f1gossip Carlos Sainz and Y/N L/N were spotted at dinner last night. The two enjoyed a meal before taking a stroll along the Monaco pier front where, as pictured, the pair were in high spirits. We're happy to see Y/N looking so happy following the revelation that her ex-boyfriend, and Carlos' current F1 teammate, had cheated on her. The two were then joined by Y/N's current roommate and F1 driver, Lando Norris, who then whisked them off to a local nightclub. 1905 Romanesque stone house is perfect for Goth lovers. It's in Sioux City, Iowa, has 6bds, 5ba, and is listed for $450K.

The front door opens to a foyer with a closet, then an inner hall.

I really like this renovation. The black walls and ceilings just seem to suit this house. A white fireplace stands out beautifully.

Isn't this a pretty room for conversation?

Beautiful. Look at the dreamy window seat.

I love the simplicity of the dining room. The original oak door and molding grace the black wall.

Love the roomy kitchen. The painted floor and the inlaid in the corner where possibly the old stove stood was preserved. I love the stenciled ceiling.

You can pull up a chair here while the dinner cooks or cookies bake.

Two fridges flank a china cabinet. Clever idea.

Simply elegant ground floor primary bedroom.

This art deco vanity is gorgeous. I wonder if it conveys.

While the bath isn't 1905, the color of the later fixtures and tiles were beautifully preserved. What a great job with the matching wallpaper.

Tucked in the hall is a mahogany bar.

Large bedroom with pretty wallpaper and a wainscoting effect.

Look at the handsome colors in this bath. Love this.

Here's a large room that could be the primary bedroom, family room, or even a library. Love the columns and built-in shelving.

The original inlaid floors are wonderful. Look at the pocket doors. The overhead lights tilt toward one another.

Thru the pocket doors there's this sweet pink bedroom.

Oh, look at the shower and pedestal sink in this bath. The baths must've been renovated in the 20s.

I wonder if the the tub or shower was originally in this area.

Very spacious bedroom.

Yet another great bath.

This is nice, an enclosed porch.

Oh, look a secret room. Love this. I think it's the attic.

Wow, look at this attic.

Oh, man, the bath up here is definitely original.

This home is amazing.

Beautiful painted floor on the large deck in the back.

It’s been a few years since you and Bucky met each other. Everything started like a normal day for both of you until you were on your way home from your favorite bookstore and a man followed you and then started attacking you. Luckily, Bucky was right around the corner and came to save you. You weren’t hurt too badly, but Bucky was so worried and made it his mission to make sure that you were okay. He took care of you and looked after you for the next few days. You enjoyed having Bucky around and he really enjoyed your company too. A few weeks passed when he finally got the courage to ask you out.

You went on many dates and had so much fun together. You loved each other so much that one day Bucky decided to ask you to marry him. The way he asked you was so beautiful and perfect. The place and the words Bucky chose were so special.

The wedding was so beautiful. Your friends and family came, even the Avengers came and were now good friends of yours.

A few months passed when you told Bucky that you were pregnant. He was so happy and you were both so happy to start a family together.

So, that’s where you and Bucky were now. Living in a house with your own family. Bucky, you and your daughter Luna.

You just came back from bringing your daughter to the kindergarten when Bucky came home from his mission. And wow he looked so different…suddenly he had short hair and no beard. You stood there in silence for a second, admiring him, and Bucky started to chuckle.

“Is my gorgeous wife shocked by my new look?” You blushed and walked closer to Bucky.

“A bit, yes, but it looks so good on you Buck.” You said, placing your hand on his cheek.

“Thank you, doll.” He said and then kissed you passionately. When you pulled away, you hugged each other tightly.

“I’m so happy to be home with you and I can’t wait to see Luna.” Bucky said with a smile while holding your hand.

“Oh, Luna is going to be so happy…every day she asked when you’re coming home and walked around with a picture of us.” You giggled and Bucky’s smile widened.

“But now you have to tell me when you decided to get this new look?” Bucky chuckled and then told you why he got the new look and that it had to do something with his mission, but he really liked it and so did you. The big question is what will your daughter say about Bucky’s new look?

After a lot of talking, cuddling and kissing with Bucky, it was time to pick up Luna. You and Bucky decided that you would pick her up and he waits at home to surprise her.

As you and Luna went out of the car and walked to the house, Bucky was waiting outside the house.

“Oh, look who is here, sweetheart.” You said, looking at Luna who just looked at Bucky without saying anything. You and Bucky started to chuckle because it looked like she didn’t recognize him. Bucky walked closer to Luna and knelt down when Luna suddenly shook her head and walked behind you, looking at Bucky sadly.

“Princess, it’s me, daddy.” Bucky said in a soft voice.

“NO” she said, looking up at you and started to sniffle.

“Oh, sweetie, it’s daddy.” You said again and she looked at Bucky confused.

“I have an idea.” Bucky said, taking off his jacket, so his daughter could see his metal arm better.

“Look, princess.” He reached for his daughter, who now began to smile.

“Daddy” Luna ran into Bucky’s arms, and he started laughing as his daughter held him tight.

“Missed you.” She mumbled, looking up at him and making grabby hands. Bucky smiled, picked her up and held her in his arms. Luna started giggling, and then touched where Bucky’s beard was before he shaved it and giggled. You and Bucky chuckled at your daughter’s cuteness.

“Daddy, different.” She mumbled.

“Yes sweetie, you’re right, daddy looks different, but he’s still the same.”

“The same.” Luna mumbled and hugged Bucky. You and Bucky smiled at each other and then he softly kissed Luna’s forehead. Then your and Bucky’s daughter looked up and laughed.

“Love you daddy, love you mommy.” She looked at Bucky and then to you before laying her head back on Bucky’s shoulder.

“We love you too, snugglebug.” You said, placed a kiss on her cheek and then on the cheek of your husband.

“I love you” You told Bucky.

“And I love you, doll.” Bucky said with a smile.

“How about we go inside and cuddle.” Bucky asked when he noticed how sleepy his little princess got.

“That’s a good idea, right honey?” You looked at her and softly stroke her hair with your hand.

“Cuddle” She said in a sleepy voice. You followed Bucky inside the house and into your bedroom. Bucky gently placed Luna in the middle of the bed and laid next to her and you on the other side, so she was in the middle. After you placed the blanket over you and Luna, she hugged Bucky tighter. You smiled and then gently hugged her from behind.

After a while Luna fell asleep and so did you. You and Bucky love your family so much. Bucky is so happy and still can’t believe that he is finally living a happy life, especially after everything he has been through. Finally, he has everything he ever dreamt of.

They're not normally this...pathetic. Really, it's just the way love brings out the worst in people

Cold, curt, and ever on top of things, he's not exactly what anyone would picture when asked to imagine a doting lover

For someone who knew over twenty languages, he sure didn't have a clue on how to use any of them

At least, that's how people would think his love life would go

So just what was that flower crown of woven roses doing atop his head?

And the funky chicken looking thing sewn onto his handkerchief???

"It's not a chicken, it's an eagle. My lover embroidered it for me earlier this year on Valentine's Day."

Y'know, just in case you weren't watching how cool he was

Some vicious weapon of war he is, slashing away at rifthounds and vishaps alike with that manic emptiness in his eyes

Which glints with a brief sparkle of excitement when he calls your name

He's disgustingly whipped and he can't even be insulted for it

Just try and point out how his eyes only light up when he talks about you, the softness in his features akin to the expression he makes when speaking of his family

"Maybe you're just seeing yourself in my eyes...you're the light of my life, after all."

Scaramouche:

Emotional constipation atop the urge to adore you isn't a good look on him

He's so clearly trying to seem unaffected by you and it's even clearer that it isn't working

You're so lovely to him it's actually disgusting and he wants to throw up

Stunning, breathtaking, spectacular, gorgeous...they don't even begin to describe you, and he starts to hate it

What do you mean you don't understand what he means when he says he can't really call you winsome or ravishing?

It's annoying to him beyond belief

"Can you sum up a sunrise with a simple "It's bewitching"? Beguiling doesn't even begin to explain the hold you have on me. Your stupid face...I don't want to look at anyone or anything else if it were an option. Your pulchritude has no comparison...so much so that even if I wanted to like it to anything to help you understand, it can't..."

Yeah, no, he's not elaborating beyond that

If you've gotten him riled up to the point of that sort of monologue...chances are you've lost your pet name privileges for at least a week

Expect terms of endearment to be replaced by "dumbass" or "idiot"

Pairing: Lando Norris x fem!reader

A/N - there might be a good ending in a bit but not this part tehe

Everyone had seen the article.

Your family, your friends, the McLaren team, and worst of all - Lando.

In Lando’s eyes, you were the worst person who could have seen the article, and in your eyes, he was. It would’ve been cute if it didn’t make you look like an absolute slut. (Sorry about this, but I love self-deprecation)

Lando still hadn’t returned from his little beach date, and you didn’t really want to imagine just what he was doing with your little dopelganger, as you sat in the lounge, watching TV, which he had surprisingly let you do.

You didn’t want to call him to ask if he’d be back for dinner, with the risk of getting an earful and half of his little ‘date’, so you chose to sit and wait to see how it’d unfold. And so you did, sitting there peacefully and quietly, just before the front door opened and you saw Lando walk in, his cool and calm exterior perfect as usual.

“Hello,” you said, unsure what else to say as you turned the TV off, standing up from where you were sitting. Lando didn’t look, his expression unreadable as he spoke a single word…or order. “Dinner,”.

You weren’t one to argue with someone who paid you so highly and just did what he said anyways, going to the kitchen and starting the stove, watching the door very few seconds to where Lando was sitting on the sofa, no doubt reading the article and tons of messages from his fans and team.

What to do, however, what to do?

To go onto social media and deny it? It wasn’t likely people would believe him. And that too, with the unwarranted hate you were receiving for apparently ‘only taking the job to get into Lando’s pants’? People really and truly had no shame.

You laid the pasta bowl in front of him, before moving back to the kitchen, you could cut the tension with a knife. The annoyance at the articles in Lando was palpable, and you understood, he wouldn’t want to be with a girl like you, surely? You were…lesser than him, no?

Being simply ‘nothing but an assistant’ as some of the comments on the twitter post put it. Quite lovely. “Y/N, we need to talk,” Lando said, looking up from his plate and at you for the first time in, well…ages. There it was, however.

The four words you’d been dreading. Well, five, you couldn’t be bothered to count properly now. You nodded slowly, sinking onto the sofa opposite him as he looked over you, almost taking in each individual (and extremely beautiful) feature of your face.

He’d never say you weren’t attractive, but neither would he admit that you are. Lando wasn’t a liar. He knew a pretty girl when he saw one, and right now, that’s who was sitting in front of him. It was like he was seeing you in a new light, your gorgeous features and just…everything.

Love? It simply couldn’t be. You were his assistant! His image…his media personality…his…oh but he’d ever so gladly get lost in your gorgeous eyes than have any of that. But he couldn’t. You’d think he was…weird, and obsessive.

Lando was snapped out of his wistful thinking by your eyes boring deep into his, expecting him to speak. “Ah, yes,” he said, his daydream fading away, the perfect reality he had dreamt of the last few days he had been kept with your blurring into the back of his mind.

“There’s this article going round…” he spoke, choosing his words carefully. “I’m aware,” you said, your voice a little sharper than you’d intended, Lando’s brow raising at the tone. You’d expected him to maybe yell at you, or tell you to stay in your place, but he didn’t. Instead he…laughed?

You had seen Lando laugh before, yes, but never in front of you…properly. It was hard to explain. But it was shocking, nonetheless. “Right,” he said, his eyes crinkling a little in amusement, his dimples evident. Wow, he was gorgeous. Truly.

With his chocolate brown curls, emerald green eyes that turned to icy blue or fading grey depending on the lighting, his soft rosy pink lips. And the little moles, one above his lip and one on his cheek. It just added an element of…well, him. Wow, you were getting lost in your own thoughts now.

And once again, you were dragged out of the by the sound of his voice, piercing through your day dream. How could you both sit and have a conversation without just getting lost in the other? This wasn’t right. It was wrong. But it felt so good to just…it felt so right to do the wrong thing.

You were his assistant, someone he had hired to work, not for him to gawk at. But he couldn’t help it. “Well, you know the girl’s not you,” he said, his voice back to serious once again. “Uh, the comments are a little…” he trailed off as you nodded, recalling a few of them.

They weren’t nice enough to be repeated, to say the least. “I feel the need to apologise for it,” he said, almost confused at his tone. No. Fucking. Way. Lando Norris apologising to his assistant for something that technically wasn’t even his fault? “For a lot of things,”. Ah, this was getting better and better.

“Keep smirking like that and I’ll wipe your wages,” in a tone which he had hoped would be serious, but came out slightly more amused than he wished, as you watched smugly. You knew what he meant by ‘a lot of things’ so shook your head signalling him not to force himself to say it.

Yes, it had taken a while, but yes, you had finally broken down Lando Norris’ barriers, and you were more than happy to be the one to do it.
