eventually you make it to your messages. only a select few people are active due to the late hour and kaito is one of them. you can see him typing in your group chat. the one he made after the mission in frostheim. you temporarily left the chat while talking with taiga. although, in all honesty, trying not to get killed by taiga would fit better. you had texted him more than 10 minutes before you came to his room. yet still a gun was pointed to your head for the third (maybe fourth, you were losing track) time that week.

with complete and utter seriousness he claimed he "didn't know any honor student".

how many times did he expect you to introduce yourself exactly? you considered being a smartass and just saying a fake name. instead you decided to move, slowly so you didn't set him off, and show the texts.

suddenly the blonde started spamming the group chat in all caps, lighting up your phone with vibration after vibration. something about getting his point across to that dumbass, who you're assuming is probably luca. in hindsight, you could've just turned notifs off but when taiga was clearly starting to get pissed off you went with the quickest option. upsetting the guy with a machine gun for a special artifact isn't exactly at the top of your to-do list.

I (22) have been pining over this person (500+) for over three years now, but it reached a breaking point and I gave up.

Well, time "passed" inside that dream and I realized that I liked this person more than I liked that guy, so I wanted to stay with him forever.

Alas, dreams aren't meant to last, and I woke up as a consequence of a botched attempt to repair that asshole's consciousness. (EDIT: Lesser Lord Kusanali gave me admin access. Y'all can't see what it is because I signed an NDA.)

Of course, it's back to this person and not the kind one-- but this time, I knew. I didn't tolerate shit from him-- but when it came to too much and tore a love letter right in front of my face, I had enough and told him to fuck off and die.

So, i hereby contacted an insider from the Akademiya and slept in a medically induced coma for a year. (EDIT: a more accurate term is Dendro-hastened slumber, thanks u/akademiya-tighnari!) And yes, that meant I get to be with that other guy more!

…but for some insane reason, another year with him got cut short by-- you guessed it-- the same asshole who mistreated me. I gave him the cold shoulder, as I did the year before I slept, and told him to fuck off repeatedly when he kept following me like a stray cat. (EDIT: no, I did not have a chance to file a restraining order to the Matra-- he's a nobody in every sense of the word. no records, no anything. I don't even think I knew what his name is.)

He kept trying to talk to me about giving him another chance, but I told him that that bridge isn't even burnt, he dropped an atomic bomb on it and blamed me for making him do it, and told him once more to get lost and get out of my sight.

However, my therapist thinks I should give him a chance as he was her former client as well, and she can see that he has changed. (EDIT: No, I did not force her to violate her patient-doctor confidentiality, stop spamming comments.)

My other friend (26) confirmed my therapists observations. I usually trust his judgment, but I'm not sure I should trust this one. He has a propensity for embellishing truths.

So, am I the asshole in this?

Backstory: Kurt was planning to have you as another part of his lesson, but things seemed to be going...a little different.

Walking along the sidewalk, you waited for your Spree, in the meantime, you turned to look at the reviews on your horror book that you recently published, it was doing extremely well so far, and racking up many fans of the book.

Letting out a quick yawn as your spree quickly arrived.

"Uhh, [Name] Right?!" The spree driver pulled up, as you stared at his big doe eyes, finding it rather cute.

"Mm, that's me." You pulled up into the front seat much to Kurt's surprise, normally it would be awkward to pull up in the front set however this spree driver was rather cute to look at, and you needed a good view in the meantime.

Tilting your bleak and cold eyes at him, you recognized him from somewhere...ah--isn't he that killer uber driver...I mean you have seen him on a streaming site, murdering people. However, it didn't really bother you, as you pretended not to know who he was, who knows if you survive this you could have a really good plot for your next horror story.

"So, a spree driver?" You hummed out, making conversation as Kurt started driving..

"I'm---Uh also a streamer!" Kurt blurted out showing you his phone which was recording, and then you took notice of the cameras all over the car.

"Follow me for a follow! KurtsWorld96..." Kurt asked with a smile, as you couldn't take your eyes off the murderer, he was awkward, cute, and enticing...how is he a murderer? Hmm, seems he really wanted fame.

Kurt's eyes draw to his phone, looking at some of the comments. As he turned to look at you, to see you already intently staring at him. "Uh--hm- Do I have something...on my face?" Kurt bashfully asked out turning away from you, a blush formed on his cheeks from your fierce gaze.

"You're just rather cute, big fan by the way." You suddenly made it known, that you knew who he was, as his eyes widen and started to smile while letting out a small laugh.

as Kurt started awkwardly, thanking you while suddenly asking his viewers a question.

"I'm [Name] And your Kurt right?" You asked out Kurt nodding his head while paying attention to his phone.

"Soo, what should I do guys?" Kurt suddenly tapped on his phone, pulling up a poll for his viewers, noticing that he was racking up more views when the camera caught a glimpse of you.

Even though you were a fan, which he really appreciated, not to mention he found you attractive, he wanted to know what his viewers thought.

Once Kurt let the poll finish he brought up the results, it was a pretty evenly tie between fuck and marry, with only a few votes on kill. However, the majority said marry.

As Kurt was driving you to notice he passed your destination, "Uhm? Kurt?" You gently asked out as he glanced towards you, "Yes?" He asked with a smile, "We passed my destination."

Kurt bobbed his head, as he started to drive in an unknown area that you did not recognize.

"You- see I was doing this uhm poll, Fuck, marry, kill...and Marry won- soo--" Kurt spluttered out, showing you the poll as you took the phone, and started smiling while looking at Kurt.

"That's rather cute you know...are you really going to marry me Kurt?" You clearly teased him as he awkwardly bit on his plump lips, "It's...what the viewers want right?" He asked his chat, which suddenly began to spam yes.

I was really hoping I could leave my abusive mother but I'm still stuck here. I had lost hope with certain things until I got a call about an apartment and I thought it'd be this but the universe keeps taking opportunities away from me I don't understand what I'm supposed to do . I feel trapped and yeah I feel like I will never escape I don't make enough money for the apartment and it's possibly gone to someone else. I tried getting another client but they haven't reached out to me since last week. Literally posting on the internet and interacting with others is all I have most ppl in my life wouldn't care about anything I feel pride over. I don't want to argue I don't want to fight . I don't I just want to live but it's hard all the time.

At this point I'm gonna say a lot of stuff that is stressing me out and if that means "exposing" then I guess so. My mother began spam texting me to clean .. basically the entire house b/c I'm home or b/c "I don't work a real job" I work part time and with my adhd and autism I'm lucky I still have a job. But I don't understand why I'd ever have to clean this big ass house ON MY OWN when I've cleaned it MULTIPLE times on my own just for my mother to re dirty it not even trying to keep it clean how it was. It feels like if she wants to talk to me she talks to me just to boss me around and that's it. She doesn't have problems with other ppl's daughters helping them or FEEDING them. Cause btw when I moved back in with my mother she wouldn't feed me she'd go out not saying where or when she'd be back and have leftovers spoil or wouldn't let me have anything when she knew I wasn't working and knew I was barely eating.

So yeah the little money I had "saved" went to buying $100 worth of groceries or fast food cause I didn't have many options. And again I'm fucking disabled but nobody cares about that b/c I'm not "disabled on the outside". But back to cleaning this house MOST OF THE MESS is from my MOTHER everything is from my mother. I'm not perfect I have some clothes I haven't picked up a couple unwashed dishes but most of that is from my mother and her doing favors for ppl b/c she wants to be liked or whatever.

I don't have a problem helping my mom but when I'm being berated and told I'm lazy just for this lady to spam text me to clean up HER MESS. And for her to call our family to tell them I'm lazy.. and I'm just wasting oxygen in this stupid fucking house.. that's not a good feeling at all. And I hate that I care for my mother but if I don't do something her way or right away or (in this case cleaning an entire downstairs by myself when it has papers and arts and crafts and HER SHOES and she has a TON of clothes she's bought) I'm immediately "the bad guy" I'm so tired of these fucking ppl I'm so tired of family saying "we don't know what went on in that house" THATS RJFHT U DONT SO WHY THE FJCK DO YALL MAKE ME THE VILLIAN B/C U SEE ONE ASPECT OF OUR LIVES OR INTERACTIONS. I'm so fucking tired THIS IS LKKE EVERYDAY MESS.
