my circadian rhythm needs to stop

#tried to go to bed at 11:30 last night #went to bed at 2 #woke up at 8 #laid in bed until 1 #got up and ate lunch and did some school work #at this point i have skipped both of my med times #plan to go work out at 4:45 but i get sleepy around 4 #decide to take a quick nap cause the gym is only 15 away #set an alarm and wake up at 4:30 but immediately go back to sleep #IN FULL CLOTHES WITH THE LIGHTS ON AND NO BACKGROUND NOISE #wake up at 7pm #work on some stuff buy a printer from facebook marketplace #it is now 9 and i have not eaten dinner #also do you know why i was so sleepy? BC I HADN'T TAKEN MY MEDS #MY DOCTER WAS SPECIFICALLY LIKE #'take your meds after lunch bc people tend to get sleepy after they eat and your meds will have worn off by then'#AND DID I LISTEN? NO #so not only have i not completed at the stuff i have to do for tomorrow #but i didn't work out like i wanted #and now it's too late to work out outside of the house #the only good news is that i have a newfound love of grilled cheese #i normally hate grilled cheese bc it's too bland #but i had really good grilled cheese today #gonna make it for dinner too #i've become a basic autistic bitch #anyway rant over #actually i could also rant about academia for a bit #but meh

one concept i subscribe to is that Kim is ‘eepy. perpetually eepy pilled. always ready to take a fat nap. yawns constantly. those cat like yawns where he gotta do a big stretch and mossy on. the bags under his eyes make him look younger, not older, bc they tell u that hes just so so eepy. mans gets a nightly 6 hours of sleep thats enough to function but just not enough to satisfy so hes just. always eepy. aaaah so eepy zzzzz

I'm turning 30 on Sunday, and I was able to get enough comic work done that I don't need to work on it until July again. My plan for the next 2 weeks was to dedicate my time to editing and illustrating my current book WIP, and work on some merch for a convention in August, but now I just wanna be like "fuck it it's my birthday week" and not to anything lmao

god i wish i were a person with a normal sleep schedule

#i've been up since about 4.30 #and like #sometimes i sleep reaaaaaly early then wake up reallly early #sometimes i have really bad sleep becuase of my rare dreaming but usually bad dreaming #sometimes i stay up too late and then am stupidly sleepy through the day #sometimes i just plonk out at 7pm and nap for like a hour if my parents dont notice #sometimes cramps and illness take over and i lie in bed for the whole day and still feel sleepy after #sometimes i feel really energised for no reason on 5 hours of sleep #but other times i get like 9 hours of sleep and i feel so so so so snorkmimimimimi time #make me normal please TwT
