⋆₊˚4/10/2024 – DAY 4 journal
The day after my binge fast was suprisingly good, I thought I'll feel sick or something but nah, it was a regular day. I started it by eating a toast with two eggs, i only ate one because i burnt them both and the second one was just.. uhh.. Yeah, then i *sadly* went to school but I'm trying to make school better to myself so i have to be positive about it. Yay! I went to school. The day wasn't bad but my bsf disrespected me and i was mad at her, tho I'm not anymore. I got a good grade form my polish class and a compliment from my russian class teacher. When i went back home i made myself lunch = a salad my mom made (with greek yogurt so extra healthy) and fried chopped sausages. Then I IMMIDIATELY without any rest went to my room and hopped on my treadmil. I ran for 40 minutes, so my work out was done! Then i again, immidiately, started studying. Okay, there was a little break but it was cleaning the kitchen, so it wasn't really a break. I studied for 3 hours straight because I have a math exam today and i didn't know anything, but i do now - yay! Then it was already dark outside and my hair was super greasy so i just took a shower and washed my hair, its sooo soft now. It was already 8PM when i finished so i went back to my room, started working on my subliminal (I didn't finish it, if anyone is intrested then bbabybrooke is the name of my channel!!). I watched some YT videos and just went to sleep 💤

⋆₊˚3/10/2024 – DAY 3 journal
On sundays i have rest days but that day i had a huge binge fest lol, my breakfast was cakes, cakes, cakes, then i snacked on salad and continued to eat only sweets. My break from them was lunch, chuck steak with silesian dumplings. I felt a lil guilty so i did a HIIT workout, i didnt finish it because i felt kinda weak, but i did leg pilates after! I didn't read a book nor did i go out on a walk, so i did only maybe like 200 steps lolllll. I don't feel guilty tho, it's just one day and im not gonna repeat it. Not the end of the world!

⋆₊˚2/10/2024 – DAY 2 journal
Im writing this the day, yesterday was really succesful. When i woke up, i immidiately did the first half of my work out. I did my skincare etc. and then played some games, but my parents said we're going shopping. The shopping was suprisingly calm and we joked a lot. I bought myself a salad. After we came back my sis was doing an aesthetic 'breakfast' (at 2PM LOL) for her competition (?), she took a pic of it and let us eat it. It was very yummy but i forgot what it is. Then i started reading Atomic Habits and finished a whole chapter, after that I went on a 10k steps walk and listenned to my history topic (so i was walking and studying, smart). When I came back I finished studying the topic and did the other part of my workout (HIIT). When i finished, it was already dark outside. So i mainly relaxed, ate the salad, and at 10 pm when i was going to sleep my sister came back with her boyfriend and she gave me a box of chicken! ofc i ate it lol.. but she also came back with a lot of cakes.. and my mom told to me to eat some of those. i didnt, but the next day i did (today)🥲

⋆₊˚1/10/2024 – DAY 1 journal
I planned to go to sleep early, wake up at 5:30 am, work out early etc. but sadly I couldn't because i had to wait for my sister to come back from work (2 hours after i was supposed to go to sleep). So, I woke up at 7am and washed my hair and showered. It took a whole hour! After washing my hair, i worked out - today was pilates, i only did half tho. Yeah, I should work out before showering BUT i take a long time in the bathroom and others wanted to get ready too, so i had to be smart and shower earlier. I did only the first 30 minutes of pilates and then stretched, I did gua sha too! Few hours later we were in the church for 2 hours and went to visit the graves of our family members. Then we went to visit my grandpa (dad's side) and it was fun ngl, we were talking and i finally didnt spend much time on my phone - instead we talked, a lot! (I'm an extreme introvert) Then we went to my grandma (mom's side), she had cake but i didn't eat any of it because im on a no sugar diet. It didn't make me sad tho, I didn't crave sugar that much today. We talked a lot too, and i didnt even take my phone! I felt sooo pretty and i actually accepted that im fr attractive (I have body dysmorphia disorder). I got two strawberry chocolate bars from my grandma (dad's side) and some cake from my grandpa (mom's side). After we came back home, i did the other part of my pilates. Then i relaxed and played DTI, did my skincare and read some books. It's sleep time now💤

diet + workout = 60 day glow up plan ::



~ 1500 cal daily - absolutely no sugar, salt, fast food and junk food - minimum 15k steps a day - at least 1.5L water a day RULES :: - eat only in the kitchen - no snacking while making food - fruits or veggies are the only snacks - do not body check (or weight check) - dont eat after 7 PM
FOOD :: breakfast = something filling with protein lunch = something that gives me energy for a workout (can be carbs, but some veggies and protein are good too, since my mom makes lunch) dinner = something light, can be a salad
WORKOUT :: monday :: 1 hour run tuesday :: 30 minute strenght training (full body) wednesday :: 1 hour pilates abs focused thursday :: 40 minute run + 30 minute strenght training (legs) friday :: 1 hour pilates full body saturday :: 30 minute HIIT + 30 minute strenght training sunday :: 20 minutes yoga + active rest day DAILY :: study at least 3 topics do lymphatic drainage massage stretch after and before sleep skincare + take care of your hair read books dont spend too much time on internet meditate track ur progress do SATS and avoid the mirror

How to manifest your desired face:



*This is the most popular topic, so i made this to clear up some questions you might have or struggle with.*
Manifesting your ideal face Can be frustrating sometimes, why? Well you Always encounter the mirror, and it Can get you very demotivated and you might think that there's no movement or doubt the Law.
But let's simplify LOA Real quick-
1. Decide: decide what kind of face you want, it Can be mixed or just the ideal face you want.
2. affirm: making an affirmation that you feel comfortable to repeat for example "i already have my desired face" "i look exactly like xyz!"
3. persist: being stubborn and faithful to your assumption, you Always return to your assumption/imagination regardless of what the 3d shows you. For example: you still see the same old face in the mirror, before reacting, you affirm that you have your desired face.
That all you gotta do.
But here's the Real question →
Why the 3d is still showing me my old face?
Duh 😒 didn't we ALWAYS Say that you shouldn't take the validation from the 3d? The 3d won't EVER give you your desired face if you focus on it.
The 3d will Always shows you your current assumptions, if you keep saying that you don't have your desired face, well Guess what? Yeah duh you will still see your old face.
But we need to fix that, we need to stop this repeating cycle.
YOU ALREADY HAVE YOUR DESIRED FACE! IT IS DONE!
The second you decided that you have your desired face, you have it in 4D.
Done deal.
There's nothing for you to do now, just to persist in the assumption that the fact you already have that desired face of yours.
And the 3D will catch up on and will reflect your 4D, IF you keep fulfilling yourself and accepting the imagination as the true reality.
I cannot stress this enough when i say that the 3D is just a mirror, a dead reality, without imagination, it nothing but a dead reality, what you're experiencing right now is because you imagined it first then it was being reflected into the physical reality.
"B-but Eli i can't ignore the 3d when it is in front of my face😞"
Yeah i know it is difficult but let me tell you.
YOU DON'T NEED TO IGNORE THE 3D!
Just know it will change cause you literally decided that you already have your desired face, you know it is done, creation is finished, you already have your desired face in your 4D and the 3D have no choice but to reflect it!
"but Eli i'm done seeing my ugly face!"
I know it is hard when you are Always in front of that mirror, but beer with it for a while, keep saying positive affirmations, keep affirming that you look exactly like your desired face! I know it will feel Weird and uncomfortable at first but you will get used to it with Times.
"but Eli when i see those pretty girls on tiktok i feel so insecure and i wish to be them😢"
Girl, instead of saying that, when you see a pretty girl on tiktok just Say "oh my god! She's so pretty! But i'm prettier than her, that obviously🙄💅🏻" or "this girl is so pretty like me!".
Affirm against any opposite thought, you're clearly telling your subconscious every single day and reminding it that you DO have your desired face and you're already pretty.
How to know that i'm living in the state of the wish fulfilled?
You won't give a single Fuck to the 3d, you know you already have your desired face so you won't give a single Fuck to what the 3d throw at you.
You'll feel an immense calmness and you'll feel like you already own/ have that desire, it will start feeling natural.
You know it is a done deal, you already have your desires so you'll be unconcerned about what happening in the physical reality, no matter what the 3d throw at you, you KNOW that you do have your desires in the 4d.
People saying your ugly? The Fuck girl? Can't you see my beauty? I'm literally the prettiest.
Seeing pretty girls and feeling insecure? Gurll i'm literally prettier than them, they wish to have my face.
Still seeing your old face in the mirror? Gurl i literally have my desired face, i looks exactly like xyz.

See how it is easy? You just need to be disciplined.
If you really want your desired face, then be that stubborn mf and manifest that perfect face of yours.
Now go and make that change, you'll thank me later😌.

A little something about your Subconscious mind
As we all know our subconscious mind is what helps us manifest right? If you don't know, let me explain it to you in a semi scientific way that i learned recently. (spoiler alert; this made it click for me.)

So 5% is the Conscious mind, thats what helps us know words, numbers, languages and logic.
95% is the subconscious mind that corresponds with visuals, symbols, dreams, emotion, repetition, tone during sleep, relaxation, stories. aka the best way to update the “system”
Our subconscious mind has RAS ( Reticular activating system) which distorts, deletes and generalizes all the information you recieve. Based on believes, values, identity, memories, past decisions, mood, location/ times.
You→ recieve information by the 5 senses with 2.3 million hits per second of data. 128 bits is what your mind will process and that creates meaning+behavior. Which means your reality is a filtered, distorted, generalized version of events.
The subconscious mind → is like a tape player, change the tape, change/upgrade the mind.
Our beliefs exist in our blindspot. The blindspot is created by the mind.
Become aware of your limiting beliefs, not by going in war with your thoughts but redirecting them.
You must leave out the idea that circumstances have any power over you, they don't.
Repetition helps you believe in your beliefs.

If you suffer a lot with limiting beliefs i reccomend you writing them down, somewhere that you can acces easily. It might be a notebook, ypur notes app, whatever works for you. I want you to write all your limiting beliefs down. Doesn't matter if you have one or a lot, write them down. Then i want you to flip those beliefs, turn them around. Write them down as well, you can write them behind your limiting beliefs or create a new list. These are your new beliefs and you will stick to them.
Some examples:
I can't manifest, manifesting is hard and takes so long.➙ Manifesting is so easy, i always manifest instantly. Manifesting doesn't take long at all.
Money is hard to get➙ Money is easy to get, i get money effortlessly
You have to work for money➙ i don’t have to work for money, hell i can lay in bed all they and receive large amounts of money daily.
I am unlovable➙ No tf i’m lovable i’m perfect, i’m irresistible, everybody wants me. Period, I am so perfect.
They don’t love me➙ They love me, in fact they worship the ground i walk on, they need me, they can’t live without me.
They have another partner➙ Who? I AM their partner, they only love me. That was their cousin or their friend.
I am fat and ugly➙ I am so perfect and pretty, god i look so amazing. I am skinny, my body is so pretty and perfect.
See what i did here? I took my limiting beliefs and flipped them around. And i will now tick to these. Repeating them, not thinking back to those old stupid trashy beliefs. By repeating ypu will create a new assumption and that is what creates your "new" reality.
I promise you if you just persist and repeat in these new thoughts everything will work out for you.

Make a workout plan that works well with your menstrual cycle.
Deep clean your room.
Take an everything shower.
Plan your week.
Eat a nutritious snack.
Try a new recipe.
Buy a new fragnance or scented lotion.
Stretch or do yoga.
Talk to yourself.
Look in the mirror and point out every nice thing about yourself.
Read or reread the book you love.
Study for the next test.
Cut blue light an hour before sleeping.
Drink tea after waking up.
Limit your screen time.
Don't surround yourself with negative media (art, posts, etc.).
Dress up nicely.
Research a topic you like
Replay your favourite game.
Spend some time with the person you love and care about.
Try to understand the cause of your bad habits.
Look at motivating (not toxic) posts.
Affirm after waking up and before going to sleep.
Buy a beautiful and comfortable pijama.
Rearrange your room.
Find a new, intresting hobby.
Look for a fragnance that suits you and your personality the best.
Write out the things you want to change about yourself.
Don't skip important hygiene; brushing teeth, washing hair, skipping skincare, showering.
Take a hot relaxing bath.
Completely relax and just think without any distractions; music, subliminals, etc.
Set a new yet small goal you want to work towards to.
Remind yourself of your journey and how far you've come.
Work on your posture.
Cuddle with your animal.
Take a nap.
Buy a new candle.
Romanticise your life and every small thing about it.
Drink some lemon/cucumber water.
Find a new intresting show.
Create a new playlist with your favourite songs.
Find a new comfort YouTuber.
Think about your fun childhood memories.
Try a new form of exercise.
Make a vision board.
Get a therapist, and if you can't: talk with strangers online.
Listen to yout favourite subliminals.
Create a moodboard.
Create a new peace of jewerly.
Give away the clothes you dont wear anymore.
Create a visionboard and look at it everyday while affirming.
Try a new makeup style.
Go out without doing your makeup.
Get used to your 'effortless' look; no makeup, lay clothes, tied hair.
Get used to failing and learn from your mistakes.
Be grateful for the simple things you're blessed with.
Listen to a podcast.
Go on a walk.
Choose your kind of 'perfection'.
Think about deep topics and write about it.
