Wouldn’t it be fucked up if the Valkyries’ fingers burn when they touch Ritsuka’s soul? If God Arjuna is unable to perceive the lump of curse and death that is falling through the floor? If Ereshkigal keeps holding on even as her arms sizzled and the soul in her hands fall apart further down than even Kur and she is left holding nothing but ruined arms that will never touch her friend ever again. If the First Old Man of the Mountain looks up and see another human fall into the Abyss and he can say nothing because nothing have arrived that can listen to him.
Wouldn’t it be fucked up if all the curses and death and the karma that comes from the death of seven worlds finally catches up to a normal human who is just trying their best?
Anyway, I hope they write an actual therapy scene for Ritsuka instead of just alluding to their fucked up state.
