Im doing some freddy art from each nightmare on elm st installment, so this is from the second nightmare on elm st, now known as the gay one.  Growing up i didnt care much for it because it felt so different from the first one but i now have a new appreciation for it, i like freddys make up prosthetics in this one, he looked really evil in this one.

This painting is inspired by a shot in Fiona Apple's infamous "criminal" video, the cinematography in that music video is amazing, theres tons of shots in that video that are just beautiful. And i love fionas eyes, i wanted to draw/paint those eyes of hers.
