these dating apps are stupid. where is my academic rival who 3 years later of meeting me, confesses in a love letter, that I'm the fond object of all their desires and the keeper of the key to their heart? where is the lover who builts a fire just to keep me warm? where is the person who secretly reads my favourite books and gets so invested in them just because they observed my bright enthusiasm about them? where is the person who lays in the grass with me to discuss an impromptu script while also talking about our general interests and knows that in the end we're gonna end up with each other? where is the person who gives up the opportunity to have an iPod in exchange of a teapot that contains lil inside jokes we've had going on since years? where is the person who runs to the station just to take me to the place which captures the most enchanting sunrise before i leave the city forever? where is the person who sings their favourite songs with me in a train with a shared earphone? where is the person who saves their dirtiest jokes for me while i save a seat on every table for them? where is the person who after knowing my flaws and fears, says yes to running away with me? where is the person who would come out of Eden to open the door for me if they knew i were there? where is the person who makes me realise that our joy is so bright I cannot see anything beyond it? where's the person who'd choose to hang out with me in every universe? who's going to take me to the lakes where all the poets went to die? where is the bestfriend who looks at me in the eyes and says "this thing we're doing here, me, you- i just want you to know I'm in. I'm all in." and means it!?

Jack squinted his eyes, trying to figure out what exactly he was seeing. He was thankful something else, whatever it was, had come and distracted the vultures. But he was worried that this was a fight for him. What if whatever this was wanted to abduct or harm him too?

The thing growled and hissed snapping static at the three green vultures, and Jack realized he could hear speech under the animalistic and ghostly noises.

I wish to break the chains that society has put on me. The constraints of who and what I can or can't be. I wish to find freedom in the supposed "chaos" of embracing who I truly am. They tell me that it's wrong to want the things I want, to be the person I am meant to be, and I grow tired of stomping down my foot in disagreement. Despite my weariness, I want to break my chains.

Loki, the God of the Outcasts, They who embrace those society rejects, the Protector of all of us who find themselves chained in one way or another...

I hope that They free me. I already feel my chains loosening, my tolerance for bullshit treatment shrinking, my desire for chaos to reign upon my oppressors growing... I say we embrace the chaos Loki brings, and in doing so, embrace ourselves. We are meant to be wild. We are meant to be free. We are meant to be chaotic.

So let's be free, and let's free each other. Let's embrace what makes us each unique, what makes us the "outcasts" society has labeled us as. Let's embrace these things, rather than hide away from them. They are what make us who we are. They are what make us people. Our identities, our sexual preferences, our romantic interests - these are not things we should have to suppress for the "comfort" of others. We are who we are, god damn it, and I say we embrace that wholeheartedly. Through Loki, I know this is possible.

It's time we cause a little mischief.
