We work our humanity in habits patterned into the beauty- pleasant, ugly- unpleasant sensations. Everything surrounding our system is taking us for a journey, even if we stay in the same city for 10 years or we become afficionado nomads.

In our collectiveness, we have our communities of all kinds now and some play to rejoice the Earth as the rightful heaven it is.

We practice awareness in so many fields.

Our minds have become the follower of the big noise, the gross of it all, as the world experiences itself nowadays.

Now, we businness out | voice out the projects or the products that blend in with the trends of sustainability, traceability, ecological and human awareness, community gluers, permaculturals, togetherness movement, curators all of kinds. This is what the world has decided in common terms to give an eye of focus.

Are you in or out? the friendly dreamers and doers say… as also kindness is trending.

Don’t get me wrong, there is no problem in these happenings.

I am just finding myself in a bit of a struggle of contradictions and too much of a forceful hassle of extremes. I feel super tired.

I don’t want or feel to pick sides. I don’t want to join the war of peace.

I just want to enjoy in gratitude a cup of coffee that comes from the rooted hands of a family. Sourced.

This cup that makes me flow as the leaf, nurtures the senses and the imagination, discards the expectations and accepts the seasonality of it all.

Shortlist, if you really get it, the cup itself can express as a teacher’s note to life.

If you roast it well, it reflects the origin.

If you drink it in the presence of your moment, it gives reviving, small revelations. Sometimes it brings an incentive to act upon what matters to you in that particular day you sip it.

For me food has become very simple, focused on moment to moment yes or no; few mixed ingredients and many times just one; a lot of touch and plant infusions.

According to Human Design, I am Nervous Touch Type.

When I discovered this, so many pieces of my relationship with food clicked into clarity and self acceptance.

I love to eat with my hands in a kind of on the go mood.

I do a short ceremonial blessing with my soul language before and after.

It seems that all of this helps my system get ready to process both the subtle and the dense information that comes through food.

You see, everything loves to link with everything and the links are mediums, arcs. This is what all relationships are. And we have a deep affection to these words, to this tapestry of links. It is what we create in our togetherness.

I noticed that when I am impacient and anxious, my body goes into hunger mood and I eat without reverence.

This is extremely linked with the need to to filter and process certain undigested subtle information which from my now perception, actually comes from the more refined body planes and the space within that asks to come into crystalline experience. The physical body is a beautiful instrument in relation with all subtle and dense stimuli. The link between the DNA and the amino acids. The Amino Acids are used as Coding Technique by the Codons. What are Codons? Something that I feel very drawn to contemplate...

So these last 3 days I have been in the Hunger of Fire.

My body annouced the presence of this Archetype into my conscious awareness by the simple and avid ask for dried plums and chickpeas.

Checking the composition of these ingredients and hearing the intuition of my spleen, I got friends with the amino acid Lysine, which is an ambassador for the First Archetype, expressing within the Frequencies of Entropy, Freshness and Beauty.

This first archetype is a genetic story generated by the mysterious Codon of Fire.

Food is a suble guide into decoding the work of art of our DNA.

So what is my the process of liberating more self- radiance by working intimately with this 1 Archetype?

I ask all kinds of questions, spoken and written.

The fire comes to show me and support me to burn the old weeds of compromise.

Lysine is also communicating with the small intestine and is invoking the firy spirit of competence. So for me this information is very relevant because I can with specific healings right in the heart of the intestine 🙏 I can weave in particular foods, visuals, affirmations, self- love energy etc

It is a time for me to rise in my line of originality and produce a business that is grounded in patience, competence, beauty, simplicity, devotion, spirit, longevity, flexibility, wisdom and other gift attributes.

I reveled that I was resisting to express my natural style; that I did not care for being patient with my passions and my studies; that I held contradictory beliefs about money; that I denied certain passions and longings, that I was on the roof top playing the victim or the martyr, when all the fun is in the balance of being in the heart of the market and my aloneness- both are relevant.

Today I wish to talk with you about coffee and teamwork. So make yourself a cup and contemplate with me. See the world of work through my eye.

I have had profound insights on how our worldwide working system is performing. It all started with my inner search to figure our my place, my service in the system. Thus taking no one’s place, but my own. It is taking respnsibility both at a subtle level and at a dense level.

One of the many reasons for exhaustion is the strive to do so many things that are out of our genius. Imagine how it would be our world if each individual would discover its native essence of service to others and be in the right environment to give nurture and to receive nurture. Of course this is highly focused on the line of people that are servers, but nonetheless, it applies to all lines.

When we act ourselves out into the world coming from a place of inner guidance ( true authority ) rather than control, from a place of synergy, rather than dominance, we radiante. We energise the within from within and the outside from within.

Making a wholehearted commitment with myself to be self& others honest, it has been shown to me that control and dominance can be extremely subtly expressed through patterns that are right in that are blindspot area on all levels of society.

It has a lot to do with the intention sourced in the mind, intention sourced in the cells, intention sourced in the heart, intention sourced in the emotions, intention sourced in the soul, intention sourced in the other subtle bodies, intention sourced in Source.

This work of human and planetary transformation is extremely passionate for me and I love to see, to guide, to communicate and to explore. And it is astonishing that what we are here, ripples in the whole creation.

It is time for the workmarket to become more flexible and invite other role naming and responsabilities in its structure, and all of this in the spirit of competence.

Competence arises when one does not compromise his genius to feed greed for example.

When I am in impatience, I am being in dishonor with the natural rhythm of my physical body.

The Vocation of Vibration

Many of the words written on the paper are collected from one short sweet empowering video from Phil Good, to whom I am ever grateful for his inspiring authenticity.

Some words are added by me, surrounding The Reminder Moment with Light Codes and meaningful words to me.

The thing is that I am in a situation that I don’t want to be in anymore. Like the other situations, I now know in Profound Clarity than only the Energy of Love can and will dissolve and release me of this.

It is funny somehow that something inside must die~ transform to receive the arrival of the birds.

This is not the current situation, but I will share it as an inspiration:

Once upon a time I had an intimate relationship with a #humandesigngenerator I knew that our relationship was a NOT. That I am entering it from a compromised frequency.

While in the same time it was a YES in sense of teaching me about what is inside of me. It showed me unlearned lessons and frozen energies within, especially in my belly and my higher heart.

This relationship had the ability to point me in the direction of deeper self~ integrity.

I had huge choices to make every day.

So I stayed until all had been seen, with daily practice to be love and gratitude of it all. It was such intuitive and intense work for me, that actually made me believe in love again. It was super focus on creating an Inner Revolution Within and choosing not to feed the Shadow of Reaction.

So I wish you all the strength and wisdom of heart to be kind and loving to yourself, to take action to resolve and ease the withins.

As per Vibration, I am grateful for my gift of Light Language as it is Key to support myself and others to “ re~arrange the energy in my structure” and imprint my cells to be with honor, vitality, freedom and adventure ☀️

One of the few things that have stayed with me from my Journey into the Soul of India is the gem book Siddhartha by Herman Hesse.

I found it in a vintage bookstore in Arambol, Goa. It is printed in India, so I still enjoy the pages of a heart transforming experience.

Beautiful how this SIDDHA divine aspect led me to this breaking point of my life.

I am in Germany where so much genius was and is born.

I am from Romania where so much genius was and is born.

I see that each country of the planet is expressing in its own unique collective signature and we are the individual embodiments of those particular energetic bands and timelines.

There is a reason for borders and there is also a reason for unity and peace.

We travel for activations and upgrades.

And absolutely every land contains its seeds of divinity.

For me traveling has been a blessing to see the world and her countries with no comparison, but appreciation for their particular flavor, for their particular darkness and light.

❣️Amazing.

Your root country, wherever you are, is completely perfect. It is your lesson of raising the frequency within and out.

I have met with many people in conflict with their roots, thus pointing towards my own shadow, my own conflict with my native lands.

I looked into the heart of my own country.

And I see our work, our longings, our emotional intelligence.

My intuition and experience tells me that we can innovate on transforming some of the ways we interact with and for each other. And right now I am thinking about how we select our team people and how do we recognize and nurture the genius of those who are already our work companions.

We are born with emotional intelligence and there are ancient and new ways to see the specifics, unlock and nourish the gifts.

It is an exciting approach that the ones that are open- minded and hearted will desire to explore.

My Career within the System of Life

I have been contemplating on my relationship with life, from the career perspective. I am feeling intuitively that my spiritual fascia needs to be connected again with all that is. I feel the need to strech a lot. I have been separating myself from the world since almost 4 years, slowly slowly based on my opinions and judgement, I cut almost everyone from my life.

I did not know how to live a balanced life, alone and also in community. I have been an extremist. And these past years I have been bitter in my aloneness. Here and there sometimes making space for others, but not to close, so I don’t get hurt again.

Truth is that I also needed this pause of aloneness to learn about some things about myself and the humankind. Like who I am and why am I here, by the Way of Self- Awareness.

I gave myself time to begin to understand and accept the intelligence of my physical body. Make it my best friend before entering the world of community again. Because the body is the first one communicating me essential information about leading a balanced life.

I used to express my genius unconsciously. My Vitality was like a magnet for people to join me in group sessions that I would guide happily to communicate a deep message through a very simple method - tasting different origins of specialty coffee -

The message was very simple and intuitively and I was believing in it with every cell of my being.

Back then I was not realising that I was actually living my purpose and my life’s work, according to the Gene Keys. And that is why I felt so happy and in my place in the whole system of life. I was doing my thing.

Later I discovered the pleasures of teas, herbs and cacao as means of living a slowful, healthy and balance life.

But the community is not showing up yet, as I have some more mental and emotional digestions that I need to take care.

The community is not showing up because I am still under the illusion that I am separate from it, just because it is not present in physical in my reality. The community is also the whole wide world. The community is also The Life. And the truth is that I am connected with all that is. Just my illusion is keeping me in a fake separation.

I am digesting consciously since 2 years now, wondering around the world to find out what is inside of me that is so dissatistisfied with life. The journey from unconscious to conscious.

Physical, mental& emotional digestion is happening in its organic pace for each individual. I finally realised that such a delicate art cannot and should not be forced.

Life is slowly and softly embraces me once again in Her Warming and Joyous Connectedness.

I became aware of so many patterns that are self- saboutaging; that over time have strenghten, thus taking me away from my life of community to deal with myself. I was feeling full and dull. I could not go on. Collapsing was over the corner and all I wanted is to leave everything, go home and die in my pijamas. Which I did somehow, in between my exhaustion to get back on the saddle of career. The more I struggled, the more I would strangle myself with the invisible rope of judgement and stress.

I was living in the deep suffering of the shadow frequency. Not being aware of its potentiality and hidden Light.

But the Ring was Seeking was so powerful in me, that eventually I discovered a teaching that would match my soul resonance and so begin to unlock my genius into the stream of higher consciousness that is aware of itself.

This teaching is called the Gene Keys, by Richard Rudd, a mystic to whom I am grateful for eternity. My hologenetic profile, the contemplations on my specific gene keys guided by all the majestic materials that are provided to accompany one on his or her journey of self- light, has helped me to see my self with my heart and so much more that maybe one day I will get the chance to speak of or write of it.

I has given me the right words to understand and unravel. To integrate myself. And it has returned me to loving people more than words, more that coffee... as in each there is a different expression of Divinity.

For me is important to live a life of service, in the integrity of my own sensitive and sacred heart, channeling through voice and written communication the wisdom of a simple Life.

This truth that is within me is about living life. About seeing the each single coffee origin is different, unique and that we can choose the one that matches our current mood, just because we are aware of ourselves, our freedom and we accept the flavour that is visiting our now moment. About celebrating snd cherishing every single day for just pure beingness. Being humans in experience of our now Home, Gaia.

And imagine I was just talking intuitively about these things when I was guiding people to see the world of coffee from a different perspective.

I was not into reading spiritual books or teachers. I was into the presence of people and volatile aromatics and uncturous body layers.

As I was falling into sleep, the night before, I was feeling again to burn my notes, my journals and let go of the spirituality as a separate word that defines a certain kind of community. Absolutely everything is spirit- spiritual. Even working in a coffeeshop. Especially working in a coffeeshop.

I have made this ritual of burning in gratitude as a statement of detachment, freedom and openness to the new life always desirous to emerge through my being. Fresh and refresing Vitality.

Memories are anyway stored in a very special universal record. So inner spaciousness is a must for me to revel in a healthy stream of this effervescent Earth play.

I realised that by working with something that is coming from the Earth, like ingredients and something that is coming from the Heavens, like voice, I can be deeply spiritual and also a balanced human being among my people and my Home on Earth.

I am grateful for all the ones that have touched my path. There is so much uniqueness in this world that needs the eyes of the heart and the integrity of the present moment to experience the joy and slowness of Earth Life. Everything is so perfect actually. See?

I feel blessed because the universe has supported me to focus entirely on my return to my essence.

Anyway, I could not do anything else, because my chemistry had reached a point that would not support it and this I call Love from below and above.

Last year, a friend was trying to tell me something deep for himself, but could not quite find his words. I tuned into his beautiful aura and helped him to express his golden wisdom: I wish to enter in a relationship, after I have anchored myself into the new who I am.

This revelation was and still is valid also for me.

So much about reactualizing parts of ouselves and burning what is no longer of use to the whole. So much about happiness based on oneself, sourced within oneself, a must be for healthy, coherent intimate relationships.
