book runs based on tv shows are usually mediocre at best, like star trek, torchwood, doctor who, etc etc, but i would give anything to get a book run of the BBC Ghosts hotel i need to know what shenanigans those guys get up to in there

#bbc ghosts #bbc ghosts spoilers #six idiots #i think a hotel would be so fun for them #like enrichment #absolutely nothing that happens in there matters in the slightest but they all care so much about everything so really #the weight of any hypothetical plot does not matter #a short story series for example would be great #give me 5 pages of the captain deriding robin about the mouse family he follows and then stalking off to go watch his ants #give me 20 pages of fanny and julian watching something unsavoury going down in one of the rooms only to discover they were wrong #and actually what's happening is totally innocent #give me 15 pages of julian battling for TV remote control with a guest who can't figure out why the remote is malfunctioning #give me fanny accidentally getting in a teenager's selfie and the teen facetiming with her friends about the haunted room she's stuck in #while her parents are on this dumb golf trip #and kitty is jealous that fanny is getting all the attention because this is supposed to be girls night with the teens she's decided #captain and julian watching golfers out on the green #thomas cooing over a blossoming romance and subsequent breakup like its his new personal soap opera #pat sitting in on games out on the lawn and getting way too into it prompting julian to start making bets with him on lawn darts #fanny snooping in guests' luggage and being scandalized by perfectly normal things she considers risque #give a book deal to ben and larry they'd have a ball with it i just know it

#:)#was going through the phone i had from 2014 to 2019 and found a couple old selfies i took #and when i tell you i have never seen a more dead behind the eyes individual swamped in despair in my life #like a little jpeg of me aged 20 should NOT have contained as palpable a misery aura as it did. and yet #anyway it's insane how much i have genuinely improved as a human being in the last 18 months #on and off i've been jokingly calling my self improvement process a miraculous resurrection but wholly and genuinely i think that did happe #like. the me now looks way more alive + happy than maybe i ever have in my whole life????#also what's insane is that in these pictures of me from ages 17-22 i look a million times older and wearier than i do now in my mid 20s #moral of the story is resurrection is THE hottest thing a bitch can do #idk just. very glad i didn't succumb to the pall that had been cast over me for the majority of my life #i am very glad i am alive here and now despite it all. i certainly never believed it lmfao

#just saw a video of a woman saying that when she and her husband started dating they agreed to delete #everyone they had some sort of a thing with (even just a conversation - i'm assuming the flirty kind) from every social media #(and then she went on to describe weird shit they still do like not being allowed to go out unless they are together)#and I just don't get any of that #their brains work at a totally different wave length than mine like sure maybe it works for them and they are happy like that #but if someone tried to impose any rules like the ones she was talking about i would just go no thanks #maybe it's because I fit the pda autism profile lol #(so yeah my brain really works differently)#text #personal #even reminded me of the time my ex asked if she could post a selfie (because of what she was wearing i assumed)#and i was like sure #but my brain was going a mile a minute wondering why she was asking that because why ? i just don't get why i would get a say in that #anyway long story short #i just don't understand this sort of thing

at the risk of sounding like an aunty. why do randoms (of all genders and romantic and non romantic interest) ask you for your IG just to watch your story religiously and literally never interact with you . what happened to being SOCIAL! and friendly! some people make me feel like i’m under surveillance.
