Health Log:

I'm trying something new, primarily bc I'm tired of not having an adequate place to track my thoughts regarding my chronic illness. I still haven't gotten a diagnoses yet, sadly my insurance got cut mid diagnostics so I'm back to square one without health insurance. I'm hoping I can at least track when my body isn't feeling so great or starts acting up and hopefully I can have this to show doctors once I get onto my fiances insurance at the end of next year. Anyways onto why I'm writing this for my body isn't doing so hot rn and I'm not sure what's wrong or happening but I'm going to write out how i am physically feeling, in no particular order as of this moment July, 25th 2024 @9:35pm I feel fucking terrible. I'm laying in bed and it feels like my chest is tight Idk how to explain it but like there's a pressure between the muscles of my chest breathing feels labored and I feel like I'm not taking in enough air. I've been dizzy all day not like spinning dizzy but like foggy dizzy, brain fog maybe idfk the terminology it feels like I can't think like everything is in a dazed haze, I think I'm describing brain fog. Also it feels like I have a constant like pressure in my head not a headache but like functioning hurts my brain. Besides my general chest and head my right shoulder (which has previous rotary cuff problems never fully healed) has been stiff and aching all down that arm to the elbow, as well as a sorenes down the back and right side ribs. My knees have been feeling sore and tight at the same time like a throbbing tension between the ligaments idk how to explain it. My left ear only my left ear feels like it's burning expect it's cold to the touch (wtf does that even mean and how tf does that happen). My ankles have also been feeling strained? Stretched? Idk the word but like someone pulled them until they almost got pulled out of the sockets and it's just sore? All in all I started the day at my base pain 4/10 and as I'm attempting to go to sleep I feel a creeping growing rising pain level of 8/10. I'm hoping that it'll pass or I'll pass out soon whichever comes first.
