Hey there! First of all, if you're here to start drama, fuck off before i know you're here. You don't wanna figure out what I'll do to protect them.

We're a traumaendo system of either 9 or 10, not sure yet!!

Most of our system members are endogenic but we have at least 2 traumagenic headmates.

We are very inconsistent with sign-offs. You can just ask who posted what.

We are inconsistent with pronouns and we use i/me/we/us interchangeably. We don't care enough about it to change how we write.

We are autistic and collectively transfem. Some of our headmates aren't comfortable with feminine terms, so when in doubt, just use they/them pronouns.

Please use tone tags.

We no longer have a host, the lines are way too blurred to appoint one and it's an unnecessary label anyways.

We are not endo neutral. We are pro-endo. If you don't like that, leave. I have no patience for anti-endo rethoric and some "neutral" people are so infuriatingly hypocritical. -Layla

Hii! I don't know if someone has asked this yet but could there be guides/inspo for a SimplyPlural member Custom Field informations?

Simply Plural App Guide 3:

"What are inspiration and ideas for Simply Plural custom fields?"

Minor Content/Trigger Warning!: There is a mention of Fusion and Dormancy in this!

Simply Plural allows for so many different areas of customization and levels of view ability, one of those being custom fields!

Custom fields are the fields in the "info" section of each and every member profile! To access the customization you click the three horizontal lines anywhere on any page at the top left, press the cog / settings button, press "Account" then it should be in the top half labeled clearly "Custom Fields".

If you've never accessed this before, it will have default pre-set fields available, but if you want to start fresh and need ideas? Look no further than here!

So with a few previous questions, we linked an Imgur group, and that'll be the same here! Here, you can find some ideas to use for custom fields that might be helpful! But besides that, some general guidance on how to make custom fields work for you and your system or generally whatever you intend to use it for!: (That was a quick reminder that Simply Plural according to the developers has stated the app can be used for anything legal!)

What information is helpful for what you need? In the case of systemhood, what basic subjects do you think would help to know for your system?

Do you think you want to make your custom fields in some ways aesthetically pleasing? If so possibly a color border or a text border made for the title for a color border could be pleasing! (Shown below)

What privacy settings do you mainly need? Are there certain areas only needed for your system only, or can everyone who's friends with you know that information?

How much time do you have to dedicate to updating information? Can you manage several 100s of members + 100s of fields of information? Or are you more comfortable at 100s of members + 5 simple fields of information?

Try not to feel peer pressure by other System's field information, always check in and recognize what works, not what looks good. Big one for us!

Possibly create a temporary or non-temporary puppet friend account specifically to test out how you can see certain settings and information with different profiles! Scared someone's information is viewable? Use the puppet account and test it!

Think about how often you might be editing specific headmates custom fields, and how much they'll be editing their own. Try to actively communicate in the way that's possible and see what information would be crucial for every headmate to have available for their profile.

Now! For us, here's some examples of how we personally organize our custom fields!

We have a field called "Contributors 🤝", This field is meant to help us know when a profile was last updated and by who. Primarily we put our name or emoji down, and the date of when we updated the profile information.

The next field is called "Formed, Fusion(s), Dormancies", this is Meant to help figure out when someone formed from just their profile, if they fused, the times they went dormant.

Afterwards we have a category, "System Related Information", technically split up for privacy purposes.

Below is an example

Above, the two fields with the globe icon are shown to only public friends, then the two below are shown to old trusted friends. If the trusted friends info was filled out, no public friends would be aware. And it helps separate a title of what someone does internally to how they'd describe more personal things.

After these fields, we have notes fields. Mainly meant to be a public version of actual profile notes. We have one set of notes 100% public, then 2 labeled "Notes from system" and "Notes from friends". The notes from friends is a field for us personally as we have had situations where we've had to ask friends to log in and change information for us, and they left little notes for headmates in our system :>.

Then the last part is personalized. We have fields ranging from links, to playlists, to MBTI & personality Tests results. They're meant for the person to feel free to customize their profile in some way with different areas.

Those are the main areas for our custom fields!

We apologize this took a minute to get done! We're probably going to be reupdating our cover/pinned post to be more structured, and it took a while to focus fully on getting the most responsive tips for this guide out! If anyone has additional information and tips they'd like to add to this guide, or you'd like to request more specific information from this, feel free to interact!

Hiii i have a quastion. Do you happen to know about like. For lack of a better term, almost complete blurriness?

Context: i have like a body name, but its hard to like. Tell anything when it comes to actual dentity stuff if that makes any sense. Like sometimes i know my name and pronouns but times like right now i cant tell anything at all. No clue what my name or pronouns or anything is besides the stuff we always like. Its not even like a "am i a new guy" kinda think. I dont know :(

hey, we can’t be 100% sure about what you’re experiencing, but to us it sounds a lot like dissociation, particularly depersonalization.

depersonalization is a disconnection from the self, including a disconnection from one’s thoughts, emotions, memories, actions, personality, or physical attributes. it’s a common symptom for systems with dissociative disorders. we’ve compiled a list of resources on depersonalization and derealization in the past, and we’ll go ahead and link that here in case it might help y’all:

in our experience, depersonalization tends to wax and wane with time. sometimes we feel more grounded than others. it can be hard for us to shake depersonalization, and it can be really tough to try and ground ourselves when we’re incredibly dissociated, so to be honest we haven’t been able to effectively use grounding techniques to help center ourselves in our own identities at this point. but that doesn’t mean learning some basic grounding techniques won’t help y’all! so here’s a link with a few grounding techniques y’all might consider to try and lessen feelings of blurriness and confusion:

if you’re pretty sure you’re not dissociating at all, you may just need to take some time trying to get to know yourself as a person and as a member of your system. we’ll go ahead and include some resources that might help you with that process:

Aviary System Intro Post

We've been putting this off for too long it's time to make something. We'll edit this as time goes on. For now, basic info and a list of current headmates. It should be a pretty decent frame of reference for our system, account, and individual headmates.

It's gonna get long so I'm gonna drop a read-more here.

Feel free to ask questions about our system :) we love answering and aren’t shy about interacting with doubles or sourcemates for the most part.

We're traumagenic, probably an OSDD system but not diagnosed. We are pro-endo and will block anti-endo blogs. So if you've got a problem with endogenic systems, get out. You don't know them better than they do.

We won’t block you outright but if you reblog a lot of content from anti-endo users that isn’t outright anti-endo (like generic system experiences with a “endos dni” tag on it), we won’t follow back. We have “anti endo,” “endos dni,” and similar tags filtered so it shows us even if your repost doesn’t have those tags. We have them filtered because anti-endo people suck and we don’t want to accidentally reblog something from them!

On that topic, we're also supportive of xenogenders, neopronouns, otherkin, and other stuff like that. Bigotry will not be tolerated even if we don't have someone in our system who identifies with a certain label.

We don't have a full DNI list yet but it's kinda the usual for the most part, don’t be a dick or a bigot.

We tend to dislike blocking people since we want people to be allowed to speak, but if we say we’re done with an argument and that we’ll start blocking people who try to continue it, we mean it. That’s something we have to do for our mental health and if one member of the system doesn’t start blocking people to end an argument, someone else will.

Some of our headmates are littles and our host age regresses so we may interact with agere content, we feel obligated to say that our littles and regressors are not like this as some sort of kink, this is not DDLG, do not treat them as such. Our littles do not consent to being sexualized and that is a blockable offense for their safety.

Due to having littles we will refrain from following more adult blogs to curate our feeds for their comfort. Also, we won’t reblog or post NSFW on our account. That’s not a DNI, we just probably won’t follow you if you post too much of that, but we’re not gonna like block you or anything.

uhh so i have a kinda similar thing to /721689917820928000/hello-sorry-in-advance-if-this-is-a-strange except i actually did use to think i was plural at one point but honestly looking back it feels more like i was just delusional because there was no real basis for it, and it wasn't going anywhere anyway since how am i supposed to switch or communicate when there's nothing to switch or communicate with.

but after i tried to stopped thinking i was plural my brain kinda just didn't let me think i'm not. it doesn't even let me think i'm median; or not plural or a singlet; or anything like that, it really wants to have distinct multiple headmates specifically for some reason.

it's been months now but my brain still won't shake the possibility and gets really annoying the moment i experience anything remotely plural even if i know it's something else like zoning out because of my ADHD.

now i can't even think about my future without my brain insisting that i'll realise i have headmates that'll just appear? i guess? i don't know what it thinks is gonna happen; or i can't draw a persona without my brain insisting that it won't be finished until i give it headmates in some form because that's definitely an accurate representation of me.

i have no idea what to do now because i'm pretty much damned if i do, damned if i don't here.

Well if it is a delusion, then it's going to very solidly stay there, even if you know it's a delusion. I recommend talking about this to someone who has more knowledge of delusions/psychosis. But do you have any other psychosis symptoms? Because I don't think you can have one delusion and nothing else (correct me if I'm wrong) (edit: you can, see reblogs for more info). And why did you think you were plural in the first place, if you now think you never had any headmates? Did you have any proof to go along with it? There are common cases of systems suddenly going silent, and common cases of systems rarely switching and communicating, but I don't know enough about your experience so I'm not going to say that's the case for you
