I think "discomfort =/= harm" is something everyone needs to internalize. Being uncomfortable because of something does not mean it's harmed you or is inherently bad. Sometimes discomfort is caused by shitty internalized feelings and beliefs that you need to acknowledge and work through. Sometimes you just have to remove yourself from a situation. Sometimes discomfort just a feeling that you need to live with as part of living in a society and a world.

I go to the only swedish-speaking vocational school in Finland and I can’t take it any longer. This school will be the end of me, it’s my 13th reason why. There is absolutely no reason for me to still be here on this earth if all I do is rot away infront of a computer while everyone else learns stuff like math and geography.

I can’t put into words how tired I am of coming here each and every single day, just to sit in a chair and wonder how differently everything could be playing out if I had gone to high school. I wouldn’t have to cry every time I think about how I totally fucked myself over.

And of course vocational school can be someones thing but it just isn’t mine. I’d rather be back in 9th grade than be here.

Oh my days, I hate my school.

I am so close to going insane it is genuinely disturbing. Boy, oh boy, the motherfuckers I have to deal with every day. They’re so lucky I have the patience to be there for so many hours and not jump off the roof the second I get the chance.

I go to vocational school and it SUCKS!!!

I swear, every fucking day there’s some sort of fight, someone threatens to shoot up the school, the teachers are late, I don’t learn shit, etc. I could complain for days about how ass my school is because of the fact that the only relatively good thing about it is the food.

It’s so antisocial in that bitch it’s not even funny. Yeah, I have some friends in my class, but outside of school they want nothing to do with me! The most talking we ever do is if we’re in the bathroom having a quick smoke break.

IT’S ACTUALLY INSANE!!

So why the fuck did I choose vocational school instead of normal high school like all of my friends??

BECAUSE I WANTED TO BE FUCKING DIFFERENT!

I hate myself so much for thinking like that, but luckily it’s just my first year and I’m planning on changing schools to a normal one after summer!!

The school I’m planning on changing to is actually so nice and I have a bunch of friends there!! I’ll actually be learning and reading so I’ll be able to function in the world.

I am so excited to get out of that shithole.

Even if it means I have to take classes with people a year younger than me I’m gonna do everything it takes to get in.
