January challenge: food and nutrition
Find yourself some personal goals and be dedicated to those in January. It can be vaganuary, no sugar diet, only cooking from home. Personally I will aim for 30 plants a week and eat according to my cycle.

Go to the gym. Study for that test. Know your goals then work on them.
But each time you do, IMPROVE. If you did 5 mins on the treadmill last time, slowly get yourself to 10 mins, 20 mins, etc.
Don’t repeat the same thing, improve on it. Get better, do it for longer, find out what worked and what didn’t.
Consistency is one thing but when you also get a little bit better with each time, imagine the changes!

A little over one month to 2025- LET´S GO
Hey beautiful people! It´s soon 2025 and I think everyone is ready to get their life and routines sorted out. Winter is here, but for most people, the winter months after Christmas are the hardest. This is the time to make space for what is coming in 2025 by releasing what no longer serves us!
Be real and honest about parts of your life that is working in your favor or not
That also includes people- if needed take a break or let go
Declutter your space
Declutter your mind; be real about the limiting beliefs on how you view yourself and your abilities. It´s time to align your mind with your goals.

Personally I´m going through some health struggles after a heat stroke while travelling so my goals this month will be smaller than usual. You on the other hand is a machine of a goddess and I encourage you to set some goals that matches you level.
My goals this month:
Take a walk everyday
Drink 3,5 liters of water daily
Diet: organ health focused
Take my suppliments (D- vitamin☀️, Ashwaganda, multi vitamin with iron and my B-complex stress vitamin with Magnesium)
Do writing exercises and journal prompts about life decisions and things I really need to give up in order to start building my dream life
Do a declutter challenge
Find a place to live so I can move out in January
