her first family that she was taken in by was a sweet elderly couple who adopted her when and legally changed her the name to Mika Masaki.

Mika was among the very few children who got to live with a family let alone two families, but only because she has no biological parents and other relatives that anyone knows about that can ask to take her back.

Mika's first adopted parents taught her plenty of basic life skills in cooking, cleaning, managing money, etc.

Unfortunately, her adopted parents were beginning to experience the first stages of dementia when Mika was ten and were deemed unfit to care for her. The Masakis were placed in a nursing home and Mika was forced to go to her third institution before eventually being taken in by an uncaring foster family a year later.

Relationships with the Recruiters: A Summary

I'll make a much more in depth version of the relationships another day. For now, take a summary of their general relationships with Mika.

They seem to know something about Mika's origins, but why? It's like she met a long time ago, but Mika can't put her finger on it. She knows that they're planning to recruit her, she just doesn't know why her specifically. And if they wanted her to be their team so bad, why are most of them so distrustful and acting like she could fold them like a lawn chair?

That's how it was at first. Over time, all ten of them grew to care for Mika and started empathizing for her situation. They are slightly yandere-ish because half of them don't know how to act like regular humans.

Mika has a few love interests from the group, mainly being Jack Heart and Apple Poison. Why? Because they're my favourites and I have to have romance. I had this scenario in mind on Mika's eighteenth birthday and Jack Heart was the first recruiter who made his official introduction to her and brought a tart for her birthday at the end of their wonderland shenanigans. This is still just him with ulterior motives but still.

How did the DVR AU gang find out about their villain recruiter look alikes' crushes and love feels? Did they tell them or did they just notice?

I kind of like to picture Dalmatia sitting by Dante and saying "I am in love. Oh fuck I'm in love why?!" in just panic after he realizes his feelings for PS

Some like Dalmatia had blurted out their feelings and explained who it was or chickened out due to shyness.

Apple and Jane are make people notice their crush. Apple is very subtle with it which makes people put pieces together slowly, meanwhile Jane is over the top with her pining; I'm talking about longing sighs, heart eyes and intense gazes.

Jane's pining makes their AU's slaps their foreheads, and peek and Jane and Vera in hoping they get the hint. When it didn't, they slap it harder.

Hello! I have returned to expand a bit more to expand on the Disney Villain Recruiters in the House of Mouse AU.

Jack Heart, Apple Poison, and Eight Foot Joe are Yuu's big bros. Apple and Joe are more or less tsunderes about it. Ms. Hades and Lady Hock/Hook is also a tsundere big sisters (god, I wish the names for the Lady Recruiters were more creative. They just gave up on our girls.)

I remember mentioning Jack Heart secretly rooting for Ace. Man is pulling a Pain and Panic move by being a multi-shipper at the risk of getting decapitated by his Queen. I get the feeling that the Queen of Hearts is strictly a RiddleYuu shipper.

Mr. Dalmatia and Pretty Scar are rather clingy to Yuu as much as the animal children characters are. They will attack Crowley, Mortimer, and Pete in Yuu's honour. In spite of Pretty Scar's crush on Dalma, she tends to compete with him AND Tinkerbell for Yuu's attention.

Surprisingly, the ever so lethargic Eight Foot Joe gets in on the antics with Dalma and Pretty Scar when they torment Crowley. He knows what it's like to be overworked with little payback.

Malfie and Veil absolutely dote on Yuu and are the most passionate shippers of the recruiters, next to Pretty Scar. Unfortunately, both Malfie and Veil don't give the best advice to their biases, Malleus and Rollo respectively. Malfie can get a little too vain and shallow, while Veil is a little naive and sheltered when it comes to love being under Frollo's influence.

Speaking of Malfie, beauty is very important to him, so he likes to do Yuu's hair and makeup being all like "You're going to be the prettiest girl at the party!"

First of all, yeah, the girlies really need better PR because what are those names?

Secondly, yeah this seems accurate (I say despite having absolutely no idea what their characteristics/personalities are like).

Where would Mr Dalmatia be in the shipping war, though? Since his twst counterpart is Yuu's father figure, I guess he's just there to cause chaos with the potential suitors and their shippers.

Good lord, I can see Jack Heart rooting for Ace despite knowing the consequences - he does love an underdog (I bet he's like that one lone voice that yelled 'Hooray' during the Alice in Wonderland film when the King of Hearts made his entrance). I bet there are card soldiers that know about it but keep quiet so that the Queen doesn't lose her temper.

I just love the chaos of all of it. Diablo just sighs and wonders how he's the only competent henchmen out of all of them.

Hi! I was wondering about all the props each villain recruiter has (Malfie's mirror, Joe's umbrella, etc.) and I was wondering if all recruiters have a prop of their own, since I see them holding props in some of the videos i've watched, but I want to ask if you know what prop each recruiter has?

Yes, they all have a special "fashion item"!

In the 2016-2017 shows, the props were given to recruited guests to "complete" their outfits during Ms Villa and MP's fashion checks. Many of the Recruiters have also always had a personal prop that they tote around in both Fashion Check shows and Mr V and Scatter's standard Villains Recruiting shows.

In 2017, you could even find some of their items as little charms! Looking back, if I'd known I would have fallen this deeply in love with them, I would have bought them all!

Now while many Recruiters had an iconic prop (Apple's poison apple, Malfie's mirror etc), like I said the ones handed to guests during the show were separate ones and many Recruiters actually just had a sort of mask that resembled their Masters.

I used to do a rp of sorts where Hock basically saves Veil and the run away together and hide from Frollo, I only remembered after looking at some old chats

Okay. I'm not against the Recruiters helping each other or somehow finding a way to communicate after they leave our world, but I feel like it would be a much better choice to let each of them deal with their problems by themselves.

I mean, it's a cute idea, but it would be kind of jarring to have one character from one movie interrupt another.

The Sword Lady

Somehow @futureschemistry got me into villain recruiters sO HERE I AM WITH INSERT #1 (and yes this is what the item vote was about)

Sword was a popular one, so first up I drew the sword lady Bronwen.

I am. Still a new bean working on details, but here is some basic information so far!

-Her name, as usual, is Bronwen. In this case she took on this name in order to be more appealing to humans and recruit them to the villain’s side with more ease.

-Bronwen’s master villain is Prince Hans! She is his sword given a form more appealing to humans, in order to help recruit people with the others. Her colours and outfit are based off of Hans’ outfit in the beginning of Frozen and the sword itself.

-Bronwen has a neutral opinion on Elsa unlike me as we know, but believes Anna rather naive and speaks a little more gently/kindly about her. She is more sympathetic to Hans, considering that she works for him, but notably is very professional and a touch distant in how she discusses him.

-Some of the other recruiters jokingly call her “the sword lady” (mainly to annoy her lmao) and she’s said to be “a little sharp around the edges”- since she can be a bit short-tempered when people are uncooperative. Otherwise she’s seen as a rather charming gal.

-Bronwen’s handheld item is a dagger. It has a blue handle- the same colour as Hans’ cloak in the finale/climax of Frozen- with similar designs on the handle and blade.

-Like other recruiters, she has a few little… “quirks”. Namely her nails. They are very pointed, stupid sharp, and basically more akin to metal- not unlike a sword blade. She’s extra careful with her hands because of this so she doesn’t accidentally cut somebody.

-May or may not be in love with Lady Pirate Hock

My Little Pony Style Villain Recruiters

So I have a question that I feel as if you're the only one who'll get it well:

So imagine this, a world with the stories is the same but sometimes after the villains have a final curtain call of their motives, but one thing is drastically different... And that's their recruiters are fully evil. Not only that but are so wicked and far not even their once masters can stop them

Either some were abandoned or betrayed by their villains or others simply didn't get their villains help from the beginning, but the end result is the same, they are cruel and ruthless

My question is, if this case scenario was true, what would you think their villain arcs are like?

First off, I'm sorry that it took so long to answer this ask. Life has been quite hectic for me these past few months, so I took a bit of a break. So, to make up for it, let's have some fun here!

Second, it really depends on what established lore you've set for them. Some people have different interpretations of their characters, but if you're going by my personality pages, I have some ideas:

Apple 🍎

Apple seems like the type to claw his way to power no matter what. If he didn't meet the Evil Queen/Grimhilde, he probably would've served under other corrupt monarchs before somehow manipulating them or the people around them to overthrow that monarch and take his "rightful" place as the new ruler.

Very politically oriented than outright murderous.

Jack Heart ❤️

Jack is kinda hard to imagine being strictly "evil" since he's more of the "fun guy who doesn't care about the consequences" type.

But, if you want to lean into him being more insane, I can totally see him becoming more and more unhinged as time goes on.

He craves chaos. He craves destruction. Similar to Kefka Palazzo from Final Fantasy, but less existential and nihilistic.

I doubt that he'd take out the Queen of Hearts, but for this case, let's say he did: He'd make it a spectacle. To show everyone in Wonderland who the true king is.

No longer does he want to be a pawn at her disposal. He'll have it all, one way or another.

Mr. Dalmatia 🐾

Even if this is the 101 Dalmatians universe, where animals are way smarter than we know, I don't see Dalma becoming a supervillain.

Maybe a gang leader of street dogs or something if he was never adopted by Cruella.

Or, more likely, if he was ever betrayed by Cruella, he would plot his revenge, killing everyone, even Pongo, Perdita, the puppies, and the others by burning Hell Hall to the ground and closing any escape routes, then disappear into the woods. Never to be seen again.

Eight Foot Joe 🐙

MURDER.

He finally snaps from exhaustion and has a full-on Death Note-style murder plot to kill Ursula.

Whether he uses an ancient artifact, potions, or goes along with Ursula's plot, only to steal the trident from her after she accidentally kills Flotsam and Jetson, that betrayal is coming full force.

He becomes the new king of the sea. Finally earning the respect he deserves.

Malfi/Malfie 🪞

Malfi, at least in my headcanons, was an actual bird who was later turned human-ish by Maleficent.

Considering how powerful she is in comparison to everyone on this list, I doubt that Malfi would be brave or powerful enough to take her on in a fight.

Malfi is more of an opportunist. He'd lie and wait for Philip to kill Maleficent. Then, once she's out of the way, he'd kill Philip himself.

Unfortunately, while he was trained by the Mistress of All Evil, he knows Flora, Fauna, and Merryweather would cause problems, so he'd capture them somehow and drain them of their magic, so he could use it to curse the kingdom once again.

Malfi would have everything he's ever wanted: Power, a kingdom, a beautiful bride, and servants and subjects that cater to his every whim.

Pretty Scar (Mzuri) ✨️

I've talked in length about what would happen at the end of The Lion King if PS was there to witness or take part in the killing of Scar, and I honestly don't see her in a leadership position of any kind.

But, if we want to change it up a bit, instead of giving up on Scar after he dies, we find out later that she joined Zira and helped raise Kovu.

Like Zira, she believes Kovu will one day become the great king destined to overthrow Simba and avenge Scar

This Mzuri, despite the fact that Scar betrayed her fellow hyenas, still worships Scar because she's used to the abuse she suffers from her family. She blames Simba for placing Scar in a position where he would have to throw the hyenas under the bus to save his own life.

Ms. Hades 🔥

As I've stated before, I see Ms. Hades as a creation of Hades, so her betraying him is kind of pointless, seeing as he could easily destroy her if he wanted to.

If she was to go all-out villain, though, she'd probably wait to reveal herself as the true villain until Hercules was far enough into the River Styx to die of old age. Then, she'd most likely push Hades down there or use some enchanted item of some kind to bind him, then throw him into the river.

Her motive? She despised working for someone who treated her like an object. She was created for the sole purpose of working beneath him, and she could stand it no longer.

I see her as someone who doesn't focus on the petty things, and that's what makes her so deadly.

She's so calm, collected, and controlled that she doesn't let any weakness of hers slip through the cracks. She looks through every possible option, every little detail. She makes good work of using any opportunities Hades never thought to use.

She is a force of nature; an untamable fire. There is no question that she will take over the living world and Mount Olympus. All hail the queen.

Veil 🔔

If Veil had never met Frollo, I don't see the possibility of her becoming a villain simply because she wouldn't have the resources to raise her status as a "lowly commoner." That, and her personality. She was essentially groomed to become Frollo's loyal follower. That wouldn't have happened otherwise

So, if we work with the opposite of what I wrote as an ending for Veil on her page, similarly to Pretty Scar, Veil would be so brainwashed that she'd still defend Frollo and continue his reign of terror in his absence. Only this time, it's even more dangerous than before.

Lady Hock (Hook) 🪝

Again, I really don't see her as a supervillain personality-wise, and even if Hock was betrayed by Captain Hook, I see her going down a more heroic path than anyone else.

Even if she never met the captain, I don't see her becoming a villain either. She's remarkably chill and goes with the flow in most situations.

The best I can see is that if you altered her personality a tad, she'd allow Captain Hook to kill the Lost Boys and Wendy.

Unless she finally got fed up with Hook's cowardice and decided to get rid of him, then the kids. But again, that's less likely.

Faja 🌹

I'll give Jafar this: He never betrayed Iago. They were practically best buds in the first movie, so I don't doubt that he might be the same with Faja.

However, if all three of them became trapped in the lamp, they'd all drive each other crazy. So much so that later on, once they learn about Iago's escape and betrayal, Faja realizes how power-hungry and abusive he's become. Should this happen, she will help defeat Jafar with Aladdin and the gang once and for all, but she'd immediately turn on them all afterwards.

Or, if we go with the option of her never meeting Jafar, unlike Veil's situation, magic exists in this world, so I can definitely see her taking a similar path as Jafar and learning magic on her own to escape her life as a street rat. Except more erratic and unhinged.
