Asen Seekatzen / Asen Chimearas

So I present to you - the gorgeous, the cute, the ones with a thousand names, the elusive:

Asen Seekatzen, or asen chimearas in english

I think they make cool asen*spec symbols :D

The Prixic System - Remade

The Prixic System was originally made in 2020, and had the purpose of creating a system of genders that are divorced from the binary, or otherwise regular societal concepts. In this post I hope to redefine the terms in a clearer way, and show off new flags, since the old ones weren't very inspired.

This might be a very confusing system for some people to understand, so the best analogy I can give is: having two colors that are painted on the same canvas, yet the paint is made of completely different materials/chemicals. Both are "red," however they are fully separate in their components, and what makes them what they are. Because of that, they probably still wouldn't consider themselves to be equivalent in their entirety.

These are not xenogenders.

Etolic: A gender that is equivalent to "man," but it is completely removed from traditional human and/or societal concepts of what makes manhood what it is. As such, the term man may only somewhat fit, as it is fully divorced from those concepts. It is being a "man" in some sense, but for some reason, it does not fit into that category. This could be because someone is nonhuman, it could be because of a different culture or lifestyle, or anything else.

The quality version of this term is etolian / etolity, and it is equivalent to etolic but for masculinity; it is equivalent to "masculine," but completely removed from traditional human/societal concept of what makes "masculinity" what it is.

To put it another way: Etolic is a term for "men" (may or may not use that term) who feel as though they are their own separate category due to being fully removed from the human and/or societal concepts of manhood. They might still identify as men, but they are fundamentally different from what society would consider one; "man" may simply be used because it's "close enough," out of convenience, or because it is this society's / cultures / etc. equivalent of the same general notion.

Privere: A gender that is equivalent to "woman," but it is completely removed from traditional human and/or societal concepts of what makes womanhood what it is. As such, the term woman may only somewhat fit, as it is fully divorced from those concepts. It is being a "woman" in some sense, but for some reason, it does not fit into that category. This could be because someone is nonhuman, it could be because of a different culture or lifestyle, or anything else.

The quality version of this term is privian / privity, and it is equivalent to privere but for femininity; it is equivalent to "feminine," but completely removed from traditional human/societal concept of what makes "femininity" what it is.

To put it another way: Privere is a term for "women" (may or may not use that term) who feel as though they are their own separate category due to being fully removed from the human and/or societal concepts of womanhood. They might still identify as women, but they are fundamentally different from what society would consider one; "woman" may simply be used because it's "close enough," out of convenience, or because it is this society's / cultures / etc. equivalent of the same general notion.

Mazeric: A term for when one is multigender (whether fluid, bigender, flux, or anything else) among prixic genders and/or qualities, or when someone is multigender in a fundamentally prixic way; it is fully divorced from the societal and/or human concept of what multigender is, in some sense, to where multigender may simply not feel accurate. The equivalent quality wise is mazerian / mazerity, and is comparable to terms like etolian and privian.

Wispic: A gender that is equivalent to "xenogender," but it is completely removed from traditional human and/or societal concepts of what makes xenogender what it is. As such, the term xenogender may only somewhat fit, as it is fully divorced from the normal concept. It is being "xenogender" in some sense, but for some reason, it does not fit into that category. This could be because someone is nonhuman, it could be because of a different culture or lifestyle, or anything else.

The quality version of this term is wispian / wispity, and it is equivalent to etolic but for masculinity; it is equivalent to "xenine," but completely removed from traditional human/societal concept of what makes "xenity" what it is.

Lumene: (formerly called lumian) A gender that is neutral, fully independent from the gender binary, and fully divorced from human / societal norms of gender-neutral. It can sometimes also be described as a gender that is in-between all the prixic alignments, causing one's gender to feel null, however this is not universal. Essentially, it may be considered either a fully independent and prixic form of gender-neutral, or it may be considered a form of gender-neutral caused by being in-between other prixic genders and/or alignments.

The quality form is lumenian / lumenity, and it is comparable to terms life etolian and privian; it is a form of neutrality that is fully independent and divorced from societal concepts of "neutrality."

Ventric (formerly called "intrisic"; can still be called that, but it was changed because it's so close to intrinsic):

Being genderless in a way that is inherently prixic; may be disconnected from societal norms of what makes "genderless," or "being without" in general, or it may simply feel inherently independent and divorced in a prixic way. Someone who is ventric may still be aligned to a prixic quality, such as etolian.

The quality equivalent is ventrian / ventrity, which is comparable to something like etolian and privian. It is genderless-qualitied in a way that is fully divorced from the human or societal concepts for what that means.

Does a*spec have a specific meaning or is it just an alternate way of spelling aspec?

Hey there :) Sorry, for the late reply.

One could say it's a different way of spelling. Though the * is meant to visually indicate that a*spec refers to mupltiple spectrums and all the labels with an a. For example:

analterous

ansthetic

aplatonice

aqueerplatonic

aromantic

asensual

asexual

asocial

It can also include agender for example. Though most often a*spec is used as a short term for the anattractional spectrum rather then including agender and other non attraction related labels.

I like writing it with the * to emphasise that there are multiple spectrums and not just the asexual or asexual + aromantic. :)

General headache and migraine flag

As for the colour meanings, here goes muted dark teal-ish green - migraine and headaches muted green-ish grey - brain fog and sense sensitivity dark red, red, light red - spectrum of head pain (frequent, chronic,...) purple - migraine auras and other effects of headaches and migraines dark purple - chronic pain and fatigue

This flag can be used by anyone with headaches and/or migraines whether they're chronic or not.

Ambulatory Wheelchair User - alt flag

A friend of mine wasn't really hyped about the ambulatory wheelchair user flag we found online. Because the wheelchair user person on the flag seemed very passive. So...

I asked which symbol they liked and thus two alt flags sprung to existence. Credit where credit it due: The original flag, which this one is clearly based on was created by @xenogender-klown-goblin

But now without further ado, two ambulatory wheelchair user flags:

Aliqua* alt flags

Last year I created the aliqualterous and aliquaqueerplatonic flags based off of @genderstarbucks flags for aliquaromantic and aliquasexual.

Yesterday I decided to also do aliquansthetic, aliquaplatonic and aliquasensual. Which I did. But just now I found out someome already made some flags back in August. Aliquasensual

Aliquasensual is an a*-spec and asen*spec orientation in which one only feels sensual attraction under certain circumstances. Aliquasensual can be considered an umbrella term, in which identities such as demisensual are included under it. However, aliquasensual can also be an identity on its own. For example, some individuals may only feel attraction to a very specific type of individual, or only when in a certain place or at a certain time.

The light orange colour, which is the same as in the asensual flag, was chosen as it represents sensual attraction.

Aliquaplatonic

Aliquaplatonic is an a*-spec and apl*spec orientation in which one only feels platonic attraction under certain circumstances. The yellow colour, which is the same as in the aplatonic flag, was chosen as it represents platonic attraction.

Citrus Agenderflux Flag

I tried various designs for an alternate agenderflux flag but nothing really worked out. The designs are okay, but they didn't fit.

But then I looked at these lil one's:

And I thought, why not do a citrus agenderflux flag?

Well and so, a bit later, I present to you, my citrus agenderflux flag:

I took the citrus agender flag and added four stripes inbetween the original ones so it's more of a gradiant.

Colour meanings remain nearly the same with the gradiant representing the flux part.

dark green: leaves and working towards agender liberation

radiant green: abolition of the gender binary and gender norms

green: limes and agender friendship, love and community

yellow-green: anattractional, loveless, lovepunk and other agender people

yellow: lemons and gender joy and celebration

gold: gender dysphoria and acceptance

orange: oranges and gender artwork and creativity

red-ish orange: diverse libragenders and gender presentations

red: blood oranges and agender diversity and individual expression

Alt. Neverisexual Flag

Initially I only wanted to make an alternative flag cause I don't particularly like the original one. But I also learned that that one one made by a problematic individual, as well as the term.

But since the term resonates with me I wanna use it in a reclaiming manner.

Neverisexual is an a-spec orientation described by one feeling disgust towards oneself and/or those involved after sexual interaction. This is different from Feasexual in the way that a neverisexual individual's attraction doesn't fade away, but one may experience disgust or repulsion as a result of sexual activity. This could affect one's sexuality and may cause one to lose desire or urges for sexual activity. https://lgbtqia.wiki/wiki/Neverisexual

The term is not to be confused with sex-negativity.

Flag meaning

Shades of blue: sexual attraction and or interaction and or (a)sexual spectrum Shades of pink and violet: sensual attraction and or interaction and or (a)sensual spectrum Lightning: disgust towards oneself and or others involved in sexual interaction Darker muted colours: disgust, repulsion and frustration

I chose to include the colours for sensual attraction because sexual interactions can include sensusal interactions and because for some people sexual and sensual attraction are tied together. Neverisexual does not inherently have a connection to a person's sensual or asensual attraction or to sensual acts.

Vortexid / Vortexic

A gender that feels like a vortex, swirl, maelstrom. Maybe sometimes like it sucks you in. Maybe also ocean-y or even oceangender-y and mniodrach-y. Mniodrach-y cause you could consider the vortex to be a void-water-vortex encompassing the void but being filled with all. I'm not sure if this makes sense to others but it does to me. It can be similar to spiralgender for some. And to voidgender, voidic or other void related genders for others.

Flag

Flag based off of StariiArts oceangender flag. It consists of six horizontal stripes. All of them have different width. Top to bottom: very light blue, light blue, blue, darker blue, even darker blue, very dark blue. Theres a black swirl on top. The stripes are blurred inside the swirl and there's blurred black inside.

Xumcollector Flag

based off of magpies colors (cause I didn't realsie that's what Elstern are called in english and that there's already a collector term with magpies - welp

The xumcollector flag consists of triangles that shrink to the middle. Only the inner two can be seen completely. The middle one is white, then follows a blue one, a dark green one, a black one and a white one. In the middle a raven sketch can be found. It shows the side few of a raven's head. Eye and beak are black with white highlights, the rest is dark grey with a light grey lining.

✮: Genderabyss, a gender system where one's gender is the abyss, abyss-like, etc. Can be a gender in and of itself. Used as a prefix (abyss-something) when paired with other genders.

SCHRÖDINGER’S PAN / PANDOX

(Plaintext: Schrödinger’s Pan / Pandox)

Definition: When you’re simultaneously pan(sexual/romantic/etc.) and not pan, for whatever reason. This falls under the Schrödinger’s Identity umbrella, and is intentionally vague to be interpreted by each user. This is inclusive of all good faith identification.

This concept stemmed from a lighthearted conversation that was had in a shared Discord server and was originally suggested by @elliott-mogai​ as ‘Schrödinger’s Lesbian,’ or when you’re simultaneously a lesbian and not a lesbian.
