(Justice (reversed), Four of Swords, The Sun)

Okay, so we start with the reversed Justice. Now, upright Justice is... honestly, one of the more self-explanatory cards. It means that someone who did something wrong (you or otherwise) will probably be seeing the results of their actions, and truth will out. So you may be thinking that reversed, it means the opposite.

Well... it's complicated. While Justice in its upright position can be about you or someone else, when it's reversed it's almost always about you. It often means that you're in denial about something, particularly something that you feel bad about. It could also mean that you're having a hard time accepting a judgement, such as a legal judgement, in your life.

I'm not here to judge anyone. I'll just say that when reversed, Justice usually indicates that something has happened and you can't change that; all you can change is how you respond to it. It's a card that gently implies that it's time to let go. Maybe you did something bad. Maybe you didn't and you're just being overly critical of yourself. Maybe you've been wronged and that's not right. But... none of that can be changed now. It's time to accept reality and learn lessons from it... then move on.

The Four of Swords, as discussed last night, is a card that's about rest and recuperation. Whatever you've gone through, it wasn't easy for you and it's time to take a minute to take a deep breath and heal. Maybe that's what will help you move on. Taking a minute to center yourself and breathe.

If you're successful, and I hope you will be, your last card is The Sun. The Sun is one of the happiest, most hopeful cards in the entire deck. It radiates warmth, comfort, and joy. It's a really good sign to see this one at the end. It's a sign that despite everything, things might just turn out okay. 💜

lots of speculation over how round 7 between luka and till will turn out! and its had me thinking about the presence of recurring motifs and how the main ensemble are foils of each other.

i know that many people like to joke about how sua and ivan are genderbends of each other/basically siblings... but in my honest opinion, i think the parallels between the two (similar hair styles and having the more subdued personality of the pairing) are to throw us off about what we know about hyuna and luka lol.

sua and ivan's similarities are to emphasize their situational differences, highlighted by the comic where ivan expressed envy over sua not being in an unrequited love situation (yeah i know that's literally what the definition of a literary foil is, but hear me out LOL). so in that sense i feel that they're not really as similar as it seems?

i personally think that sua has more similarities to luka than she is with ivan, excluding her relationship with mizi. both in terms of their upbringing as being treated like dolls and how their resting face is kind of empty when they're not with mizi/hyuna respectively lol. plus their listless acceptance of the lethal circumstances they exist in

tbh even the childhood dynamic between mizisua and hyuluka (before the hyunwoo thing...of course...) is pretty similar, with mizi/hyuna dragging sua/luka around

i think by emphasizing the similarity between luka and sua, it reframes the events that happened in round 5. while luka probably was purposefully exploiting mizi's grief, it does come to question how much of the cutting shots between the two was mizi seeing sua in luka.

so how does this relate to round 7 between till and luka? there's a lot of speculation that luka will demolish till by pulling the same schtick he did with mizi -- and conversely there's a lot of speculation that vivinos and qmeng will subvert expectations by having till somehow overcome his depression by becoming numb to luka's tricks.

here's a third idea i haven't seen being brought up: luka seeing hyuna in till. i propose this idea because i think we can make some comparisons between till and hyuna. both of them are the most rebellious of the ensemble, both had a tendency to roughhouse as children, and both's choice of music genre is very high-powered with a heavy emphasis on the guitar (i want to say they both have that rock and roll vibe but unfortunately music isn't my forte and i don't want the genreheads to get on my ass LOL).

and now suddenly it feels like the random tidbits we get about luka's interactions with till feels like they're hinting towards something:

Me going through my 2 wips of Yellowstone and Until Death trying to figure out what I had built so far and what I can edit in the worldbuilding to make it work for both books.

How can I work out a way for me to have freedom in both books but also enough material to keep me going?

How do I keep the stories focused and small but with a grander feel to them? I want to keep the stories as simple as possible but with a broader background and feel to them so many things are left up to imagination/wonder.

Collects action figures 🤔 Started by collecting the toys from cereal boxes and will complain to anyone about how the quality of them has gone down. “We used to get stuff at least this big” Has really old batman figures that look like melted plastic. 

Never wears matching socks 🧦 And every other pair has a hole in it. He’s also one of those guys to have a specific wife beater that looks like it’s been through the great depression but he’ll never bin it. 

Is one of those people who still carries cash. 

Hyper competitive while playing board games/card games will definitely cheat to win. He will not try to throw any games for anyone's feelings. Only if you or the person he’s playing with is on the verge of tears..not. Is definitely the type to try to extract favors if he wins. Is a sore loser and refuses to play with Tim. 

Will respond to any call, text or even email as soon as he can. Like his phone is never on DND. (100% because of what happened with Jason.) While it’s a nice sentiment it can quickly become annoying to see him constantly looking at his phone when it so much as lights up. 

Probably plays Monopoly Go and is a high level lmao Idk He’s giving strong older millennial and my older brother is obsessed so, so it Dick. 

Imposter syndrome is strong with this one. 

This one’s a bit controversial but I think he might not want kids, most if not all the bats have probably gotten a vasectomy/gotten their tubes tied, after finding out about Damian. 

Contrary to popular belief he falls in love really slowly and it’s usually friends to lovers with him. This could be as neighbors, coworkers, doesn’t matter. If he sees you enough to be friends for a while he’ll probably catch feelings. 

I don't know who lied to you and told you that this man would confess immediately but no he's def pinning until he sees a sign or slips up and has to come clean (Maybe while drunk or hanging up a call with I love you, accidentally using a term of endearment if your hurt). Will probably keep them to himself if he thinks he’ll hinder you or put you in danger. 

It’s obvious to his close friends and family when he’s into someone. I think he glows when he's in love like he's normally gorgeous but he's stunning when he's in love, eyes brighter, smile wider, something about him more relaxed. 

I think his favorite thing about his partner would be their face. Catching all the small micro expressions is something he loves.
