Switching chemicals at work because of a new contract with a new company and I'm kinda meh about it because we have a pretty good group of chemicals that work? And the new ones won't come in an RTD so there's this whole extra step to filling the spray bottles that I'm 500% certain will result in more skin contact. Plus the RTD dilutes the chemical for you but the new bottles are presumably predicted to a usable strength so you actually have LESS chemical in the container. :/

But mostly I'm nostalgic for my NABC and Envy chemicals. I know their fuck your wallet expensive but they work and they smell nice!

Tired of the antisemitic caricatures in Minecraft?

It's well known the villagers, illagers, and witches in Minecraft are stuck with an incredibly antisemitic design that despite hope, will probably never be changed. I've looked for a resource pack that only changed those elements (keeping the base game look), and was non-optifine friendly, but found none, so I made my own.

So I introduce Antisemitism Begone!

(Version 1.19 but should work for all versions that include the redesigned villagers) It's far from a perfect solution, but it satisfies my main personal annoyances (I am Jewish myself), and I'm certainly open to any improvements that can be made.

Unfortunately, there's many things I wish I could change but am unsure how (such as re-naming the golems to constructs, or changing how the Ominous Banner looks), but my knowledge only goes so far, and I'm pretty clueless when it comes to these things. So for now it's only visual elements that are changed. If I figure out how to do these things in the future I will certainly update it.

(Edit as of 10/9/22) I have figured out how to change the name from Golems to Constructs. Currently supported languages are English (US/UK), Spanish (Spain/Mexico) and German. (Edit as of 2/9/2023) French (France/Canada) is now a supported language. (Thank you for @bouillefriend here on Tumblr for the translation help!) (Edit as of 4/23/2023) Filipino/Tagalog is now a supported language. Minor fixes to all languages. Credit to @ascelhire for both, as well as the bedrock port.

DRAK PAAAACK! 

I dearly wish that there were more than sixteen episodes of this lovely, silly little show. I really love it wholeheartedly and will have to just live with the additional content that can only live in my head! 

I went in really wanting to make something that looked a bit like a comic cover or poster, or something like that. It would be very cool to see the franchise get the Zombie Island treatment! 

I think I’m gonna call this done for now! Maybe I will come back to it and change/improve things in the future, but it’s taken so long just to have time to sit down in stints and work on this, I’d like to finally post it!  I haven’t really ever tried to make anything like this before, so hopefully it looks passable, haha! Digital rendering is very much outside of my knowledge/comfort zone but I am trying to learn!

A day that begins as a host to Calla’s great aunt’s funeral comes to an end in the middle of nothing more or less than a zombie outbreak. Miles from home and without any sort of vehicle, Calla must make it home to her family - her pack - before something happens to them (or her). At her side is Sienna Bradley, the weird kid from high school all grown up: a powerful sun witch who is a force to be reckoned with. When they take on a ten month old baby to save his life, things only get more complicated.

Drowning. It's classic ;)

Alpha CC or Maxis Match?

Maxis match! I do like how cool alpha looks on renders and CAS edits, but since I'm an avid player I have a hard time looking at super realistic stuff in the rest of the mm world features and sims.

Do you cheat when your sims gain weight? 

Nah. If I picture them being worried about their image/health, I try to make them lose weight or become fit with in-game features (mods included).

Most of my story sims have a special spot in my wrinkly heart because I play with them so often and I become attached, but some of my special favourites are Yellow, Grumpy, Wes, Maleficent (still not seen), Annie and Plum.

Have you made a simself? 

Yup, but I've never really played with it. I don't know, not my thing I guess.

What sim traits do you give yourself? 

Paranoid (I'm always worrying about my entire existence), glutton, clumsy, creative, loves outdoors, loves animals, socially awkward.

Which is your favorite EA hair color? Brown, tbh.

The short bob that was recently added in a sims delivery! The one with it's roots dyed.

Toddlerhood (?). They're soft and squishy and cute and-

Are you a builder or are you in it for the gameplay? I actually enjoy both a lot! I'm not a great builder, but since I learnt a thing or two I'm more than happy to make builds/houses that fit my gameplay better!

Uuuhhh I've done a few conversions, poses and recolors, but no. I consider fully myself a storyteller

Nooo, I'm shy. Maybe I'll give it a try as soon as I move out on my own.

How has your “sim style” changed throughout your years of playing?

I think I kind of managed to beat the same face syndrome most of my sims had the first years I played the game (I didn't join simblr then), and I definitely found a pair of skins and details that I use consistenly on my simmies, so they look less wonky. Since I also embraced MM CC and vanilla items, most of them look more in sync with the game visuals.

Pyxis, simmandy, sentate, and littlebowbub. Of course there are tons more, but they are the first in line and I hoard everything they create, hehe.

How do you edit your pictures? 

My GShade preset does almost all the work, honestly. For story posts, I plop the pics in a PS template I made and add the captions, and for the gameplay posts I also have another templates that fit my other format. I add some text, stickers or overlays, run topaz clean and boom. I use ezgif.com for the gifs :D

What expansion/game/stuff pack do you want next? 

Something medieval or pirate related, or some other occults like fairies and zombies. Honestly I'll take anything that'll add gameplay features. (I would also like a pack refresh for the mermaids, they suuuuck)

It's a tie between jungle adventure and paranormal stuff!
