For the Ask Game- E, L, M, T, and W! Sorry if that's a lot, but I've never really done an ask game before.

Thank you for the ask! You're fine! I don't think it's a lot at all; in fact, I enjoy it. It's more things to play with.

Hmm I had to think a bit here. Under the cut because haha I ended up writing little essays apparently.

E. Have you added anything cracky/hilarious to your fandom? If so, what? Not quite yet, unfortunately. I'm not so accustomed to writing crack but it's definitely something I want to start on! I feel like I can definitely do that with FB stuff. L. Say something genuinely nice about a character who isn't one of your faves. I'll go with Albus Dumbledore. I don't dislike him, and though he's grown on me a bit since watching the movies, I wouldn't count him as one of my favorites. He's sort of neutral for me. Anyway, here it is: I think that though he might not always be upfront or honest about his actions, he has a good heart and wants the good for those people he cares about. M. Name a character you'd like to have for a friend. I would like to say Newt because it would be fun, I think, to go on all those adventures with him (getting an oversized occamy into a teapot or chasing a Demiguise all over New York). But I also think Lally would be a good choice too. T. Do you have any hard and fast headcanons that you will die defending? I've only just joined the Fantastic Beasts fandom, so I'm still discovering headcanons...but I would say the idea that Newt's Patronus is a Thestral. W. A trope which you are virtually certain to hate in any fandom. Hmm I had to think about this too. Ah I don't know if this is a trope or if there's a name for it, but the idea that one of two people in a pairing is mean or violent with the other. I really like enemies to lovers, so you might see more of this there, but I don't take well to (at least among the pairings I love) seeing Character A being a jerk consistently mistreating Character B or vice versa. Like Newt and Tina, I wouldn't ever imagine them intentionally behaving that way towards each other, and I would tend to gravitate away from stuff like that. But I do understand that everyone has different tastes, and I respect that; this is just my own two cents on the matter.

So my motivation has offically been down the drain since I got sick and Im mostly just trying something to hopefully spark my motivation back up for my WIPs and everything. So use thanks to Val for such a wonderful ask game [and I hope its okay im using it]

A hangmatt/Hungbucks fic that takes place just after Hangman wins the AEW world title. Currently three chapters in, A look at how the three of them try to mend fences without kenny knowing. Soon to be added with extra Adam Cole angst and Nick having to be the "big" brother.

A look at Jay during the current BCC and Elite fued. Three chapters in, Jay is dealing with the instant aftermarth of Regal leaving- a look at Matt being a big brother and how Jay adores the BCC despite everything going on. Eventually this is going to turn into Jay joining the Elite since that seems like the natural progession of this story.

I thouhgt it would be a good idea to write specifically a Jay and Cole enemies to lovers fic. Showing how the two of them are linked and how they KNOW one other. They're not soulmates but they kind dare. Follow the two of them down the path of transness and love. Follow Jay from being 17 in CZW to AEW and how her and coles story and connection changes and mutates

oh okay heres one:

"sleepaway camp"= you go there for at least a few days, a week, sometimes several weeks, and sleep there, as opposed to a """camp""" where you go for the day and your parents or whoever picks you up afterward (those arent really camps, but like. idk when i went to "space camp" it was a weeklong but not sleepaway). in the U.S. at least, the typical image of a sleepaway camp involves staying in cabins, dunno how common it is/what it looks like in other countries.

for the first few i just mean like. not necessarily a stealth church camp, just like. idk, a camp where theres also an Assumption Of Christianity and just general vibes without being actually church camp. So, there might not be daily services and jesusy dedicatwd activities, but maybe theres still a prayer said over meals and shit. Which i assume might exist...

his eyes widen and glimmer as you present a slice to him. if you look closely enough, you can see little hearts in his eyes. he lets out a soft little gasp, "oho, you made this for me?"

you nod as he takes the plate into his hands, watching as he admires your work. he picks up the spoon, taking a piece of the delicious treat as he pouts. "[name], you seriously didn't have to. this looks good."

you can't help but smile back at him, wanting to see his reaction. "just try it, ven!"

"okay, okay!" he brings the spoon up to his lips excitedly. you're a bit nervous as you watch him eat, hoping that you made it to his liking. luckily, you don't have to wait long to know that he is satisfied. he melts back in his seat, eyes borderline rolling to the back of his head in pleasure from the taste. "oh my god," he groans out.

"[name], you're seriously too good to me. this tastes like heaven, cecilia!"

he puts down the plate, only to free his hands up so that he can cut them around your face. he has a wide smile as he plants a thank you kiss (and a few more) on every inch of your face. "you're," kiss, "the best," kiss, "partner," kiss, "in," kiss, "the world," kiss, kiss, kiss.

he pulls back to take another piece of the slice before presenting it to you, the utensil only a few centimeters away from your own lips. "here, dove; now you take a bite too!"

When Aaron reaches the bar, his heart breaks at the sight of you standing alone outside. He tenses up once he notices that, not only are you alone, but dry blood covers your face, there’s a large bruise forming on your cheek, and the knuckles of your dominant hand are cracked and bloody. “God,” he mutters, running straight for you and grabbing you by the shoulders. “What happened? Where’s the bastard that did this to you?”

You point toward an ambulance down the road. “The coward freaked out when I punched him back and thought he needed medical attention. Most they’re gonna diagnose him with is Dumbassery and Stupid Prick Disease.” You look back at Aaron and weakly smile. “And maybe a concussion.”

Aaron can’t help it, he laughs. “At least you still have your humour. But let's get you home, alright?”

re: ask game

au where mizzen wins the games!

there are two wolves inside of me fighting on if i should make this sad or happy. the sad wolf always wins.

1.) it’s nothing short of a miracle that mizzen managed to win. persephone was in shock watching it (coriolanus is screaming lucy gray’s name beside her). because she didn’t cheat, she does get to be reunited with mizzen before he is sent home.

2.) all her joy at him being alive evaporates when she looks at him. he’s bloody, injured, and his eyes just look void of emotions. this kid looks completely broken and persephone at once is horrified. seeing the affect on the games on mizzen actually radicalizes her more than if he had died. no 13 year old should have that look on his face.

3.) mizzen goes back to district 4 but it’s very isolating and lonely. his mom tries but she doesn’t doesn’t understand. the other kids keep their distance. he can’t bare to look at anyone who knew coral.

4.) he’s dragged back to the capitol the next year. they’re turning the games into a spectacle and they want last years ‘victor’ to make an appearance. he’s reunited with persephone again and the guilt is eating her alive. she realizes that the rest of his life he will be forced to relive these games every year.

5.) it’s worse when persephone realizes that he wasn’t dragged back alone. the girl form his district who got reaped was his sister. she knows why mags was chosen and it wasn’t random. it’s because persephone was speaking out.
