I can imagine, in the direction of Crack(TM):
Civilian/normal teenager Danny persona: Conner Kent is my bestie!
Villain Danny persona: Superboy shall be my (bestie) nemesis! Muahaha! Also Superboy, can you ask Superman if he's partial with his X pie recipe?
Superboy/Conner Kent: ... I'm pretty sure that my new friend(?) has a Split Personality disorder or something of the likes. RR, have you ever dealt with something like this..?
Red Robin, who had basically another personality in the form of Joker (or Joker Jr, up to you) at some point of his life:
Also Red Robin, whose mentor Batman has a literal Rogue named Two-Face, personality literally split into two:
Villain Fenton au 3
Danny is the son of the two biggest supervillains in the world. He has weekly get togethers with the legion of doom, and those villains came to every single one of his birthday parties growing up.
Needless to say, Danny has no friends his own age. To remedy this, he creates a persona: James Nightingale: normal high schooler.
Now, his parents and extended villain family all know this. How could they not? He learned all his tricks from them, after all. But they let him have his fun. After all, every villain needed a secret identity.
But now Danny has a new problem. He’s pretty sure that Lex’s clone son, Kon-El, has a secret identity and goes to his school. He can’t prove it, but he’s positive that the teen boy is the same. Conner Kent is an oddity, but he speaks with the same tone of voice as Lex, and has his smile and eye color. But he has those dorky glasses that Danny’s pretty sure he doesn’t need.
Danny’s first goal to being a normal teenager is to befriend Conner Kent.

My brain be like. Jumping a bit too far ahead, prolly.
Somehow, someway, the topic of Ellie comes out (Danny: oh, my sister prolly will love this. Tim: Jazz? Danny: No, I mean Ellie). The clone of his sorta stepson that was created to kill Danny but gets adopted instead.
If Tim has a nickle of hearing "clone made to kill the original but gets adopted instead" story, he'd get at least two nickles. "At least" is the key word here.
Tim is now mocked as a grandfather (and Bruce, great-grandpa).
I bet Connor would volunteer to be the best (clone) (grand???)uncle to Ellie.
Tho ofc this kinda depends on the timeline/how whoever wanna continue this would use dem ages. Would Ellie be de-aged? Or looking younger than in canon? Or idk, something? Is Jazz a young adult about the age of Tim or Jason? If we have Anger Management ship, wow what a convoluted step-family tree we have.
Another DCXDp/DPXDC thought:
Danny is related to Bernard. Not any of the bats, Bernard. He is the younger cousin of Bernard who is living with Tim on a house boat. Of course Bernard wants to take his cousin in after the death of his family when someone puts together how creepy af his godfather is.
And now Tim is dealing with having a stepson around. Like he never expected this but he's not going to break up with Bernard of turn the kid away! Bernard and him sat down to talk about it, Bernard wasn't trying to spring it on him or anything. But like: oh god I'm a stepdad (sorta).
Everyone makes fun of Bruce for being a grandad though.
Ut when Danny shows up he instantly clocks Tim as something a bit shady, and then learns of his secret identity.
I want to say that the ultimate enemy did happen but Sam and Tucker got saved. And Danny did defeat Dan. So Danny knows he can take Tim.
But he's terrified of like having Tim figure him out. Because while there's no GIW (they tried, one call to the JL got them handled. JL stayed out of Amity on word of Phantom it wasn't safe for them) what if Tim figures out that he could be evil? It's scary! Danny has retired more or less now that he's in Gotham. The ghosts he fought found out he was moving and went: no fun then, and just haven't come through unless they're BIG deals like Vortex. Danny can zip over to deal with that easy.
Danny just wants to mourn and be a civilian. What if Tim doesn’t let him?

DP X DC Death Game Show AU
A tot just occurred to me like. You know those deadly game movies? Something like... Escape room? Or maybe those movies of which some ppl got kidnapped, get strapped with a poison bracelet, got to solve a riddle within time limit/vote to kill someone/etc or die via poison?
Yeah. Those.
Danny (from Gotham U) got kidnapped with several other citizens by Joker (or Riddler or someone else, you pick) and are forced to play A Game. Whoever loses dies via Joker Gas (or something like that).
Danny ofc, is still a hero at heart. He'd purposely do things wrong/play hero in the last minute so that the villain targets him first. And second. And third.
It's live streamed.
Villain is noticeably frustrated with why the venom is not sticking to Danny.

4. "Eru, please let my child not be the second coming of Fëanor- s/he's too brilliant in a similar manner to what I heard Fëanor was-"
I low-key wanna see a fic of any of the Bats transmigrated into the world of Middle Earth, as an elf. The shenanigans of baby Bat elf would be so wild that the parents of the Bats would look as if they aged enough to:
1. Grow a beard for daddy dearest (for those who don't know, bearded elves are Hella rare and only for the "oldest elves"; two that are named to have beards are Mahtan and Cirdan, something about third cycles. So I'm saying that the parents just. Aged for literal years istg-),
2. Spontaneously have eyes that reflected the Light of Two Trees despite literally never seeing the Two Trees with their own eyes (your doings had me doing astral projection to Valinor back in the Age of Trees, child!),
3. "Oh an orc attack? Well. I worry not for myself or my (Bat elf child) but I can only pity the orcs."

"Mars is bright tonight."
Tucker squinted at his best friend. "Did- Did you just quote Harry Potter on me? Dude, Lancer would be so proud of you."
"Shut."
"Oh goody, this means I can brew (insert name Attack) Potion tonight." Sam noted.
"Does this mean that Virgo people would throw hands against their foes???" Star, who's conveniently nearby gasped.
Danny thought for a moment and nodded. He looked serious about this talk too. "Sure they will. And also there's gonna be something cursed coming to the way of Gemini."
Star looked appalled. "I'll tell the others!"
-
Based on this prompt I wrote last night and I can see that Danny's Star/Space Talk is used for the daily horoscope newspaper in the school.

You know what I think is underutilized?
Of which Danny's Space Obsession is not only NASA things. It also includes FREAKING HOROSCOPES.
and you know what else that's obsessed with stars?
ZODIAC
THAT'S RIGHT
AT LEAST A GOOD THIRD OF PANDORA'S PEOPLE WOULD HAVE OBSESSION WITH STARS- while the history of the symbols is unknown apparently they seem to appear first in GREEK MANUSCRIPT IN LATE MIDDLE AGES.
I kinda headcannon that Star would also have a phase (or maybe she'll have it forever, who even knows) of which she's also obsessed with zodiacs considering her name. You know. Hint hint.
Star should have a freaking friendship with Danny regarding HOROSCOPES. She'll be one of the A-listers who can talk with that Specific Nerd that Dash likes to target because of STARS~ ☆
She's very much excused for hanging around Fenturd at times because she's Paulina's bestie, thank you very much. The GOSSIP she can get using HOROSCOPES is amazing, and sometimes she can warn her fellow A-listers from Danny's Horoscope ramblings because SAGITTARIUS GO HOME EARLY! YOU NEED THIS GOING HOME EARLY- (Dash/Kwan/etc does do what Star says and finds that they definitely is very much useful for their future/safety)
And you know, while I usually don't go to stereotypes, I'd also think that Sam would Commit to the Bit with her Gothness that she'd research Magic. And guess what would connect with dem STARS or HOROSCOPES? That's right, MAGIC.
Let Sam have Danny to consult about something something stars something in Supernatural thing (very much helped with HIS OWN COMMUNITY OF STAR LOVERS IN ANCIENT GREEK IN GHOST ZONE) and Star to translate some jargons Danny said that she doesn't understand-
Coz communication, baby~ ☆
And ofc; either Star or Sam OR BOTH would have some form of blog regarding their Star Talks-
-and have the actual magicians that actually use stars for their magic potions/rituals/etc to wonder just how the hell these high schoolers have access to knowledge that's only found in ancient tomes.
I legit dunno much about DC magic but. I like to think that sometimes stars have roles to their magic bullshittery ok?

I like to think that dem Gotham, Metropolis and other cities that got regular villain/rogue attack to have schools (and workplace) councilors that take great care of the students (and workers) mental health.
Like.
Scarecrow attacked in X area, and come school time the councilors would take stock which student that likely went home/went through in the same area that was attacked by Scarecrow.
You okay? Do you or your parents/family got hit by Scarecrow's gas last night? PTSD? Here, a calm room that won't be used for 30 minutes, you can stay here for a moment. Don't worry about your missing class, a classmate of yours will be sent here with a note.
You know. Faith to humanity things.

Hairy-crested Antbird (Rhegmatorhina melanosticta), family Thamnophilidae, found in NW South America
As with many antbirds, anthrushes, antwrens, and antpittas, these birds follow lines of army ants, feeding on insects and other invertebrates the attempt to flee the ants.

One of the things that’s really struck me while rereading the Lord of the Rings–knowing much more about Tolkien than I did the last time I read it–is how individual a story it is.
We tend to think of it as a genre story now, I think–because it’s so good, and so unprecedented, that Tolkien accidentally inspired a whole new fantasy culture, which is kind of hilarious. Wanting to “write like Tolkien,” I think, is generally seen as “writing an Epic Fantasy Universe with invented races and geography and history and languages, world-saving quests and dragons and kings.” But… But…
Here’s the thing. I don’t think those elements are at all what make The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings so good. Because I’m realizing, as I did not realize when I was a kid, that Tolkien didn’t use those elements because they’re somehow inherently better than other things. He used them purely because they were what he liked and what he knew.
The Shire exists because he was an Englishman who partially grew up in, and loved, the British countryside, and Hobbits are born out of his very English, very traditionalist values. Tom Bombadil was one of his kids’ toys that he had already invented stories about and then incorporated into Middle-Earth. He wrote about elves and dwarves because he knew elves and dwarves from the old literature/mythology that he’d made his career. The Rohirrim are an expression of the ancient cultures he studied. There are a half-dozen invented languages in Middle-Earth because he was a linguist. The themes of war and loss and corruption were important to him, and were things he knew intimately, because of the point in history during which he lived; and all the morality of the stories, the grace and humility and hope-in-despair, was an expression of his Catholic faith.
J. R. R. Tolkien created an incredible, beautiful, unparalleled world not specifically by writing about elves and dwarves and linguistics, but by embracing all of his strengths and loves and all the things he best understood, and writing about them with all of his skill and talent. The fact that those things happened to be elves and dwarves and linguistics is what makes Middle-Earth Middle-Earth; but it is not what makes Middle-Earth good.
What makes it good is that every element that went into it was an element J. R. R. Tolkien knew and loved and understood. He brought it out of his scholarship and hobbies and life experience and ideals, and he wrote the story no one else could have written… And did it so well that other people have been trying to write it ever since.
So… I think, if we really want to write like Tolkien (as I do), we shouldn’t specifically be trying to write like linguists, or historical experts, or veterans, or or or… We should try to write like people who’ve gathered all their favorite and most important things together, and are playing with the stuff those things are made of just for the joy of it. We need to write like ourselves.

Got inspired by this and like.
DPxDC
Of which Danny Phantom got summoned in his Eldritch form. But his voice be cracking.
Like.
You know, a teen who is being hit by this truck called Puberty.
"WHO DARE TO SUMMON me, THE GHost kiNG!?"
Silence.
Cultists just. Torn between cracking up or embarrassment for the deity they worshipped and have summoned.
(Or it can be JLD.
Everyone in JLD just wonders if Eldritch creatures have their own human-like puberty. Huh.)
