To follow the worlds footsteps and not knowing where it leads,
To see everything through tinted windows of yellow,
Failing to see the bland black and white in between,
To accept the wrongs of people and not judging a single fellow,
Deep down everyone knows that the worlds thought is a bit shallow,
To know that everyone’s mortality will show its self,
Yet trying to be in everyone’s dusty good books at the back shelf,
To listening to people talking about how you should be an inspirational soul to the whole world,
But knowing that when you try to do so everyone will call you a fool to think you could ever be the one,
A person does so much yet it’s like they did good to none,
A person’s life should be perfect they say,
Yet they never told us what perfect meant today,
Was it a pristinely perfect blank page,
Or could it be a horribly beautiful thing I made on this bumpy road I walk forward to everyday,
I follow this road with a blind eye trying to think of the next age,
I enter into the future everyday not knowing what rock will force me to stumble away,
But who knows maybe I find a gem lying beneath the grounds I stumble upon tomorrow or maybe today.

I often ask myself WHY and never got an answer, today I asked myself WHY Palestine or any country was suffering, WHY was their family killed, WHY mothers of innocent children were dead, WHY their father was dead, WHY were their homes burned, WHY was the place they laughed becoming a place they picked bodies up from, WHY were kids who couldn't speak yet suffering, WHY were humans not opening their eyes....hell what was the democratic government doing, WHY aren't you listening to the people's protest, WHY can't everyone hear the screams, WHY cant we see that people are being tortured because their crime was merely existing, WHY has the world lost humanity, what has the world become and WHY have we become animals.....I dont understand, I look for my answer and come dry. Whether its being with Ukraine or feeling remorse for Palestine it doesn't matter which country it is. The only thing needed to be stopped is greed for power or even better no violence. Is it too much to ask ? WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY ?.....why

Mortals who lack humanity are no better than animals and while animals hunt the weak prey to survive, us humans do it for power. Never once had I thought that people could be more horrifying than animals, yet they are. We can be better yet we still don't try to be and why is that ? Is it for the power that one will not have once they are on the other side of the grave. What will the ruler do when it's followers have denied to be ruled.
You have the power, Rule.

Girls like you were born to tame dragons, to fight in wars, to lead armies.
Girls like you were created to swallow darkness, to quell monsters, to destroy obscurity.
Girls like you were given life, to bring tempests and hail gales, unto their enemies.
Don't let a king or a prince or a fairytale tell you you are smaller than that or who you are meant to be.

"It sounds to me like you're being cruel to yourself." After a moment, I said, "How can you be anything to your self? I mean, if you can be something to your self, then your self isnt, like, singular."
"You're deflecting, "I just stared at her. "You're right that self isn't simple, Aza. Maybe it's not even singular. Self is a plurality, but pluralities can also be integrated, right? Think of a rainbow. It's one arc of light, but also seven differently colored arcs of light."
"Okay, well, I feel more like seven things than one thing"
"Do you feel like your thought patterns are impeding yourdaily life?"
"Uh, yeah," I said.

That was the thing about humans. We are hard-wired for survival, and we took every opportunity to convince ourselves that our problems weren't as bad as we thought they were. Hope and denial. Two sides of the same coin. They kept us from falling into a well of despair even in our darkest times, as Dumbledore once said "Happiness can be found in the darkest of times if one remembers to light the candle." Let's light up our candle of hope like the stars who light up the scariest nights to make the sky look extraordinary. Be the moon of hope not the ray of sunshine as the sun indeed is the most selfish, leaving you alone at night while the moon sticks around through the darkest and happiest times. Even if it can't be seen. Sometimes just knowing it's there, can make me happier.

She has a bookshelf for a heart,
And ink runs through her veins,
She'll write you into her story,
With the typewriter in her brain,
Her bookshelf's getting crowded,
With all the stories that she's penned,
Of the people who flicked through her pages,
But closed the book before the end,
And there's one pushed to the very back,
That sits collecting dust,
With its title in her finest writing, "The One's Who Lost My Trust",
There's books she's scared to open,
And books she doesn't close,
Stories of every person she's met,
Stretched out in endless rows,
Some people have only a sentence,
While others once held a main part,
Thousands of inky footprints,
That they've left across her heart,
You might wonder why she does this,
Why write of people she once knew?
But she hopes one day she'll mean enough,
For someone to write about her too.

Stars
You think you can define me,
That I'm a tick in just one box,
Like my being is a door,
That a single key unlocks,
But let me tell you something,
I have the universe inside,
I hold an untamed ocean,
With a constant changing tide,
I'm home to endless mountains,
With tips that touch the sky,
Flocks of grand migrating birds,
And deserts harsh and dry,
I house the wildest rivers,
And a host of sweeping plains,
I feel in waves of sunshine,
Or in unrelenting rains,
Don't tell me that you know me,
That "this right here is what you are",
I am the universe in motion,
For I was born from stars.

Grief tends to remind us of what we lost, but sometimes a little gratitude helps you to remember what you have and to be thankful for it right now. Because you never know when something you’re grateful for could become something you grieve
it’s made me realize that my life doesn’t have to operate on a straight, narrow path. It can grow, create roots, and plant all over again. The opportunities are endless, and I’ll explore all the things that bring me joy,I have no idea what’s next, and it’s refreshing as fuck

I know no place where peace is key
Where my mind fails to haunt me
I see no place nor do I expect to
I love and expect no one else to
Kindness is what I seek for this world
Greed will kill this deed and leave nothing but hurt
I wish to see no mortal suffer
But my wish comes dry when the wishers mind starts to buffer
My head spinning making me uncapable to see the other
Making me afraid of what comes next further
But hope is what I shall find when no path is clear
Hope is what helps me see past my fear

Look up to no one,
Except for the diety who has to be looked up to,
Look down at no one ever,
For no one is less and is greater now then ever,
Look forward to the future and fulfill your deepest desires,
If you never give up you will see all that you have yet to aspire,
No matter how small or big your life,
Its yours to live and it not need be in front of everyones sight,
Wish to live long and live without fright,
Live at the fullest and never run from the hardest of fights,
Lastly look up to a mortal never,
Look down at no one ever,
Fullfill you dreams to be greater now than ever.

I want the world with full of happiness without seeing anyone in despair,
To make people happy and nurture them with care,
Having them know that they have a shoulder to lean on when everyone turned thier back,
I want them to feel at ease with everyone in unity and where kindness does not slack,
The world should be full of people who love without care,
For the people who do so aspire the most and stay away from life's frightful snare,
Love kindness and care where did it all go and when did humanity start dying in this abominating fair.

To see the world through someone else's eyes, to feel thier happiness, thier pain and thier love.
Its not sad to die the real devastating thing would be no mourners for the dead.
Act in such a way that you feel people's joy, stick with them through pain and maybe they might still love u once ur on the other side of life.
After all its what you do and how good you are is what matters truly through the end.

Acting like we dont care is all we can ever do
Knowing that it still hurts,
Ignorance was the best path we found when know one cared enough,
We cry our hearts out when nobody knows,
The silent tears had made thier way out of thier homes,
I am trying to be happy for everyones sake,
That doesnt mean I dont feel the things I dont show,
Hiding is a way of making me feel good when the hardest times come and go,
No one helps you when your alone,
But hands keep asking for help they never show,
Love and kindness makes each stone the most precious diamond that we own,
I want to be happy for everyone I know,
Understanding that everyone will go,
Coming back from the dead was impossible as we know,
But just once if I could hold you tight I might just be able to let go.

I am in love with the world."
We always say that we are beneath the stars. We aren't, of course there is no up or down, and anyway the stars surround us. But we say we are beneath them, which is nice. So often English glorifies the human- we are whos, other animals are thats-but English puts us beneath the stars, at least.

"I want to share something Virginia Woolf wrote: 'English, which can express the thoughts of Hamlet and the tragedy of Lear, has no words for the shiver and the headache. ... The merest schoolgirl, when she falls in love, has Shakespeare or Keats to speak her mind for her; but let a sufferer try to describe a pain in his head to a doctor and language at once runs dry.' And we're such language-based creatures that to some extent we cannot know what we cannot name. And so we assume it isn't real. We refer to it with catch-all terms, like crazy or chronic pain, terms that both ostracize and minimize. The term chronic pain captures nothing of the grinding, constant, ceaseless, inescap- able hurt. And the term crazy arrives at us with none of the terror and worry you live with. Nor do either of those terms connote the courage people in such pains exemplify, which is why I'd ask you to frame your mental health around a word other than crazy"
The quote was taken from the book : Turtles All The Way Down by John Green
It was a book I never knew I needed

“Days tick by, as you expect them to. Like fanning pages in a calendar. You make plans. Sometimes you forget them. Sometimes you keep them. Sometimes cancel them. But you never doubt you can make them. You let things —mundane things, like bad traffic or getting caught in the pouring rain or rude, inconsiderate people—ruin your day, not realizing how precious said day is. How unique. How this day will never come again. No day will look quite like it. And that’s how you look back, years after, wondering where all the time went."
Why dont we cherish each place we see or the small moments of happiness we feel....why don't we let go of the numbness deep within and focus on the excitment and just feel alive not just exist. A moment of laughter can help you forget a million screams. Life is too short to be sad over the past or be anxious about the future, lets learn to feel joy with gratitude,be content and atleast try to live happily ever after...........
