Moving out!!!
I am moving today!! This means freedom 😍I can finally eat what I want when I want how I want 😁 I have a little plan of habits I want to include:
>1litre of water every morning
>morning run at least three times a week
>eat breakfast!!!
>yoga and stretching after work
>small dinner (maybe as well yoghurt, oats, nice cream)
>there will be absolutely no unhealthy shit food in my apartment
>no snacking out of jars –> food in the cabbet out of sight

I am feeling so la-la today. I don’t know on the one hand don’t wanna work anymore because I realized sitting in the office all day is just so not my thing 🙄 But anyways I have a yummy breakfast - again- 😍, my colleagues are pretty cool and I will be staying in my new apartment tomorrow!!!!

And this day will be great because: > I have the best seat in the train 😎 > there are only two (maybe one) more days riding the train 😍 > I will be moving this weekend!!!!!! > I don't hate my legs as much as usually do > I have a yummy breakfast packed, ready to throw in the microwave at the office 😋 > My Outfit is on fleek today 💄🎀👛(+my hair is still pink!! 💕)

Sooo this is what happened the last weeks: I gained 2kilos which means I am at the same weight before I started losing weight and this really makes me freak out and feel depressed. The last days I stopped writing down what I ate but I was still restricting and I thought about food sooo much. Basically before I was almost completely vegan but the last week I was like OK try something new maybe it will help you lose weight. Well it didn't. This is why I am starting project comeback: >I am going back to being vegan because it felt incredibly good for me >I'll start writing down what I ate again because it makes me feel safe >I will take some time for me everyday, doing yoga, stretching, running, doing a facemask, etc... >I will increase the quantity of food I eat because I feel like my metabolism is literally sleeping >I will include more fats because peantbutter

What’s a weekend without vegan Pancakes!? 😜 Blueberry Vanilla flavour loaded with Strawberries, Maple Syrup and my favourite @tableofplenty Granola! I didn’t get to sleep until about 4am last night after work, so I am spending a much needed day at home resting, reading, watching Netflix and planning something very special for the next months to come! 🙈

Breakfast: watermelon + 3Peaches 🍉🍑🍑 And Lunch: smoked tofu + leftover chickpea curry and rice 🍚🥗 At work! 💻 It is so hard for me to be constantly vegan at my internship. I always meal prep my breakfast and lunch but I really struggle with social events and food. Yesterday a colleague brought cheesecake to celebrate and of course I couldn’t say no. Not because I wanted the cake but because I felt pressured to eat it. I was afraid they would judge if I said I don’t want it because I am trying to be vegan. I am trying my best I am 99% vegan at home but I have to work on being brave enough and explaining to people 🌸🐘
