I bring you subversion of the trope bio son Danny:

So. Bruce discovers that Danny is his biological son.

How he finds out isn't important. What is important is that, when he does, Bruce just. takes him away.

The point is, Danny is no longer at Amity Park, he's now at Wayne Manor, where he belongs, with the rest of his kids.

All of which brings us to the main scene:

The police at the door of Wayne Manor, because Bruce the Idiot, kidnapped Danny without thinking of the consequences (or that the laws applied to him).

I’m imagining that Danny didn’t immediately fight back because he assumed it was Jack and just went along with it. It’s certainly something his dad might do. And if Bruce talks to him while driving about “family stuff”, that could support the ruse even further.

But then at some point his mind finally kicks into gear and he goes ‘Wait, what the fuck? That’s not my dad!’

He has no idea who this person really is or why they kidnapped him. Is he delusional and thinks Danny is his kid? Or is this “family” be a cult thing? Or could it be a euphemism for something else?

He’s panicking. A lot. Sure, he probably could escape easily using his powers, but until he knows why he was kidnapped, he doesn’t want to risk revealing that secret. Even if he takes his current kidnapper out now, there’s no guarantee the man doesn’t have allies who could continue the hunt later with the new info in hand.

Made this for the Solarpunk Aesthetic Week server in a sudden creative fever, so I guess I'll post it here too hh

A relative of mine knows someone who teaches kids, so I'm gonna suggest this as an art project for them! The idea is that students could each make/decorate their own shelf, then put them together to form a hive, which could function as mini lockers in their classrooms. Then, by the end of the school year or something, they could either take their own little shelf home (or exchange them with their peers?), or recycle them into materials for the next class! Hopefully it'll teach them about pollinators too 🐝

Idk how doable this project is really, and its scary to imagine one of my silly designs could actually become something tangible irl. But even so, I'm still excited to try 🥰 (And if anyone else attempts this too, please let me know!!!)

there's a few blogs that inspire me that i have gotten to write with, and it's just because i am enjoying the content that's being put out. there's also a lot of people here who are just so downright creative whether that pertains to character graphics, the way they write their characters ect. @sm4llville (once again sorry for the callout big, is one of those people who really gets that clark kent interpretation, y'know?? also i have only gotten to know them briefly but @loisl4ne with her interpretation of THAT lois lane from that show?? we love smallville here, i will tolerate no hate. jks you can be critical of the show but smallville has importance here.

going over towards the marvel side, it's been really cool seeing all these different takes, the way people have tailored all these characters in a way that's true to them but also adding a touch of themselves. gonna say just say point blank that i am still new to comic books so the mcu has honestly been my gateway to marvel but seeing @startaxian (astro) and @kingspartax (eli's) take on peter quill / star-lord has been such a joyride. i really love peter quill and i'll always get excited about new portrayals that take him further and beyond with what the mcu originally did for him because he such a fun character that deserves the world. @fntstic, @soulbarer and @diam1nd are also always just a positive space on my dash. like i said, don't know much about marvel characters outside their visual media appearances so i have been learning a lot just through their portrayals and dior (i really am loving all the fluffy shenanigans booster and emma are going through even if they are really slow and drawn out from my end)

taking it over to the dc side of things, @rotinto's take on poison ivy is so much fun with all their aesthetics and the prose being used in their writing. there was a lot of thought there with your portrayal and she's just so great, cunning, sultry and all those things i love about her and i do love the little horror you have incorporated all around. i am just having a blast with the little thread thing we have going on. it's campy, and a very booster coded encounter. few blogs that i also follow / have just started following but will get a shoutout because: @supurman, @identitysolved, @themiscira, @bruz3r i actually dont follow many dc blogs?? rip. the fandom is pretty tiny.

If your still looking for death ideas I've got a few for you.

Have Tsumugi use Shuichi as a puppet. By this I mean putting strings through his joints and making him torture himself. I feel like this could go right up Tsumugi's alley in party with her talent in reenacting anime sceens but with a much darker twist. Make the little bean torture himself.

Electrocution. Pretty straight forward but can be pulled of in a number of different ways.

Poison gas. For this I had a very specific idea that if Shuichi finds a way to prevent Tsumugi from entering she forces him to stay there and releases a toxic gas from the vents. Now this gas could have a range of different effects on Shuichi so go wild.

Crushing. Bring in some good old claustrophobic fear for Shuichi either with the slow add of weight to a fallen bookcase on top of him or have Tsumugi bring him to a special mastermind room with the needed gear.

Finally freezing. Same as the previous he could be brought to a room and left there to slowly succumb. Though this one has great potential to have Shuichi think he could escape only to end up in another room with the same conditions or if the rooms a maze to end up at the beginning.
