Damn I always forget about this page. Anyway, Oppenheimer was crazy good and the music really made this film in my opinion - especially in the Trinity test scene.

Mission Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part 1

I'm back! It's been a while but I'm back with a new *mini* review, this time we've got Mission Impossible 7.

Overall it was a good action film, it took me a little bit longer to get into than the others but that was because there were a LOT of characters and stories to keep up with. The train scene was really good but I think the bad guy essentially being an evil Alexa (a more intelligent Alexa I'll admit) was a bit weird. Still I'm looking forward to seeing part 2 and how this series is going to end.

Scream VI

Don't really want to spoil it (even though there are spoilers everywhere recently) so all I'll say is it was enjoyable but there were some 'injuries' which the characters deffo wouldn't have survived in real life. Fave part was probably Ghostface with a shotgun other than that it was a good old school slasher movie.

A Good Person

This was a hard hitting movie. Enjoyable and some really good acting, give it a go if you get the chance.

Cocaine Bear

I knew it was going to be a fun watch. A bear on a coke filled rampage? sign me up tbh. Didn't expect it to be as gory as it was in some parts though. If you're looking for something to watch that doesn't use up your brain power then I highly recommend this one.

New year = Harry Potter marathon

Welcome 2023. It’s a new year which means its time to start it off correctly. How? by re-watching Harry Potter for the 8000th time.

Wind River

This was a gem of a film. I hadn’t heard of it before but I was searching for something to watch on prime and this was suggested to me. Good plot, great twists and overall an enjoyable film. Highly recommend.

Recently started watching a tv series called The English. Very enjoyable. Anyone who likes western type of things I highly recommend giving this a watch.

The Wonder

Another day another Florence Pugh movie. A slow burn one this time and an interesting ‘breaking the 4th wall’ moment at the start and end. Overall, enjoyable it was quite gripping when it got going.

Halloween Ends

Hmm. I can see what they were trying to do but idk it lacked something. It was a fun film don’t get me wrong but I think it was hyped up too much as a full film of Laurie vs Michael when in reality we got 10 minutes of that.

Don’t worry darling…

Personally I liked it. I love a good psychological film but add Florence Pugh to the mix and you’re normally onto a winner. I saw the twist half way through but other than that I enjoyed it.
