So I’ve been scrolling through a lot of Gotham Rogue content, and apparently Joker isn’t in any of the content except a few exceptions. Which, makes a lot of sense, him being abusive to Harley when they were in a relationship but I always thought that it didn’t make sense. Because you know what the biggest fuck you to DC’s queer coding and villainization of queer people/people on the spectrum/people who suffer from mental illnesses? Is to reclaim the most Oh… Yikes. queer villain of them all. Make him even more flamboyant then usual. Make him admit his internal misogyny and homophobia and maybe even apoligize to Harley, who has been his only companion(romantic and platonic) even with all of his bullshit. I’m not apoligizing for Joker, never. I just think that reclaiming him would be the ultimate feat.
