I learned from my psychic whos a clairvoyant that my spirit guide was my grandmother. My grandmother committed a ton of sin but still was suppose to go to heaven. She wanted to guide me and the only way she could was by staying in purgatory. She has been guiding me from purgatory since she passed in 2008. My psychic will be helping me to release her to heaven soon. I just don't really understand what it means when a spirit guide is stuck in purgatory. Do you have any information on the subject?

Hi there - first so sorry if you sent this ages ago, I don’t get notifications when I have a tumblr message and they just hide out here!   I honestly can tell you from all that I know and have seen as a medium, that there is no purgatory, there is no hell - there is only love.  We are not held in judgement on the other side, we review our lives with our Guides and take the lessons from our mistakes.  If your Grandmother is guiding you than she is only doing so from Spirit.  She is love.  The idea of purgatory, sins, and punishment comes from fear - Spirit/God/Source is all-loving!  I hope that helps!

April 2017 Insights + Guidance: An Activation

Last week I had the privilege of enjoying a 'Life Between Lives' hypnotherapy session. This text was inspired by that very special experience, and my meeting with The Council of Wise Ones while in Spirit.

This is time of global transformation.  It requires intense focus on the light.

This is an activation.

Within you is a vortex.  A portal to anything you desire.  A portal to an awakened world.

The egg of creation is embedded within your third eye and with it, pure potentiality.  Here waits the unborn.  You incubate this egg with your focus on loving kindness and openness.

Embody love.  Give it generously.  Feel how it moves through you rather than comes from you.  Keep your heart open.  You foster openness by listening to your soul’s whispers through presence, meditation, and creativity.

Feel your way there - you can’t think your way.  In your pure state of consciousness the egg hatches.

This is your wise, ancient Self.

Connect deeply without words.  See each other as the real divine essence behind the eyes.  In this communion you find yourself.

Your heart is your divinity.  This gateway is the most important aspect of being human.  Work from this space.

The heart is your true home.  It is peace.  It is love.  It is nirvana.

Thought is interruption.  Feeling is connection.  The Light is a feeling-space.

This is your Spirit.

Listen deeply to your soul, to your loved ones, to the world.  Listen to silence.  Listen to life with all of your attention.

This is your Presence.

With this energy you have received an activation.  You have all that you need.

So now, stop doubting yourself.  You are learning and growing step by step.  You don't need (or want) to rush to the end!  Life is not about achievements, it is about development, understanding, and evolution.

Simple lives make for happy lives.  Serve others.  Move through life with trust.  Take deep enjoyment in simple pleasures, of which there is an abundance here.  Be true.  Offer your gifts with out thought to how they’re received.  Simplify and enjoy life.

March 2017 Insights + Guidance: Waves of Love and New Beginnings

A new season of warmth and new beginnings is upon us all both physically and metaphorically – the energies of this moment are alive and eager to grow!  What causes this stirring?  A deep and profound love for life.  A never-ending propulsion towards change and rebirth.

In February we spoke of fear and how it is simply what happens when you turn your back on love - love is always there for you to face again.  Fear is a shadow - unconscious and illusory.  Love is pure light, love is divine consciousness.  Now we guide you dear Ones to nurture your vibration into an aligned, inspired, and flowing grace, focusing your energy on love.  Enjoy the warmer days and soak up light - fill your chakras with it.  Be deliberate in your efforts to bask.  Take time for the most simple pleasures: listening to bird song, feeling the sun’s caress, appreciating flowers as they rupture into this time of colour and sweetness.  Attune yourself to Spring.  Really feel the magic of it.  Bring to your awareness the possibilities that this time holds for you.

This month has a perfect set up for all things to feel new once again, and it all begins with the light.  Bring this light into your etheric and physical bodies, and allow it to inspire you to a more loving state.  That is, a state of loving and caring for yourselves more and more.  When you embody the vibration of love, your entire world will shift to match it.  You will act with compassion to others, and you will experience miracle after miracle - for love is the vibration of the divine.  It is the highest frequency.

Physically, this is the perfect time of year to begin a more nurturing, energising and clean diet that consists of a good variety of fresh plants.  Move your body and enjoy nature as much as you have time for.  We want you to feel very good in your physical vehicles as they are the instrument by which your soul’s work plays out.  You are here living physical lives and it is right to honour that.

In terms of your work this is a golden, ripe time for making change.  In taking such wonderful care of yourself – physically and vibrationally – you will have more energy, and in allowing yourselves the time for basking and meditating, you will ultimately feel inspired.  When you act from a place of sweet alignment, there is a flow, an ease, and a magical quality to your life.  Collaborators come out of the woodwork. The whole Universe bends to support you.  The inspiration that comes from this place brings excitement and knowingness – you will know exactly what to do and exactly when to do it, you will be tuned in to the greater flow as you act in harmony with the cosmic forces.

When you don’t know what to do, go bask, go fill up with light, go tune into the love of nature and it’s celebration of new life.  Tuning into this blissful energy – being the Presence inside of it – is the most important action you can take on any day.

A beautiful, rich, vibrant month is before you!  Bask in it well.

February 2017 Insights & Guidance. Fear : The Shadow of the Collective Unconscious

FEAR - The Shadow of the Collective Unconscious

What we wish to speak about today is fear.   There is  a fear that has permeated many in the world.  This fear has stirred up anger, worry, anxiety, and great feelings of insecurity and uncertainty.  So we feel it is of utmost importance to address this, to face it head on.  What is fear?  Fear is nothing more than a shadow.  Fear is what happens when you turn your back on love.  Yet the love is always there waiting for you to face it’s direction again.  Fear is regressive, restrictive, theatrical, illusory.

There is a man who has come into power, but we use this word very lightly - because he is not truly in power - however, the fear that he has stirred gives him strength.  He is nothing but a focal point for the collective unconscious.  He is simply a manifestation of the collective ego.  Dears, we wish to remind you now so vehemently of oneness.  In the sea of oneness, this man is part of you.  In the sea of collective energies, his drop has no boundary with your drop.  Therefore what he represents is the part of you that needs healing.  Truly this time is a call to love.  This fear is a shout, a bellowing cry for LOVE.

Bullies pray on fear and this man is merely another bully on the playground.  Do not buy into his fear.  Do not buy into his hate with more hate.  This radical behaviour is not healed with more fear, more hate, more prejudice.  If we are all truly one, then we are all Beings of Light, and it is time to demonstrate that more than ever before.  Demonstrate that with your love for others - all others.  Continue to rise up together and as you hold hands and feel strong in your great numbers, make sure it is with love that you rise.  For only love can heal this shadow.  Rising in anger and anxiety will only create a larger shadow, which will need to be healed in the future.  Humanity is reaching a tipping point.  There are more of you that wish to live in peace and harmony, so hold to that passionately.  Hold to that with your powerful desire for love when you look upon this fearful point of focus.  When you look at this man who wishes to stir up all sorts of trouble because he loves the attention, he loves the drama of it- do not feed that monster!  Do not feed it by being scared of it or with negative attacks, but cleanse it with your powerful focus of love towards each other and even towards this man.  See him as a child - for he has a very new soul and it is begging for love.  He is confused, afraid, and he is acting out like an animal that has been cornered.  He knows not what he does.  For he only knows the language of fear and greed and imagined power and this is not the language of evolved consciousness.  If you wish to make that leap in evolution (that is your choice) than you must focus with love, healing, peace.  Hold these qualities in your heart and direct your heart to all of Humanity - not just to those that agree with your opinions but especially to those that do not.  In this great experience of loving those that would wish to throw you out, of loving those that wish to eradicate anyone that as liberal as you, in that fierce unconditional love you will awaken more fully.  In that fierce love you serve humanity but you serve yourself, you serve the awakening self, and you contribute to a global movement of healing.

It is no small task dear Ones.  We know we ask a lot, but you came here fully prepared for this.  You came here ready for this.  You have lived many lifetimes much more oppressive than this.  You are the powerful ones.  Anyone aligned with love holds the true power.  Here we are at a tipping point and you have all that you need.  

In great love, know that we are behind you, focusing powerfully our beam of love on this planet.  We are right here with you.

OCTOBER 2016 Insights & Guidance - Breaking Free

Dearest Ones,

October will be a pivotal month of change.  Indeed, the great theme of this month could be summed up with the words “Breaking Free” —— you have felt bounded in some way to the unconscious mind and the manifestations in your life that cause you to feel anxious and desperate for change.

Here we have the opportunity for change that is at it's most perfectly ripened state, more so than it has been all year.  If you will notice that you have the power within yourself and then claim it, you can summon this power to manifest all that you are dreaming of for yourself right now.  Step out of the chains that are holding you back - whatever they be for you: fear, lack mentality, or self-doubt.  Step powerfully forward to a new paradigm of abundance, confidence, and power.  This is a time to focus and claim what is yours.  For you have created your dreams and they are ready for the harvest.

Know that it is right for you to manifest that which you are wanting, for those dreams want you too. In fact, we wish to remind you to approach your life in this way - what is right for me?  What feels best?  Not because your happiness is dependent on the conditions of your life, but because the new found state of happiness within you has created a new atmosphere around you and many changes are manifesting into your reality.  As your vibration rises higher, that which no longer matches must fall away.  Let it all go, even if it goes with an apparent drama, for it is all in your highest good.  Notice how the leaves let go, be inspired to let go with the same ease and grace.  The tree must let go of the old leaves before it can create new growth; and so it is the same for you.

How profound the energy is this month for growth, change, and abundance.  Enjoy breaking free and stepping forward.  A new foundation is being built to support you.  This life that is constantly aligning with the ever becoming you.  Now you have become something even greater than you were before, and your life can only reflect the same.

August 2016 Insights & Guidance - RECHARGE

Our dearest Dear Hearts,

As this month begins we wish to acknowledge the general feeling of heaviness amongst many of you.  It has made you tired, some have been feeling downright exhausted.  We see you shining and yet running on empty - shining because you feel you must for the others, but empty because in these turbulent times you have been spread too thin energetically.  This month we wish to guide you towards intensely loving and caring for your selves, the way you would a small child.

Go back to basics and build your month of fierce self-care from the ground up.  We are talking about from the physical to the spiritual - from the roots to the crown.

Have a look in the mirror at that beautiful Being of Light —- how are you feeding that body that carries you?  Are you giving it all the nutrients and nourishment it requires?  Are you taking yourself for walks, swims, and dancing enough for this body to feel it’s best?  Have a look at the space around you - is it nice to live in, does it feel good to you?  Make a note of anything that comes up.

How are you spending most of your time dear Being - doing things that make your heart happy?  Is there anything you can do less of?  Carve space to just Be, to meditate, to relax, to reflect, to recharge.  This year was one you all knew would come, full of transitions and challenges and calls for growth both on a global scale and in your personal life experiences. It has been draining.  Take some time out and honour yourself with space to recharge dear Hearts.

If you need to sleep more, make sure to.  If you feel that nightly bathing rituals could help you feel better than prioritise those, make them extra luxuriating for yourself.  If there are things that drain you then look at reducing your exposure.  Right now it is vital to take a moment for you.

Your call to service and your ability to be the Light is dependant upon your self-care.  We need you on full charge!  So take this month to plug-in in an even more considered and prioritised way, charge up.  Remember to tap into Source to find your unlimited supply of energy.  Follow the guidance you’re receiving and honour your wise intuition.  Take this month to nurture yourselves and your lives as best you can.  Make it your utmost priority to feel good - go out of your way to show love and kindness to yourself.  Set an example for others in your unwavering support of the Being you are.  This body is her to give you this life experience, treat it with the gratitude it deserves.

Use gratitude as avenue to rise up.  In your meditations put your hands to your heart.  Fill your hearts with life’s spaciousness that is the breath.  Actively engage your mind to find moments in time that feel precious and highlighted to witness again - watch a film of your golden moments so far.  Ask your Higher Self and your super and sub conscious mind to beam images of love and happiness from your memory, enjoy watching moments of bliss pass before your conscious mind and let your heart fill with radiant gratitude.  This process will give you much energy.  Discover how much joy and love you have for life.

We wish for you to feel so full of life, love, joy, energy, gratitude, and LIGHT that your abundance runs over and out and far and wide into this world.  We need you lit up and on full power.  So light up dears!  Take the time to tend to your radiance, feel that glow within get brighter and brighter.  It begins within so go there now.  Reset, recharge, and light right up.  We are here, loving you and supporting you in this.

July Insights & Guidance - You are the Light.

Sweet Dear Hearts,

In the wake of global tension we are coming forward to discuss this time with you - to reassure you that all is well.  It is not in times of ease that you learn the most about your own essence, but it is indeed in the times of struggle and darkness that you go within and find that inside you are LIGHT.

This is a time of a great shifts.  It is the time of awakening.  In order for these positive enlightening times to occur the wrinkles must be ironed out.  Dear hearts what is occurring on your planet now is that the wrinkles and kinks in the fabric are coming into focus and getting attention.  We know this is not pleasant, we know this is intense and uncomfortable, and we are wrapping our arms around each of you now and sending love directly into your hearts.

We want to reassure you that these challenges are forcing the majority (regardless of what it appears) to focus on the greater good, on coming together, and on the ideals that you wish to create for this world that you live in.

We wish to advise you that in these turbulent times you are all being called to share your light in more profoundly powerful ways.  You are being called to step-up!  THIS IS THE CALL.  Dear Hearts we know that it hurts you to see such anger and hatred being acted upon in this world. And we reassure you that YOU ARE THE HEALING that this world is asking for.  You possess within you a light that is bright, a love that is transformative.  You possess everything you need and when you join hands with others that also want this togetherness and this forgiveness to manifest, the energy multiplies not just by two but it compounds and it grows and the sum of you is so much greater than your parts.

Dear Hearts you are being called to share your light.  You are being called to join together and create giant webs of light.  You are being called to focus in what may appear to be a very challenging way.  You are being called to focus on what it is you wish to see in this world.  You are the change that you wish to see.  This may not be an easy task but you are being called to accept those that don’t accept others.  You are being called to offer your love to those that need it most.  The ones that need it the most are the ones that are not offering it themselves.  For there is no greater pain than ceasing the natural, powerful flow of the Universe which is love, divinity, and the Source of all good, from moving through you.  To cut off that flow is to experience true suffering.  Those that you witness as the ones causing the greatest strife and the ones that wish to separate themselves are fearful and they are the ones that need your love the most.  You are here to teach them, to forgive them, to heal them with your example of love.  You are here to offer your light unconditionally.  You are here to show acceptance by offering that acceptance to those that would deny you the same.  You hear us.

In these times, where the mass population is focused in a negative way, it is more important than ever that you seek to focus in a positive, light-bringing, life-enforcing, healing, and transformative way.  In order to so, our dear hearts, you are asked to go within and you are asked to nurture yourselves.  You are asked to take good care of your bodies, and your minds, and your Souls.  You are asked now to take good care of others, to love, to accept, to transform.  You are supported in this.  The greater good is supported in this.  Our love and our light is shining powerfully upon you and we are flowing powerfully through you.  All you need to do is step up to this call, accept it and shine your light into those darkest places.  You are the light and you are here to illuminate!  We are coming out of the Dark Ages now and into the Age of Light.

Rest assured this turbulent time confirms that change is underway.  Growth, new life, evolution, awakening - all are happening!  We wish to remind you of how evolution unfolds.  The spark of evolution is challenge.  Challenge is the trigger for change.  So know that this time is temporary, know that it is occurring for a greater reason and know that you have everything you need within you to get through it, to thrive in it, and to assist this planet in lifting it’s vibration through it.  Hold that vision, hold it in your light.  Use this time to experience your own light.  Embrace all others, regardless of their beliefs.  Embrace them regardless of how much light you see coming from them.  

Shine your light with the highest wattage you can muster!  Shine into those places that need light.  Do not fear, know that you are strong, and that you have all the energy of the Universe flowing powerfully through you now.  Take comfort…know this is temporary and will lead to wonderful change, regardless of what appearances are.  Do not be fooled by illusions or buy into fear, or get swept away in the mass confusion and depression.  Hold powerfully to the light.  Hold strongly to your vision of the greater good.  Be the embodiment of the change that you wish to see in your world, in your country, and in your neighbourhood.  Be the love, be the light,  be the acceptance and the tolerance.  Be it. Truly you are already on the other side of that change, and the world will catch-up with you.  It is time to lead.

We love you.  We embrace you.  We wish for you to feel our love and to know that all is well.  We are wrapping you in our wings and our divine energy.

June 2016 Insights & Guidance: Slow down to Quicken.

Dear Hearts,

During this glistening month of the summer solstice, we advise you to let it go to let it flow.

Actively engage your Spiritual Support Teams, give them the wheel and relax knowing it is all in divine hands.  What does this mean?  Relax into your most joyous work – allow yourself to slip into the joyous present, noticing where the gold already fills your life experience.

We know there are things you are wanting, for this will always be true.  Ask us to take care of those things while you bask in the joy that you already own.  By asking us to take the wheel, you can relieve yourself of efforting.  You can free up some energy towards enjoyment and in this your vibration will raise.  When your vibration raises, you become a match to what you are asking for, you become a beacon of light and a source for good to flow, you become aligned with the youest You!   All of this just for letting go, trusting Spirit, and enjoying the ride.  A simple change of gears will speed up your energy and your life.  Slow down now to quicken your pace.  We wish for you to enjoy more and worry less.  Experiment this month and watch what transpires.  We are in the wings, eager for your requests!
