Guys I'm telling you...you may not enjoy running but it burns sooo many calories and relieves so much stress whether you realize it or not! 10/10 recommend. I'm going to be going for a daily run..I'll update on how it goes!

My Safe Foods
-Rice cakes: 50 calories each (I especially love the apple cinnamon ones)
-Unsweetened applesauce (50 calories for 1/2 cup)
-Carrots (30 calories per carrot)
-Iceberg lettuce or spinach (50 calories or less for 1 cup)
-Water: 0 calories and fills you up before meals
-Sugar free gum (5 calories per stick)
-Gluten free instant oatmeal (140 calories for a very filling packet)
-Plain popcorn (40 calories for 1 cup)
-Watermelon (40 calories for 1 cup)
-Dark chocolate chips (70 calories for 16 pieces)
-Veggie straws (130 calories for 38 straws)
