Mushroom soup
Cut the onion into cubes and saute
Add broth and the cut up mushrooms
Let it cook for about 10 minutes
Cook the broccoli in a seperate pot
Season the soup and blend it
Throw it all together and you're done♡
Btw dont mind my crusty yellow broccli
Makes 2-3 servings. I dont know if its freezer safe and you shouldnt keep it for longer that 3 days.

creamy tomato soup
Preheat oven to 390°F/ 200°C
Cut up big tomatoes, poke small ones with a toothpick so they dont explode and place on a baking tray
Crush the tomatoes a little with a bowl and sprinkle some salt over them
Add roughly chopped garlic and onion as well as the herbs
Roast in the oven for 45mins
Blend it all together with tha creamcheese (which is optional)
And you're done!🌱
Filling, satisfying, easy
It doesn't taste like its low cal

Low Cal
🍰Cake🍰
Beat eggs with sweetener for 3-5mins, until soft peaks form.
Sift dry ingredients into egg fluff bit by bit. Gently fold it in.
Line a baking dish with parchmentpaper
Bake for 25min. at 160°C/320°F.
Filling:
Quark 120g - 119cal
Sweetener
1 passion fruit 40g - 27cal
You could add any flavour✨️

Delulu Burger
+creamcheese, 63g= 66cal
I sliced the cabbage in thin strips and crushed it with salt, added a splash of vinegar- let that sit
Marinated the champignons in soysauce
Cut and prepared the rest of the veggies
Mixed the creamcheese witch water, salt and spices
Placed the champignons in a pan with a little water and put a lid on it. When they went soft I pressed them flat.
Wraped everything up

Low cal filled donuts
This recipe is the base
I used 15g baking powder and got lots of air pockets
Bake for 20mis at 350°F/ 180°C
With my donut mold I got 8 pieces ā 40cal
Mix 80g quark or yoghurt with sweetener and any flavouring u like. Which, in my case, equaled +10cal per donut
That mixture gets piped in ur airy donuts
And thats actually it,
50cal per filled donut

Grade all veggies finely
Mix the with the flour, egg, baking powder and add salt and spices
Fry in a non-stick pan
They don't look promising but were pretty satisfying

Chicken nuggets
Put everything in a food processor and blend it into a thick, sticky paste
Use two wet spoons to form the nuggets
Cook them in an air fryer for 20minutes (oven at 180°C/350°F will work too)
Ik its not super low but a healthy alternativ

Pizza bites

I cut everything up and mixed the tomatopaste with water, salt, thyme and basil. Then assembled it as mini pizzabites 🍕
