🍃 the last three would be Atreus, Murtagh, and Spirit in that order. Atreus is smart but not used to the wild. Murtagh has lived off the land for many years but would get lonely and sad. Sprit is literally a nature spirit/god so tbh this is where they'd prefer to live.

🌷I would say Pet/Fae. They originated from intimacy and subspace so they're role is to be the host during those time.

🍏 okay, this is funny, I had a headmate named Juan who was with me in my younger years and then went dormant. He then resurfaced with Atreus and another former headmate Alastor. I got to know Juan and Alastor as people and just assumed it was weird brain stuff. I had no idea about DID. When I did learn, I didn't have spells of dissociation, so I didn't connec the dots. I just thought I was kind weird with atreus. Looking back, its super obvious, but it took a friend who did to tell me that this was not a normal thing.

🪷 I would say Animorphs (Tobias) or Yugioh (Atem)

🍀mmm Atem wants to fight everyone with card games, so that weird.

🌱I'm not good with flavors but I'm a white monster, Fae is a Pink monster or the punk one with the cute desgins that came out recently, and murtagh is the white Gatorade.

🌺 not really, but things that are pink or fem are used by Fae.

🍡 Probably Atem as he was a Pharoh but tbh that man would solve conflict weirdly.

🧩 So Fae has an alter/is a therian (figuring out which one) named Winter. He is a big white wolf.

💗 not really, mostly everyone gets along. Fae isn't the biggest fan of Murtagh, but that's bc he's the gatekeeper/protector.

mostly because I hate the lobster looking hat of the canon design for Mr Light and his weather vane doesn't look like one

I get this a lot here and on a03/fanfiction.net. These will pretty much always be scams. If you are interested always vet, make sure they have accessible profiles and reverse image search their stuff!

hey just for my fellow artists out there:

i noticed lately that tumblr's been getting similar scam bots to instagram, which i've like...never noticed before in all my years of posting. which sucks because i mean, one, they're annoying (you can at least farm some types of them on instagram for engagement, here they're just annoying) and two, because people who only post here aren't familiar with them, people are going to get scammed which sucks

so just a quick psa: if you post some art with tags that lead back to like typical art buzzwords (anything mentioning art, for example), you might get a pretty immediate notification that someone's replied or sent you an ask. usually they say they want a commission and to continue the conversation elsewhere (messages, for example). they don't want a commission, they want to scam you via paypal or something like that.

Today's alter post introducing Tobias!

Tobias is a fictive from the series Animorphs. He is shy, quiet, and generally not very expressive. Being 16, he is the youngest member of the system. He is also quite awkward due to spending a lot of time as a Red-Taiked Hawk. Him and his friends were forced into protecting the world from alien invaders called yeerks. They were given powers to turn into animals but got trapped and was forced to exceed the time limit, becoming a hawk permanently. He is not close to his family and while loves his friends, a bit of a loner.

-non-expresseive/low verbal expression

-ptsd from war with Yeerks and being a bird

-Has difficulty connecting with people and communication

-is very kind but is kinda closed off

-is now learning to be more open and do work

Another alter intro! This one is for Atreus. He is one of the oldest physical age (27) and system age wise.

Atreus originates from Z's obsessive reading of Victorian Era novels and other stories inspired from that time. He is reserved, polite, formal, and tends to stick to more traditional societal rules. He is very hyper aware of these roles in irl interactions and follows a high standard of living.

-Likes classical music, tea, plaids, and more ornate decor

-can seem standoff-ish

-very polite and aware of his place in society

-Heavily inspired by Sherlock Holmes

Time for another Alter post bc why not! This is our gatekeeper and one of the more common fronter Murtagh!

Murtagh is the name Z went by in high school. He is named after the character from Eragon (book series). He is just as old as current Z. He has slowly morphed from being a split of Z to more of a fictive. He has memories of both and harbors a lot of confusion about this.Has a tendency to be a bit more emotionally distant and impulsive. He is more introverted but likes one on one interactions.

-prefers expressing interest in other through teaching and listening

-doesn't like expressing emotions strongly

-can be a bit snarkier/have a dry sense of humor

-is very protective other others but not himself

Likes punk/classic rock/ emo music, and chocolate flavored things.

* Often triggered by the body needing to protect itself physically and mentally, talk of the series eragon, and anything related to swords and fantasy stuff.

Thought it might be fun to make some posts about our alters! We are a medium sized system with Zarafentiel(me) as main host and Fronter. So here's my post! The first pic is what the body looks like, but the second is how I see myself.

We are 21 and have been main host for most of our life. We hold the body memories and much of the trauma. We discovered we are a system about 1.5 yes ago.

If you've read any of the books/comics this divide is so interesting. Pre-fall Maul is so passionate and driven towards physical strength and the dark side. Post fall maul is still physically intimidating, but relies far more on his mental skills and is focused on revenge with one jedi rather than all of them.

Thinking about how Phantom Menace Maul and Animated Maul are functionally diffrent characters

I dont mean litterally,yes both are the same character but like .....OKIm not an expert on the naimated stuff but

Phantom Menace Maul is simplistic scary guy who is a man of few words who is simply a prelude to the dangers to come.Hes memorable but simplestic .It is Ray Parks physicality that gives him life

Animated Maul ,at least from what Ive seen is....Almost Shakesperian.He speaks eloquently ,voiced wonderfully by Sam Witwer who gives him a sense of intensity nwith some tragedy as well

OVerall I LOVE Maul ,hes fascinating and well played by both actors ,,,,,,,Its just to me they feel like diffrent characters ,and never experienced this with another character within one canon
