okarun who's your next door neighbor, who finally gets the courage to talk to you one day when you're outside the house and he sees that you're wearing an alien related t-shirt, making him ecstatic at the idea someone is also interested in the same things as him, and even if you only wore the shirt because it was the only shirt you had to wear left, he'll still tell you every single thing about the alien that was on your shirt - even pulling out worn magazines that depicted the alien on your shirt ... all as an attempt to make friends with you

okarun who's your next door neighbor, finally taking notice of you in his day to day life as he realizes you and him are in the same class, watching the way you play with your pen when your bored or try to stifle your yawns when the teacher lectures on and on about equations - he had never known that there was someone similar to him who was in the same class, and he notices the way you look over at him and wave with a smile when you see him looking at you, making him blush and look down to pretend that he wasn't staring at you

okarun who's your next door neighbor, who agrees ecstatically when you ask him if he wants to start walking to school together, starting off quiet as he and you simply walk - not even side by side but awkwardly one in front of the other, trying to make small talk together even if the conversations don't flow naturally at first, but slowly you find that there's more that meets the eye and there had been so many things that you have in common, things that you didn't even realize you did until you start to pick up on them. okarun starts to scribble in his notebook when he's thinking about something, just like you, and you had been a little awkward at starting conversations just like him

okarun who's your next door neighbor, who lights up when you invite him to visit your house for the first time as he accepts the invitation without a second thought, and you can't help but laugh at how stiff he is when he realizes that he's finally in a friend's home for the first time ever (literally, okarun told you that he had never been over at a friend's house until you invited him just now)

okarun who's your next door neighbor, who seems in awe at how your room feels so... you. not only does it feel like you, but it feels like home, and nothing makes okarun more confused than the fact that he no longer feels awkward like how he does when he's out in public, and you finally get to see him relax more than you've seen him relax in the last two weeks you had known him, an unconscious smile comeing to your face when you notice that fact, the grin on your face contagious as okarun takes one look at you and starts to smile as well before the two of you start talking about the newest findings in your own fixtations

okarun who's your next door neighbor, who realizes that your windows are actually facing each other when you look out the window, both of you looking at the other with that same mischievous face as you both run to get little whiteboards so you can put messages in your windows for the other to see if you weren't able to visit or if you were busy running errands, slowly seeing as the messages slowly become silly little doodles that you show to each other at the end of each day when you're too tired to go over to each other's homes even if you're both just a couple steps away from each other's lawns

okarun who's your next door neighbor, who starts to become a little distant when he encounters turbo granny and subsequently begins a more paranormal life and begins to hang out with his other new friends as a way to try and protect you from the happenings and dangerous life that he's now living, not giving you much of an explanation since he knows that if he explained it to you, you would start to tell him that you wanted to be with him despite the perils and obstacles that made it harder to be with each other

okarun who's your next door neighbor, who feels his heart breaking when he notices that you stop texting him silly messages when you realize that he's not texting you back and that you'd taken down your whiteboard in your window, but he keeps his up even if it’s empty - as if it’s a reminder that he’s not trying to leave you behind though it wasn’t much consolation for you. as the days went by, okarun also realized that it wasn’t as comforting to him anymore either and he ended up taking the whiteboard and shoving it to the back of his closet

okarun who's your next door neighbor, who watches as you start to hang out with your other friends as well, not sparing him much of a glance anymore, and even though he had been the one to initiate the detachment, he can't help looking at your empty desk when you leave class without him, a deep regret sinking in his stomach as he tries to throw himself into training and taking care of demons causing havoc in order to try and forget about you - he had a lot going on in his life now and he tried to tell himself that getting you involved would only be putting you at risk, it would be the most selfish action if he tried to keep you in his life even now when he knew that it was impossible

okarun who's your next door neighbor,, who can only laugh nervously and switch the topics when momo or aira ask him what he's spacing out about when he wonders what you're doing or if you still were just as awkward at starting conversations as he was as the day you both first met - he still hopes that even if you’re both farther apart now, you still have things in common, it makes him feel a little less lonely. he imagines that you still have that big grin on your face as you avoid the cracks in the pavement when you walk home from school, it makes him feel like he still knows you and that there hasn’t been much time that passed

you can request [ordered from shortest to longest] 　　⤷ smaus [less than 500 words] 　　⤷ drabbles [less than 1k words] 　　⤷ headcanons [at least 1k words] 　　⤷ oneshots [at least 2k-3k words] 　　⤷ *matchups however, i can't recommend that you request for a series or anything of the sort since i am less likely to accept such a request - and similarly, im more likely to finish a request if its shorter like a smau/headcanon ^^ *matchups can be a little more complicated, and i ask that you please be patient with them !! matchups will usually be about 600-800 words long - if you want a longer matchup, please dm me to ask about it!

hello !! my name is othello , i'm seventeen and i use he/they pronouns . i honestly just made this blog for fun and hoping that people would be interested in my writing!
