Think today will mark my last day cutting. I started at 130.2lbs 11 weeks ago and woke up at 120.8lbs two days in a row now. I'm not competing so there's no point to go lower. Plus I'm happy were I'm at and need to add more mass. So I guess it's time to reverse diet. Started at 2000cals and the lowest I went was 1450cals but only for two weeks then went back up to 1650cals which I'm currently at.
