even tho i haven't played either, i like deltarune more than undertale, from a visual aspect. I also like Kris a lot, no idea what their issue is tho.
#ask#i know i saw undertale gameplay when it first came out. but i dont think i watched anyone play deltarune besides my little sibling. bits of#i like the uh goat character. but only before they take the hat off. keep the hat on goat boy#the shadow n stuff looks better imo

genuinely love it when i launch an old ass game and my desktop gets all fucked up. im making my pc time travel
#im trying to install & replay an evil game thats changed my brain chemistry at the tender age of . like. 3 (american mcgees alice)#i actually still have the physical copies of it + the sequel but my pc doesnt have a pussy. sad! well theres other ways to get games 🏴☠️#now u may wonder why was i introduced to that game at that age. and the answer is that my mom is a hashtag gamer#who let her toddler not only watch her brutally murder & decapitate lowpoly guys but also let me 'help' her sometimes LOL#obvs i was dogshit at it (shocking: babies have bad aim) and i didnt get past level 1 until i tried playing it again when i was like 6-8#and. quite frankly. itd be a bit of a challenge for ppl of any age due to the gameplay being kind of dogshit also LOL#but the impact it had on me...... i had a paper doll of alice that my mom made for me that i played w/ a lot#shes the reason why i have so many striped accessories 2day. n shes also the character that made me into a cool boots appreciator.#the list goes on and on#^ fun lil tidbit of valdotpng lore for u all while i wait for stuff to load

i feel like eyepos are one of the funniest things in yo-kai watch like. there's no explanation for them ever they just exist. do they actually exist in-universe or are they just a gameplay thing. are they yo-kai. they don't spawn until after you get your yo-kai watch or anything. they're literally everywhere but there's no explanation for them-
#puppy rambles#yo-kai watch#also in 1 they say actual words and i don't like it ksrjhfsdkhfsjfs-#logically i feel like they're probably just meant as a gameplay thing so you can heal n change your team around before bosses n stuff#but it's funnier to imagine they just exist with no explanation-#''whisper what's this weird eyeball thing'' ''oh that's an eyepo. no one knows what they are really'' ''oh okay-''#eyepo is the strongest yo-kai of them all clearly-

heyy, can i request somethin spicy? max v. is the dom in this relationship. one day max was streaming and his girlfriend was getting horny by the way max just curses because he was getting frustrated at his racing game. and so she tried to get max's attention by giving him a bj under the table and max was just getting whimper-y and stuff (more like a sub) and his viewers notice and he shuts off the stream to teach her a lesson? thank yewwwww!
Racing on Stream
Summary— Max teases his girlfriend while on stream and she returns the favor, which enrages him
Warnings— SMUT ; dom!max ; bj ; cock warming ; orgasm denial ; mean max
A/N— ouuu I like this take 🤭
Max One Shots

Dividers @bernardsbendystraws @dollywons
Max always teased his girlfriend before stream, not thinking it would ever backfire on him. Little kisses or whispers before he sat in the sim ready to race.
He turned on his stream, greeting everyone. His girlfriend off, presumably to huff about his teasing. What he didn’t know was that she was plotting. She took into account he usually has his camera on, but for some odd reason he didn’t today.
“Stupid fucking- this game is rigged guys!” Max yelled. For some reason she didn’t jump but got turned on by his yelling. “No! I did that my settings are fine this game is just stupid man!” He continued to scream and curse at the game.
She was turned on by his yelling and decided it was her turn to tease. She put on lingerie and walked around the house, cleaning, or doing useless things to catch his attention. When he did notice he muted his mic, triple checking it was off before scolding her.
“Schatje, go put on clothes now.” He demanded, trying to stay focused on his racing. When the game paused for an intermission and she didn’t change, he got up excusing himself from the group.
“What, you tease me.” She shot at him. She was right, he definitely did tease her. He pulled her in my by her waist and kissed her gently. Whispering something in her ear that made her blush profusely.
“Not while I’m streaming.” He ended. She squealed in surprise but nonetheless watched him get back in his sim chair and apologize to his friends. She was already in trouble, why not up the ante.
She crawled into the small space under his desk and he shifted uncomfortably noticing her presence. He stuttered a bit on the mic and periodically looked down at her in the middle of the game. He was focused on the game and couldn’t bring himself to stop her.
She tugged his shorts off along with his boxers and got to work on slowly sucking, her spit pooling at the base of his cock. He huffed a breath and looked down at her with warning in his eyes. One of the guys must’ve asked if he was okay because he responded breathily to them saying he was.
She continued to suck and deep throat his cock as he played and his gameplay became progressively worse as she continued. He couldn’t mute his mic the rest of the game, that would raise more flags as he played and no one heard his rage.
“Stupid fucking- ah! Jesus schatje!” He slipped up while trying to rage and the mic immediately went off. She took him as far as she could and gagged when he started raging and moved further into her mouth. “When I’m done with this game you’re going to fucking hate me- fuck!”
She hummed and he came in her mouth. His hips bucking slightly as she tried keeping the mess in her mouth. She pulled off and swallowed the sticky white mess, pulling his boxers and shorts back up.
She exited the crawl space that was under his desk and walked to their bedroom. Max finished the game and wasted no time joining her. He slammed the door making her jump and he was breathing heavily from anger. “Really?” He asked.
She shrugged her shoulders like she didn’t do anything wrong and he made his way toward her. “You could’ve muted your mic.” She said innocently. He got his clothes off and ripped her lingerie, skipping foreplay entirely.
“Could’ve muted my mic? That’s your excuse for this behavior?” He asked, slowly lining himself up. She whined as he slowly thrust himself in. “Look how easy this is, so wet.” He groaned. He bottomed out and began a harsh pace.
She moaned and whimpered loudly before he put a hand over her mouth. Her muffled cries made him chuckle to himself as he thrust harshly, getting her close to her orgasm.
He pulled out right before and she whimpered again, thrashing around. “Oh, you expected me to let you cum?” He asked. She whined and he removed his hand from her mouth letting her spew hatred at him. “You made me whimper on stream!”
“You asked me to!” She whined. He did not ask her too, he teased her saying she should do it while he isn’t streaming. “Excuse me for listening!”
“Schatje, what did I say before I got back in the racing sim hm?” Realization dawned on her that he did say ‘not while I’m streaming’. He slipped back in, but time kept a slow and agonizing pace. She could feel every vein, every inch of him as he pulled out and pushed back in.
“Max please!!” She whined. “I’m sorry, I was just horny and-“ she was cut off by her own moans as he sped up. The apology was mediocre, sure, but he took it as acceptable. He brought her close again, the fast pace rendering her speechless. “Please! Close Max!” She mumbled out.
He angled himself to hit her sweet spot and she arched her back into him. “Such a good girl right now schatje.” He praised, feeling her clench around him. He felt her walls tense and release over him. “That’s it, cum around my cock.” He slowed his thrusts as she came down from her high.
He pulled out and flipped her to kneel on top of him. “Max I can’t.” She protested. He ignored her and slipped inside her wet cunt again. The position making her moan out and lean on his chest. He stilled inside her, feeling her walls twitch from oversensitivity.
“Shh, just stay like this for me.” The anticipation was bubbling inside her. She wanted to move, she wanted him to guide her hips to another orgasm. He wasn’t letting either happen with his death grip on her hips.
She whined, trying to grind on top but he didn’t let her. “Please, one more?” She begged. He smiled at her fucked out fave and denied her.
“No, we’re going to stay like this until you can tell me what you did wrong and why you aren’t going to do it again.” Max explained. He knew she had a complex about admitted her wrongs. She whined and just relaxed, knowing it would take awhile.
After a good 10 minutes she was crying at the feeling and confessing that she was wrong. “I’m sorry, I shouldn’t have sucked you off on stream, I won’t do it again I promise.” She wiggled her hips as much as she could and he released her.
He cleaned them up after and they cuddled to sleep. Safe to say it was last time she sucked him off on stream, but not the last time she sucked him off while he played.
Guys I found an A03 with, I’m not exaggerating, like 100 tags today. I didn’t read it but DAMN

A Twitch streamer and a YouTube vlogger start interacting online, and the internet can’t look away.
a/n: this is modern day tlou au, these are just headcanons but I might make this a series :P
: ̗̀➛Back to source

{[Streamer!Ellie x Vlogger!Reader]}
╰┈➤ 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
You first take notice of Ellie when you come across one of her twitch clips while doomscrolling on TikTok.
It’s a clip of her absolutely raging after losing a game in the funniest, most unhinged way. You watch it three times because her reactions are hilarious and weirdly charming.
You don’t even realize she’s a big streamer. You just think, “Who is this angry little goblin and why is she so entertaining?”
So you fall down a mini rabbit hole, watching her highlights, and funny clip compilations, then finding her Twitch.
You start putting her own for background noise while you edit your vlog videos. Of course having to turn the volume down when you do voice overs, though you can always hear her tuned town voice yelling as she keyboard smashes.
One day you comment on her TikTok post,
Xx.y/n_l/n.xX: You’re the human version of a broken controller and I love it.
And Ellie is IMMEDIATELY interested in you, since she doesn’t really ever have verified accounts comment on her videos who aren’t her other streamer friends.
Ellie recognizes your username, vivid memory of your overly cutesy vlogs popping up on her YouTube feed as she searches for new games.
Ellie likes and replies,
RageSaurusRex: Takes one to know one
On stream, she casually mentions you, “Apparently some YouTube vlogger called me a broken controller… solid first impression.”
After that, you both lowkey stalk each other’s content. Ellie watches a few of your vlogs while pretending she isn’t invested. She especially likes your get ready with me posts. While you still watch her chaotic Twitch streams, trying not to laugh out loud when she accidentally says something stupid.
The mutual stalking goes wild.
In a random Twitch stream, you pop into her chat and she immediately notices. “Wait. No way. Xx.y/n_l/n.xX is in my chat? Mods, behave.” It’s playful, but her ears turn red.
Safe to say her chat went crazy as she perfectly pronounced your user with no thought at all, perfectly memorised.
Ellie slides into your DMs after the stream, casual at first… well, casual to Ellie’s standards anyways… sending you memes so unfunny they turn out hilarious and it quickly spirals into an ongoing conversation that never really stops.
╰┈➤ 𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩
Ellie’s streams are mostly chaotic, she likes playing bloody and violent video games, with lots of graphic content. But if you ask her to play more relaxing games she hops on that shit so fast you have no idea.
Suddenly the games she plays on stream are more chilled out, but she somehow makes peaceful games rage inducing. Though she still likes to play her violent games… she likes to throw in some Animal Crossing and A little to the left, just for you.
And you start mentioning her in your vlogs, maybe you are filming a ‘find stuff at the thrift with me’ video, and come across a guitar, Savage Starlight comic, and dinosaur plush and casually mention your online friend liking that stuff.
And your viewers IMMEDIATELY know who you’re referring to. This is the moment where fanbases start to merge.
Everyone goes crazy when Ellie calls you on stream to invite you to play a co-op game, and who are you to say no?
The first few minutes of gameplay are filled with awkward jokes, Ellie trash talking her own gameplay as she mines, and both of you getting caught up in a whirlwind of laughter.
By the end of the stream, fans are already making jokes about you two being ‘that couple’ even though you’re just starting out as gaming buddies.
So now you and Ellie have a little series on her Twitch channel of your guys cute modded Minecraft world.
After the collab, Ellie occasionally drops little comments during her streams, like, “Oh, don’t worry, I’ll let Y/n win this round. I’m that nice.” Her fans eat it up. They tease her, ‘Are you just trying to impress them?’ and Ellie plays along, dramatically rolling her eyes. It’s all an inside joke, but the fans are certain something more is brewing.
You and Ellie have this natural, easy back and forth relationship. Teasing, bickering, laughing at anything and everything. Feels totally unforced too.
Viewers eat it up, clipping every little moment where you two banter like an old married couple and the editors go crazy editing your cutest and funniest movements.
You guys get close very quickly, though you are complete opposites, you guys get on so well. And your viewers notice this, clipping every moment you two mention each other on your channel or her streams. Making cute compilation videos.
Makes people question if you two could maybe be more?
After the first few collabs, you and Ellie start messaging off-stream more often than you did originally. Late-night Discord calls, sending each other dumb memes, casually complaining about trolls and the stress of your uploading schedule … until it starts feeling weirdly personal and real.
You and Ellie fall into a natural rhythm of playful teasing. If Ellie messes up, you’re quick to call her out, “I’m pretty sure I could’ve done that with my eyes closed.” And she comes right back with, “Maybe you should! It’d be an improvement!” There’s no real tension, it’s all fun and games.
But fans definitely start noticing how comfortable you two are with each other.
Off-camera, Ellie is way softer. She sends you voice notes with her raspy laugh, asks you for recommendations for songs she should cover with her guitar on live, and lowkey gets jealous if she sees you post content with someone else.
The line between online friends and something more gets messier every day. Little inside jokes turn into flirty comments. Your chats get longer. Your smiles get a little too genuine on camera.
You’re in the middle of an co-op, and Ellie jokes, “You know, I think we’d make a great team… in life.” Your response? “Right, as long as you promise not to scream my ears off.” Chat erupts. Clips start circulating of the back-and-forth, with comments like ‘Are they secretly dating or just the most iconic duo ever?’
Sometimes, mid stream, there’s this tiny pause after you say something sweet, Ellie wants to say something but doesn’t. And chat definitely notices how her freckles cheeks get a bit more rosy.
Also, even when you two aren’t playing together she always somehow manages to bring you up. She casually mentions your name in her streams, “I was playing with Y/n the other night, and you know, they almost didn’t completely suck. Almost.” Her chat immediately lights up with comments like ‘Aww, they’re cute’ and ‘is this wuh luh wuh?’.
Yeah, you guys definitely could be something more.
╰┈➤ 𝐅𝐚𝐧𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐞
And people ship you guys so hard, everyone in her chat always asks about when she’ll stream a Minecraft video with you again they practically demand it, and she always laughs it off saying something along the lines of: “She’s got her own channel to take care of, chat. Go watch her vlogs if you miss her.”
A few fan edits appear, showcasing moments when you and Ellie are too comfortable with each other. One fan edit has a side-by-side of you two laughing, with the text “When you realize you’re lowkey in love with your gaming partner.” The comments go wild, including one that reads, “They’re definitely dating, there’s no way they’re not.”
They start shipping you two so much that the hashtag #EllieAndY/n quickly trends on Twitter, even though you two are just friends… for now.
People go crazy when you guys comment on each others instagram posts, especially when she calls you pretty on your most recent post. Your fanbases start colliding faster than expected. The crossover is hilarious, with Ellie’s followers getting curious about your YouTube content, and your subscribers discovering her Twitch streams.
Fans put together compilation videos of the ‘cutest moments’ between you two, including Ellie pretending to be offended when you win a round, her leaning into the mic to yell your name in a faux-dramatic way, and both of you staying up past midnight to finish a game. The fans add text like ‘#CoupleGoals’ and ‘Best. Duo. Ever.’
A flood of fanfiction starts to appear in your comment sections, all based around you and Ellie being an unlikely couple. One fanfic is called ‘Unlikely Duet’ where you two play games and bicker, but end up falling for each other after a series of increasingly ridiculous gaming mishaps. Readers comment things like, ‘If they’re not together in real life, I’m going to riot.’
╰┈➤ 𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐈𝐑𝐋
People start speculating on how you posted on Instagram a photo of you at the airport, theorising how you could potentially be letting each other??? Maybe???
Of course they were right.
Ellie starts one of her streams where she just talks to her viewers, and it’s only a few minutes in when she announces she has a special guest.
And pulls you into frame on an old spare gaming chair she has. Her chat goes CRAZY. Even some of your viewers joining her stream.
The stream lasted only half an hour before she ended it. And it mostly consisted of you two giggling and smiling at each other as you talk about random stuff.
Not even two days later you list on your YouTube a vlog titled, ‘Travel with me to Seattle’.
And the blog consisted of you travelling the first few minutes, until you finally meet Ellie in person, giving each other a big hug. (imagine the cutesy edits).
The rest of the video is you and her meeting some of her friends while you film everything cool you could find in Seattle. Until you end it in her film room.
Now, after maybe half a year of just speaking online you guys do everything you can while you’re with each IRL.
Posting on instagram, taking photos together.
Getting on with her friends, Jesse and Dina, who when you aren’t around, tease her about you. Safe to say Ellie may have developed a little crush…
“You’re set up is way cleaner then I thought it would be.” You casually mention as you look at her fancy gaming set up. “You thought it’d be messy?” She laughs at you, nudging you as she lets you play some of her games. (She won’t tell you she cleaned her whole apartment for you staying over for a week.)
When she’s dropping you off at the airport to go home she gives you a big hug that lasted a little too long for friends..
“I can’t wait to do this again.” You whisper in her ear, arms around her neck, your suitcase and bag carelessly left on the ground as you say your goodbyes. She let out a chuckle, shaking her head. “Yeah, me too.” Her freckled cheeks heat up.
And after your year long online friendship, and a whole week of being together in person, you guys share your first kiss in the airport.
It was just a complete coincidence when one of her viewers recognises you two and takes a sneaky photo and post it on twitter.
WAIT STOP I LOVED WRITING THIS SM!!! SHOULD I DO MORE BUT ITS THE START OF THE RELATIONSHIP???

I've been scrolling through your blog, you've got some pretty cute stuff. I loved the serial killer piece. Food for thought, just a little treat- yandere hacker. Serially online genius who falls in love with a small time content creator, and would go on revenge streaks to try and "protect" His darling from trolls
ERROR404˚₊·—̳͟͞͞♡

A/N : i miss 707. have some yan hacker instead.
T/W : yandere theme, mentions of doxxing, mentions of harassment, invasion of personal information
«────── « ⋅ʚ💌ɞ⋅ » ──────»
" Thanks for the 20 dollar donation 'L3M0NP1E' !! "
[name] thanked the donor with a grateful smile. Being a smaller content creator, receiving donation is quite a rare feat especially with the small size of audience they currently have.
They had only begun making content a few months ago out of boredom under the name of [alias name]. It started with them posting videos of gameplay commentary video, that by a stroke of luck gained traction.
Viewers find their awkward and bizarre commentary that's paired by theirㅡ admittedly horribleㅡ skills in video gaming entertaining and stucked around for more.
[name] was grateful of their supportive and positive followings, they've heard countless horror stories of small content creators being harassed by trolls due to lack of moderation.
They're thankful of the fact that they have yet to encounter any and hope that it'll stay that way.
" Chat, should I go in that room? I feel like if I do, the killer would corner me like a bully asking for my lunch money " [name] turned to read their live chat to seek for the viewer's opinion.
" I see plenty of 'Yes', if I die here it's on you okay~ " They snorted before moving their character to enter the sketchy room only to be killed by the killer the moment they step foot inside of it.
" What did I say, chat?! Like a fucking loser I not only got my lunch money stolen but I was also given a wedgies by that motherfucker! " They hysterically laughed as the chat goes crazy.
It took them a moment to settle down from their fit of laughter and resumed the game. As they were playing through it and talking to the viewers, they noticed a familiar name popping up on the fast paced chat.
edgelord404 : hello. I had a business to attend to earlier, what did I missed?
A smile bloomed on [name]'s feature seeing the message in their chat. This particular viewerㅡ edgelord404ㅡ was one of their viewer they recognized from their early days when the view count barely cracked a hundred on their postings.
" edgelord404 hey! welcome to the stream, we're trying to break into this old granny's bank account and steal her retirement funds "
" Not in real life of course. Don't be silly! " They clarified by emphasizing their words.
edgelord404 : sounds illegal.
edgelord404 : I can help. I got experiences.
[name] began wheezing from how much they laughed. True to their username, edgelord404 loves to spout the most edgy and emo things. They have to admit, it did lights up their days from edgelord404 attempt at humor.
As they were about to respond to edgelord404's comments, they noticed the chat being flooded by less than pleasant comments. They immediately recognized it as to be the work of internet trolls trying to get a rise out of the creator they're harassing.
Before they could attempt at defusing the situation, all of the comments instantly disappeared. [name] and their viewers were confused but the latter assumed that [alias name] got everything under controlled and thought nothing of it.
peachesandcrem : what just happened💀
edgelord404 : you were saying?
" Uhㅡ yeah. Anyways as I was sayingㅡ "
That was odd. Huh.
«────── « ⋅ʚ💌ɞ⋅ » ──────»
Saehoon leaned back against his chair, a satisfied smirk on his face. He watches [alias name], his favourite content creator playing a random game they had interest in.
The stream went along smoothly until a minor turbulence appeared but nothing that he couldn't deal with. Although, he isn't entirely done with the trolls who had invaded his beloved's chat and tried to cause a ruckus.
He had encountered [alias name]'s page a few months ago, right when they had just started with zero following. Saehoon decided to watch them to kill some time but didn't anticipated for him to fall for them instantly.
It could've been the fact that he was the only one watching them failed at the same obstacle over and over againㅡ that it felt intimate. Their bizarre humour and commentary only adds up to their charms that made him fall even deeper.
It didn't take quite a while for Saehoon to dig up information behind the content creator whom had captivated him. Being a genius hacker himself, it is something he was used to doing on a dailyㅡ for work purposes obviously.
Within a few clicks, he has the entirety of [alias name]'s information in his palm. Such as their real name, [name]. Their location, acquaintances, friends, family, their backgrounds and even more.
" [name] .. " Saehoon uttered their name once he obtained their information. It sounded perfect, the way it rolls on his tongueㅡ they were perfect for him.
As time passes, he noticed them slowly gaining popularity and he couldn't help but feel proud of how much they had grown. Admittedly, he was somewhat responsible for pushing out their contents by messing with the algorithm.
Though, he would never take credit for their success of course, he just aided them and the rest is purely their hardwork.
Although he isn't keen on sharing [name] with others, he'd comfort himself with the thought that only he knows such intimate knowledge of [name] that none of their other viewers or fans knows.
Another annoyance that came with [name]'s success is the incessant waves of trolling that comes with it. Normally, he wouldn't care but if it involves his beloved [name]? they best count their lucky stars that he only leaked their doxxes online and not done worse.
Saehoon believed that [name] should invest in some moderator but he's aware that they couldn't afford to pay them. Perhaps he should offered himself someday, that way he could not only openly protects [name] from internet trollsㅡ he could also be closer to them.
Speaking of trolls, he contemplate on what he should do as a revenge for their pathetic attempt at harassing [name]. He'd leaked their personal information as usual of course but he's feeling quite spiteful today, perhaps he should dig up their embarassing past and posted it onlineㅡ or he could post a selfie of theirs that had never been seen before on a forum board.
They'll pay the price of crossing path with [name] and in turn him as well.

You slammed the door to your apartment then went on to your knees, letting out the tears you were holding in from earlier.
He was unfair. SO UNFAIR. Sure, he spoiled you with a lot of things to make up for his absence. You wanted new shoes? He would wire over some money and send it directly to your bank account, or he would go out of his way to buy it and give it to you as a surprise. You wanted a new bag? He would give it to you in an instant, even those that needed to be shipped for a few days. You craved for something? He would either deliver it for you, cook for you, or just wire some money to your bank account for you to buy whenever he was busy.
That was the problem. He was always busy.
You've been singing at bars for awhile, something to start off with your music career. You've always been musically inclined as you learned a bunch of instruments since high school. You sang, played the drums, bass, guitar, piano - name it. It was fulfilling to be able to go out of your comfort zone, thanks to In-Ho who motivated you to start singing again.
But what happens if the one who motivates you couldn't even at least watch your show, at least once?
You respected his choice of continuing and working for the games. Despite you not being exposed to the games, you understood the concept of it. You shared ideals with In-ho, at least there was something similar between the two of you despite the age gap.
But what you couldn't understand was how he constantly missed watching your shows. Couldn't he at least spare a little of his time to support you? He argued that he overslept, the games were all he had to work on as he had to come up with new games or at least rotate the gameplays, he was tired, and he was still supporting you from afar even if he wasn't physically present.
You sniffed, wiping the tears away from your face. You proceeded to go to the bathroom to at least try and fix yourself up. As you looked at your reflection in the mirror, you couldn't help but miss the person you were before meeting In-ho. This person you're currently looking at, whose mascara and eyeliner were all over your eyes, your lipstick smudged - you vowed to never let a man make you look like this, or even put you in this state.
You sighed, opening the faucet to splash some water on your face, letting sadness take over as you replay the memory of you breaking up with In-ho.
"Y/N," In-ho said, touching a part of your shoulder trying to calm you down. Though he failed, as it made you angrier - knowing damn well what he was about to say again.
"I'm tired of your goddamn excuses," you said as you swatted his hand away from you. He looked at his hand as if he couldn't process the way you acted. He kept his stare at his hand, his jaw clenching. You knew he didn't like it when you become physically violent, or even just a tinge of pushing him away. But right now, you didn't care. You were mad. "What's your excuse this time? You overslept? Been working all night? Tired? You support me in other ways instead by buying me stuff? Treating me outside after my show to 'make up' for your absence? What, In-ho?!"
He glanced at you, his eyes becoming dark as he slowly looked to your eyes. You knew what his look meant - he was becoming angry too. If you had anger issues, he had it worse.
You were taken aback as he grabbed the glass of whiskey on the countertop and slammed it to the floor, its shards spreading around the floor. You didn't flinch, but you felt a glass graze at your leg. With your anger, you couldn't feel the pain yet. It was gonna sting for sure, but you were too angry to care.
But then he started coming towards you, his hand aimed at your neck. His grip wasn't tight enough to choke you, but he had that look in his eyes that if you triggered him once more, he wouldn't hesitate to grip it harder. You held his arm, gripping it with your nails as you tried to get away from him, but he was too strong.
His breath hitched as he continued to look at you with darkness in his eyes. He started to speak up, "You're ungrateful." His jaw clenched while tears started to dwell upon your eyes, but you held them back. "You think I love missing your shows? You think I don't try to at least watch one of them? As much as I want to give you a time, you know damn well that I couldn't. The demands of the games were so high, and it's not my fault that you schedule your shows whenever the games start!" His grip tightened more, this time, making you breathless.
"Then you could've at least made time!" You shouted as you removed his hand successfully, touching your neck. His hands felt like it was imprinted on you, not realizing how he gripped it tighter before letting you go. You coughed, collapsing to the floor as you tried to catch your breath. You felt your legs shake out of anger, feeling the sting of pain from the graze you had earlier. In-ho seemed to notice as your fingers went on to the wound, blood imprinting on your fingers. "If you think this could be fixed with sex, then you're not in luck. I'm done with you."
"What did you say?" He asked sternly, his fists clenching as his eyebrows furrowed.
"I'm done with you, In-ho," you finally stood up, looked at him in the eye as you did so. Your legs were still shaking, but you managed to walk to the door. You gave him a last glance, enough to tell him that you were leaving his life for good. "I'm fucking done with you."
His face hardened as you blurted out those words, his heart beating through his chest harder than ever. While on the other side of the door, you continued to walk away with tears streaming down your face. You hoped to at least hear the door open and for him to chase you and say that he was going to make up for his absence.
The door stayed still, unopened. Instead, you heard the door locked from the inside.
----
It's been two months since you've heard about In-ho. You and him didn't contact each other at all after the fight. Though last month, you noticed the salesman on the subway again, playing ddakji with a random person. You only looked at them for a bit, to which the salesman immediately noticed. He gave you a small wave, unbeknownst to the man he was playing with who was awfully paying attention to the game. Probably someone who's in bad debt that he was too focused on playing the game. The man had hand imprints on his face, knowing damn well that the salesman was winning.
You only gave the salesman a small nod. You didn't like being associated with anyone who's closely related to In-ho. He nodded back and focused his attention to the man he was playing with.
You've been doing fine for awhile. Though you didn't date anyone after In-ho. It's not because you couldn't find someone else, but you didn't have the energy to "market" yourself to other people. Even dating apps didn't work for you. You didn't like starting over again, having to tell your favorite color, food, or whatnot to someone else again. It was too tiring. You accepted the fact that you're gonna live alone for the rest of your life.
But you'd be lying to yourself if you didn't think about In-ho sometimes. You wondered how he was doing, or if there was anything new about the games. He may have not had time for you that much, but you always made sure to at least give yours for him. You would listen as to how he carefully crafts the new games, or how he rotates the games for more thrill. Which angered you more, thinking how unfair that you were giving all of your time to him but he couldn't at least give you his. Sure, he spoiled you with anything materialistic - he made sure that you get all the latest trends, but you wanted more of his time. Maybe it was your way of telling him that you loved him for him, not for his money. Time was all you wanted, yet for a man who had everything, he couldn't give you at least that.
You sighed on the balcony of your apartment, enjoying a nice cup of tea and enjoying the cold breeze outside. Despite you and In-ho's differences, you still missed the bastard dearly. You missed how his fingers touched your skin, touching your back in circles that made you fall asleep better. You were battling insomnia, and you couldn't help but feel that In-ho was the reason you were sleeping peacefully at night. Even though he missed your shows, he was always present after. It made you think if you were ungrateful, but it didn't matter. He still didn't come to your shows to at least show support.
You went back inside your room and decided to look for an outfit to wear outside. When you find yourself thinking about In-ho, you drag yourself to the bar where you two both first met. You don't expect to see him there, knowing damn well he didn't have the time to do so. You knew yourself that it was impossible for him to come there. Hell, he probably doesn't remember that it's where you both first met.
You hailed a taxi cab on the way to the bar. The bar was packed, but you knew the owner so he would just save you a seat on the bar counter. You entered the bar and was met by the smell of alcohol around, people conversing with each other, and the sound of glasses clinking with each other. You went over the counter, ordered your favorite whiskey, preferably on the rocks.
"You alone tonight?" The bartender asked, pouring you a glass of whiskey as she put the ice.
You gave her a small smile. "Yep. No more plus ones."
She chuckled. "I hear you." You gave her a nod and raised the glass to her, thanking her as your drank it in full. She whistled, pouring you another drink. "Someone's getting wasted tonight, huh?"
"You could say that," you chuckled, staring at your glass being poured. The bartender said something, but you couldn't decipher it that much. You were too blinded with the hurt, with the thought of In-ho, and with the emptiness you've been feeling for the past few days.
You looked at the seat beside you, remembering how In-ho looked as he sat beside you. Back then, he didn't realize you were there as he was in too much of deep thought. You were also sitting right where you are, finding no hope in the world as you drink your sadness away. You wished for a family to look after you, a friend to turn to for comfort, or just be with someone. You've always been financially stable and independent. You never knew who your parents were, all you know is they disappeared all of a sudden and never came back. You never approached people first, but with In-ho, you gathered confidence to talk to him. He didn't acknowledge you that much then, completely ignoring you whenever you talk to him.
What he didn't know is that him ignoring you was better as you were used to not talking to a lot of people that much. It didn't feel like talking to a brick wall, but he became more of an outlet for your feelings. It became a tradition for you to go to this bar every night, drinking your sadness away, talking to In-ho (or at least, speaking to him), then going home drunk. You wouldn't know exactly how you got home safe, but knowing you made it to your apartment is enough assurance for you already that you made it safely.
As for In-ho, as much as he doesn't speak to you that much, he still listened. Your voice became a white noise for his thoughts, but he remembered every detail. Suddenly, he found himself coming to the bar every night just to listen to you. He found you amusing but interesting. He couldn't complete his night without you, and he enjoyed every single time you blabbered to him about stuff. Sometimes when the alcohol starts to get on you, you slur at your words. The moment you do that, he knew it's time for you to go home. You may not know how you get home safely, but at least to him, he knew to take care of you. He was the reason you've been going home safe, unbeknownst to you how you taught him the way back to your apartment as he drove at dawn, while you laying on the passenger seat as the alcohol took over you.
A tear fell from your eye as your heart sank with the thought of In-ho. He was a man of few words, but still did a lot for you. The door opened and saw a man wearing a long black coat, his hands tucked in its pockets. His hair was slicked back with gel, a strand of hair down to his face. You thought it looked exactly like In-ho as you chuckled to yourself, looking away as you drank your glass, asking the bartender again to pour you another. You've been thinking about him too much, thinking you've been imagining things.
Wait, what?
You looked back to the door and looked intently at the man you saw earlier. You froze, feeling your heart drop with the realization hitting you that it was indeed In-ho.
God, you hated how good he looked.
In-ho looked through the crowd. You weren't in his line of vision, just glancing around. You were on the other side where the counter was. You looked to where he was staring and saw a stage set in front, with a microphone on stage with one stool chair. A guitar was placed on top of the chair, ready for anyone to play. It seemed like an open mic night is happening and would be starting anytime soon. You noticed In-ho looking there intently. Was he thinking of you? Did he remember you singing there?
You gathered the courage to approach him, fixing your coat as you stood. As you were about to take a step forward, In-ho looked back to the door and smiled.
Smiled.
At someone else.
He gave her a nod as a sign of greeting, his hands touching the back of another woman as he guided her to a table. You feel your body freeze, your hands running cold as you looked at how he held her. You saw how he sat properly, his back touching the chair as he talked to her.
He looked at her the same way he did to you. He touched her back just like he did to you. He took her to the bar where you two first met. The woman whispered something to him, which made him chuckle. His eyes were glued to the menu as the woman continued to talk to him, only giving her small glances.
You sat back on your chair, staring at their table. You couldn't believe your eyes. While it's true that the both of you haven't been in contact with each other for two months, but how can he see someone else already? Were you that easy to replace? You can feel your heart breaking into pieces as you realize how you begged for his time, while he easily gave it to someone else.
You drank your whiskey once more and asked for another pour. The stinging heat of the drink glided through your throat and felt your tears fall, your lips pressed as you sniffed.
"Good evening, ladies and gents," someone on the stage announced through the microphone. "Tonight, we're hosting an open mic night. Feel free to come here on stage if you'd like to sing. The guitar is here and free for you to use for the night. Please enjoy, everybody."
The host bowed before exiting the stage, earning small claps from the crowd. You glanced at In-ho again, who was now talking to the woman he was with. Normally, you would've confronted him right then and there, but you still had your dignity. You would rather break internally instead of making a scene with a random woman. She probably doesn't know, but still, she had your In-ho.
"Got something to sing?" The bartender spoke up as she wipes their bar equipments. You were a regular singer at the bar. You did it for free for the bar, as it was the first avenue that gave you a chance to sing. "You may want to sing your heart out. People are drunk already, they won't probably notice if you cry."
You gave out a small laugh. "Am I that transparent?"
"I poured your glass a few times already, I noticed it very much," she laughed and hovered her hand to the stage. "Go on. Sing your heart out."
In-ho, on the other hand, wasn't having a great time at all. He felt lonely, having no contact with you for over two months. As much as he wanted to contact you, he was scared that you wouldn't want to see him. You telling him that you were done with him was a constant reminder that he fucked up. He didn't mean to oversleep at times when you had your show, he was just simply tired. And when he sleeps, and even a short nap could take him hours. It was a bad habit of his, he knows, so he tries to make it up to you in ways that he can.
Though what he failed to realize is to meet you in ways that he needed to, and how you wanted to.
In-ho didn't know what occurred to him as to why he went on a date with this woman. He knew he was being more unfair knowing how you begged for his time then him giving his time for someone else freely. It was true that he never wanted to miss your shows. He became too invested and busy with the games that he failed to prioritize you at times. He couldn't talk to you when he travels to the island as signal was nowhere to be found in that area. He knew you understood that, but he also wished that he could give you more of his time.
And so, In-ho made a deal with Il-nam to at least give him more days off. He did so well for the games, serving it for years now. At this point, his mind was scattered. But all of it leads to you.
In-ho took his date here only for the fact that he wanted to remember you. Something he could still remember you. He wished so hard for his date to be you instead, finding you in others. But there was no one else like you. Hell, no one was as close as you. In-ho looks at his date's eyes, catching a glimpse of you in his mind. He knew he was just passing time in her arms, but would rather be in yours.
"Annyeong," a voice echoed to the room. In-ho froze, the familiar voice catching on to him. He immediately looked at the stage and saw you, holding a guitar as you continued to fix the microphone leveling it for yourself. "I'm Y/N. Tonight, I'll sing what my heart feels as I wish that someone in here catches of a glimpse of me in someone's eyes."
The crowd murmured with excitement, the environment becoming lively. Curiosity filled the room as they looked at you. The crowd claps for you, including In-ho's date who became invested on to what you were going to sing.
"That's a bold move," In-ho's date said, her eyes locked to the stage.
In-ho adjusts his seat, his eyes never leaving you. He picks up his glass of whiskey, turning the glass around. "It is."
You begin to strum your guitar, feeling lost to the tune as you let your feelings take over you. You closed your eyes, hearing its rhythm as the strings glided to your fingers.
Know that I loved you so bad I let you treat me like that I was your willing accomplice, honey And I watched as you fled the scene Doe-eyed as you buried me One heart broke, four hands bloody
You opened your eyes and saw In-ho, his eyes fixed on you. You looked at him intently as you carefully sang each line, pouring your heart out.
The things I did Just so I could call you mine
In-ho stiffened, remembering how much you put up with his shit for a long time. He hears his date saying something, but he deliberately ignores her. In his peripheral vision, he could see his date's smile falter.
The things you did Well, I hope I was your favorite crime
In-ho's job wasn't easy at all. Hell, it couldn't even be considered a real job. It's an actual crime, slaughtering countless lives as if he was the one who gave them life in the first place. You knowing about what he does make you an accomplice already. Still, you chose to be with him. Despite agreeing with the fact that it's wrong, the concept of running the games still made sense.
You used me as an alibi I crossed my heart as you crossed the line And I defended you to all my friends And now every time a siren sounds I wonder if you're around 'Cause you know I'd do it all again
A tear fell from your cheek, letting it flow freely as you continue to sing. In-ho still kept his gaze at you, but this time, his eyes softened. There was longing - something that both of you had for each other as you parted ways.
It's bittersweet to think about the damage that we do 'Cause I was going down, but I was doing it with you Yeah, everything we broke and all the trouble that we made But I say that I hate you with a smile on my face
How bittersweet it was for him to finally watch you sing live. If only In-ho didn't have a date, and only you weren't broken because of him. If only he made more time. If only he could've been better.
Your voice broke as you sang, adding more emotion to the audience. They all watched you intently, but your eyes were only focused on In-ho.
Oh, look what we became....
You continued to strum your guitar and let your emotions take over you. As you finished the song, you looked at In-ho once again, his eyes still fixed on you. You saw him bit his lip as he looked down, his shoulders tense. You looked at the audience as they clapped, cheering for you. They asked for one more, but you politely declined, giving them a bow as you exited the stage. You could feel In-ho's eyes following you, but you hovered over to your seat fast as your glass of whiskey was waiting for you. You drank it with all your might, asking for a refill to the bartender once again.
You glanced at the door and saw the woman In-ho was with leaving. You looked back at In-ho's table, only for him to appear right beside you as you felt his coat brush against yours.
The two of you sat in silence once again right after the bartender finished pouring your drink. In-ho looked at you intently while you stared at your glass, turning it around as the ice clinked with each other along its whiskey.
Somehow, it felt comforting that he was right beside you. You gathered the courage to look up to him, and god, you wished you didn't.
His eyes were full of worry, as if he was on the brink of tears. He took a sip of his whiskey and placed it on the counter, not leaving his eyes on you. You felt his hands cup your face as you surrendered to his touch. You touch his hand as well, bringing it closer to your face as you took a deep breath, feeling more of his touch.
Without a second thought, his lips meet yours as his hands glided to your waist, pulling you closer to him. Your other hand held his arm, gripping on it as if you missed him.
You missed him so much, just as he did. Hell, he missed you more.
He broke away from the kiss, staring at your face as if memorizing it. He tucked your hair away from your face, "Y/N, I'm so sorry."
You pulled his collar and kissed him more, deepening the kiss. You felt him sniff, feeling a tear from his eye glide down your face. His hands were all over you, not caring if everyone sees the both of you.
"I love you."

Hi, I hope you're having a decent day! I'm sorry if this is an invasive set of questions - feel free not to answer - but do you still actively like DSaF as your own creation, or is it more of a "it was fun while it lasted but i outgrew it and it's for the best to leave it behind" kind of project? Do you ever regret making the games? If you knew they would get so popular, is there anything you would have changed about them? Is there anywhere I could read more of your writing.
It fluctuates a bit. These last couple of years, I've really just been sorta nostalgic for it. I've seen a lot of people discuss those games being a source of comfort during bad times in their lives, people talking about how much the characters mean to them and it's hard not to smile when you see that.
It's a funny thing for close friends of yours to see people WITH fanmade DSaF merch out in the wild, or to watch a random youtube video and being hit with a DSaF reference outta nowhere. It happens from time to time, even today. On a few occasions, I've even had a person reference my work to me in real life and not realize who they were talking to, believe it or not. It's really fun to play dumb and get someone to explain your work to you like you don't know what it is.
I certainly didn't think any of that would happen when I first made the series, or even during development. I think the normal assumption would be to look at DSaF as it exists now and assume its release was a peak for it, but believe it or not, the official discord only had 30 people in it shortly before 3 dropped! The archive listing of the series (reposted to a single page after the series ended) is now sitting at over 1.1 MILLION downloads.
People kinda assume the true heyday of something is when it's new, when it's fresh and novel. For instance, some people look back at when FNaF itself was new and see that time as its peak because it had a lot of internet cultural relevance as big new indie thing on the block. But, raw numbers don't lie. The series has been continually growing since its conception and that growth has similarly bled over to its fan projects. This explains why DSaF, despite not having a new series release in almost 6 years, seems to be inexplicably growing.
Just recently, I saw someone post footage of a scene from DSaF 2 on Twitter, which got over 16k likes. People praised its writing and largely celebrated the scene. The ironic thing about that particular scene is that I remembered being unsure if it was good or not, so I showed it off in one of the FNaF community hubs. The response was broadly lukewarm to negative. Now, it's held up as one of the best scenes in those games. That's kind of the point I'm trying to make, my thoughts on the series have certainly changed with everyone's else with years of hindsight.
Heh. I'm not sure if I've talked about this in a long time, but y'know, the very first scene I implemented in-game was actually the very first Phone Guy scene in DSaF 1, more or less exactly how it appears in-game today. This was before I'd even written the bulk of the game. I was pretty unfamiliar with visual novels as a whole, pretty unsure if something like this would be palatable to a fandom that was really just used to sit 'n' survive stuff that were far more gameplay than text. I mean, there wasn't any FNaF fangames really LIKE DSaF before that point. Closest was FNaFb, a jokey turn based RPG made in the same engine.
The engine I made the game in is also not exactly fit for VNs out of the box either, and I wasn't 100% sure the idea would actually work. But, the very first time I added the image of the prize corner, Phone Guy, the audio of that iconic cheesy stock track and booted up a test screen, I had a little moment where I said "Oh. I think I'm onto something interesting here." I kinda remembering instantly realizing in that single moment how much potential the idea had. Over 8 years later, I still remember that moment like it was yesterday.
I think lately, that's the sort of stuff I think of when I see people coming to me and asking about the series. Yes, it's really rough around the edges, yes, there's jokes that've aged poorly. But, it is a source of comfort for people and entertains tens of thousands of people each month. And that's gotta count for something, right?

Would y'all fuck with a jalim streamer au
Modern au where Zain goes off to college and gifts his father a switch with a few games for two reasons
1. He knows his father is always perpetually stressed and he thinks some games like that might help
2. They can play Animal Crossing together while he is away in London
Salim is very confused but is a little excited to be able to do something with his son while he is away
He decides to watch some gameplay to get a feel for the game (this man has never touched a console in his life) and decides to find someone playing it
He finds this channel with three viewers and feels a little bad for him (unbestknown to him it's due to timezone difference)
He's expecting a quiet, calm thing but as it pops up an American man is beating a cat with a bug net and screaming that he hates him
Salim finds himself weirdly enthralled by the guy and continues watching, even daring so much as to ask a question
Jason sees his question and is like "new player omg" and actually starts talking to Salim, asking what got him into it and directing him on how to do stuff
It eventually becomes a habit for Salim, watching these streams and chatting with this random American man about anything and everything 😭
On the other side of the world, Jason thinks this guy is really funny, and he thinks it's sweet that Salim plays it so him and his son can connect while he's gone
This voiceless, faceless man soon enough becomes like his roman empire just through learning about him in chat
Some nights it will just be them and Jason totally gives him items and stuff, not because he thinks Salim is cool or anything but because he wants his son to be impressed, totally just that
At one point their chats breach the streams and turns to dms (probably on discord... cringe /j) and Jason is like starting to fall for this guy
Salim only now realizes that Jason is semi-popular and very well-known in the cozy community bc he only ever catches late night streams
In the daytime he plays tons of other games (all in the same vein of cozy games) and even collabs with Nick, a fitness blogger and one of his best friends
Things happen (yeah idk filler n shit) and Jason is like begging this man to voice chat with him or stream with him sometime
Jason goes insane when it happens bc this man is lowkey consuming his thoughts and is much more than just a fan for him but he won't say that
Salim ends up being 10x more charming when he's speaking and Jason starts falling for this guy
It would just be so funny 😭😭
Also ideas for where everyone else fits into the au:
- Rachel being a horror content connoisseur
- Eric does a bunch of techy review stuff and shows off his own inventions (also probably works with those charities that 3D print and make prosthetic limbs)
- Joey, Clarice, and Merwin are all fans of Jason too

Could I request something where the reader is on the women's hockey team and gets a skate to the face on accident, and Shoresy who stuck around to watch rides with her to the hospital for stitches?
Absolutely you can! And here it is :) it kinda got away from me a little bit toward the end and I added some more elements to the story but I hope you enjoy, thanks so much for sending in the request and also for your patience as I wrote it!!! <3
A Little Slice of Heaven
Angst, Fluff
Shoresy x f!reader
Warnings: cussing, blood, stitches
It was the second period of the Sudbury women’s hockey game and the audience’s hearts were pounding with the excitement of the events unfolding in front of them. This game had been particularly brutal, fists and insults hurling across the ice alongside the puck. You were up by 3 and the barn was teeming with energy from your supporters and opposing team alike. All of your teammates were fired up too, shredding ice underneath their skates in a frenzy to keep the momentum going.
“Let’s go, ladies! Keep sliding ‘em in!” you yelled, posting up in your spot in the face off. The puck dropped and you immediately took possession, skating as fast as you could. You felt sweat dripping down your face as you finally passed the puck, getting knocked into the glass by the other team.
“Don’t stop moving! Take ‘em down, L/n!” you heard a voice yell next to you. It was Shoresy, who had apparently been there to watch the game. Knowing he was a spectator brought a smile to your face. You had always found him to be particularly interesting—a fantastic hockey player with a big mouth and even bigger heart. His passion for the game was unrivaled and it made you proud that he felt your team was worthy enough to watch. It certainly didn’t hurt that he was easy on the eyes as well; you’d thought he was super cute since the first time you met him. Over time you became friends, but your crush on him never went away. The thought of him watching you win was enough to motivate you even more to do your best. You growled, pushing the woman from the other team off you and heading back into the action. You were in control of the puck again, ready to make your shot. You yanked back your stick and—
And you were… splayed out on the ice?
And your face was immensely more wet than you remembered?
All of a sudden, you registered the eye watering, stinging pain that was radiating across your skin. You shakily put a hand to your cheek, knowing exactly what happened.
You got a skate to the face.
Blood began to pour onto the ice beneath you as you flipped over from your back to your knees, keeping your head down. You heard whistles from the referees to stop gameplay as the audience began to clamor, desperately trying to see what was going on.
“Fuck,” you whispered, trying to calm your racing heart. You weren’t a stranger to injuries, but this was way more serious than anything you had dealt with in the past. You tried to lift your head but immediately felt woozy, most likely from the impact your head took when it slammed against the ice. Thankfully you could still see from both of your eyes so those weren’t harmed in the accident. Medics rushed onto the ice, applying pressure to your face with a large towel.
“We gotta get you off the ice. Can you stand?” one of them asked you.
“I…think so,” you said, steadying yourself on the helping hands lended to you by the medics. You were ushered off the ice, your teammates yelling words of encouragement as you left.
“I have to keep playing,” you demanded as you were told to sit on a bench while one of the medics made a call.
“There’s no way that’s happening,” the other medic told you, giving you a concerned look. “You need stitches. A lot of them. That was a nasty fall.”
“Can’t you do it? You’re certified in… all that stuff, right?” you insisted, biting back the pain that erupted every time you spoke.
“I am, but that cut is much too deep. We’re getting an ambulance here right away.”
“A fucking ambulance?” you moaned, your cheek burning in protest at your outburst. “That’s overkill for a little cut.”
“Shut the fuck up, L/n.”
Shoresy appeared in your peripheral vision, looking more distraught than you thought possible for the man.
“You’re really fuckin’ hurt after you took that tumble out there.”
You went to reply with a witty retort but the medic, now off the phone, came running in.
“Ambulance is here. Get your skates off and come with me.”
You began to internally freak out. No one likes going to the hospital and you certainly didn’t love the idea of having to sit through all those stitches by yourself, especially when you’re supposed to be bringing your team to victory.
Before the second medic could move to help you unlace your skates, Shoresy was on it in a flash, his nimble fingers working overtime to get them off your feet. Soon enough you were in your socks and being escorted by a certain Mr. Shore who had taken it upon himself to hold the towel to your face as he walked with you. Without any struggle, he helped lift you into the ambulance. You went to wave goodbye, but before the back of the doors shut, you heard him speak up.
“Can I go with her?”
The EMT glanced at you and shrugged. “If you’re fine with it.”
“Oh my god, yes please.”
In any other situation you would’ve been embarrassed at how fast you answered, but you had no time to waste right now. Besides, Shoresy was looking at you so worriedly, his big brown eyes gazing at you with such concern that it made your stomach flutter with butterflies, and there was no way you could leave that man behind.
He quickly hopped into the ambulance as well and soon enough you were being transported to the hospital.
“How’re you feeling?” Shoresy asked, speaking quieter than usual, his broad shoulder brushing against yours as he sat close to you.
“Truthfully? Pissed that I had to leave the game,” you confessed, making him laugh a bit.
“You’re such a fuckin’ beauty,” he said, smiling and shaking his head, the towel he was pressing against your cheek never relenting in perfect pressure, “but I meant more about the skin falling off your face.”
“Hurts like hell,” you mumbled. “What even happened back there?”
“You got slammed from the side and the other gal fell next to you, but her skate flew up and sliced into you. It was bad timing.”
You nodded. “Understatement of the year. Did I at least score?”
“Of course you did.”
“Good, that’s all I care about. We can’t lose.”
“You won’t. You’ve got a great team, even if you’re not there to push them.”
You nudged him in the arm playfully. “You’re too sweet to me, Shoresy, you’re giving me cavities.”
“I’ll always be there for ya, y/n.”
The ambulance finally came to a stop and you were ushered onto a rolling bed at the hospital, Shoresy of course helping you.
“They’ll get you taken care of in no time,” the EMT told you, standing behind the bed and getting ready to move it. “Your husband can be in the room with you when you get your stitches if you want, too.”
Shoresy’s eyes widened. “Oh, I’m not-”
“Sounds great. Thanks,” you replied, giving Shoresy a look. He didn’t question it further as your bed was pushed into the halls of the emergency department, finally coming to a stop in a room.
“A doctor will be here any second. Can’t wait to see you back on the ice!”
The EMT left, leaving you and Shoresy alone.
“Sorry, I didn’t mean to make you uncomfortable, it’s just that they usually only allow family and partners back here, not friends. I really didn’t want to be alone for this,” you admitted.
“It’s all good, Mrs. Shore, doesn’t bother me in the least bit,” he replied, wearing a mischievous smile.
“You’re the worst.”
“And to think I was gonna take ya to Cancun for our honeymoon.”
Inside your mind, you sighed wistfully. What you wouldn’t give to have that goofball of a man by your side for life.
“Alright, Ms. L/n,” the doctor said, pulling back the curtain and putting gloves on, “we’ll get you stitched up and out of here soon.”
You felt a major bout of stress come on when you saw the preparation begin for your sutures, your nerves getting the best of you. Your hands became clammy when you were leaned back and it was getting hard to breathe when the towel was taken off the side of your face. As the doctor loomed over you, needle in hand, you were ready to run far, far away from that place and risk bleeding to death rather than go through with the stitches. You were immediately grounded by a firm, warm hand grasping your own—Shoresy’s, naturally. He really wasn’t lying when he said he’d be there for you, no matter what. A gentle squeeze of your hand was enough to let you know that he was doing his best to comfort you and your heart was doing leaps in your chest at the gesture.
A half hour later and you were done, sent on your way to rest and recover. You didn’t want to miss the end of the hockey game, though, so Shoresy got you guys a ride share back to the rink.
“Wow, 24 stitches and a fake husband in one night! I’m the luckiest woman in Sudbury,” you joked, exiting the car by way of the door being held open for you by Shoresy.
“Thanks for supporting me through all that. I don’t know what I would’ve done without you,” you admitted.
Shoresy’s eyes sparkled as they caught the lights of the barn in his irises. “I’m glad you’re okay. I have to be good to my fake wife, you know.”
You wore a hopeful smile; if today taught you anything, it was that you were beyond ready to shoot your shot. “Maybe we could go with real girlfriend next?”
That definitely caught him off guard. He curiously examined your expression for any sign of joking, but it was evident you weren’t messing around.
“You’re serious?” he asked.
“Yeah. I am.”
Shoresy grinned. “I like the sound of that, real future Mrs. Shore.”
